Nice but pricey I think.
Works well to get the Deco off of the kitchen counter where for sure it would get dumped on the floor but I thought it was pricey. Can’t live without it though….

No installation instructions and cheap anchors
The product fits on my deco nicely. However, I haven’t actually been able to mount it on the wall because there are 2 key pieces missing from this product and either one would have saved me a trip to Lowe’s to remedy the problem. The anchors included don’t have a circle on the front, which is really important when you don’t want your anchor to disappear beyond the drywall. Also important to preventing that problem — installation instructions that advise the size of the hole that should be drilled to accommodate the anchor.I can help you now: 1/4″ is slightly too big. Good luck figuring it out.

Best WiFi Coverage
Bought these to replace my WIFI routers and extenders. These are great, no dead spots any where around the house. Also setup was a breeze compared to extenders. Speed is great i get my full internet speed at 300Mb +.

Absolute must if you want to mount your Deco
Unfortunately the DECO’s come without any mounting options. These brackets solve that bracket perfectly. They feel like solid decent brackets, not the “cheap-one-buck-from-far-away” kind of plastic.

I bought the three pack of TP-Link Deco M5 extenders. They work great, but since no mounting brackets are included, they just sat on the floor, leaning against the wall. Not ideal. These mounting brackets fit perfectly, and were easy to install. As others have mentioned, the wall anchors they include are garbage, but you can buy good ones pretty cheaply, if you need to mount the brackets between studs. Since i wanted the M5 to be near an outlet, and most outlet boxes are mounted to studs in the wall, I just screwed the brackets through the drywall and right into the studs, which gives a very secure attachment, with no anchors needed.

I hooked it to the wall, and attached my Deco 5 to it. It hold it but I would expect to hear a click but it didn’t and it feels like it is not strong enough

Fit’s P7 perfectly
The M5 and P7 nodes are physically identical, so this mount works for either one. The node is asymmetrical so it is important to orient the node correctly…line up the reset button with the hole in the mount labeled “reset”.

They fit the TP-Link Deco M5 well
So these fit the TP-Link Deco M5 well, I have two so the 2 pack is a good buy. They do help with signal being better as they now sit on the wall not on a desk shelf I had them on on. I should have bought these sooner than later but got it them now. If someone wants to place the Deco higher then you’ll just need a longer USB C chord for the device or if you have a wall plug that’s higher up on the wall otherwise the original chord only goes up so high about 5ft or so with it being on a surge protector. That is the only issue I see but has nothing to do with these wall mounts, just something to know prior.

My bad – ordered wrong size!
Thought my mesh system was a different model than what it turned out to be, so I returned them. I should know better than to blindly order for something that is model specific without checking first.As for the item itself, t looked easy to install and seemed pretty solid. Further reading, however, indicated that these mesh systems weren’t as efficient when mounted vertically (loss of range), so I opted to put mine on a shelf. Your mileage may vary.

Installation and function
These mounts are perfect. I had originally mounted my Deco 5 on the ceiling. This worked fine for a short time (days maybe). But, the command strips would detach from the device and except for the power wire, fall to the ground. These mounts solved that. They install easily. Fit the Deco perfectly and no longer are my Deco devices found hanging by the cord. I recommend these mounts if you plan to place your Deco either on the ceiling or on a wall.

holds an M5 Deco as advertised
For some reason they come with 3 screws. not sure why, I used 2. The holder has 2 normal holes on one axis and 2 slotted holes in the other axis. Not really helpful in that configuration to have slotted holes. The included hollow wall anchors aren’t the best. Thing that caused me pause was the hole in the back of the holder that aligns with the reset button on the back of the M5 – once the holder is mounted, how would anyone access that hole…? Possibly just for alignment? Other than that, works fine for a wall/ceiling holder.

Easy to install, fits perfectly. May not line up how you think it will.
They were super easy to install. I was little bummed that the screw holes align with the ports on the top not with the “TP Link” branding. So it may kind of look like its installed at an angle which is more of a complaint about the Deco units themselves than the mount. Also the hole spacing is not a standard outlet box hole pattern spacing. So you can’t mount this on an outlet box or something without drilling new holes.

Basic and easy way to mount deco units on wall
Love the Deco Mesh system but wanted to mount one of the units on the wall in the garage.I didn’t need all three of these mount holders, but they come in a set so I guess I now have extras if I decide to relocate any of the others that I have sitting on flat surfaces.Very easy and self explanatory mounting of the holder, then just snap the Deco into it.It holds the Deco securely, but still keeps it a smidge away from the wall to allow for air circulation.Once it’s snapped into the holder, I just tacked the cable on the wall to keep it taut and neat.

Does what it says on the tin
I was kind of astonished that the Deco M5s I bought didn’t have even a keyhole on the bottom to mount on a wall…it didn’t even occur to me to wonder about that when ordering them.Granted that the M5s work great, I think that realistically most people are going to need them mounted on the wall…and these things do that quite nicely. Just screw ’em on the wall, pop the M5 in, and…well, that’s it. If you need to mount your M5s to a wall, or a ceiling, then this will get it done.

They do the trick
Like other folks, I didn’t like having the mesh units sit on furniture. I got these hangers, which work great. Unfortunately, my wife is not crazy about having them on her wall, either. So I hid them behind book cases. They still work great, and no unsightly little mesh units. I love my mesh wifi, and these little hangers are the final touches.

Looks good and works for clearing up desk space.
Works great for hanging the m5 pods on the wall. Will have to see how the long term use of these do since the vents for the m5 are on the bottom and are mostly covered by this mount. Might have to do some modifications to increase ventilation but that will be addressed if I notice the units getting hot.

Worked great, but…
Once I figured out that the mount will only clip the M5 unit one way it worked fine. Look at the mount clips. They are all shaped differently to match the irregular contour of the M5. There are no directions that state this and some days I’m more observant than others. It comes with sheet rock anchors and screws.

Almost perfect
Nice snug fit. My only complaint is that it takes a bit of adjustment to get it oriented properly. The three clips are designed to fit specific parts of the Deco’s spiral contour, so it pretty much fits only one way. Once oriented correctly, however, the bracket is an exact fit and secure enough for mounting on any surface, including ceilings.

It works, but don’t use the included drywall anchors
It works as it is supposed to – snaps the Deco into place for wall mounting. However, the included drywall anchors are junk. They have no grip/flange and upon tightening the screws, the anchor spins in the drywall. I would buy this again, but definitely use different anchors.
