Favorite lipstick
This is my favorite lipstick in my favorite shade. I think it’s the 4th one I purchase.I wear it pretty much everyday because it is kind of neutral (not too bold, just enough color), and lasts a long time. Of course, being long lasting, it is not the most moisturizing, but it’s acceptable for a long wearing lipstick. I’ve had some that are far more drying and matte, which is not always a good look. This is a really good lipstick and the shade does not change over time.

Fire & Ice: Revlon’s Color for Many Generations!
In my 20’s in New York City, where a dress code was NO exception,especially if you worked for a top World Beauty Corporation. I always needed a red/coral lipstick that would complement the twoopposing temperatures of fashion colors, besides waking up my face. Revlon had Fire & Ice that I could wear with no hesitancy ofday or night or dress color. This lipstick had a smooth texture withA delivery of moisture besides complete pigment that remained true throughout– that is quality. I was content to have found this shade, which surprisingly many acquaintances would notice and comment. Knowing how Companies would turn over shades,I bought a few. One day this color took a whole page of advertising in my Glamour magazine which informed the reading public that it was 40 years old due to its positive impact for a fewgenerations and many awards for Revlon! Thus, I was not alone to have known the variety of appeal. All I knew was that my face would light up with this shade for all seasons. NO coincidenceFIRE: for Hot & Ice: for Cool. 50 years have gone by with differentdelivery systems for this shade. The liquid is great since it won’t smear and can be drawn with certainty, especially if your lips havetransitioned. Lasting power is crucial, without concerns for a retouch! Pros and cons
Update: I bumped the rating up from 3 to 4 stars because this lipstick grew on me and I end up using it a lot. Like mentioned it is easy and not fussy to throw on, that’s what makes me gravitate towards wearing it often. The finish of the lipstick also grew on me (I was used to super matte dry finish) and now I don’t really mind it as much. I would recommend! I ended up getting multiple more colors, my favorite is “your go to” which is a beautiful medium neutral nude! I would recommend this to busy ladies and moms on the go!First off I was sent the WRONG COLOR. So annoying. I was sent the color “speak up” which is a medium pink color. The name satin ink is a little deceptive. This is like a long wear gloss stain. The swatches pictured are of the color freshly applied and then worn off. The finish is definitely tacky, which is annoying. On the plus side it’s very comfortable and not drying and lasts for a long time. It’s definitely NOT transfer proof. It will come off on whatever cups, straws, whatever you put your mouth on. I will probably try another color (the color I originally ordered) because I like that the formula lasts for a long time and is not drying on my lips. I ended up keeping the incorrect color they sent me because the pink color is nice and different than what I normally wear. The formula reminds me a bit of a high end YSL gloss stain I’ve tried before. L’Oréal also has a similar product to this I’ve tried. I have a love hate relationship with this product. It has pros and cons. I normally wear matte liquid lipsticks but I will be using this product for days my lips are dry and I haven’t exfoliated them. The application is pretty easy to do, even while in the go. I normally use a lip liner with matte liquid lipsticks, but I didn’t need one with this. The wand is a nice size and shape. This is a nice product to grab and run out the door on the go because it doesn’t require a lot of fooling with. I often times grab this and throw it in my bag when I’m running to the store so I can throw it on in the car. It’s always a plus to have a lip product like that when you have kids because sometimes us moms are busy lol! If I could give it 3.5 stars I probably would, only because the finish is tacky and I don’t feel it has a satin finish like advertised.

Fitting name
They really mean it when they say color stay. Once you let it dry, no matter how much or little you applied, it really does stay on. Doesn’t come off on cups or anything and lasts all night plus some. The color is also very flattering. Make sure you have either a cleansing oil/balm or a really good makeup remover because it does like to stay on.

NOT RETURNABLE
Be aware, this item is not returnable to amazon, so be sure you’re getting a color you want. That being said, this is a matte formula, probably lasts a long time on the lips, but I didn’t keep it on long as the color was not great on me. Now I’m stuck with it.

Revlon satin ink liquid lipstick
I just received this along with some other beauty products, and I wanted to say I appreciate very much that although this lipstick was not sealed on the bottle itself, it came with a sealed wrapper around it and appeared to be new and unused, which I can’t say for the other products I received from other vendors. I really hate that there’s so many scam artists on here that you never know what you’re going to get. As for the lipstick I got Silky Sienna which is a coppery dark nude color (I’m fair skinned.) It reminded me of a lipstick I got at Victoria’s Secret way back in the day that I loved, so I got this. I’m cool toned but coppery colors work on me. It’s a good product and recommend this seller.

DO NOT BUY THIS IN THE DARK PURPLE SHADE!!!!
I can’t speak on the lighter shades because I haven’t tried them, but I got this in the dark purple shade and it is absolutely horrible. I would rather wear a long lasting matte liquid lip product, and that says A LOT since I have EXTREMELY dry lips.First off, I could not get this to apply evenly at all. Not only did it not give the full opaque coverage in one swipe like the picture makes it seem, but no matter how thin or thick I applied this it looked really patchy and felt thick on the lips. Also it transfers a lot, and as it transfers it comes of in patches making the patchiness even worse. Just lightly blotting it with a napkin after eating made it look like I had a lot of pigment in some places and none in others. Also it is SO sticky! Which adds to the patchiness and not getting a good even application aspects… Because of the stickiness, you can’t blot it or rub your lips together at all when applying or while wearing it. I love to wear lip glosses and some stickiness doesn’t bother me like it does a lot of other people, but this stuff makes it feel like you have a thick syrup on your lips or something.I absolutely love dark colored lip products (especially dark purples), but only usually buy them in lip products that claim to be long lasting because I want to know I am not going to end up with it all over my face, teeth, and etc., and that the color will hold up for at least a few hours without touch-ups needed and looking good. I don’t know if the lighter colors are better, or even if maybe this is the only shade with such a horrible formula, but based on my experience I definitely will not be trying more. If they are going to promise long wear with a color like this, they better hold up to that promise.If you are looking for a similar product that actually does what this one claims, I highly recommend the Maybelline Vinyl Ink liquid lipsticks. Unfortunately they don’t have the color selection these have, but hopefully that will be changing soon since they have had so much popularity. Also, the colors they do have are absolutely beautiful.

High pigment, don’t need much to get full coverage
Pros: In just one or two dunks you will have enough coverage of color on your lips. I only have to do one initial outline and then one more dunk to deepen the color and its perfect.Color is STUNNING, I have such a hard time finding colors like this that aren’t patchy or matte. The shine is so pretty and lasts quite a while.Cons: feels a little sticky on my lips all day, and makes my lips stick together so talking a lot can feel a little uncomfortable after awhile.Transfers pretty easily, but can last for at least 7 hours before fading. Will definitely not stand up to eating, after I ate dinner it was pretty much rubbed off.All in all though for the price I’ve definitely spent much more money on worse products so I would recommend this to any one who wants that vampy, wine stained look to their lips.

Great color and product but broken when I opened it
Is the second time I order this product and I have different colors- I love it because it last longer than many of my lip sticks- my only problem was that when I was going to open the lipstick the lead was broken- I tried to return had to contact customer support and they were able to set up a refund right away.

Not the same shade
Love the product but it wasn’t the same shade as shown on the picture. Sadly cant use it due to not being the right color for me. Wish the colors were more accurate. Wanted to order again but afraid I wont get the correct shade due to misleading images of color tones.

Kind of dry
What can I say, it’s dark. Kind of dry. Drier than some other satin finish lipsticks I own, which makes it harder to blend. It’s really really gray as well, so it can make your teeth look yellow if your not careful.

Smooth and long lasting
This lipstick stays on from the time o g apply before work till I take it off at supper and doesn’t come off on my white drink bottle as I drink throughout the day. It’s so smooth going on and doesn’t dry out my lips at all. No flaking off either unless I wipe hard with a napkin (at supper to remove).

Color: Pink Duchess
Really like the shine, but it’s not in a shimmery way and the pink is a slightly dark mid-tone pink that isn’t a Barbie pink. I apply only a thin coat because if any more than a thin coat it will transfer. It has good staying power (I can eat a sandwich and still have my lipstick on afterwards), however it does remain a little tacky when pressing lips together.

Goes on great but does not stay
The color is rich and it goes on really smooth and allows you to shape the lips for a smooth matte finish. Br careful when applying, it does not wipe off of your skin that easily if smudged, but does come off with soap. Since it does go on so smooth and bright, I was disappointed that it wears off fairly easy after a couple of hours leaving the outline of the lips very bright and the inner lips bare. It does not wear off evenly, so fairly easy to look like a clown if you do not do touch ups periodically. Great for a short trip, but disappointed overall, because I love the color.

I NEED SANDPAPER TO GET THE COLOR OFF MY LIPS… HA! HA!
Long, long, long-lasting lipstick. I bought Neverending Purple. It looks more like magenta to me, and it Iooks great! I’ve been using it for years. I’ve been noticing that Revlon no longer seems to be stocking this on their shelves anymore, so I’m wondering if it’s on its way out. They have a similar product, but it doesn’t stay on nearly as long, so get this while it lasts.

A good choice for older women
I bought 2 different colors, after buying one at a store to give it a try. They are easier to apply than other Revlon Colorstay types, and although they don’t stay on as long they have some longevity & only need to be reapplied after eating. They are fairly soft but cd use a moisturizer.The problem is the colors. You can’t really tell from photos. I bought Majestic Rose b/c one reviewer said it was a nice rose color, but in reality it is more brown than Your Majesty, which has more pink & I believe is a nicer rose color. (I am fair-skinned, dark hair, blue eyes). I also bought Partner in Wine, which I thought wd be a deep bluish red, but is actually almost black. Since I can’t return it I will save it for Halloween!

Overall I like the product
I like that the lipstick does stay on longer than many, but it will come off on your glass/cup. In the beginning, it seems there is too much product on the applicator so I have to remove some so it doesn’t glob up on my lips. I did prefer this color over many of the other choices.

Different formula for different colors?
I purchased the gray color, Perfect Storm. This color is a pretty sheer one, compared to the thicker, more pigmented other color I bought prior (Partner in Crime). It’s a bit like a gray-mauve and is surprisingly flattering on my fair, cool toned skin. I do wish it was a more opaque gray though. Texture is almost like a gloss and doesn’t quite dry down like the first one I got. It also has really fine multicolored glitter that you can’t really see until you wipe it off, which is fine but unexpected.It’s not moisturizing but I don’t expect that from a long lasting liquid lipstick. Speaking of lasting, I can get about 3-4 hours out of it before it starts to fade, especially on my inner lips, just with drinking. I actually prefer it not lasting as long because it’s easier to reapply when needed and you don’t have to scrape your lips to get it all the way off like some other liquid lipsticks (I’m looking at you, NYX XXL).I might repurchase, just not in this color because the lack of pigment and sheerness of this particular color.

Storm
The perfect Storm color is way cooler in person it’s not nearly as gray as looks in the picture. I might refer to it as Greige. It’s a really cool fall color and because you’re putting it on pink lips that’s what puts a little color into the gray. I feel like it’s super flattering and highlights your eyes nicely. It doesn’t look goth. I am 50 and this color looks really nice, a little edgy, but pretty. Also, got Partner in Crime which is a nice pale pink and In So Deep, which is a brown with too much orange in it for me.

Gooey
Don’t know if it melted in the heat or if supposed to be this gloppy. Really have to just dot it on and then spread it with a lipstick brush. Color is what I wanted, but it is drying and doesn’t last that long except on the rim of my travel cup! I drink coffee all day & use a travel cup to keep it warm. Doesn’t come off in the dishwasher, have to scrub it off.

Goopy, hard to remove.
The color is super deep and is sophisticated with a cool goth vibe. I love the color, especially for fall but it was super gloppy and did not apply evenly. It was almost like I had two different colors on my lips. But in Revlon’s defense, I do live in Texas, so the product could have been overheated or just old. Amazon was great and reimbursed my account. For those who are curious it did not smell at all and like I said the color was gorgeous. Happy fall y’all. Good luck.!

Color is fabulous, it is creamy, takes a little longer to dry, but we’ll worth it, it’s the best I’ve ever used, regular color stay does not last thru a month, I think this will,for me it lasts all day, your lips will feel alittle dry,but all permanent stain lip colors do that, this is the best performing I’ve ever used, stop complaining about the minor things ladies!!! It does the job , what else do you want 🌺

Must Be Applied To Clean, Dry Lips
Many of the negative reviews are misleading. This product is not being given a fair shot by many people.For this to work properly, you cannot have anything else under it. No balm, no chapstick, no oil, no nothing. Don’t lick you lips before applying. Lips must be completely clean and dry. I have the most dry chapped lips and this product alone gives my lips just enough moisture they need. It works! Just give it more time to set since it’s moisturizing. It can take anywhere from five to twenty minutes to become zero-transfer. Depending on how thick of a layer you apply, a thinner layer takes less time to set than a thicker layer. This isn’t like the other drying formulas that set in two minutes. But I love that because this lipstick let’s you retain some moisture. Once you apply it, don’t mess with it, don’t test it, just leave it alone. If applied correctly it will become zero transfer eventually. Your lips won’t look dry, shriveled and cracked. This is a very flexible formula that leaves some shine, but if you want matte, wait till it sets and just blot the shine away with a tissue or just kiss the back of your hand and that will remove some shine. This is the best transfer proof lipstick ever made. I have super dry chapped lips, but I still always want to try liquid lipsticks because I hate how regular lipstick just smears right off onto cups, straws, etc. This lipstick stays on all day until I remove it, it was still there after tacos!

Silky Sienna
Watched a Youtube review because the claim was that this didn’t transfer. It transferred some in the video after 2 minutes but not too much. I wondered if it would stay in place if she’d left in on longer before doing a smudge test, so I bought it and tested for myself. Tt takes a full 10 minutes to dry down. Doesn’t feel drying on the lips. Stayed on all shift with a mask. The only time I don’t wear my mask at work is when eating or drinking. Apply it and rub your lips together once (if you must) but no more than that and then let it sit for 10 minutes. It locks in place. My lips didn’t feel dry all day and the color stayed on perfectly. When I got home, the color was still on. Removed easily with micellar water. This is my new holy grail lipstick. Best I’ve tried in a very long time. Silky Sienna is a beautiful soft, muted, almost red. Would look great on any skin tone. The color looks a bit deeper in my pic than it is.

Love Majestic Rose!
I received this as a gift in my Christmas stocking, and was so impressed I bought two more. In the tube, Majestic Rose looks like a peachy nude color but it’s definitely a soft rose. Every time I wear it, someone asks me about it. These are very long lasting and comfortable.
