“Excellent Condition” A Bit of A Stretch
The price for this item was great, so I can’t complain too much, but for an item listed as “excellent condition” it did have several noticeable scratches on the back of the phone.

As good as new
This phone is as good as new. No scratches or any visible damage. Battery life is great. Works with US Mobile LTE network.I REFUSE to pay $800 for a new phone which is GLUED together so you cannot service the battery or any other components This phone is also glued together but priced as such.

Great phone. The second one I own. Delivered promptly. Like new excellent condition. Totally unlocked as was needed BUT the phone is a TMOBILE branded. Meaning that when switched on, there’s a hello from TMOBILE page. Just an irritant because I avoided another seller for that reason. At least THEY let you know BEFORE you buy!

Exactly as promised
Samsung S21 5G refurbished was in near perfect condition (1 small, almost unnoticeable scratch on the back and VERY minor scuffing around the charging port). Battery life is way better than my S8 that I switched from. Def worth the price for a refurbished phone

Mixed Review Update
I ordered two of these from the same seller. One was in horrible condition and LOCKED. The other was in good condition and I was unable to unlock at the store to transfer to Verizon.

(Good condition) Visible swirl scratches. But fully functional nonetheless.
Was very skeptical once I pulled it out with the phone having swirl marks on the glass. But hardly noticeable when the device screen is on. Fully functional. All seems to be in order. Very responsive. But I had to fiddle with the finger print sensor when setting it up.But it’s good overall for a (Good Condition) phone.

Would never know it’s refurbished.
Pretty amazing price and quality. Honestly almost convinced me to never buy a brand new phone again. Refurbished is pretty solid. The only downside (didn’t bother me too much) was the product was listed as 5G, and said it was 5G in the devices information in settings. However, I never had 5G connectivity despite working with settings and trying to get myself connected. My data plan was 5G, so I realistically should’ve gotten it. Oh well.

Great phone but bad charger
It was perfect. Scratched yes but for the price and the fact it’s not brand new it’s perfect. Only problem is they gave me an iPhone charger for a type C Samsung phone. That’s why it’s 4 stars

Not as good as I expected
I have purchased many refurbished electronics including cell phones. But this one I paid the most for and it’s got the most marks on the case and even a mark in the glass. It even looked dirty around the curves of the camera lenses.I will have to use it a little bit to find out if it works smooth. But as far as appearance goes, it’s pretty marked up.I am disappointed.

Not a cellular phone, more like android ipod
So after purchasing this phone it took a few days for it to deliver and it got delayed a day from its original delivery date. Not a big deal. The moment I received and opened the phone it looks great! The screen looks awesome. As an iPhone user I can see clear upgrades from my iPhone 11. Oled screen, 120 hz, bigger screen size, hole punch camera, only got it for $240 or so. The issue I have with this phone is I noticed the volume button doesn’t work as well and likes to get stuck which is annoying. Also, the worst part about it is the sim card slot is like welded to the phone. How am I going to use this phone?? I have to stick to my iPhone because I can’t use cellular data unless I get a esim card but I don’t want to do that. I am honestly going to return this phone because it’s pretty much a android iPod that I can only use at home. I recommend just buying a new samsung galaxy s23 and get on a payment plan or save up and buy the phone in full. The other scenario is if you happen to fall in this situation you could return the phone and get another one and bank on the fact it doesn’t have the same issue or a new issue with it. For myself though I am just going to return it and save up for an iPhone 15 pro.

Not hard to use and upgrade – got more phone than I thought!
This is a great phone – only problem is it does not take a memory card so shop wisely. Upgrade was a snap and once I figured out you need a driver for your PC to recognize it – I was a happy camper. Long battery life and it was all that it was promised to be. I don’t use all the fancy stuff on it I but plan to. All I needed is to get to my pictures contacts and ringtones. I upgraded from an S9 to the S21 using smart switch (WiFi) and got 95% of my data with no issues. Perfect phone and the camera is 100% better than the S9. Good vendor and fast delivery.

Awesome phone and display for the price
I bought this phone for my mom as a present, since hers was an old Samsung. At first, she refused to get a new one because she didn’t want to learn how to use a new phone. But she was very happy with the phone the audio was very good and the screen perfect for her to watch Netflix shows and YouTube, the headphone jack was a bit of an issue for her, but we can get an adapter because Bluetooth headphones are a no. In the end, everyone was happy with the new purchase. The phone had some scratches and use, but it was reasonable for the price. I do recommend

Buy your re-furbished phone from Re-Cell and no one else.
If you are going to buy a re-burbished phone, make sure the seller is Re-Cell. Because of the 5g switch with AT&T my phone would not make phone calls. However, I did not know this was the issue and no one could help me get my phone working. For 2 weeks I didn’t have a phone. However, within 1/2 hour of contacting Re-Cell, they provided the information I needed, and I now have a perfect phone.Re-Cell provides excellent customer service, willingness to help, information, fast response and the offer to replace my phone even though it was not their issue. I was extremely nervous buying a refurbished phone for the first time and had it not been the AT&T 5g issue, I would have been immediately happy with my purchase. I made sure I purchased through Re-Cell based on previous reviews and am so thankful that I did.READ FURTHER IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES WITH YOUR NEW 5G PHONE. Go to AT&T’s website. (I had not done this because I never thought of it because I was working with Consumer Cellular-who should have known all this). According to AT&T’s website, the phone I had should still work.; Galaxy S21 5G (G991U*, G991U1, G991W, G991B, G991B/DS). My phone is G991u1. However, if you go further, the website also indicates that a software update may be needed. My last software update had been on March 23, 2022 and my phone was set to automatic updates so I figured I was all updated. Regardless, I manually clicked on updates and found out that there was indeed an update. After 3 hours to download and install, my phone now makes calls and works perfectly. So, here are things you may want to try if your phone won’t make calls: 1. Check your phone on AT&T’s website (not just your provider). Check to see if your phone should still work on AT&T’s 5g. (According to AT&T, Galaxy S21 5G (G991U*, G991U1, G991W, G991B, G991B/DS) should work. My phone is G991u1. However, go further to see if a software update may be needed. 2. Do not rely on automatic updates on your phone but manually check for updates. Install the update if available.I am a happy customer thanks to Re-Cell. Make sure you buy from them.

Good product but the battery..
I received the 128gb excellent condition phone and I’ve had it for a weekVisibly speaking, it isn’t perfect.1. The screen has been replaced. There is a minor imperfection in the non-screen portion of the glass, thats a total pass for me, with a case on you can’t see it.2. There are visible scratches on the back, once again I’m ok with this because I will keep it in its case.PROFORMANCEIt’s a bit slow! But it’s 3 times faster than a new phone in this price rangeBATTERYThis is the worst feature of this phone. I unplugged the phone at 6:30am and by 9 the battery has dropped 10% even though I haven’t even done much more than turn on the screen to check the time.I listen to music all day during work, and by the end of the day I’ve used more than 30% of the battery. It’s not terrible. But I wouldn’t rely on this phones battery by itself when traveling and using GPS functions.OVERALL I’m not disappointed with my purchase, I would warn against going with the good or worse quality though.

Great Specs …but check carrier compatibility?
This device itself is great and SnapDragon 888 has awesome specs and speed. Love the Samsung bundled apps like Samsung TV plus which has 200+ free channels to watch. Also the Samsung Notes app which lets you annotate PDFs and take notes. The sound quality and screen is premium quality. The camera takes high quality photos. App-switching using the Octa-core SnapDragon 888 processor is lightning fast. However, if you are buying this phone renewed and use a piggyback carrier in the US such as Tello, etc then please check for network compatibility. I found the cellular network on this device for Tello was not stable and kept dropping every minute (the bars kept disappearing and reappearing). The outgoing and incoming calls also did not go though. Even tried converting physical SIM to eSIM and still problem of making calls. The device went through several system updates to be able to jump on the 5Ghz WiFi network, which initially was not enabled. 2.4Ghz WiFi worked out of the box without applying updates.Overall, a great phone and happy with it. Once the cellular network compatibility issue is resolved, will plan to keep it after an exchange of this defective device with another one.

Works great!
I’ve tried buying unlocked phones in the past, but they never worked on the AT&T network very well. Not only does the phone look brand new, but it holds a charge and works great on my network provider.

Great Phone… Possible Quality Control Issues, Good Vendor Though
I liked the phone for the quality of the materials, but an issue bothered me with the charging port since it kept disconnecting on me whenever I had my headphones where it was too much of an issue to not ignore in the long run. I also recieved a little bit of scuffing on the left side of the phone but that’s just cosmetic. Overall it was a really great phone, without the bad parts, and the seller was nice enough to allow me to return it in order to get another one.

Just Like New Condition
I live in a remote area with very limited cell service. I am still on a hardline phone with DSL internet. Two years ago I decided to get a cheap cell phone and see if I got a useable signal. I found a new, but factory reject phone that was unlocked for all 5G providers for $90. It was a Huawei mate 45 pro+ – their top of the line phone and new price over $1500. It was promised to be fully functional, but with cosmetic issues. After a 1 month shipping delay from China it arrived, and the cosmetic defect was a broken screen. I knew this sounded like too good a deal to be true – so was not surprised. And for a while it only had a small blacked out section at top of screen. It served it purpose – I got no signal at my house from the service providers – and I found that by linking with my DSL I could use a mobile banking app with my credit union which allowed me to deposit checks without having to mail them. However after 2 years the screen has gotten much worse to the point that it is very hard to use. AT&T has supposedly upgraded their service in my area – and Tmobile has a 4G internet service that again is supposedly available. I decided to get another phone and try again. There were lots of used S21 phones for sale, so despite my previous experience I decided to give it a try. I found this one claimed to be in excellent condition for only $25 more than the cheapest ones – so I went for it. So far it looks like I won this time – it looks new and everything I have tried seems to work fine including all the camera lenses. It even links with Windows and allows me to use my 32″ screen , keyboard and mouse with the phone apps. Have not tried the phone yet – but no reason to believe it has problems. I have no way to test the claimed 80% battery life – but it seems to be working as expected.Issues – The only real issue with this purchase is that the vendor shipped it as signature required delivery without telling me. I don’t know why this was needed for a $200 item. My house is not near the highway / mailbox so I have a package drop location set up near an old abandoned house. I have been using this for several years. I monitor my email when I know the parcel is out for delivery – and walk up to the site to get it when shown delivered. I monitored the site all day and nothing changed – showed out for delivery. The next morning I walked up to the site and found a door ticket from FEDEX saying they missed me. The ticket had a section for signature which was crossed out. I had no idea what that meant since they found the correct drop location and there are signs everywhere showing where to leave the package. When I went to FEDEX site to track the door ticket is the first time it said direct signature required. I had to spend all morning on the phone and internet so the driver could meet with me and I could sign for it. It worked – I got it. But it would have been a day earlier and a lot easier on everybody if no signature required. At a minimum I need to know in advance about such a shipment. But the bottom line is this looks like a great phone at a great price – now if I can get cell service I will be all set.

Stay away , use another seller .
I paid for a “excellent” device though what said was synergy next to the “sold by” area which I always pay attention to as I deal with many sellers on the platform (Amazon). They ended up being very very helping in tracking down the seller as I always try to find a solution with them first before I call Amazon. So, moving forward, basically I received what would be at best, a fair to acceptable device . It has pits and grooves all along the bezels , a huge scratch on the back from the middle to the edge of the device. The screen was not great either , it came with a film type screen protector which I found strange as I purchase many devices and felt I should take it off to have a look and inspect. While the screen was not great it was also not working properly via the amoled screen/digitizer recognizing fingerprints or gestures at times , maybe it was just the optical fingerprint sensor malfunctioning , actually I believe it’s digital sensor on the s21 , regardless that’s nor here or there, the lint is , it didn’t work and was buggy when touching all around NOT due to the OS (updated it to android 13 UI 5.1 it came on 11) (operating system ) but the hardware. Not being updates is not big deal as I prefer the option so that was done right at least. However, I wish I had taken a picture of the back of the device as admittedly at this point I was disappointed and in the moment of “wth” moment because it took me 30 minutes to clean the device properly peel the stickers off and glue all over to truly inspect the device which I already knew it was going back as it’s not excellent and they will definitely get it back much cleaner than I received it but , again it device is beat up. They fact it wasnt even cleaned and had sticker residue all over the the device as well or some sort of glue, was the first big indicator. They did not replaces the battery as well and it was not refurbished, I work in IT and other areas of tech like OSINT , basically hardware and software areas , not only by Amazon’s standards but in general, it’s common knowledge and states when purchasing , a “excellent “ condition device should have 90% battery health or above , this device had 74% battery health below 80% is unacceptable even for the cheapest condition you can buy as you’ll need a battery replacement within the 1st 6 months most likely sooner . It gets worse as I contacted chubbiestech and got zero help or care for that matter , they said call Amazon it’s on them for the most part. I am making that short as ot was jet her a automated reply or a very I dont care approach on customer service. I also reached out a second time to make them aware that about the battery percent being at 74% for the next person as a professional courtesy to get a copy and pasted same response. So , very contradictory when if it’s sold by then and refurbed by them but are telling me it was handled by Amazon. I have the screenshots of the lack of concern or help and it’s just disappointing. As of now as I feel this brings up a issue that is indicative of the way things are now which is , the whole situation is a mess, as I made the return properly , bought insurance and did things accordingly , SO come to find out as of today the 18th of November, UPS has lost the package , Amazon can’t process my refund manually for another 2 weeks until the ticket expires , which is outrageous as this should not be on me , my responsibility is done in the matter, it’s was returned and I paid extra for insurance to make sure it’s safe, and I am eating the cost due to bad business practices on chubbieatech part as I am a small business myself, and I hate to say this but time is money , this will cost me in the end regardless of what happens , all due to not getting what I paid for from the start , I am in shock that in this day & age finding proper solutions and proper business practices has become so hard. If I would have gotten the excellent condition device that I had no problem paying for and they had no problem taking the money , I shouldn’t be without a device and up the creek as no one wants to step in and take accountability. I’m sorry , sellers like this that slip through the cracks and shouldn’t be in the platform, Amazon is not eBay. Now it’s my headache and it is very frustrating. PLEASE do yourself a favor and stay clear from this one because if your device is not not up to par, good luck as you will not get help , I’m a week in and I’m out of money spent and a device . I should also mention the charging port had a lip around the oval port indicating it’s been dropped , which is fine however replace the parts and check the device , make sure it works and indeed in excellent REFURBISHED condition. Nothing on this device was cleaned or fixed and was a poor device . I truly hope Amazon doesn’t sensor my review , which I have a feeling they will because this is the real life experiences that occur when you don’t get what you pay for and trust the Amazon name and sellers under them , and here I am with no device or refund of my money. It’s not ok , there is no A-Z guarantee here . Everyone has passed the buck. This is a HONEST review along with the consequences of poor business practices I think people should know about if you chose to buy from here and should not be censored.

Excellent so far
I ordered it on Sept 20th at $339 plus shipping of ~$34 and Morocco VAT of ~$80, so totally I paid $449.Delivery was very good. I saw it was shipped on the 25th. On the 30th, I received an SMS from DHL saying they planned delivery on Oct. 3rd, but on the same day I got an email asking for copy of national ID and content description for clearing customs. I am not a Morocco residents nor citizen, so I sent my foreign passport instead. On the 3rd, Amazon tracking info said clearing custom was delayed as additional documents were needed. So I called DHL, and the rep said it would be delivered on the 4th instead. On the 4th, I saw a newly posted message about delay on Amazon tracking. I called DHL various times but couldn’t get to anyone. I then sent an inquiry by email and get a response shortly saying it was being taking care of. Then late afternoon, I got the package.Upon arriving, the seal of the packing had an opening large enough to put in a hand but not for getting the phone out, so I didn’t complain.Unpacked, the inner packing of the phone was in excellent condition, very much like the original packing but had no Samsung marking, rather, it had a marking of “amazonrenewed”. There was a film covering the screen, like on a new phone. The phone appeared in excellent condition, only had a small scratch at the back when I looked in detail, and a hair of scratch on the screen that is only visible under bright light and in a particular angle. I tried but couldn’t turn on the phone – there was no response. The box also included a USB-C cable and a cheap non-Samsung charger made in China. I used my own Samsung Charger to charge the phone. After plugged in, it showed the battery was at 0. So I let it charge to full. After started, it turned out fully unlocked. My Morocco sim card works with 4G. The phone’s software looked already reset, but I reset it myself anyhow. Then updated to the latest system with Android 12, and loaded many apps I need. During about the first week, the battery appeared quite poor. With medium usage it lasted about a day. I tried all necessary settings to conserve battery, but it didn’t seem to help much. These couple days, it becomes much better, lasting about 45 hours. I read it was likely due to some AI processes either from Android 12 or Samsung doing the learning work at first. But it’s pretty bad the phone doesn’t show any info.I would say I am very happy with the phone. And this is after having a terrible experience in the past with Samsung. The last Samsung phone I had was S7 Edge bought in Thailand (I am a traveler), new at a Samsung store for perhaps ~$800. I actually wanted the normal S7 (without the “edge”), but it was out of stock then. I never liked the “edge”, it was a silly design in my mind. The phone worked well initially, but in the coming couple of years I had a terrible experience. About 5 months later when I was in Vietnam, the screen started to show shaded bands across. As I was wondering how or if I should return to Thailand to get the phone serviced, the bands disappeared after a month. Then about another 7 months later when I was in Azerbaijan, the phone couldn’t start after I did a system update. So I couldn’t use the phone for a couple weeks until I reached Tbilisi in Georgia when I had someone flashed it. About a year later, it died on me again when I was in Morocco. I had someone re-flashed it, but it was not successful. About 1 month later I reached the city of Fes where there is a Samsung service center. After checking, they said there was something wrong with the motherboard. Very shocking! I’ve never had such problem in my life with all the phones and computers, cheap or dear, and this was a flagship! So eventually, I sold it to a local repair shop for $200, for which they said they only needed the screen. That was end of 2017.So I never bought a Samsung again, and would definitely not buy one at the full price. I admit the S series is not worthless. At least, I like the camera. But I never had a chance to buy one at a largely reduced price (I won’t buy from just any second-hand sellers). So now, the Amazon reviewed phone with some warranty got me interested. Yes, I have some risk, but to me with the past experience, the risk is not much higher than getting a new phone from Samsung, plus, I am putting in a much lower bet now.

Quality control can be an issue, but when checked well, the renewed S21 is great!
My husband and I both ordered the phantom gray S21 from thegadgetdeals. His came first, and it was perfect, so I was really excited about mine. However, when mine came, it was so scratched up and bumpy on the back that I did not feel it met the excellent condition it was described as. I returned the phone and ordered a replacement. (One thing I will say about thegadgetdeals is that I never had any issues with their customer service, and they always worked with me.)My replacement came and everything looked good until I turned it on. The bottom right of the screen had dead pixels that wouldn’t light up no matter how I tried to troubleshoot. I had to request a refund and then order again (couldn’t get a replacement for an already replaced one). The third one came, and everything seemed perfect. I had already started getting the phone set up when I realized that the bottom speaker was not working at all no matter what I tried. So I returned again and was about to give up and try to find a new one to purchase.I decided to give it one more go, and my FOURTH one came earlier this week. This one has been perfect so far, and I don’t have any complaints with it. Renewed can be awesome, but be careful about the seller. Quality control seems to be the biggest issue.

Good phone, could work on its upgrades.
So I have had multiple Samsung Galaxys over the years. I wasn’t so sure all the upgrades were all that “upgraded”. My car and phone Bluetooth now has to be reset every time I turn car on, just the phone calls part (only this phone has been the issue, and researched multiple what to dos andapparently commonissue). The camera, I expected a little more on quality based on research. Overall good phone, but honestly a S10 was just as good.

Nice phone pretty impressed with Build
Ok, so I like the phone overall. The phone functioned as it should. There were some minor issues, not that they impacted function overall. There were some signs the phone was taken apart and repairs done. Upon initial start up the phone became instantly hot, like immediately. Slowly cooled down and didn’t seem to get hot again. Second issue was a white substance where screen and body meet at the bottom near mouthpiece, thought it was white powder, but could not wipe away no matter what I did, even a small razor could not get rid of it. Not sure what it was, not easy to see, but it was there. Third the screen had a burn in, that was really hard to see, but when a gray background was applied there was a rectangle burn in. could not see with normal backgrounds, but it was there. Very evident, 4th issue extremely minor and again hard to see but when viewed at an angle the back showed signs of something stuck to the back. They tried to clean, but it still showed when viewed at an angle, again did not impact function. Not an issue, but it seems like some type of sticker was applied at some point. Lastly, the camera created a blue hue to all my shots. It only showed when using the camera light. Normal shots looked fine with no flash, but flashed shots always showed a blue hue no matter my settings. Overall screen looked fine and phone did function as described, no noticeable blemishes as advertised. Screen was blemish free, phone went through about 2–3 hours of updates. And installs, plus my files. So about 4–5 hrs in total get it up and running properly. But once the updates were applied, everything preformed as it should. The phone was extremely fast and transferred my number with no issues. 5g was working flawlessly and extremely fast compared to my last phone. Size is nice coming from a 6.7 in phone, but the screen on this phone was just fine. the gray color on the back is done extremely well, not cheap looking gray, but something very clean and refined. Impressed overall. Not sure if this was a company issue or Samsung issue. So not sure how to rate the company overall good experience, but examine your phone carefully. I returned mine, but you never know what you’re going to get, from any of these companies, I’m sure they deal with all types of problems with phones coming in. I can just imagine. Its a crap shoot overall.

EXCELLENT CONDITION AS DESCRIBED
I acquired two renewed unlocked phones to replace our old Galaxy A50 one of which randomly stopped charging. Was a bit nervous about going with renewed but the price for new is absolutely over the top. Still can’t wrap my mind around investing that much in a phone. After extensive research I opted to go with the S21 as my work issued phone is a S21. It is fast and has a really nice camera. The phones arrived next day as per the scheduled ETA at the time of purchase. We had to cancel our first order from another seller that just kept changing the ETA for 5 days. There were no visible scratches or marks on these renewed phones.I removed the nano sim from the old, placed them in the renewed devices and we were up and running after smart switch transfer from the old to renewed. We chose the “excellent condition” units (cost a few dollars more) but well worth it….they were in fact flawless. The only obvious sign of wear was the Samsung logo on the back of one phone had a two letters fading but since I plan to use it in a case this was not an issue. Battery charged as normal, I did all the power management check boxes and so far no issues whatsoever.

I am happy with this purchase.
I dropped my cracked 20+ and the screen became hardly usable. I also can’t stand cracked screens for some reason. I chose this phone because it was still getting updates and was right on the cusp of the price jump of newer models. It works fine and the fingerprint detection is much better even with a glass screen protector! It’s a good value right now and if you are in the market for a replacement I would give this one a look. I am a real person writing a real review. Cheers!

Great Phone – Poor Battery!
This phone arrived (was picked up, rather) in excellent condition – visibly. It is clean, light weight, fast, functions well. It flows apps like Netflix and security cameras very well with fantastic clarity. Overall, it is a really nice phone. The drawbacks: – the battery life is miserable, requiring charging at least twice a day or more, and I rarely have Mobile Data or other power draw apps running – the Hotspot icon is missing from the dropdown menu, and I found no means of adding it – the Messages apps has the annoying “” error, and I have found no way to clear it. I have owned Samsung S3, S6, and S8, and never experienced this error beforeMy biggest problem is the vendor shipped the phone via FedEx who, for some reason, has NEVER DELIVERED A PACKAGE TO MY HOME CORRECTLY! I had to go the them to pick it up after two failed delivery attempts; however, I can’t hold that against the vendor. Other than that, great phone!

Almost perfect
Very good product, it’s literally brand new. No scratches, no marks. I don’t know how anyone used it, it’s in pristine condition. Definitely worth every penny.

Worked great, like new, out of the box. Issue with service and function not available.
Happy with quality of phone and battery life. So far. Two services would not work with my provider. Voicemail notification (Visual voicemail not available also). WIfi calling did not work and could not be turned on. It was unlocked but maybe had different firmware load. Hours on calls with provider could not resolve. Signal strength seems better than previous phone I owned (same model)

Good decision
This was a good choice. I have been ordering unlocked and refurbished Galaxy phones for years. I’m still using this and couldn’t be happier

Worth the purchase
Over-all, I’m satisfied with my purchase. However, the phone could have been packaged better and not loose in the box. There was potential for me to receive a damaged in transit phone.Phone works perfectly and switching from my old phone was a breeze.

Phone works fine, I just don’t agree that it’s in “Excellent condition”
There is obvious wear and minor imperfections. Everything works fine and all but I wouldn’t consider it to be “excellent condition” going off of the amazon categories.Otherwise the phone appears to be functioning as it should. Will continue to use and update with anything if needed.

Nice phone, but…..
Recieved this phone to replace a Motorola my mother had as it was old and the touch capacitor is going out. We recieved the phone in good condition with a charger, charging block, and a sim card tray remover. The phone was well packaged, and operated well. There were no noticeable damage, scratches, or chips to the phone. Everything worked well, but unfortunately I have to return it as there is no wifi calling enabled on this phone. And due to the remote nature of where we live, it is a must have item. So, it will be packaged up and sent back this week. Otherwise, it would have gotten 5 stars and we would be keeping the phone.Pros: Quick shipping, well packaged, great shape, reliable operation.Cons: No wifi calling enabled.

Just got my refurbished s21 5G in
Condition: A bit roughed up. a few scratches on the corner edges and charger area. 2 very small dents on the back cover. The screen is perfect. brightness works perfectly. Basically looks like new from the front.Transfer of data: I am on Mint Mobile. I was looking for either a fully unlocked or tmobile unlocked phone. Simply plugged in the sim card, ask to transfer data, put the phones on top of each other, and the phones took care of the rest. Very simple.Value: I hate spending money on technology. I cannot justify spending $1000+ on a device I can quickly runover. (Why I’m replacing my current s8+). For a phone that will still receive a couple more years of updates, has technology that is still very usable, and looks impressive, I cannot be happier. This is a refurbished phone, so I can’t expect a perfect phone. It’s the luck of the draw. But, everything else given, I am really satisfied I now have a phone that feels premium for a fraction of a new phone price. Incredible bang for the buck.

Great price
There are a few bad reviews- I have no complaints. My seller was Bayshine trading. Delivered quickly & included a return label if needed., I couldn’t find any marks on mine listed as excellent condition. Was wiped clean like starting up a new phone. battery life after 3 months seems to be better than the stated 85%100% happy with the purchase and save a bunch of $$

Great phone!
This phone is amazing. Is the first renewed phone that I bought. I always got my phones from the carrier, but the prices right now are ridiculous. This phone is actually smaller than the LG V60 I had before. But its response time and boot-up time are better.I am very pleased with the quality of this device.

It is risky to buy!
The media could not be loaded.
ok I’ll be honest… Aesthetically it’s ugly! The paint is worn, and I bought it in excellent condition!! The battery performs little >:(, I am aware that it does not have much for such a machine as this phone… but speaking about cameras They are very good and record very well, there is no negative point for SD CARD, I am aware of that… It came with a ghost screen, where other applications are marked, it is not notable, but if you see it in detail you will notice it!!! If you are lucky you can receive the phone in good condition aesthetically speaking and speaking on the screen and no stains inside the mobile system

Great phone. More like “excellent” than “like new” condition though.
After spending a day with my “new used” S21, I am very happy with it. I live in the Southeast and use C Spire, a smaller carrier, so I was a little apprehensive about this phone’s true “unlocked” status, but I popped the SIM in, and the device was immediately up and running. No worries there. Between that and the native software to transfer contacts, texts, etc, the transition beteen my old Galaxy and this one was quick and seemless. The phone itself is gorgeous. The deep colors, that awesome refresh rate, video, scrolling, all good stuff and why I’m a Galaxy S dude. I can tell with just a little experimenting that the camera is pretty good too, though I’m not much of a photographer. Having said that, the few unskilled snapshots I’ve taken look pretty danged nice. The battery life, eh. Not quite as good as my old S9+, at least in the first couple of years of that phone’s life, but not as horrible as some reviews make it out to be. After a fair amount of YouTube, browsing, and adding apps, lasting the day wasn’t a problem. I think most will be good with it. My only complaint: Amazon says these refurbs are sold in like new condition. And this is the third S I’ve bought renewed from Amazon, and have had *zero* problems until this little bugaboo. This is one great phone, and overall looks pretty new, but there is what appears to be a little chip in the bezel on the left side. It isn’t hugely noticeable, but it certainly is there, and is discolored compared to the metal around it. I would really describe the phone as more in excellent condition than like new, but by no means would I call this a deal-breaker, but it does make me feel like I spent a little more on the phone than I should have. But, you know, the horror stories I’ve seen in other reviews have not been my experience on go-round number three, so all in all it’s not the worst thing ever.
