Oven doesn’t work on Day 1
After doing the oven start up procedure according to the instructions, the oven stopped working. No light on the control panel, no light in the oven and zero heat. The stove top works so I know it’s not a breker or power issue I replaced the halogen bulb (wearing rubber gloves) thinking a burned out light could be causing an open circuit. But, that didn’t work either. It’s just flat out dead on day 1.

Manual inadequate, noisy fan, no oven temperature indicator, not impressed.
The manual was inadequate. No cord. No oven temperature indicator and cooling fan noisy and stays on forever.

Cannot cook in it
You are unable to use the top and bottom coils at the same time so everything is either raw on top or bottom. In the end everything is burnt. Terrible oven. Stove top works great.

Day #1 does not Work
Plugged in , ran through start up. Cooked a lasagna, perfect. Next tried to cook breakfast Casserole and nothing. Ranged worked fine but oven was a no go. No light, no heat. Do not buy. This range is GARBAGE!!!!!!

Too small for regular size baking sheet.
Dislike oven is too small for standard baking sheets/pans, and it does not come with a cord. Fits well in small units and decent for one person who does not bake very often. Quick note, you would need to split the can bisquits in half to fit and bake.

Absolute garbage
Oven arrived with huge dents, poor quality thin metal. Seller replaced but replacement also arrived with range top dented but we kept it anyway. Oven only worked twice then died, but it didn’t get hot enough anyway. Range still works but low power, even boiling a small amount of water takes ages. Horrible product definitely would not recommend.

Low Quality
Have had this oven for 2 years not good burner Knobs are meltedthe burners on top are uneven and stopped working correctly after a yearThe seal around the oven door cracked then just fell offthis oven is NOT well built Quality and design Failed Will NOT ever purchase this brandof oven again

It’s a good looking stove
Not a bad stove. Received with the packaging intact, but one of the leveling feet was broken and there was a slight dent in that corner. The company responded quickly and I expect my new leveling foot anytime now.But, couple of things about the stove you need to know. 10 minutes after you turn the oven on, a fan goes on, and stays on. Once you shut the oven off the fan continues for anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour. Not real loud but still somewhat annoying because my other one didn’t do that. Also, the oven does not signal when it’s preheated (with my previous one, the little red light would go off ). Buy yourself a simple round oven thermometer like I did and you’ll be fine. The bottom drawer is great, but DO NOT put anything that’s plastic or paper in it. While waiting for the oven to finish preheating, I opened up the drawer to pull out a small tray to use, and burned my finger. Everything in the drawer will heat up when the oven is on. I don’t know if that means there’s no heat barrier between the drawer and the oven, but I know that while I was waiting for what was in the oven, I took a small pan put some frozen butter in it and put it in the drawer, 10 minutes later the butter was melted. The upside is that it can be used to warm bread or keep food warm, you’ll just have to take out whatever pans you put in there first. But if you forget and go to grab some thing in the drawer you will get burned as if you opened up the oven and touched the rack.The stove top lifts up and there’s two braces to hold it in place, so it will be easy to clean. Like I said, not bad, just a few things you need to know that I wish somebody had told me ahead of time.An added bonus, the mirrored front is great for looking at your shoes! Lol***UPDATE***This company has AMAZING customer service. I won’t tell you exactly how they helped me, because I know there are some out there that would take advantage of what I have to share. But trust me, I would buy from this company again in a heartbeat. I need a refrigerator, and if they sell them, I will buy one from them.

The size of the oven is perfect for the size of my apartment. Once I got the sale price, the price of the item was great. The oven was on sale the day after I received my order so I contacted the seller and he went ahead and refunded me the difference. Thank you so very much for working with me!

We don’t want to return the stove we just want a oven rack for it
We just want the second oven silver rack that belongs in it we don’t want to return the stove itself but I can’t seem to get anyone to answer me I don’t know what you call it a rack or a shelf but it’s silver and there’s only one in the stove

directions seem to be incomplete
i know – who thought you would need directions with a stove . well with this stove and the new 1996 upgrade to a 4 prong plug – my house is still 3 prong – and is the ground that one with yellow striped wires running to it but no green screw. none of these appear in the wiring scheme on the back of the stove , and is that a broiling pan but there is a second one covering the lower elements and they refer to shelves but there is only 1 even if they speak of 2 and a fan ? what is the fan doing , it is not a convection oven is it? now i am going to turn it on . i had received a question about the oven not working in another purchaser’s and just had it happen to me after 6 months and very little use . sadly it goes back to those knobs not being clear. after 2 hours on bake at 425 my fish sticks were still lukewarm at best after sitting in front of the stove listening to the fan run trying the broiler and it worked plus the light was on it was the temperature knob where 425 and warm look the same . i think i will get the fingernail polish out and mark the knobs . 6 months and it does still work , but my eye sight maybe fading a bit .

nice looking, poor product, useless warranty
Bought this for my elderly parents who live in a very rural area. The oven died within 7 months, I bought the warranty, none of us can figure out how to use the warranty to get it repaired. Lesson learned: don’t buy the warranty it is useless, plan on paying for a repair or if you are brave, scour to find a product that has a warranty that is elderly friendly in case it dies. No oven should die in less than a year.

Great price and fast shipping.
This stove is very compact, but not short on quality and functionality in anyway. We ordered it in white on Friday and by the Tuesday it was here, literally took 4 days.My husband & I were able to get it inside without any hassle and it slid perfectly into the spot. It didn’t have any damages to the package or the stove itself. All 4 burners work and I baked a banana bread last night just to make sure the oven was working as well and it came out perfect and even. For this price there’s really nothing more we could ask for. Love it!!! 10/10 would recommend.

it is not 24″ wide it is 23.5″ wide
Delivery was superb, they delivered in the rain a week early. The only problem was communication as they told me it would arrive on the 18th and it was delivered on the 11th so I was not home when I received a call that I needed to be home to sign for it. It does not get to 450 degrees as another customer stated, it does get to 400 degrees however it does not maintain a stable internal temperature. It is 1/2″ smaller than what the main description said so I have to purchase an insert to keep items from falling in between the oven and the counter and the inside is also smaller so my cookie sheets don’t fit either. Overall it is working ok otherwise and none of the issues are worth sending it back over however I would not order another or recommend this one

Learning Curve

Only one complaint
My ONLY complaint about this gorgeous little stove is that the oven doesn’t actually get as hot as the knob seems to imply. It’s supposed to go up to 450, but I have an oven thermometer placed inside that even after letting the oven pre-heat for an hour will only show it gets up to 350.I just do the math and add the necessary time and don’t use the oven for anything that I can’t wait an hour and a half for.But if that’s a deal-breaker for you, just know that it won’t actually get above 350-375.The rest of it is perfect.

Levella warranty
The stove top grease drip trays of a recently purchased stove, turned orange after a couple of cleanings. I called Levella three times looking for an explanation only to be bounced around with no explanation. Custom service is non-existent, so buyer beware of the Levella warranty.Front stove knob gets stuck after one use. Will not turn. I explained this to Levella. They said I need to make a video of a knob that does not turn. Stay away from these con-artists, and hustlers. A mediocre product and a non-functional technical back-up that is not competent to say the least.
