As it says fully unlocked for all carriers that’s a lie!!! it only works with Verizon. So I had to return and even under false advertising you have to pay the shipping back 15$ the cheapest for me so be ready for that. Won’t buy from this company again

Desde que encendi el telefono por primera vez tuve toda clase de problemas pero decidi esperarme un par de meses antes de escribir una review para ver si el telefono se arreglaba con el uso pero no.Desde el primer dia hasta hoy el telefono se congela y se reinicia de la nada, aparte cierra las apps para despues congelarse y no dejarme abrirlas, tambien tiene problemas de calentamiento, pero la gota que derramo el vaso fue que ahora no puedo ni si quiera desbloquear el telefono….

The Phone wasn’t unlocked fully and Wrong Charger
The item wasn’t unlocked fully. It is still showing Verizon. I hate it. The charger given is not for this phone. Very low wattage and charging so slowly.

Awesome for a Renewed phone!
All I can say is “WOW”. Having never ordered a renewed phone , I am impressed. My phone came 2 days sooner than was schedualed. Upon opening the package I was suprised to find a phone in perfect condition. No scratches or scuffs. Battery was charged to 97% and booted right up. Was able put my sim card in without any problems and transfered all my data from my broken phone to the new one. Then I updated the OS and double checked thing. Runs great. All told , start to finish was about 30 minutes. ReCell has earned my business in the future. Well done guys!

Great alternative
If you’re looking for a better alternative than purchasing brand new this is definitely the route to go. The battery life is great it lasts all day.The only damage was a small scratch on the screen you can barely notice. Fantastic phone
I returned this phone because there was a spot on the screen where someone clearly tried to remove the glass with a screwdriver or something of the like (it annoys me the company even sent that particular phone to me). Unfortunate too because I liked that phone. Much better than the S22 I got instead. Best battery I’ve ever had in a phone too. Major con (as with all new Samsung phones), their new screen fingerprint reader is an abomination to fingerprint readers. It worked significantly better on the back of the phone (like the S9, etc…).

I was thinking of purchasing an s22+ but decided to go with the 21+ instead. It was a good choice that I made. Fast, gre*8 image quality as espected if not better than compared to the s20+… there are a bunch of other features I will eventually play with. I recommend this phone if you’re looking for a phone but don’t want to spend much more for newer models. Yes, updates are still available for this device.

Thr package arrived one day sooner. Well packed. Phone had just one little scratch in th bottom corner but with the case I am getting it won’t matter. I travel international and was specifically looking for fully unlocked and not very expensive. Recommend th8s seller.

Disappointing battery life
Battery life less then desired. Down to 25% in less than 36 hours. This may be a design issue not related to the remanufactured status of this phone. Not including a sim removal key in the box caused much grief for this gimpy fingered user

Very nice cellphone
This S21+ was an upgrade from my S9+. I like the larger screen size and the camera takes amazing photos. Everything I’ve done with the phone works very well and is quite responsive. There are several things it doesn’t have that the S9 did… the spot for a SD card and indicator “lights” for messages, calls and charging. The seller was very fast, I got the phone 2 days before it originally was scheduled to arrive. All in all, I am pleased with this purchase!

Horrible Product and Customer Support
This phone went out just a few days after receiving it. They did not respect my concerns about accounts on the phone that I was unable to delete. I no longer have the option of clearing the phone, it will not do a reset and the find my phone option had not been activated. I took it to a technician and was told it would be 250$ to repair (of which the seller only offered me a 75$ reimbursement towards) but he also stated that it was not worth the repair because the phone itself was very poorly made. 19 messages later, I can tell you the customer support does not have a client first loyalty.

On my first purchase I got a refund because the phone was lost. I made a new purchase but it took a couple of weeks to get. Now when I got the phone, It’s locked by Verizon.It’s a scam!!!

Sleek and modern with appealing features
Two years ago, my husband and I upgraded our phones to the S21+ and have loved using our devices. Our daughter just got a phone for the first time, and to make things a bit easier for our family plan, we decided to get a duplicate of ours. Being able to receive a fully unlocked and factory restored phone within the budget she had from her savings meant a seamless addition of her phone to our plan.The phone arrived in 3 days, and we completed initial setup in less than 20 minutes, including logging into to her existing accounts and downloading her information to personalize her phone. The time at the mobile store was less than 15 minutes, thanks to the phone being fully unlocked and ready to go.All components were securely enclosed within the box, including a cushion pad to protect the phone and a SIM card tool for inserting or removing the new SIM card and memory card. A short charging cable was also provided. Everything was in pristine condition, and a little instruction guide offered the basics for setup and important maintenance details.The vendor has followed up to ensure the experience with purchasing and use has been satisfactory and provided a way to contact them with any questions or issues that may arise. All in all, we are very pleased with this product and the vendor.

Stopped working after less than 2 months.
Less than 2 months after the phone was delivered, the screen blacked out. I have been sitting with it since because I’m unable to get a refund due my location and my inability to get back into the US. I reached out to customer service and it seems I just wasted money on this one. I’m extremely annoyed and disappointed about this. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

Problemas con red en mexico
El teléfono me llego prácticamente nuevo la batería dura un promedio de 6 hrs de pantallas activa es cierto que al jugar con gráficos altos el teléfono sufre de un sobrecalentamiento pero en general es un buen dispositivo salvo por una cosa la conectividad con redes telefónicas en mexico ya qué al ponerle mi chip telcel lo detectó pero al cavo de unos minutos salía el mensaje “no se inserto tarjeta SIM” lo cual se me hizo raro problemas con otro sim de la misma compañía y paso exactamente lo mismo , tuve que pasarme a una esim de pillofon para poder hacer uso de datos móviles y cobertura si no fuera por este detalle le daría 5 estrellas pienso quedarme con el equipo o probar otros proveedores como at&t qué es de estados unidos. Pero este punto es importante para considerar tu compra.

Llego en excelentes condiciones
Adquirí este Galaxy S21 Plus reacondicionado de Amazon como regalo para mi mamá ya que le urgia un celular nuevo, había pedido el color Violeta pere me mandaron la versión Plateada, el problema es que esta mal etiquedo los colores y sus imagenes en la publicación del producto, entonces me llego el que no es el color que queria, así que atentos con eso. Respecto al celular, funciona muy bien, de hecho es mejor de lo que esperaba es rápido y la camara es mejor de lo que esperaba, todo llego bien, solo algunos rayones en la parte trasera, aunque nada preocupante, el celular funciona excelente, la pantalla esta bonita, el sonido es excelente, llego en buenas condiciones. Probé la potencia del celular y esta excelente también, pude jugar Genshin Impact, Call of Duty con excelentes frames, también agarra red 5G ya que cuento con un plan de Telcel, es bastante rápida pero la bateria se gasta mas rapido, asi que la pongo en 4G. Respecto a la bateria, dura bastante siempre y cuando no este en modo red 5G.

Es el segundo teléfono que pido en Amazon y sale mal, el primero fue un ultra con el módulo de cámaras despegadas, este no agarra 4g con Telcel ni con at&t. Creo que es un azar el que te salga bueno, estoy pensando en volverlo a cambiar, en todo lo demás el celular está increíble buenas cámaras, materiales, sensor de cámaras etc.

Estéticamente llegó muy bien pero había pedido el violeta y me llegó el plateado, al abrirlo estaba caliente el equipo y al estarlo usando a veces se calienta, lo estaré probando un par de días y si continúa tendré que devolverlo.

Venía en una caja maltratada y el dispositivo venía bloqueado
Mala experiencia con esta compra el teléfono venía bloqueado con la cuenta de alguien. Y venía en modo mantenimiento al querer salir de ese modo pide contraseña lo voy a devolver además de que la caja venía muy maltratada y no traía cargador horrible experiencia de compra
