Absolutly perfect phone!!
Absolutly perfect phone!! Transaction was the best I have ever had. Phone was delivered in a plain white box and included a clear phone cover and glass screen protector. I have purchased several new and refurbished phones, this one looks and performs as new. Packaged perfectly. Simple to put in my sim card from T-Mobile and start setting up this phone. If I have any issues I will update, but I don’t anticipate any problems.

It’s a good buy. No need to pay full price cause this was perfect. Everything about it is good, works like a new phone. Of course there were a few scratches but nothing evident unless you’re examining the phone. Definitely recommend!

Good phone so far
I’ve had the phone about 3 weeks now. It was in excellent condition when I recieved it and it continues to work fine. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because it came loaded with Android 10. Very out dated software. Took several software updates to bring it up to standard, 7 or 8, I lost track. Not difficult to do but a little annoying for a new phone.

My phone would not use a spectrum sim card. My wifes phone, “same amazon sales vender same phone”. worked without an issue.If I had to review this phone based on my wifes phone I give it 5 stars. No issues and phone works great!Now my phone………… Battery life was horrible! plug it in and charge it 35% batter left after 4 hours. nothing on it but factory apps settings.My wifes phone! loaded ot hilt in streaming stuff home devices alexa stuff whole smart house connected to this thing. 70% battery 8 hours later.Setting right? screen, maybe battery saver mode? I thought this as well just maybe! nope lol!So we go to spectrum! They put in my wifes sim card 20 seconds later we had phone ready to roll.They put in sim card. 4 hours later no dice 6 people tried.Manager now tries for 2 hours says call this number! We call Spectrum tech line they said go back tot the store get new sim card. Same deal over and over MIE or what ever they called it reads 00000000000000000. So now I have to spend cash to take uber ride to a store 20 minutes from my house to return a phone can’t use because can’t drive because of seizures. like a total kick to the nuts buying the second phone.Now sitting with 240$ on my card after having to buy another phone to replace this one as i needed it before i go into a surgery today. Not happy with my purchase i atleast hope this vender refunds the money paid for this phone or review drops to 1 star instantly

No need to buy the S22 series this one works just fine!!!!
After dropping my S22 ultra I decided not to get another one. However my wife gifted me an IPhone 13 Pro Max (this was her trying to change a diehard android user) I couldn’t last more than two months. So knowing the Samsung series very well, it wasn’t a hard decision to go straight to the S20+. This phone does the job just right. But you always get what you pay for. This refurbished unit came with some major annoyances. First of all I would not call it in excellent condition as the description mentioned. It had some visible scratches on the top edge. However the screen was fine. Secondly the battery seemed to be discharging a bit faster than it should. And when I checked the battery health status it said it’s good, so maybe it’s on it’s lower side of good. And the third and most off putting is the camera…. Colors are faded and the focus is on the jittery and shaky side at best. I am still using this phone as a secondary device for now mainly for the apps I can’t get on the Apple Store. However I wouldn’t say to not buy this phone especially this model, I had one before when they just came out and I know how great it is. Maybe you’ll get a better unit than the one I received.Finally I will soon be contacting the seller for an exchange because a good S20+ has all the bells and whistles of a high end phone. Don’t forget you get a 90 days return and warranty with Amazon so no worries at all

I have bought at least 6 phone’s from Amazon, one for me and one for the wife. First the Moto g6,the Power and Play version,then bumped up to LG G7 for wife,LG G8 for me. NOW,I bought the Samsung Galaxy s21 5g for me and bought this s20 Plus for her. Both refurbished mine bought Good, her’s I bought Excellent. Couldn’t tell the difference between the good and excellent,both phones look new. However, the Samsung Galaxy s20 Plus next to my Samsung Galaxy s21 5g, let’s just say I was gonna keep it for myself. The display and the way it felt in my hands, plus all the same goodies. My Wife will never need another phone. But if we do Amazon is the place for me. PS got the phone early.

Screen died after a few months of owning this unfortunately but it could have had something to do with a cup being dropped on the screen and cracking it. The screen didnt die until 2 months later though. Other than that, it worked great and took great pictures!

Returned and waiting for replacement
The phone itself looked entirely brand new. Great condition. However, when it charged for couple of minutes it would start to ring and vibrate until I unplugged it. I tried restarting, playing with settings, troubleshooting and absolutely nothing worked. Sent back and waiting for a replacement. I will give it a second try based on all the good reviews. If it doesn’t work, I’ll return and that’s a wrap.

The item came earlier than stated. It came with a screen protector and charger. It looked brand new. The only negative was that at first I was unable to ise my sim card. However after contacting the seller he wuicly fixed that. For a renewed phone it was in excellent condition and I wasn’t disappointed.

Cosmic Grey 128gb excellent condition.
It came in bubble wrap and a small box. The charging box it came with immediately started overheating so I would get a different one. There were a few scuffs and scratches but the phone itself worked great. It wasn’t factory unlocked as it was still loaded with Verizon apps but it worked out fine as we had Verizon in the first place. Overall, it came in perfect working condition with few vanity issues. I give 4 stars for packaging and the charging box and the scuffs/scratches.

Actual exceeded my expectations considering the bad reviews.
Ok so first it came with everything. Battery life can’t say anything yet will review in 3 months. First use and during set up I was at 98% at 1pm. It’s now 8pm I’m at 66%. My only issues are two so far. There is some threading in the camera, one two though it doesn’t bother now it might later. The top of the back is unsticking a bit but not too much to fall out. Overall I mean for the price it’s ok. Thankfully no scratches or burn Marks. Also comes fully unlocked.

5 stars for the condition and functionality of this device, however, it is a Sprint cell phone. Even though I was able to install a Verizon sim card, the device cannot connect to Verizon network and constantly looking for network service leaving me without cell service most of the time.

A great price for a sharp camera phone
The good news is this unit has not been used, so it is new old stock for 20% of new price. Bought mostly for the camera, 1/3rd the price of another Nikon. I bought the blue version, I guess that color did not sell well. It took 3 software upgrades, meaning it has been in the box since day one. I’m surprised at how clunky some of the tools are. Face recognition only works in bright light, so that’s out. The phone kept telling me I’m not me, thanks loads. Hard to find the pages to change settings. No earphone jack, I had to buy some of the plug-in type. Does not sense when I am looking at it. Only 2 keyboard options, nothing for anyone with poor vision. No option for screenshots. My older much cheaper android phone by a dif maker has a LOT more ease of use features, odd. Samsung and T Mobile keep trying to install “exciting” games and emojis for 13 year old girls. I guess they are the primary demographic for their phones. I wish the back is not glass, because they shatter easily. I understand why they do this, improved signal reception. The phone asked me to install facebook, when I said no it cut off the FB messenger feature. Ergo compulsory buy in on FB. I have a Samsung Gear 360 camera, I could download the app into the phone but it does not work. So good camera, poor software design, All of the basic important things work well.

Good phone, but image burned into screen
Overall, very nice phone. I’ve had the s20 in the past, thought I’d get the s20+ after breaking my previous phone. Camera is very good, it’s fast, good battery, came with no cosmetic damage. My only complaint is that you can ever so faintly see that the keyboard and apps are like burnt into the screen. It’s only noticeable when my screen is showing a white background.

Performance
Very good product. Great overall performance! Battery life was no longer a concern as it lasts almost the entire day even with heavy phone usage. Despite being advertised as water-resistant, the device malfunctioned after being dropped into water for less than 2 minutes. Initially, it only worked in safe mode, but eventually stopped functioning altogether.

Great buy – but it freezes
This phone is great. I’ve had it for a few months now and I absolutely love it. It never overheats on me, it lasts all day unless I’m playing intense games, the screen is clear and sharp, and I’ve had no problems with using my apps on it. BUT! It regularly freezes. When I try to pull down the notification bar, or unlock it, it change screens using the tab button on the bottom, it just freezes up. It’s especially about when I’m trying to hang up a call, but can’t get the screen to come on because it froze. Definitely wish I didn’t do that, but I can’t afford another to see if it’s the style or just luck.

So Disappoint
I purchased this Renewed phone as a birthday gift to myself after saving to get a phone for quite some time. What convinced me to purchase this renewed phone was the status that stated…**Excellent Condition (Refurbished)**. Hence, I thought it would be have been a great purchase. However, all my hopes were splintered when I received the phone and realized that it was not keeping battery charge at all. The battery was at 17% when I received the phone a day ago so I charged it up fully, unplugged the charger, and left the phone for a while to take care of some errands. When I got back home to begin the process of setting up the phone, I noticed that the battery had depleted to 85%. This really baffled me, considering that I had not yet set the phone up by adding any apps or personal data. Nevertheless, I decided to proceed in setting up the phone anyway. When the setup process started, the battery started to deplete very fast and in no time it went down to 55%. I connected the phone to the charger to ensure that the setup process could be completed without any issues.After the setup process was completed, I ensured that the Bluetooth, Mobile Data and Wi-Fi connections were all turned off. This was at 9:30pm 12/12/2023. The battery was now at 100% charge and I went to bed. I got up at 11:40pm and noticed that the battery had depleted to 81%. This was truly a surprise to me considering that in just 2 hours the battery charge had depleted so quickly, and the phone was not in use at all. I went back to bed and when I woke up at 7am today -12/13/2023, the phone battery was at 70%. This is absolutely disappointing as there is no way I can keep this phone. I cannot afford to leave my home with a phone that has a very unreliable battery life. I should not have to be carrying a phone charger every time I leave home and be constantly worrying if my phone battery is going to fail me when I am out and about.Samsung has been my favourite brand of choice for phones and other devices for quite some time. However, it is very obvious that the device that I received deserves to be incinerated as it is very, very faulty.

Very Good Quality Refurb
The S20+ 5G is one of the best phones Samsung has ever made. This much is a given.As for the quality of the refurb, it’s pretty good. It certainly came with minor scuffs along the aluminum rails and some minor cosmetic damage on the back, but the screen is flawless (despite missing some of its oleophobic coating, which just affects smudging).The battery has life has been reasonable. It doesn’t drain too quickly, but it’s not a new battery by any means. I haven’t had issues making it through a day yet on a (mostly) full charge.

Great condition.
I have used this phone for the past month or so and it has been great so far. No problems to note as of yet and it has performed well with daily use in various ways from messages, games and storage space. All the way to the camera and photo quality. Although, sometimes it is a bit tricky to get the camera to focus at times, it is still better than most phone cameras. The only issue I had was that there was minor flaws all over the phone, but they were miniscule enough to where I could easily overlook them. Overall, I have been very pleased with this purchase and look forward to continue using this phone to truly life test it. If it holds up, I will be buying a very similar version.

REALLY NICE PHONE
This was a really nice phone. Just like brand new. Everything worked. Although the device sound was too quiet. Even though I turned it all the way up, when someone called, the volume was quiet. The battery life was great. Since I couldn’t hear conversation very well, I did return it.

It works like brand new
I love purchasing these phones for a fraction on the price. I have had this phone for about a month and the seller did not disappoint. The camera, features, and battery was like brand new. Me and my children are HEAVY cellphone users and we use our phones for EVERYTHING! I also like to own my cellphones outright and not through a cellphone service contacts and this is the best alternative. I love this phone so much, I purchased one for my daughter and we won’t need phones for at least 2-3 years or longer.
