Great Picture
I still have yet to find any true 4k streaming shows, the picture is fantastic at 1080p but I want the 4k that I got it for. I normally use the free streaming services and they don’t have 4K but Prime video is supposed to have 4K shows but I’ve still not found any over 1080p. The TV itself is a pretty nice TV for the price. I can’t afford a 1000.00 TV and this is all the picture I need with 50 inch screen it looks great in my small living room. I have 2 JBL party boxes 310’s running through Bluetooth and they paired right up with the TV no problem with the JBL app. Sounds thunderously loud when watching concerts and music video’s and the sync is right on. I got a drywall mount for it so I can mount it on my wall, so it’s gonna be really cool as soon as I do that little chore. I’m really happy with it so far , easy to use and lot’s of free shows and movies, more than you are going to ever watch and some good documentary’s I Like Tubi TV.

A Great TV for the Money
Bought the first one several months ago, liked it so much that I bought a second one for my bedroom. Clear and detailed picture (when you can see the actor’s actual makeup, you know you are getting a sharp image!), and fairly easy to set up (I’m tech challenged). Love that it includes Prime Video, which I use often for both tv and music. I’m on an antenna, no cable here, and the tv’s scanner picked up 53 channels. Haven’t used the sleep timer yet, but will eventually now that I know where it is. This was a surprisingly good buy (the first one I found on sale for under $200, the second was just a tad over $200) – a lot of tv for the money.

Surprising at this price
Wasn’t expecting much…but I’m definitely happy with the purchase.Pros: Big, bright and vibrant screen. The weight is comparable to a much smaller TV, making it easy to hang or attach to a wall arm mount. Has a number of default settings that change automatically to use…think gaming, movies, sports. Several sound output options are available but(see cons). Oddly, the feet are noteworthy, they’re solid aluminum and very sturdy.Cons: Bad speakers, you will need to supplement with a soundbar or surround system, nuff said. You have to navigate the menu every time the TV is turned on. There remote functionality is very limited, the menu button does not take you to the actual settings, again, you have to navigate the OS to get to full settings. Bluetooth connectivity is only accessible in full settings, but once done, works well.Amazon is making every attempt at standardizing what they want your TV experience to be. It’s quirky and nuanced, lending more to what you would find on an OS where you have every option available, forcing you to choose what you want to do each time…like you would with a PC.I would recommend this TV, just be prepared for the business of the home screen…every time.

Good quality, easy to get going
Disclaimer: I’m absolutely not someone who is going to nitpick about the picture quality to the point of caring about how truly HD something is. I can tell if the picture is bad or grainy or if there are burned out spots, but otherwise I’m not that concerned about it. What mattered to me is having a TV that made it easier for me to get to everything I have on streaming and to get a slightly better quality than my old TV without paying a lot. This definitely works on those fronts.Navigating settings is pretty straightforward and this thing honestly works pretty decently out of the box. It’s not too hard to add a soundbar to this, and odds are good that you’ll want to consider one as I’d say the only drawback about this TV I’ve noticed is that the sound isn’t as good as my old one was. Your mileage may vary/tolerance level may as well, but a soundbar fills in that gap nicely. The remote it comes with is honestly pretty much geared to assume you’re using Fire to stream (which seems fair – after all, this IS a fire TV, though my Roku would also have plugged in fine if I wanted to keep using it).As I mentioned, the only thing I love less is the sound on this TV and even there it’s not a big deal. I’ll see how this holds up over time but for now I consider it a pretty good value and wish I’d sprung for it earlier.

Great bedroom TV
Wall mounted with 3” cleats – super light so easy to mount flat – I stream only so don’t need cables other than power – which I ran in the wall and down to the outlet with a new wall plate just above the outlet – looks clean and professional.Streaming works great – can add all the content you want to spend $$ on. Sound and picture is great for normal use, but will admit I’m not picky.Overall very happy with purchase and great price from a quality brand.

Awesome deal, awesome tv.
Wanted a TV for my new apartment’s bedroom, and knew 43” was all I needed and this was an excellent find and early gift to myself. I must note that for the life of me I could not get my Wi-Fi router to connect so I ran a very long R45 cable directly to router and everything worked. To be fair is in the very furthest corner of this large apartment space and the router is pretty much in the center and I do have a hard line run to my music studios digital mixer as well so I’m sure that was on me so positioning might be important if you’re planning to put it in your bedroom.Picture quality is outstanding and should add, my living room tv is this tv’s bigger brother 4 years ago and it’s still just as awesome and reason for watching Toshiba brand.

Great 4K TV, except for gaming
The TV has great picture quality, lots of features, and is fully fleshed out as a smart TV. All the streaming apps one would want are here, and the interface is easy to use. The inclusion of game streaming apps are great as well, but the actual act of playing video games on this TV? Very underwhelming.I mostly bought this TV for gaming with a PS5. The picture quality is great and I think the colors are as well (I like setting my screens to have a saturated look to it), but the HDR is washed out and not very impressive.But these things aren’t completely indicative of a good gaming experience. The most important factor is the performance, or the feel. Specifically input latency. This TV fails spectacularly on this front. The input latency is so noticeable I can say a whole word before an action occurs on the TV.Then, well what about gaming mode? ALLM? Takes the input lag away, and its now a normal gaming experience. Until you see stuttering every 5 or so seconds. The stuttering is so bad I just turn off gaming mode. There’s a separate “gaming” toggle in the picture settings (Auto Low latency mode), and I have this on at all times. I also turn off all the post processing the TV would do, but the actual “gaming” picture mode preset is the only one I’ve seen that actually has the lowest input response. But, the tradeoff being the constant stutters. Playing on “custom” picture mode with ALLM on and all post processing settings off, I still notice input latency but it is a little better.So why didn’t I return it? Things came up and I wasn’t able to actually set it up start using it well after I had purchased this already, after the return period. It’s also good enough as a streaming TV since the actual picture quality isn’t that bad. I mainly play on a monitor so it’s not like I’m inconvenienced too much, but I would like to have played many of my games (mostly multiplayer/fast reaction games) on the TV from my bed. I’ll still be using it for movies and shows but I’m really disappointed in the gaming performance here.

Actual TV is great, the rest not so much.
I bought this TV on Prime Day. The deal was too good to pass up. The TV was delivered next day which was great. After the unpacking and setup were done, I turned on the TV only to find vertical lines and a crack on the right side of the screen. There was no visible damage to the box or the surface of the screen when it was turned off. I assume it was damaged in transit or delivery. I was given the option of returning the TV to a Best Buy store, which I did. Management at Best Buy were more interested in getting me to join their Membership program than just processing the return. They ultimately did refund me for the TV as well as a discount for the replacement. I had to wait another 8 days for the delivery of the new set, but it was delivered without any issues and the TV is working fine.If you are using this TV with a streaming service, I would recommend you have your WiFi router close by or connect it directly to your network with a LAN cable. Picture quality & connectivity will suffer with a weak signal.Overall, I’m pleased with this purchase. It was a great price for this size TV. I was looking for a decent TV for my home office/hobby room and this definitely meets that goal. I don’t think I would use this TV as my primary viewing option, but it’s a pretty good choice for a bedroom or spare location.

Nice tv.
Wish I had purchased directly from Amazon rather than Best Buy. My tv has been out since December 3rd. All because of a power surge. My insurance is still not paying anything. I’m guessing I’ll have to buy a new one. I shop from Amazon a lot. I won’t be getting my new tv from there for sure. Maybe Walmart. Not sure yet. Also,the assurian insurance that I’ve been buying is certainly not worth it.

TV great; delivery scheduling tough
I’m very pleased with the TV. Best Buy’s delivery scheduling only lets you choose the day, not the time of day. The first two delivery attempts were scheduled during non-working hours when I told them I could not be there. When delivery was missed, I had to wait several days before they would try again. It would have been fine if it was for personal use, but I will not order from them again for the office.

Great price, great updated tv set
i wanted a 43″ size because the 50 and 55 inch tvs i have are heavier and bulkier to move around.i found out that the antenna tuner is improved over a previous made in mexico tv i had.however, i thought it said that the tv had 4 hdmi 2.1 inputs, but it only has one. the other 3 are 2.0. Still, the pucture and sound are much improved over an Insignia 50 inch tv i had 3 years ago.it was easy to set up, and you can tweak the picture and sound to correctly improve calibration, if you know how to do it.overnight, it suddenly stopped streaming, so i just unplugged it, waited a minute, then plugged it in, and it was back to normal. i did submit the error report to amazon before the reboot.

Amazing deal for a 55″TV.
I love the price.I had a 32″ set in the bedroom, and it was working fine, but it was hard for me to see details and read menus from across the room.When I saw this deal on a 55″ Toshiba TV I couldn’t pass it up.Switching from a Roku to Fire Stick takes a little getting used to, but once it was set up and I had a chance to get familiar with the remote I couldn’t be happier.This set was sold and delivered by Best Buy, and they were outstanding.They contacted me about the delivery date which was about a week earlier than estimated by Amazon.They also called about 30 minutes before arriving at my house.They brought it right up and set it inside my door.Then someone called afterwards to make sure everything went well.

Not compatible w/ Echo Studio!
I already owned a FireTV Cube before this purchase because I had an old Samsung tv. When looking for a replacement tv I figured getting a FireTV would negate the need for the Cube. However I didn’t realize an actual FireTV is not compatible with Echo Studio speakers. Which is a no-go at my place. My HVAC system is extremely loud so having the speaker right behind the couch is necessary to hear ANYTHING.My solution: plug the Cube into an HDMI port on the FireTV. Thankfully clicking the home button on the Cube’s remote turns the TV on and straight to that input immediately.Admittedly I should have looked into this better but oh well… lesson learned.The tv also turns on by itself sometimes and I can’t figure out why.

The sound is terrible on this TV
The Picture is of the finest quality and the Fire TV is fantastic but the sound is very inferior. It sounds like it’s muffled and in a cave. I had to raise the treble to 95% of it’s capability just to be able to hear the voices clearly. The sound has to be adjusted without being able to hear the sound so it’s a constant adjust get out of settings to hear then go back to adjust that took me two days just to get a clear sound that is still inferior to all other tv’s I have owned, due to being unable to hear what you are doing, so it’s a guessing game. Idiot design for sure. You will need to buy a quality sound bar or hook it up to a component stereo system with a good equalizer. In short the sound sucks.

Amazing for streaming, but gaming…
The set up was very easy to place and I do love the quality when streaming shows/movies. However, for the gaming experience, especially for next gen consoles (PS5, Xbox), it does tend to lack with its quality, especially when it switches to game mode because the screen begins to lag since the fps is more than the tv. It feels better for me with game mode switched off, but if you’re looking to specifically game, maybe try a better option before choosing this one.

A Great LED Television
I have had this television for a couple of months now, and I am pleased with its performance. I like the picture quality and the ease of using its Fire TV Interface. I am able to control some of its functions with my Alexa speakers, which makes it very convenient when it works. If I do encounter problems turning it on and off with Alexa, which sometimes occurs, I am always able to use the remote that came with the television to accomplish all those functions. The TV comes in different sizes, I chose the 65-inch one, and I am glad I did. This has a true Fire TV interface built into the software, so I could not be more pleased with that integration which preserved all my Fire TV watchlists.

Great Tv for the average person
We bought this for our small living room and it works out great there. The image looks great and we enjoy the ability to stream through amazon without a roku or other device. Compared to our other tv’s this one is super light as well! I am sure there are better tv’s out there for image etc. but for the price this is perfect for our family.

picture is great easy set up did have to purchase a five star antenna here because the old one would loose signal strength when the second TV this one was added. It is lighter that the old 44″ Toshiba I had mounted both on the wall a superior set up 6′ to the top of the TV perfect disregard the 42″center suggestion.

Quick inbox and set up
Recently widowed. Just relocated and couldn’t get my fire sticks to work. After spending $100 to get the cable to work. I didn’t want a repeat for streaming.Have an early model. Delivered right to my 3rd floor condo. Unboxed, attached legs and connected and watching my favorite tv app in less than $45 min.

I have never had a 50 in screen and it’s huge and I love it and the movies and the TV shows are well worth the watch.

Great TV… but
The picture quality for the price is great. My only complaint is that the speakers are not great quality. I’d suggest getting a sound bar if you decide to get this one.

Best delivery ever!!
This fire tv is really great but even better was the surprise of it being delivered by Best Buy. I was concerned about getting one from Amazon and riding around on one of their vans. Nope delivered by BB and they brought it in to my living room. They were respectful and so nice. The tv has a wonderful display. I’m getting using to the streaming services. No complaints what so ever!! Easy set up, box to watching tv was just a few minutes, mostly software download!
