perfect speaker for desktop, Mini PC, or even laptop and MORE!
The media could not be loaded.
I have a small USB speaker bar for my desktop but I have 3 problems with it:1) sound quality is mediocre2) it doesn’t have volume control on the speaker3) it uses USB cable for both power and audio source so it makes static sound when my computer goes to sleepThe volume control was a bit annoying but the static sound whenever my computer goes to sleep was driving me nuts so I finally decided replace it with this one. I intentionally bought this speaker because:1) it has 3mm audio jack as the audio source2) it can be powered by USB port or can be plugged into outlet using an adapter (which is not included)I’m very happy with this speaker because of nice volume dial control in the center. I can’t stand any speakers that have buttons as the volume control but the dial control is the way to go since it’s easier, faster, and can achieve volume precision at ease. The speaker is 15″ long and it comes with pretty long USB cable and 3mm audio jack attached to it so I didn’t have any problem connecting to my desktop’s audio jack and USB port. What I’m really impressed about this speaker is the sound quality. I was able to dial up the volume to the max to hear very loud volume and I was amazed that I did not hear any distortion. It was very clear and crisp sound. It looks really nice and elegant on my desk in front of the monitor and keyboard. It’s long but slim and not deep so it doesn’t take up much space on my desk. This is such as great speaker for its price.5 out of 5 stars. I highly recommend this speaker for any desktop or Mini PC, and even for laptop if you want to watch something with better sound quality and louder volume. What’s so great is that you can use this speaker with virtually any device, such as phone or iPad, as long as it has 3mm audio jack. You can even use a portal power bank to power this speaker, making it truly portable speaker on the go or even on outdoor! A great buy!Hope my video and photos were useful… and if they were, please click on the helpful button below. Thank you!

Great soundbar for computer usage!
This is an extremely solid soundbar for your computer. This obviously won’t replace a full 5.1 speaker setup, but if you are looking for a simple speaker solution for your computer or laptop, this works really well. Basically, if you want good audio for watching Netflix or playing the occasional song, and don’t require super loud volumes or super bass, then this works very well.First of all, the form factor is ideal for computer usage, since it’s quite small and is able to fit perfectly under your monitor. It’s entirely black, so it looks nice on your desk and doesn’t stand out, and it’s design is very clean. A lot of other soundbar options tend to have LEDs, which to me at least are unneccessary and distracting. If you want a soundbar that will look nice on your desk without being too gaudy, then this soundbar is actually one of the few options you will have. The volume knob on top is really convenient too. It makes it very easy to adjust the volume, since it’s directly in front of you on the top of the unit. Other soundbars might have it on the side which makes it a bit more annoying to reach for. There’s also only one cable, with a 3.5 mm and a USB connector attached to the cable. The 3.5 mm goes into your sound output and the USB connector to your computer’s USB port (this is for power). This makes cable management by far the cleanest of any possible setup. A full speaker setup in comparison requires a ton of cables and many other soundbars typically have two seperate cables. The cable is a bit on the short side though, so your laptop or PC should be within a few feet of your desk. The sound quality is surprisingly good. I can watch random movies or listen to music without thinking anything is too lacking. It certainly is far superior to my laptop’s speakers. The bass is very decent – it obviously won’t compare to a subwoofer, but if you don’t require a super high amount of bass, then this should be more than fine. It can get quite loud, but at the loudest volume there’s some distortion. I normally play it at about half though, which is enough for me. There are also two speakers in there, one on the right and another on the left, so there’s a nice stereo effect. All in all, it’s about the best audio quality you could expect from such a small and low-powered unit. If you want better audio quality, you would really have to go for a powered speaker setup w/ subwoofer, which of course is more expensive and way more unwieldly to setup. This soundbar is ideal for anyone that A) wants a simple and clean audio solution that fits nicely on their desk without a mess, B) wants something to output decent audio while watching random Youtube videos or TV shows, or listening to some music, C) doesn’t need something that can go super loud or super bassy (perhaps you are living with other people). If that matches your usage scenario, then I highly recommend this soundbar.

decent speakers for the price, with a few design issues
This sound bar is a solid little device. It is extremely simple: it has a volume control and that’s it. It certainly can be loud, but the low-register is a little weak, making the music a bit treble. If you don’t need high fidelity, it is a good speaker for the quite low price. There are a few design features I would have done differently, however. First, it has no on/off switch. Second, the cords are not detachable, so if a cord breaks you are in trouble. Third, the USB cord and the audio plug are molded together, which is fine if you are attaching USB/power and audio to the same device, but if you are plugging audio into a music device or computer and USB into a wall socket, you have to pull the wires apart, leaving each thin and fragile.

Simple and good
I didn’t have great expectations of this little speaker, but it’s surprisingly good. One plug goes into the computer’s line-out, the other is usb to power the amp. There’s a volume knob, and that’s all. The sound quality is very good, especially considering the size and price, and for simple game audio, music and video, and video conference, it’s great. It sits under my screen like a little sound bar.

It’s okay but has an issue
Sound quality is just fine, I needed it for a monitor with speakers on the back. However, when using the “breathing” light mode, it creates a high pitched noise, which can possible damage speakers over time.

Much louder and fuller sound than built-in computer or monitor speaker
While this can’t compete with a 5.1 system, it’s a lot of sound for the money. Better sound quality than I expected — much louder and fuller than the built-in computer or monitor speakers. Love the convenient, simple, obvious, analog volume knob on top. Instant plug-and-play setup. I ordered a second one!

A pleasing accessory
The Votntut EL003 stereo speaker unit is compact and solidly built. Instead of using an AC power source the unit comes with two cables; one ends with a USB connector and an additional mini connector for power and the other cable ends in a 3/8 inch jack for audio. I like not having to find an additional AC outlet. It is very easy to connect it to your computer or tablet. The manual, if you want to call it a manual, is printed with such small writing that I had to use a magnifying glass to read anything! It is ten pages of different languages giving the specs, but only two lines of actual instructions. It just tells you where to connect the two cables to.As a computer speaker system it does a fine job with plenty of volume controlled by the dial on the top of the unit. Unfortunately music is not a strong point and the music is, to me, tubby sounding. If you want speakers for music I suggest looking for a better system.

Great solution for limited desk space
If you have a desktop and need basic speakers so you don’t always need to use headphones, and don’t have a ton of desk space for anything larger, this will fit your use case excellently. The speaker is compact and the volume control is easy to manage. That being said, you are absolutely getting what you pay for in terms of audio quality. There is absolutely no bass, and the rest of the range is as mediocre as the price point would suggest. It’s almost impossible to tell left and right channels apart, so I would not recommend this for anybody playing competitive shooters as you’ll be at a significant disadvantage.Other downsides are that the USB is just for power and it requires your 3.5mm jack, so if you want to use plug in headphones this will compete for your audio jack, making it potentially annoying to switch back and forth.

Good product
You have to connect BOTH the usb and audio jack into ONE device. Either your monitor or laptop or whatever else you have. If you connect only one it won’t work and if you connect the usb and audio jack into different devices it will make a lot of noise. It works really well.

Very solid computer speaker
I have used this speaker for a few months now and has been great. I had a cheaper one that had a small humming noise but this one doesn’t have that. It plugged right into the back of my monitor and I can easily switch between my computer and xbox without having to mess with the audio. The sound from this is decent, it isn’t mind blowing but for $20 it was well worth the money.

It’s adequate for what it is
I currently have 4 different soundbars attached to 4 different computers (ranging from an oooooold and small Creative Labs speaker, a Dell one that manages to not fit on any of the Dell monitors I’ve used over the years, and some Lenrue thing I bought here on Amazon). This one seems to sound at least as good as any of them, and perhaps a bit better than the Creative one (which is small, as I mentioned). It is the simplest to use, plug the USB cable into any USB port – even a USB power bank, it only needs the power — and plug the headphone plug into any headphone jack – computer, cd player, walkman, mp3 player, it doesn’t matter. It is simply a USB powered speaker. Windows doesn’t use it as the sound card (as it does with the Lenrue one), and you don’t have to find batteries or a separate power cable (like the Creative labs one). It’s a convenient and easy to use setup – it sounds OK, and it’s nicely priced. I’ve not pushed it to it’s volume limit because it’s not kind of speaker, so keep that in mind.

Simple USB Speaker
I just needed a simple desktop speaker that does its job. That’s what this VOTNTUT speaker does. It’s not going to be the loudest or highest quality speaker at around 15 USD but if you need something louder then a monitor speaker, this is great! It gets loud enough and the sound quality is clear for the price point.I love the fact it just fits so well underneath my monitor and just how simple everything is just plug into a USB slot on your PC and you’re good to go and on the speaker itself nothing extra just a volume knob.At the price point you’re getting a great speaker imo

Versatile but inexpensive
We have used these throughout our school and I’m continually impressed by how good they are for the price. Considering they are only powered through the USB port, they provide enough volume to fill a room. We have also used these in a few places to permanently connect with a digital projector so that we have better sound than the built-in speakers that most projectors come with. To date, we have purchased at least a dozen of these. One came back to the IT department with a frayed cable, but otherwise they have been rock-solid (and the frayed cable was user error, not a design flaw).

No wall plug, hooray!
One of the best features of this speaker setup is the fact it draws power from the tv or computer and doesn’t need a wall wort. The sound is good and full. It can be adjusted from the speaker setup or the tv or computer. I think the volume control should have been placed on a side or the back to allow the unit to fit under the tv, just a thought. This took the place of the speaker system in my fire tv. The amp quit working. I plugged the input of the speaker setup into the phone jack or audio out on the tv and the power into a USB port. “Presto” sound was back on my Fire tv. Totally easy cure for a dead sound system on the tv.

Decent speaker for the average user
Its a decent speaker for the money. If your looking for a computer speaker thats easy to install and doesn’t take up much room, this is perfect. But if your looking for a loud speaker for gaming or movies this isn’t the speaker for you. I use this mostly as i work. Not so much for entertainment.

Great speaker for a home computer
I was looking for a solid speaker for my home computer. I had tried a monitor with an internal speaker but that sound was much too weak. This works great for basic computer sound, streaming tv shows and YouTube videos. I don’t do any gaming so I can’t comment on that. The size of the speaker fits my small desk easily. It has plenty of volume which is easy to adjust and it suits the purpose that I purchased it for. I am happy with my purchase.

If for any other use than computer…
I won’t say anything bad persay about this speaker. Its smaller than I envisioned and not loud like the system I replaced my current failed setup. My original setup had two speakers and a bass box down below. It was NOT a large system. It was an old design and figured they can put big things in little packages these days with technology. This is NOT the system I feel replaced my old unit. So, since I was needing a garage mp3 player, I took it out there. Again, not loud but enough for the space I’m in. I’m not trying to entertain the neighborhood when I’m working on my car. So again, I think for most, this ‘might’ not be the option just due to the lack of bass, but as others have used it for here, right on top of the desktop, etc., sure, I guess. Not impressed with its loudness though, that is for sure.

Prepare yourself for some sound!
I am so glad I committed to these during the Prime Early Access Sale. So many good things to say about this speaker, although, we do some quirks to mention. Before we jump in to the GOOD, BAD & the UGLY, let’s just say that these are a MUST BUY if you are in the market for a speaker with low-power consumption, lots of bass, and ease of use.GOOD:Size (slim and small, doesn’t intrude on desk real estate)Price (cheap compared to similar speakers)Powerful (produces a lot of sound at max setting)Bass (The bass is beautiful without an EQ)Too Easy to use (just plug and play from PC, Mac, Switch, Monitors, you name it, it will do it)Low Power Consumption (uses little to no power thanks to the USB 2.0)Loud (can be heard clearly from 15-30 feet away)Comes with a USB C Adapter (for our Mac/IPhone/Android/Switch people out there)Stereo setup (I thought it was Mono until I used it. O.O)Can be powered by anything (A power bank, USB brick, phone, USB port in PC/Mac. You name it, as long as the device has a USB port, you are in business)BAD:Cable length (it is short, if you have an AUX port away from a USB port, prepare for some finagling or buying a USB/AUX extender)No Off Switch (doesn’t have a power switch/function. Only way to turn off is to remove the USB from the power source)UGLY:Windows 10 can and will give you a problem with this speaker (Heads up, it’s a driver problem, use the Troubleshooter to troubleshoot different drivers and that should resolve it)Turn dial has no real instruction on how to increase/decrease volumeOverall, highly recommend this speaker. You will be hard pressed to find such a speaker of this quality with this kind of premium. Don’t delay, buy now!

I bought a 24″ TV to place on a hutch opposite our dining table. The sound from the TV was poor at best.I almost returned it when I found this speaker bar. Very inexpensive and could not have been easier to install(about 2 minutes). You control the volume on the speaker and the TV….so great.

This was definitely surprising!
For speakers that cost $20, these are the most solid sound at that I have purchased for my monitor. Obviously if you’re doing professional work it won’t replace a full studio setup, but I use this sound at to edit my videos since I’m a content creator. If you want good quality audio for watching HBO, YouTube or even for gaming, and don’t require heavy bass and super loud volume…this sound bar will definitely do the job. This speaker fits perfectly under my monitor, which hangs from a monitor arm. The volume knob is within arms reach, so it makes it convenient, since it makes it very easy to adjust the volume, since it’s directly in front of you on top of the unit. And to add on top is that the audio quality is crisp and clear. The sound bar is entirely black and it won’t stand out too much with my desk setup. I was looking for a standard sound bar for my setup so it worked perfectly.I really need to highlight the sound quality from this sound bar. After having it for about a month, the sound quality is surprisingly good! I’ll use it watch movies, YouTube, listen to my Spotify or even do occasional gaming. The bass is very decent, but that’s my own personal preference since I don’t like to have my audio very bass heavy. There are also two speakers within the sound bar from the left to the right so you’re getting that nice stereo effect. In my honest review of this speaker, you’re getting a bang for your buck for good quality audio. This sound bar is for someone who wants (1) a simple clean audio solution that fits nicely on their desk without the clutter. (2) something that isn’t super loud or bass heavy (especially if you live with roommates), and (3) want decent audio output for simple workflow, YouTube, music and/or gaming.

Converted Old Monitor to Nice All-In-One With This Sound Bar
I bought this to upgrade the the sound on an old monitor that I converted to an all-in-one-pc / TV for my parents. The primary reason I got this particular model was because of the nice big volume knob on the top which they could use to adjust the volume level without any assistance. I simply mounted this unit with velcro strips to the monitor stand, plugged it into the mini-pc on the back of the monitor and voila! The sound is perfectly fine for this application and the audience who is basically watching game shows and soccer. Is this for a gamer pc or to fill a room with big bass sound? No. But for the price features and the application, this checks all the boxes.

Honestly this is probably one of the better speakers I have purchased on this site. I have yet to have issues or anything for that matter. I usually wear headphones but every now and then wanting to watch movies or play music I don’t mind having a speaker. My only issue is it isn’t super loud and that isn’t a big deal to me as I in a small room anyways

Decent volume, perfect volume control
I was re-purposing a monitor into a TV with a Roku and a Steam Deck to watch TV and play games on the side. What I really needed was something with easy audio control that got loud enough for watching video and clear enough to hear voices well. I bought 3 other soundbars before this one and returned them all. I’m glad I did, this works exactly as needed. The only thing I would change is having the power and audio cord for it be detachable as I run them in different directions and would prefer to have an “L” shaped audio jack to plug into the monitor.

Small Speaker packs a powerful punch
This speaker is great. It has above-average sound quality, and can get pretty loud when turned all the way up. Audio is typically clear and easy to hear. When gaming, however, I find that audio is sometimes distorted and the volume control gets out of whack. Ultimately, though, I would recommend this speaker for its quality for the low price.

I have five of these now !
I have 5 of these now as this sound bar is part of my overall setup for docking in our family laptops. I have this sound bar for my home & work offices. I also set up my two college kids and my work from home wife with the same sound bar. Everyone is very pleased with the sound from this compact bar. This sound bar is a must have for me and those never ending conference calls when you just want to work in the background so you need the volume low but you still need to hear what’s going on. The kids especial enjoy gaming and streaming from this sound bar as they don’t have a TV in their dorms. FYI, you do need an audio jack (becomes more rare everyday) as the USB port just provides the power to the Bar)

Sounds great, easy to use, but be careful
I really like these speakers, they are nice and loud, easy to use, and work with pretty much anything. It has a USB plug for power only, and has a regular 3.5mm headphone jack for audio input. The cables are captive to the unit so they can’t be replaced, but it’s really easy to disassemble the unit and the PCB is helpfully labeled in English so I think repair would be trivial if anything happened. But some caution:The speaker uses a ChipSourceTek LTK5209 amplifier IC that does not have any anti-pop protection. If you plug it into a portable device like a laptop which powers the headphone jack output down whenever it isn’t being used, you will get one loud pop sound when you start playing audio. This won’t happen again until the next time the headphone jack output is cycled off and on. But it is very jarring. So I leave it plugged into my laptop’s dock headphone jack instead which is always powered on. There’s no popping in that configuration and I’m happy. I think for portable devices that probably try to operate in a low power mode most of the time such as laptops this could potentially be a deal breaker because the popping is really loud. Now I’m happy with my purchase because I can use it in a way where popping doesn’t happen. So for my specific setup (speakers plugged into laptop docking unit) I can strongly recommend them.

As expected, this is not the speaker solution you should be looking at for enjoying your music or even immersive movies. But for general computer use, such as watching a few quick videos on YouTube, listening to a podcast, and similar things, it works great and definitely sounds better than the speakers built into my M1 MacBook Air (and a hundred times better than the tiny speaker built into my external monitor). I also love the quick-adjusting volume knob, although I had to stick a small adhesive foot on the top of it so I could see/feel where the volume indicator should be. Ideally they would have made the knob with a bump or divot on it for that purpose. For actual enjoyment of digital music, I’ll stick to AirPlaying to my WiiM mini hooked up to real speakers, or put my AirPods in. But for what I go this for, which is listening to podcasts, watching training or review videos, and even for listening to a quick YouTube music video now and then or streaming a TV show when I don’t feel like switching everything over, this soundbar is perfect, and small enough to tuck out of the way under my laptop/monitor riser.

Made The Smartest Purchase
I have has my share of desktop speakers throughout my life, but this has definitely been the best one yet. It’s loud and music comes through very clearly, it works amazing while I’m on Teams and Zoom.Overall, great product and definitely recommend it.It wasn’t expensive either 👌🏼👌🏼
