Me encanta (love it)!
I like this phone big time. It has more features than iPhone. Worth buying. It’s long but great quality screen and photo clarity is amazing.

Exceeded Expectations
Decent phone for the price. I really like how lightweight it is. The position of the front facing camera is weird but everything else is great.

Awesome Phone
Very good phone for the price, my refurbished on looked and functioned like new. I like the tall and skinny style, easy to type of. Good processor, 4gb ram in that price range is good, USB-C charging, nice haptic feedback (I can’t explain it). Worked awesome with my T-Mobile card, my Boost Mobile card and my Q-link card.

Emergency inexpensive solution to a problem.
Phone works. Not as smart as an iPhone but I’m not incommunicado. This phone sits on a shelf ready for emergency use and this is exactly what I needed.

Does what I need it to do.
This is not a flagship phone and I knew this when buying it. Honestly, most of us don’t need a1000.00 phone, more like the majority. It does what I need it to do, take a call, send a text or two, play a game here and there, and last two days between charges. Very light user and I can get two to three days on a charge. Camera seems to work just fine.( not a professional, don’t need all the bells and whistles) Has a headphone jack, for those who care, and its not bad for sound quality. Screen is fine and responsive. Could I have bought a higher end model, yes, but I prefer getting what I need, not what I want and keeping that money in my bank for other more important things.

Love the 128 GB of internal memory
My previous phone got to the point where it was constantly nagging me about running out of memory. That was even after I moved every possible app to the SD card memory, and uninstalled everything I could from its internal memory.I got this Motorola because of its huge amount of storage, and now I should never have any lack of memory space. Also, the battery lasts all day with the phone in constant use.The cameras are pretty good too.The only issue with the Motorola phone is its odd screen size… tall and narrow. I had to rewrite some of my custom apps to fit them better on the screen (I create and use a lot of my own apps) but that was just a minor thing for aesthetics. My apps still worked okay, but were just a bit off-centered on the screen because of the Motorola’s non-standard screen proportions. The Motorola’s screen won’t cause any problem viewing most apps or playing games, watching videos, etc.

Doesn’t work with all CDMA
Phone seems okay so far. Battery life goes quickly. I like the phone over all but disappointed because it doesn’t work with spectrum mobile. Buyer beware doesn’t work with all carriers. In the end I am keeping the phone but switched carriers… Long story

Disappointed, Returned Phone
The phone arrived well packaged and undamaged. That’s about the best I can say for it. To be fair, it was a reconditioned phone. Buy Amazon listed it as refurbished and working as it should. That definitely was not the case. The volume on the phone was terrible, both at the ear and speaker. It would not stay connected to the internet. WI FI calling worked sometimes. The camera took decent pictures at best.It took two weeks of dealing with Amazon and the seller to get the phone returned and get my refund. From my experience, I can not recommend this phone or seller.

Nice phone all around.
There’s not much I don’t like about this phone. It automatically updated to Android 10, and was simple to set up. Testing Google Fi with it now but will activate it on Verizon soon, in place of my Moto G Power. Only regret is no 5g or Android 11. Battery life is comparable to the G Power.

Love it
These amazon RENEWED items are always pretty good, so I have heard. And I like this phone. If broken then send back to Amazon (prime I have) for free. But the new ones you have to go through the seller which is often a major pain. I think I got it for $100-150 less than the ones sent by Sellers.

Battery life is absolutely horrible.
First off my primary phone is a Motorola Z4 so I know comparing this phone to the Z4 is an unfair comparison, the phone came packaged well, in excellent cosmetic condition. Great screen quality, decent sound.HOWEVERbattery life is absolutely terrible, used it for about an hour after a full charge and 2 hours idle time it’s at 62%, this isn’t a $100 Generic smart phone, this is a mid range phone that is quite close in performance to my $700 Z4, so this lack of battery power is unacceptable. I shouldn’t be wondering if I have to charge it before lunch. Very disappointed with this serious flaw, please be aware if you’re a heavy phone user do not buy this phone or you’ll spend your days recharging.

Shipment arrived today and speaker does not work
Shipment arrived today and speaker does not work. Every sound setting tried to get it to work. Only success is to plug in headphones and even that sound is really low,
