EasyShopUSA reserves the right to cancel any order at its own discretion. Any order that is canceled will be refunded through the same method that was used to make the payment, or, in some countries by exception, it will be done through local payment. Canceled orders will be notified by email. The refund time for a canceled order varies depending on the payment method used by the customer.

EasyShopUSA reserves the right to cancel any order. In this eventuality, EasyShopUSA will proceed with the refund of the money by the same means in which the purchase was paid.
Refunds will be made by the same payment method by which the Customer paid for the purchase. In the event that it is not possible to use the same payment method, the refund will be made by a credit to the Customer EasyShopUSA account (balance in favor of the Customer) or by bank transfer to the bank account of the cardholder or buyer.

To execute the return and/or refund of imported packages through our Miami Processing service (“the address in Miami”), it is strictly necessary that the Customer:

Provide the Supplier’s return authorization called RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) with a minimum expiration date of 15 calendar days, preferably with a return label. In the event that the seller does not provide a return label, it is at the customer’s risk and expense if the final address is not a valid address or if the final contact information for delivery is not correct and therefore the delivery cannot be made. Satisfactory return. In the event that the above occurs, the package will be abandoned in the destination country and EasyShopUSA will not be responsible for the cost of the item.

The Customer accepts that, regardless of the place where he received his importation, whether in a Branch (EasyShopUSA Store) or Delivery Route (Home Delivery or Office Delivery), returns of merchandise and refunds will be requested and processed only in our Branches ( EasyShopUSA Stores).

Refunds

Refunds will be made by the same payment method at the time of making the purchase at EasyShopUSA. In the event that it is not possible to use the same payment method, the refund will be made as credit (balance in favor of the Customer) to the Customer’s account at EasyShopUSA or by bank transfer to the account of the holder of the account used to make the purchase. In the event that the credit/debit card does not belong to the account holder, you must provide the bank account of the cardholder who executed the payment.
