So worth it!
This arrived in perfect condition! Not a single scratch or dent. This tv was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. The tv has great audio and visual quality. I will say it was a little smaller than expected but I love this tv!

It is huge
Huge and a great picture. Everything I wanted. Amazon delivered it cautiously, no damage at all. I got it at a great price. $950 or so. Our couch is about 16-18 feet away. Perfect big tv for our room.

Good picture solid price
Tv interface is different and less intuitive than my old Samsung but easy adjustment. Picture is great have in my bedroom. Sleep timer and custom (low brightness) setting was easy to set up and toggle to.

Great picture and sound, but operational guide not so ,much!
THE GUIDE OR OPERATORSMANUAL FOR THE TV WAS USESLESS!The remote was not intuitive. Tt could have used a manual of its own. At least something on how to operate the volume as it uses one button for up, down and mute. without any instruction how. I had to go to Youtube to find out how! I expected far more from Samsung as a well though brand!

Product was defective and the vendor was horrible issuing a refund
The product was defective when we tried to install. Understandable. However the third party vendor delayed and delayed a refund until I had to get my credit card co. to intervene. Since it was a third party vendor, Amazon was no help.

Excellent picture quality!
My older 32″ TV finally died so I went with this one as a replacement. As I already have a larger Samsung TV setup was a snap! The new one asked if I wanted to share all the settings and apps on the larger one so, after saying YES setup wad done!!! Great picture, good WiFi connection for streaming and simple remote does it all. I’m a happy TV watcher again!!

Love this TV
This TV has been amazing! I use this with a Samsung soundboard and woofer, so I cannot attest to the sound quality. The picture is incredible and for the price you cannot beat this.

Last Samsung I’ll buy
I’ve purchased Samsung products for years and have most of my home and office decorated with them. Unfortunately, the quality has certainly taken a nosedive in the last several months.I purchased a 32-in monitor just a couple weeks ago that literally showed up dead. I reached out to Samsung support and they wanted me to ship it back to them instead of replacing it.With this particular device, it’s been frustrating right out of the box. First off, once I got it set up, it got stuck on “Smart Hub is updating. Try again later” indefinitely. I eventually unplugged it and tried firing it back up. It did come back up but I had to go through the entire setup process again. This time around, however, whenever I click on Apps, it starts to load and then it just goes back to the home screen. Eventually I was able to get into the Apps menu, but nothing happens. I just get a blue screen and it never advances no matter what I do.It’s a crying shame because Samsung used to be some of the best stuff, but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from this point forward.

Did not have Alexa installed as stated when ordered
I tried repeatedly to set up Alexa but could not find the app on the TV nor was there a microphone button on the remote. It was for my bedroom. I wasn’t paying up to $150 more for a TV that didn’t have Alexa nor could I set up Bixby as the guide said. Could not get the Voice Assistant set up at all

Remote control sucks
TV picture is good. But figuring out how to turn it on and get to Direct TV Streaming is a real pain. (And you have to do this every time you turn on the TV. If you turn the TV off, it will NOT come back on the same Chanel).Now, the real beauty….the remote control!! There are NO numbers on the remote pad. Want to go from Chanel 5 to 352? Good luck, start scrolling. I have yet to figure out the virtual number pad….enter the Chanel # and press the enter button? (And you better me quick!) Nothing. Also, when you change chanels, there is about a 3 second lag. Go to the manuel? Good luck with that…it’s about a page and a half piece of paper.Close captioning? Turned it to the “ON” position…..nothing.What a mistake buying this TV. I’d return it but, stupid me, I used the empty box as a paint backboard! Arrrrgh!!

Yes, thanks to Smart TVs – Cable Television is finally dying. Ditch that expensive box and stupid annual commitments and get FREE viewing pleasure with hundreds of movies to choose from. No alexa or voice remote
tv itself is nice. has good picture quality. it doesn’t have alexa as advertised. nor does it have a voice operated remote which is ridiculous in this day and age. after numerous hours with samsung and alexa and having technician come out they finally figured out that this model doesn’t have those capabilities at all. so amazon needs to take that down in their description.

Samsung tv plus?!
The worst television ever. Loaded with Samsung TV Plus which Samsung tech are now trying to remove, disable and they can’t seem to remove it. The television goes straight to this app which cannot be removed — well I have their upper management looking into this because if they CANNOT remove it or at least stop it from playing television ALL THE TIME — this tv is going to be returned and I will purchase another brand that comes WITHOUT TELEVISION!!!!UPDATESamsung worked hard to get all of the tv channels off — apparently Samsung TV plus cannot be completely removed and if Samsung adds more channels, which it occasionally does then I have to go in and delete them individually. Then the app won’t load and display immediately on the tv’s homescreen. It is behaving for now lol 😆I also don’t like the Netflix Prime and Disney buttons on the bottom of the remote. Additionally the volume button is kinda hard to press at times and is annoying. Very good picture quality sound is okay and it’s easy connecting bluetooth devices like your Alexa for better sound quality ✌🏼

The media could not be loaded.
I had a LOT of problems with the shipping company they used NSD. When I looked into it I found they have a F rating with the Better Business Bureau. (And now I know why) they arr the worst. And they blatantly lie to people.

PEOPLE are complaining of built in channels
this is the new way for tv companies to make money . in fact some electronic web sites that tvs may get close to cost , just so they can sell the programming . the tv companies will get a fee every month based on what you are watching . also as every one cutes the cord you can expect more of these built in streaming channels . so expect the default streaming channel list to get worse . i just use amazon fire with my new tv
