Good Device, Terrible Software
The software on this “smart” TV is bad. The UI is terrible, slow, and small. Lots of ads. Updates will constantly get bugged and frozen, wifi connection is constantly saying “Disconnected” and then “Connected” seconds later. This is annoying because there is then a banner on the screen for 30 seconds. It’s a shame because the device actually has great picture quality. The sounds is average. There’s probably an issue every other time I use this TV. Far too many inconveniences, and sadly a waste of time.

I Love my New 50 inch TV by VIZIO!
I got my new 50 inch TV by VIZIO that my Son bought me today Wednesday, March 23. My Son sit it all up, and I love the size, and the picture is so much clearer, and close up, as though the people or figures are about to come right out. Good color and I can adjust the color to what I like for it to be. I think my old one was a 45 inch and the screen had a big brown spot and was getting worse going across the screen. Watching my shows would be over peoples head and face. I am very happy with my Sons purchase. He knows how to pick a good guilty, reads up on them. I give his purchase 5 stars and more! This will be my early Mothers Day gift!

Keeps Going Out
I’ve had this TV for about a year and a half and I’ve had several issues with it. I’ve had to restart the TV once every other month due to it not registering anything plugged in the HDMI ports.Recently the screen has just gone out and is not useable. Nothing came in contact with the screen and it was never dropped so it is doing this on its own.My recommendation is to not get something this cheap and spend the money because it’s caused me issues since the 3rd month that I had it

Picture Stopped Working After 1.5 Years
I’ve only had this TV for a year and a half and the picture is already continuously flickering in and out. I can’t get through any show or even navigate the menu without the picture going out. I was a great SmartTV option before this, but the long-term quality is horrible.

Shipped to me with no damage, beautiful picture quality
Tv came in perfect condition, no damage to package, the picture quality is awesome. However after the tv is on for a while (20-30 min or so) the screen turns dark blue, it almost looks turned off except you can see faint light in the screen, during this the remote won’t work at all, the only way I’ve found to fix this issue is to unplug the tv. I’ve reset everything and followed all of the instructions recommended to fix the issue, it still will not resolve. Will be returning 🙁

Great tv
My Samsung 65 inch died after a few years it was turning off and on every three seconds. I tried all the suggestions on the Samsung site and none worked. The last thing that it could be in the motherboard. So basically would cost more to fix it then to buy a new tv. So I decided on the 50 inch Visio v series smart tv. It has a wonderful picture and the sound is good. I use my soundbar. If using a sound bar with this tv be sure to set it for pcm if using an optical cord. Hdmi can be used as well. Anyway I decided to go smaller because I’m so short it’s hard to dust it way up on the wall.

Great Value
Full disclosure: it’s only 48 hours since we opened it up. Haven’t even finished logging in to all the TV apps yet…We have been using a Vizio since 2012 with an Xbox/ps4 to use TV apps. We were ready to upgrade the old screen to a smart TV. This is such a great value! The picture looks great, and the controls/features all work great. Bonus points for the Bluetooth remote instead of the old sensor system. We were really nervous during the setup and system updates. The home screen struggled a lot and took a really long time to open each app. Once we got each app updated and logged in things were much faster. Overall really happy with this purchase!

Hard to set up
The media could not be loaded.
First of all the TV is a nice size for the bedroom in my 110 year old house. The bad part was tryna g to set it up. It took over an hour to get it done. Not sure if there was problems with my wifi, or the Bluetooth connection for the sound bar that was causing a slow setup. After the last try and waiting for the device to show the next step, everything went well in the setup process.

An amazing brand for great price, but you should buy one in person.
I just want to start this off by saying that my experience has nothing to do with VIZIO products or Amazon’s service. I have a 43″ VIZIO TV that I’ve had since 2017 and not only is it still running amazingly and has everything I need (except that it doesn’t add apps as they come out, but that was a minor inconvenience to the amazing quality of the TV for such low prices) and I was so excited to buy a bigger VIZIO for my living room! I still am, by the way. However, my TV shipped with USPS and was supposed to get here on the 14th. However, it was delayed and expected to be here by 15-18th. No biggie. When it finally updated as “out for delivery” we waited and waited in anticipation only to not receive it. Now, I am really trying not to be a Karen here, but the only way for my 50″ TV to have gotten “lost” while on a truck for delivery (even USPS updates say they are still waiting for the delivery scan) is that the driver took it. Amazon was completely understanding and is in the process of giving me my refund now. Again, this has nothing to do with VIZIO products. They are great and amazing with prices (Samsung and LG charge out the butt for the same size and only give updated apps, not worth the $200 price gap). I highly recommend buying VIZIO products, but you should be aware and prepared for shipping inconveniences.

So UNHAPPY with this TV
Bought this TV in February of 2022. Set up was somewhat easy, but I soon realized that the picture was somewhat smokey and not clear, like the contrast was off and no matter how much I adjusted the picture settings, I could not get it to go away. I have Samsung and TCL TVs in my home, and they have better, sharper, and clearer picture than this TV, and with much less adjustment in the picture settings. Not a deal breaker just yet because rearranging some of the lighting in the room did help somewhat. Not completely, but I could tolerate. After some time, I began to realize that the only app that worked consistently is the Vizio Watch Free app. Started having a lot of trouble opening apps like Netflix, Disney, Fubo and so on. All these apps work great on all other TVs in all other parts of my apartment. Tried both wireless and direct connect ethernet and no difference. Then, the TV would lose internet connection. No other device in my whole apartment had problems. Again, tried both wireless and direct connect ethernet. Had to reset the TV to get it to reconnect to the internet. Now, on top of those problems, I turned the TV on a couple of days ago and got what is in the picture attached. I can see maybe 6 inches of the top of the screen and then the rest is just a bunch of color and lines. I can get sound OK, but no picture. Trying to use the remote to reset the TV is an act in Futility.Never have I had so many problems with any TV. Guess I’ll try Vizio Support, but after reading some of the reviews with problems similar to mine, that may also be an act in Futility. Wish me luck. I will let you know.

I wish I can reprogram some of the remote keys
Overall a great TV for the price. However I think vizio could do two improvements with very little effort if they care about user experience.1) Allow Bluetooth headphone connection. This cannot be hard as the remote uses Bluetooth already.2) Allow reprogram the shortcut buttons on the remote. Some of the shortcut buttons are useless.Vizio, why not allow the user to reprogram these buttons? I am sure you will make more money by selling more units than these useless stream providers.

After 1 month, I recommend the TV.
I bought this for the living room. The TV looks good, picture quality is great. For a family living room the sound could be better, but it’s still loud. I worry about the longevity I will get out of this TV based on other reviews but as of 1 month later, I see no signs of poor quality or craftsmanship.Pros:Good picture qualitySide viewing angles are decentSmart TV features and back plugins are plentiful and work great. I tested the latter extensively, the former I did not (I use an Apple TV device)Cons:Sound loudness or quality could improveRemote is kind of basicOverall 4.5/5. I will update this review if something changes.

Good not great
I’m happy with this TV 99% of the time. The main issue is that it will randomly disconnect from the internet. Usually rebooting the TV is a quick fix but occasionally I have to reconnect to our wi-fi and re-enter our password. All this is simple for me but overly complicated for my 78 year old father in law. If he’s home alone and the TV craps out he can’t watch anything. Other than the connectivity issues I’m a fan and this TV was worth the investment.

Great TV, but ROKU has MUCH better software
Great TV, with great picture and sound.Vizio added a lot of services to add to their offering.Their software sucks!I have to reboot the thing once a week, because it’s gotten stupid. I am a software engineer, and am fully qualified to report on software function. I NEVER had a problem with Roku. Visio is crap!Contact me if you want details, but be prepared to have your ear chewed off if you deny the problems.

Second times a charm…
I ordered this product duct as new not used, on first arrival it did not have the straps that go around the entire package keeping the bottom on and had a massive hole in both sides of the package. The screen was obviously broken on arrival and it was returned… Getting this back in the package as a single female that lives alone, was extremely difficult. The second time was much better and the exterior packaging straps were in fact there.

great tv BUT
bought this tv as a Xmas gift for my daughter in 2021. worked fine until this month and then developed a black area down the center of the screen. Contacted Vizio and was told that this was caused by some kind of internal damage. Of course, the one year warranty doesn’t cover this problem. This tv lasted less than a year and I am out of over $400.00. I will think very carefully before I buy another Vizio product.

My thoughts on the Vizio 65″
Had my Vizio for a month and here are some thoughts. Would like for them to add a guide for the antennae, similar to what the Amazon FireTV has. The remote would be better if it included pause, rewind and fast forward. As for everything else about the TV, I have no complaints. The picture quality is great as is the sound. If Vizio were to fix the 2 issues I mentioned, I would upgrade to 5 stars.

Quite the upgrade from my Samsung 42 inch that was 5 or 6 years old
Vizio has built a reputation over the years. I finally switched from LG and Samsung. I wanted a smart tv for the first time and it’s been great. The tv is arc’d to my soundbar so I can’t comment on sound quality but the picture is fantastic. We watch a lot of tv over the winter in my house. I watch action/thrillers and my 4 little kids watch lots of animated movies and tv shows. The set up was very easy. I also downloaded the app on my phone and I love it so far. Also, the remote is voice responsive and simple. The only thing I’d like with the remote is the remote tracking that my Roku remote had, for when the kids decide to go poop with the remote and leave it in the bathroom. It’s been great. I wall mounted it without an issue.

A nice television, wish it lasted.
The media could not be loaded.
To start off, the package came on time and undamaged. (I saw damaged packaging/product was a big review complaint) it was well protected with foam and other safety packing. It came with everything stated being the remote, TV and TV guide. The only assembly required is putting the legs on which is easy enough just gotta flip the TV on its back. Requires a screwdriver. As soon as its out of the box I have to say it looks very nice, it doesn’t feel like cheap material in the slightest and the TV itself had a good even weight to it. The setup was easy as there’s a guide to tell you what to do. Visual settings are kind of a pain in the rear to get just right but in the end a quick youtube guide helped out. The TV auto swaps through video modes depending on what video enhancers you have selected which can be annoying when you have to change your settings on each one. That being said the TV offers 4k UHD. It works on my Xbox and looks okay just a little blurry I’ve noticed like it just barely is able to do 4K. Sounds meh sometimes its really loud othertimes I can’t hear well at all, there is a hdmi spot for a soundboard or such to help that.To summarize, its worth it. Picture is up to today’s standards, sounds good, easy enough to operate and has smart settings. Family mode, video modes and surround sounds etc. Not as much money as other TV’S. If you’re still on the edge get a Samsung otherwise just cop the vizioEdit: A couple of months later. A thin yellow line appeared in the middle of the screen and slowly got worse. Now there’s 20 different small yellow lines going horizontally across the screen and the bottom half is in some weird “glitchy” box. I’ve never once even touched the tvs screen without the protective plastic being on so this issue is not person related. Never been hit scratched or sat in sun. I could’ve just gotten a bad TV but just wanted to warn anyone who also would be spending the majority of a check. Changing to some lowers stars.

Second Vizio
This is my second Vizio and they both started glitching within 9 months or so of purchase. The first one I thought I did something but the second one started glitching like a bug or virus on a computer and then a banner appeared on the bottom left corner and now it’s about 4 inches in length and stretches across the entire bottom of the TV. Wasted money twice. I hope VIZIO notices this issue and compensate buyers for this issue. Other than that, I love the picture. VIZIO PLEASE HELP!

Great picture, bad connection
The TV picture and quality is great. The feature are great and the apps are great, however if you lose the remote, you are screwed. The phone app takes 30 seconds sometimes to switch apps and mirroring your screen is all but useless. This tv is great hardware and terrible software.

TV Good, Delivery Not so Good
I love the TV, BUT the delivery of the TV I was not happy with. I received a notification that the TV would be delivered on a Saturday, which was excellent for me. I happened to be home on Tuesday to receive another delivery and low and behold they deliver the TV, rang the bell and left the TV on the sidewalk, a big TV! I had to drag it into the house by myself. Good thing I was home otherwise I would have missed that day. That to me is very dangerous. I live in an area that is in the back but has foot traffic but anyone could drive up and take it. I feel on items like that, they need to make sure they confirm when someone will be home and if they say a certain day and confirm, they need to stick to that day.

Could be better
I own 2 vizios and one is a early model the other is this it is blatantly obvious how much their quality has gone down since even 3 years ago I have a E55 and then this V series the E has metal legs much nicer speaker grills and better physical build plus the remote is much nicer and easier to use on the old one the plastic legs on this model and the remote that feels bear bones both make me want to replace them however the product works fine just why would they change their products to be worse?

It’s not a bad tv for the price!
The media could not be loaded.
Coming from a 50″ Samsung TU8000 crystal clear to this 65″ is an upgrade in size. With that being said I believe that the picture quality on my Samsung was better than the vizio. It’s an ok tv. Not the best in my opinion. All in all not a bad buy. I’m pretty sure they’re are better tv’s or even for $100 more you might get better tv with better picture quality. I would recommend this tv if you just want a good size tv for entertainment purposes. Not to mention the great price for a 65″. Almost forgot to mention the gaming engine fearure that vizio has installed in this tv that enhances the picture quality. Awesome feature if you’re a gamer!

Awesome value and good features
Hard to imagine a better tv for the price. The apps and user interface are very functional and intuitive. AirPlay/chromecast work seamlessly. The picture quality is good enough. I do notice the better quality of higher end screens when I’m watching those screens, but I never notice any shortcomings when I’m watching this tv. It’s good enough. I was mainly concerned about interface and usability, and it’s superb. No issues at all.My only comment is that the built-in speakers do not get particularly loud, so after a year I got a Vizio soundbar with wireless surround speakers and woofer and now it’s a great setup. Have had no issues with the Vizio speaker/tv combo. Once I set them up the speakers just turn on when I turn the tv on.

So happy with my purchase
When we finished my basement, my wife encouraged me to go for a TV much larger than we have in our living room. After comparing some 65 in models, I found this TV which seemed like a great deal for the price. We made the right call. the TV looks great and was easy to set up. I’m also glad that the Home screen is fairly customizable and lets you order your app shortcuts so it’s easier to get to the apps you use the most that are not accessed straight through the remote (Hulu). I was also kicking myself because I didn’t look to see if I could connect through Chromecast from my phone to run my Specturm app and save the $$$ of getting a 2nd cable box, but the TV’s Smartcast feature works like a charm and I am able to stream through my Spectrum app.The only minor issue I have is now 2 of the last 3 times using the TV (we go down there only 1-2 times a week now in the summer), is that it was unable to connect to my Wifi network. The first time, I had to go into Network Settings like the error message says and reconnect, but this second time, a full reboot was needed. No big deal, but it was a minor annoyance.5/5 would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free TV.

Do not purchase this series- 14 months and broken tv and no replacement..
I was so excited to get this TV and for 14 months it worked great. i like the interface. Unfortunately, I turned on the TV yesterday and all I see are lines (horizontal and vertical all over the screen). I unplugged the device and did a full reboot to no avail. I contacted Vizio customer support and got disconnected twice during my support chat. 2 hours later (yep you read that right) and support tells me that the only option for me is a refund, no replacement. Kept asking me to send pics of the damage, serial #, etc. and uploads kept failing. I ended the call with an email I sent photos to and no response. While I appreciate the refund (I hope I get it!!), the amount I will probably get for the tv is wayyyyy less than the amount for a new one. This feels super unfair to me as a consumer. Now I have a massive TV I have to find a way to dump and a (possible) refund that will not replace this TV. My TV is in Warranty and they said no replacement only refund which tells me this series is a buggy mess and that is why they are offering refunds and not any replacements.

Great picture but no browser is very limiting.
Good value. Great picture. But because it lacks a basic browser you must rely on the limited amount of pre-installed apps to access streaming channels. So any network that does not have it’s own app pre-installed like USA, Golf Channel, etc, requires hooking up a Firestick, Chromecast, or your computer to watch. It’s an extra step and a hassle so next time I’ll buy a fully smart TV brand.

Nothing Spectacular
Have used this 43″ Vizio for two months now as a replacement for a 32″ Vizio (which I loved, except for the size). This TV works well now that I upgraded my HDMI cables. It must be viewed straight on for best reception. Off to the side it fades out completely. After tweeking the color to my taste, it will serve.

Home screen has ads -Don’t buy unless you don’t mind ads that you can’t get rid of-
Don’t buy this TV. It’s one of those that has ads on the home page that you have look at every time you turn on your TV. Also it bugs you with a popup ad occasionally that you have to exit out of to get to the home page which as I mentioned before has more ads.Video quality isn’t great. Doesn’t have uniform brightness over the entirety of the screen, corners are dark.Sound quality is pretty good for a TV.Setup was easy and found my network ok.Remote is responsive and comfortable.Tons of apps to choose from with paid or free services.I had to return this TV only a month after purchase because it suddenly wouldn’t play any programs. It would load apps, like if I wanted to jump from HBOMax to Netflix, just fine but it wouldn’t play any shows that I picked. It would just do a continual loading spinning icon on the screen even though it was still connected to an active internet connection. I factory reset the TV and it worked ok for a day and then it stopped loading programs again. Then it just completely blipped out, full static screen and it turned off and never turned back on again. Also when this was shipped the VIZIO box was in really poor shape and poorly wrapped. The box didn’t have a solid bottom and the only thing holding the actual TV in the box was the Styrofoam and other packaging inside and two plastic bands around the outside of the box. The bottom was also wet, so the TV had no protection from that. I took direct delivery at my door, so it wasn’t from me letting it sit at my doorstep that got it wet.Always been a pretty big fan of VIZIO TVs but not anymore especially if they are going to make ads a part of their TVs that you can never get rid of. Complete crap decision on their part.

Ok for the money
Had to spend quite a bit of time calibrating the tv manually for picture. The factory settings look horrible. The microphone feature does not work, even from the smart remote that can be downloaded on the phone, so I have no voice control. Has been fully updated and issue continues. At the price some of these things can be expected, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of less. After calibrating the tv, the picture looks pretty good.

A Steal at Under $300
We this TV for my wife in her little office in our new apartment. She has trouble with complicated Tech, doesn’t really care about picture quality, and won’t use a lot of bells and whistles. I do care about these things, but I was so impressed by her VIZIO that, when the price fell below $300, I purchased another for my office in the apartment. The picture is excellent, it connected up to my Sonos speaker, and the SMART features work well for my needs, which are primarily streaming. I will likely purchase a third VIZIO to replace an old Panasonic in our main house. Highly Recommend.

there is a volume problem when you add an external speaker or sound bar!
I really like the 70″ vizio but there is a volume problem vizio has yet to fix, vizio says they are working on it but nothing so far, there would have been a lot less agravation on my part if I had only known this, Vizio knew all along yet it took more than a few phone calls before they informed me they knew about the problem all along, that was not very nice. I really love the tv so it was hard to write a not so nice review but I hope this article helps someone else

BEFORE YOU BUY! Power cord is hardwired
Already a happy Vizio owner and wanted to get a bigger TV. Purchased the 65” which is light and looks great. However, I already had a power cord run through the wall but this TV is hardwired with a 5” cord. So now options are to tape on an extension inside the wall or have my electrical plate moved higher up. Whoever thought this was a good idea should be forced to lick dried dog turds

Awesome TV, Awesome Price
First off the price is amazing. A 65″ TV for $500. The packaging was super easy to take out too, you cut two straps and then can lift the box off of the TV. The mounting holes on the back are super low which was nice so it was not too low hanging. The picture quality is great and the brightness is wonderful. It has all the apps you need built-in, like HULU Youtube tv and all the others. I was able to mount this to a wall myself as well which is a testament to how lightweight the TV is. Greta purchase and I recommend to others who want a great affordable TV.

The tv is certainly fine for the price, but the back is quite thick and doesn’t look very good as a wall mount, but I do not have a place for a stand. It sticks out 7 1/2 inches from the wall. I was trying to decide between the VIZIO and a LG which was about 60 dollars more. Since I use it in the bedroom, I did not think it was a big deal. I have an LG , the same size, in the living and love it and it is very thin. I will live this with some regret. Everything else is good except I had to pry the remote open to put in the batteries. Update, learned for a friend that the VIZIO QLED is a little thinner. I’ve had older LG’s and a TCL and none were this thick.

Dead pixels ! 😪
The media could not be loaded.
Purchased on December 28, 2021. I have been experiencing the occurrence of dead pixels intermittently for over a year now, and recently, a permanent line has appeared across the screen.I must express my admiration for Vizio, as I have had the pleasure of owning the previous model 65″ which, to this day, remains in impeccable condition without any dead pixels. I must express my utmost disappointment in this model as I will most likely now have to replace this television after a year of ownership 😥

Two years later
It’s a basic TV, sure. For the price, it’s pretty great. I’ve had mine for two years now and have had no issues with it.

Laggy unintuitive Vizio interface with quickly degrading performance
The interface Vizio has put in this TV is laggy, enough so that moving through it is an annoyance every time we use it. 6months in the wifi started going out despite moving it directly next to the Wifi router and access point. It constantly resets what little customization it gives you with the app icons. Also, there is no way to add additional applications to the TV, such as the ESPN+ app, so hope it has what you want. That may not be a big deal for others, but it was a major hangup for us. I will be spending more for an LG TV, I made a mistake trusting reviews and recommendations for the Vizio line. I had used LG TVs for the last two and got years of use from each, one is still the playroom TV. I heard nothing but great things about Vizio from multiple sources, so I went with them to save ~ 200USD. Instead I am out the cost of this TV and the price of a replacement in just over a year. With LGs track record I would have saved more in the long run, long being about a year and a half. I will not be purchasing another Vizio TV in the foreseeable future.

Vizio provides a lot of bang for the buck
I’ve owned several Vizio TVs over the years, between 50-65″ screen sizes, and have never had any of them fail. All have been in the M series except this particular one I just purchased for a den. Vizio has D series, V Series, M Series, and P Series screens, and the prices go up accordingly. Given the affordable price, I decided to go with a V series 50″ in this particular instance. The picture is excellent, the features more than adequate. I don’t personally use the smart features because I prefer attaching a ROKU streaming box. There are, of course, far more expensive TVs from other good manufacturers, but I don’t feel the need for the “latest and greatest” technologies found in TVs costing many hundreds or several thousands of dollars. This Vizio has good viewing angles, low glare from ambient light in the room, and is easy to set up. There are enough HDMI ports (including an eArc port) Of course, as with any modern flat screen, the sound from necessarily small, rear-firing speakers isn’t up to most people’s needs or preferences. I use sound bars with all my TVs. All in all, Vizio fits my budget (at least the V or M Series models), and I enjoy watching many hours of content on them.

Perfect HUGE, budget TV for Everyone
Pros:-absolutely Massive beyond expectations-worth every penny especially as an upgrade if you haven’t in 5+years-input lag non existent with V engine on-once you get the tv settings and color options dialed in it’s a visual spectacle, out of the box it’s kinda average though.-Dolby vision makes it comparable to Oled/QledCons:-not cutting edge enough to be future proof if your a gamer/enthusiast. Would be if it had 120hz mode-chromecast does not have my local news app so it’s useless I’m sticking with fire tv- VRR not usable because nothing uses it when 60hz is the standard anyway & thats the max it can do.Overall I’m very happy, I bought this as a living room TV for the family and I can’t unsee how huge it is every time I go back to my 50” in the bedroom. However if you want a massive upgrade in picture quality over general 4k that will blow you away you will have buy an Oled or something higher end.

In less than a year, picture has streaking lines
In June of 2022, I purchased the Vizio 58″ 4K TV. I was impressed with it’s easy setup and intuitive controls for the apps and additions. Looked great for my 4K Xbox games and streaming movies.About a week ago I noticed that in the lower third of the television there is streaking colors from left to right and it is most annoying when playing video games or watching movies with a lot of color/brightness changes.I am disappointed that it lasted less than a year, my old Vizio that I now have in my bedroom has lasted over 5 years now with no issues.

Display Issues
This tv was truly excellent until four or five months ago, which is sad because we’ve only had it for a little over a year and half. Everything about it was great, but right after the warranty ended the display started having issues— flashing colors and lines all over the screen, which had never been dropped or hit by anything at all. We tried replacing the power cord, and of course we power cycled the TV according to every type of FAQ offered by Vizio. We tried a factory reset, we tried switching outlets, we tried cycling display settings, and we tried talking to customer support. Nothing helped in the end, and we won’t ever be buying a Vizio again.

Vizio has Great Customer Service
These are basic TVs. They are great for the price. Make sure to put in your warranty and register the TV. I had one replaced with ease.

Will not last long
I bought this tv in May 2022. It failed this month with what appears to be a bad graphics chipset. Vizio was a great brand many years ago, but now it’s just another cheap unreliable tv.

Seemed like a good value for a 65″ -REVISED REVIEW-
The customer service was fantastic. I contacted them with my issue and within a few weeks, they delivered a new TV in the box and carried the old one away, with no charges at all. The TV works great with no issues. Very happy. In a world filled with seemingly no customer service, VIZIO proved me wrong. Thank you Vizio!!Overall picture quality is good and it’s an adequate tv for a 65″. Unfortunately, it’s developed a horizontal line after 5 months which I’m working out with support. You can’t add any apps, only choose from what exists in SmartCast, so you need to use a FireStick or other added device to add those. I will spend some extra money next time, but if support can sort out the picture quality through support or replacement I’ll update that part of the review. Hope it helps.
