Get this monitor!
I was originally going to get the ultrawide predator monitor. After coming across this monitor on sale, I couldn’t pass it up. (Plus the $600 difference sold me.) I do not regret buying this! I am in LOVE. The built in speakers are a plus too. The only downside to this monitor is that you won’t see the led lights on the back unless you are in the dark.

Beware of Ghosting for non-240 fps users
I bought this monitor for a new PC build I’m currently assembling. In the meantime, I’m giving it some use with my PS4 and, in accordance with other reviews, I need to warn you of annoying Ghosting issues both in gaming and while watching videos. In my experience it doesn’t show up always but yes very often specially in dark areas.Disappointment hits like a truck since I cannot afford as much but the reason of the title is because it seems like all these bad issues are not presented i. e. when you’re gaming on 240 fps, which is the aimed/intended frame rate for this monitor. So I’m upgrading this review and even giving it one more star when I test it properly in a 240 fps-capable PC and game.Now, I’ll give you some useful tweakings in the settings to mitigate the Ghosting that kinda worked for me (obviously, not at 100%) and it has its drawbacks but it is what it is:* The higher the CONTRAST level you put, the less the Ghosting effect will be, but don’t expect it to disappear completely. The drawback of this is that you literally can’t read a document text and the whites are too bright, so I recommend to reduce the BACKLIGHT to something like 20 to try to compensate the exaggerated Contrast.* Look for the OVERDRIVE option and play with the options that range from low, medium, high, etc. to see if the Ghosting decreases. While it’s true that Overdrive is a good measure to get rid of Ghosting, keep in mind that a very high Overdrive can cause “inverse Ghosting” that’s basically another annoying issue.*Look for the BLACK LEVEL EQUALIZER in the Colors tab, and just like the Contrast option, the higher the number, the less Ghosting you get.There’s probably some other settings that can be tweaked in order to reduce Ghosting but at least these ones worked for me to an extent. You can also reduce Ghosting if you fidget with in-system settings directly from a PC, which is what I’m going to try in a near future. All in all, I wish you good luck if you’re in a situation like me that cannot afford a replacement/refund. Otherwise, just look for another monitor option that, while a little more expensive, will probably not have these disappointing issues this one has.

Good monitor
This is a pretty good monitor that’s fairly easy to setup. I don’t like that you need to use tools (that they also provide in the box) to put together the stand unlike some of the other monitor I’ve had that had a completely tool less assembly.The screen itself is quite smooth and has a very usable on screen menu for adjustment and other settings. Though it’s a shame that they don’t provide a HDMI cable in the box just a DisplayPort cable, I would have also been fine if they had let me choose either a HDMI or a DisplayPort.The one thing I am very disappointed by is that there was a dead pixel on my screen, not game changing but very annoying nonetheless.

Great Monitor at this price point
As others have said, the single point mount is the only weak point. I have it as tight as I dare. and it still twist up and down. Who cares about speakers? I have never turned them on (over a month). Picure, refresh rate and size are fantastic. The display port cable could be longer as the monitor is large thus a little more distance to the computer. Can put three web pages on it easily for work or school. I play games on it and maybe why the mount is important to me as I bang the desk. Bottom line, yes, buy it again at $300

Amazing for the price, and has so much real estate for documents. Great Product.
Only issue is that for true gamers, they might wish for more volume from the speakers in the unit. I do. Am sure there are software ways to increase this, but wanted to mention the only issue I have found. Other than not being able to pretend I am Ted Nugent, for me, this is acceptable. Better than acceptable, best screen for the money I have ever imagined.

Amazing for the price
This monitor is an amazing monitor for anyone looking to get an ultrawide, 2k under 300. The color is amazing, the curve makes gameplay incredibly immeraive on games like star citizen and even apex the only, and I mean only thing I can say negative is that the stand is not sturdy at ALL. If you plan on mounting it, don’t worry about it. If you have cats, you may want to brace it, or otherwise support it to keep it from tipping.

Totally worth it and runs great graphics. I got it for gaming because ive always just wanted equipment that was functional, looks great, and does its job, all without spending thousands of dollars. It came on time, everything was perfect except when I screwed the monitor stand to the monitor itself it screwed all the way in but it wasn’t enough and the monitor doesn’t sit up evenly. I have my second monitor holding it up but other than that everything’s amazing.

Very good value. Good, but not perfect image quality.
Does as advertised, stable 240hz. I’m not a huge picture quality stickler but with this monitor there’s a subtle bleeding of colors into each other, like a post-processing bloom filter. I’d assume this varies from copy to copy. At this price point, and for my use case I just don’t particularly mind.

Great quality, especially for the price!
I purchased this monitor to replace my Samsung 144hz monitor that got dead pixels about a month after purchase. I love this monitor. The picture and color quality are perfect, which is something I am particular about. I use it for gaming, so quality of picture/color is everything. I love that it is adjustable, which my other monitor is not. You can sit at whatever height/position you want and move the monitor accordingly. It was also super easy to put together, I bought 2 of the monitors and put both of them together in maybe 10 minutes. Love this monitor, definitely worth it especially for the price.

I have not bought a new monitor in a very long time, so I thought why not treat myself. I bought this 34 inch Sceptre and how I was amazed. The set up was easy no issues set monitor in tripod plug in power, HDMI cable and whalla!!! I am happy I bought this monitor! I use the highest setting and thought maybe it is too small of font. Great monitor for the price
Overall a great monitor. Came with 1 dead pixel but a great display the refresh rate and latency are immaculate to what I was using before. Only negative in my opinion is the backlighting (who’s is to be expected with these types of monitors) because it isn’t LED the screen has some lit up areas on a solid black screen test due to the backlighting. But it’s only noticeable when on a solid black screen. Overall the monitor performs great and would recommend to anyone looking for a great monitor will a low budget. I play COD, VAL, Rust, CSGO, and many more games with no issues. Haven’t seen any “ghosting” from the monitor either, which is another big plus. Would’ve been a 5/5 stars but the 1 bad pixel it came with was upsetting.

Great monitor!
I just received this monitor today! I’m not pro level tech savvy but I really wanted an upgrade from my 32in 2017 TCL TV. I was looking for something bigger with better picture but within my budget.This Sceptre monitor definitely wasn’t within my budget and I “YOLO’ed” on this purchase.I must say that I am satisfied and definitely don’t have that post purchase-high regret. Lol.Pros:-Monitor came intact and well sealed.-Has DisplayPort cable in box for higher refresh rate option – 165Hz – great for PC gamers. You’ll need to have your own HDMI cable, however.-The difference in picture quality from what I’ve experienced before is just amazing especially with the curvature of the monitor.Cons:-The Vesa mount adapter it came with I’m not a fan of. Despite it being functional, I feel uneasy with there only being one screw to secure the mount adapter to the monitor. There are no other screw holes aside from one single point on the backside of kmonitor to install your base or for wall/vesa mount.

Great build. The stand is nice and sturdy. I thought it was gonna be too small but it’s almost the perfect size. Graphics is outstanding. It does have built in speakers but I always use a headset for the microphone so I can’t speak to the quality of sound. I will be purchasing one for my son for Christmas. 100% recommended.

For those who love a curved monitor but also want the specs to game. This is the monitor you need. I think 27 inches is a solid size for a single monitor. When paired up with other monitors it’s not too obnoxious. I’ve had the M27 for years now and this new K27 is incredible. 1 millisecond refresh rate and 240 HZ is insane for a curved monitor of this size. Well done, Spectre.

Almost replaces two monitors – doesnt show bios screen
I am absolutely blown away by this monitor. I replaced a dual monitor setup, and gave me way more space on my desk, as its mounted on an arm. Despite the loss of a little desktop real-estate compared to dual monitors, its way better as a workspace, because you don’t have a bezel in the middle of your vision.The only downside with this monitor is that it wont go down to the resolution of my bios, it shows nothing up until the login screen.

Great picture, but mounting is a pain.
The quality of the picture seems great, two months in and everything seems to function properly. Nothing strange happening. But when mounting this thing. The plate is misaligned with the holes causing it to have to be mounted improperly. It holds good enough but this is something so easy to fix from a manufacturing standpoint. This is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars.

I love this monitor, I got this for my son for the holidays and he loves it. He wanted a cheap but good monitor and this was perfect. It has 240hz which is really surprising for a 140$ monitor. The image quality is very good. Really recommend to buy!

This monitor has a good image, is very bright. I adjusted no settings out of the box. very nice picture.I have this paired with MSI GF75 laptop. The GTX1650 video card can not push this to limit.It can play games at 120hz so that is nice. Starfield looks good.I will recommend this to anyone on budget.

Everything about it is Great! But . . .
Everything about this monitor great, the color is beautiful, the image is sharp, and its easy to setup. But for those who are willing to wall mount this monitor beware that this monitor mount that it comes with is not the greatest but its not the worst. The mount is held up with one M4 type screws in the middle of the mount. It does look nerve-racking but I trust it will hold. The stand that it comes with is metal stand its great one as holds up well. I will rate this monitor a 5 star but that just my opinion. I hope this helps for those who have question on this monitor.

Great value for price
Great 1080p monitor for price. Set up was simple and easy, just follow the provided instructions to enable 240hz and you’re ready to go. I started out using it as a secondary monitor to pair with my dell 1440p but noticed after some time the picture and color quality are much better than the dell monitor for game use. I now use the Sceptre monitor as my main screen for gaming because the picture quality and 240hz provides smooth and clear visuals especially while playing fps games like war zone and battlefield 2042.

Best budget 1440p ultrawide period.
In my opinion, the sceptre is the best option for people looking to dip their toe into 1440p ultrawide gaming without breaking the bank. It has HDR support, a solid 165 hz refresh rate. It even has backlight rgb lighting, and built in speaker incase your speakers take a dump. Yes this is not the best picture quality out there when you consider expensive OLED monitors but for people like me who wanted higher resolution with that ultrawide feel at sub 400$ this is your best bet.

Sweet monitor for the price, except they really obscure that it’s not a 4k monitor. Trying to play this with Xbox and it’s a giant 1080p monitor; looks terrible how large everything is. Oh well. It’s better suited for PC only I guess.

FANTASTIC TECH SUPPORT ON A QUALITY PRODUCT
I purchased two of these 34 inch 4K curved monitors to use in my home office environment. I have multiple windows open at the same time, and using a single 42″ monitor still didn’t give me the flexibility I wanted, hence two of these.They arrived yesterday and firstly, I have recently purchased monitors online only to have them arrive with a cracked screen. These are very well packaged and were perfect out of the box. That said, assembly of the simple but effective stand was three screws and all done. Very stable on my work surface. I am using a Windows 11 Pro laptop that has all the bells and whistles, and connect external devices through a hub / port. Now, here is why my review has the headline as you see it.After hooking everything up (power and HDMI and you’re done), and booting my computer, I had one display that was gorgeous with 4K resolution, and the other so blurry I couldn’t read it at 640×480 resolution. ?? It goes without saying that all of my Bios, drivers, and connections were solid, cables were good, etc. Windows would not let me select a resolution on the second monitor – it was all grayed out. I tried the monitor setup button itself – no joy as the resolution is controlled by the computer graphics card. I re-booted, I swapped cables, still no joy. Obviously this is a simple user-error, but it was really late in the day and beyond me to figure it out.I called the toll free number for Tech Support that was in the setup guide, and they have hours until early evening PST (I’m EST) so that was good. And then – after going through the call directory for Tech Support I got the dreaded recording “All agents are assisting other customers. You may leave a message or try again later.” Yeah – right; we’ve all heard that before. So, I left a message that I needed setup help, my name and number, and went downstairs to fix some dinner.Here’s the incredible part, and the First Shock. Less than 15 minutes and my cell rings and it is Sceptre Tech Support! Not a robot – a person! I went back to my home office, and started by telling the very polite young man (who spoke impeccable English) that I had just unboxed these and had not even registered them yet. Second Shock – he didn’t put me through name, address, email, phone, model, serial number, and the rest of the gamut that is normal. He simply asked what my problem was and what I had tried. We walked through that, changed around one connection, re-booted, and all was perfect! Third Shock – he stayed with me through it all, made sure I could shut down and start up without difficulty or change in display quality, confirmed monitor settings for my usage profile, and then took some extra time to tell me about features I had seen in the user guide that might be beneficial for me given my use, and walked me through those as well.I can promise you I will tell this story again and again. Beyond that, I’m going to look at everything this company sells and – if I have a need – I will buy their products. Those of you in the electronics world will understand how extraordinary this level of customer interaction is in today’s world. I wish I had this person’s name, as he deserves the accolades, but he didn’t give it – he just was there to help.Wow . . .

I love this thing
Works great with my Windows desktop and my Linux laptop. Currently have them set up for DP1 and HDMI1 and I can switch between them with no issues.HDMI max cycles with Windows was 60Hz while Linux is able to squeeze out 100Hz even through a DP1.4 hub.DP through Windows hit 165Hz with no issues. Wish I had a video card as games would look beautiful on this display. I mainly use my computers for work, so I never upgraded the built in graphics off the CPU and Motherboard.I have no dead pixels and no issues in the month+ I’ve owned this monitor.Keep in mind that if you are getting this monitor for backlighting, the LEDs on the back are not bright enough to reflect off the wall, at least not my darkly colored wall. I think they are mostly for aesthetics for someone on the other side of the desk to see.All in all, the price and the features delivered with this monitor make it worth every penny I spent on it, even through the slight disappointment of lack of built in backlighting.

No Negatives For Me
I went from a 1080 2k to 1440 4k. Refresh from 74hz to 165hz.This is my first 4k capable monitor and I can not find a single negative to put out, period. The settings are customizable but fiddly to reach in the monitor. Straight up I love this screen. Instantly replaced my main one without even a doubt in my mind.Light critiques; The monitor stand looks flimsy but I did not use it, it’s mounted to an arm on my desk… and it is HEAVY. Make sure you have a good arm with high tension capability otherwise your screen will tilt down (not a screen issue, but just a warning that this is much heavier than it looks)My cats like the brilliant colors it produces, major bonus points there. They love watching me play games and they’ve even come to watch me more often since changing screens.

Well it came today. I attached the stand, this would be my only complaint, it does not feel secure. I attached an HDMI cable and turned my laptop on and all I can say is WOW! It came with a DP cable, but I could not use it as it had a regular connection and not the c that my laptop has. Fortunately, I had an extra HDMI. The picture is great. The games are wonderful as my almost 11 yr old DD spent the afternoon trying out numerous options.All I can say is, BUY IT Now! I do see the price has reverted back to its regular price. I got it on a cyber deal. So far, I am very happy with my purchase.

Nice WQHD Budget Curved Monitor
Although I just purchased this monitor it has been great so far. Setup was fairly simple and the picture quality is great. However, the stock monitor stand is not great. It was not great for my previous Sceptre C275B-144RN monitor either, but I still had enough clearance on my elevated monitor platform to place it on my desk. With this monitor I was not able to do that because of the weird stand configuration. I found an alternative solution though. The Perlegear Monitor Stand, Freestanding Monitor Mount for 13-34 inch Screens with 360 Degree Rotation, 5 Height Settings, Adjustable Monitor Desk Riser with Swivel and Tilt, Max VESA 100x100mm, PGTVS29 is compatible with this monitor. It comes with all the hardware needed to mount this monitor to the stand. I know it says it is a TV stand but this Sceptre monitor comes with the VESA mount adapter and screws that are needed to mount to the stand. The washers included with the stand are small enough to work with the screw for VESA mount adapter. I have not tried gaming with it yet but if I find any nuiances I will update my review.

Absolutely love this monitor. I just got a new PC & wanted something nice yet affordable. The quality is amazing. Clear. Games looks fabulous on it. I’m glad I went with the larger screen. Although with gaming I cannot keep it on full wide screen because I can’t see everything going on but for browsing or other uses it’s so nice to have. Definitely recommend! Brightness is a must… My biggest issue is… I have an expensive heart. And this monitor met all ticks when I bought it. It is quick, I’ve had zero screen tare. Speakers are not loud. No dead pixels upon arrival. It is Full HD meaning 1920 x 1080. IT DOES NOT HAVE HDR.

Overall great monitor
Monitor response fast. I’ve had it for 4 months and overall happy with this purchase. You can’t really beat the price they offer. Speakers are a nice feature but due keep in mind they dont sound exactly the best mainly on high volumes. The only complaint i have, which is minor, is when I press the power button to turn off I often find myself having to press it twice which is annoying when I leave my room and come back only to find my monitor blinking blue indicating that it is on.

The picture is astounding and a welcome upgrade from 1080p. The blacks are black and the colors vivid. The speakers are lacking in depth but that is to be expected from monitor speakers but the sound is acceptable. I haven’t had any warranty issues so I cannot speak on that. What i can say is this monitor, with very little setup, is bright and beautiful. At this price I find it hard to beat. Deducting one point because the mounting uses a single point and has no provisions for a vesa mount or anything better

Not for Ps5
I bought this for the quality and price for my Ps5. Very well made and runs fast and smooth. Picture is excellent 👌.Too wide for consoles tho. Stretches the screen making it blurry and just overall a bad experience with picture quality. Tried a DP(display port) adapter and only way to use the adapter is to disable my ps5 HDCP. That being disabled means no apps or games can be played. And screen was still stretched so that was a no go. I returned the monitor but did really like it. For PC users, i would definitely recommend this. Ps5 just doesnt support that wide of a monitor.
