When you get your Product, please pay attention to the following tips:
1.Don’t put your hands inside your blender or try to touch the blades.
2.Don’t use your blender when charging or run your blender without anything inside.
3.Don’t recommend hot liquids over 50 degree which will be easy cause damage or leakage.
4.Charge your blender before your first use. The lights turn red while charging and blue once full charged.
5.Cut the fruits into 1.5*1.5CM or small thin pieces, remove the cores, hard thick fruit skin or hard shell.
6.Add water or milk and put appropriate amount of fruit slices into the juicer, turn over the juicer, press the switch button to make it work for a while, make the juicer back to the right position for juicing.
7.It is a normal phenomenon that juicer stops working. You can restart it. To get the best result, we advise you to shake the juicer during operating. 8.Red and blue flashing lights mean your jar isn’t aligned with your base. To fix this, the arrow on the jar should line up with the switch on the base. 9.Red flashing lights mean your blender needs to be recharged or that your blades are blocked. Recharge or shake your blender.
10.There might be a little color difference due to the monitor, camera or other factors, please refer to the physical item.

Don’t buy
I was excited about this product until I tried to use it. It does not work. The blade didn’t work when fruit was in it (cut in pieces) only when it was liquid 🤦♀️save your money or buy something more expensive. I threw away the box other wise I would return it.

Design is dangerous. Exposed spinning metal blade.
The media could not be loaded.
The blade is permanently attached to the base and can be activated when container is removed. You need to click the power button twice to start the motor but I think there’s potential to activate it inadvertently while cleaning. It could cause severe injury if that happened. I am returning this item and will find another portable blender that physically uncouples the blade from the motor. They also shipped a pink version when I ordered a black, but that’s no big deal.

DONT BUY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Product was working great! I was happy until the lids (there are 2 pieces) got stuck and I couldn’t separate them to wash. Contacted Amazon who told me I should contact the seller. The seller replied saying for me to contact Amazon. I didn’t, not worth the back and forward. DON’T BUY there isn’t any support if something happens.

Yes, good portable blender. If you need to blend anything hard like ginger, cut it small. I mostly use it to blend powders into liquid like leaky gut repair or protein or colligenpowder into a liquid

Stopped working
I initially liked this blender. I used it daily for protein shakes. It worked fine for a few weeks then stopped working. I charged it and when I push the power button I just get a flashing alternating blue and red light. I really had high hopes and I hate that it stopped working outside of the return window.

for upcoming trip now ??
I havnt used this yet. the charge was so quick on it it must be for one time use. I bought this for an upcoming trip without doing my full homework first. I wanted to be able to make smoothies when doing lots of walking!! the bottle is advertised for travel but I doubt the tsa will allow me unless I check my bag which I wanted to avoid. the tsa says the blade must be separated and if you did that it wouldn’t be able to work. so anyway not sure I’ll be able to take it with me or have to decide to check my bag.I did charge it up already it won’t blend. seems like a very short time. I had got fruit to blend doesn’t even work. it doesn’t work with any type c cable I plug mine in and nothing so not pleased with this.

Glad I Stumbled Across This!
I needed a basic blender to mix juice with a powdered beet powder that just doesn’t mix well when you stir it with a spoon. I found this one for a good price and it does what I need it to do. The only fruit I’ve tried so far are some strawberries that were becoming over-ripened. I cut them up in small pieces, tossed them in and they blended well with the juice blend. The unit charges quickly and holds the charge for a good amount of time.

Poorly made product
This portable blender lasted 10 days. I recharged for 3rd time and it tried to start, ran 1 sec and stopped. The safety features it stated in the ad must have been copied from other, better made products. almost none of them were true. Guys, go back to the drawing board.Also, PS none of this type of product should be washed with plain water, turn it on, empty and let it dry. The rubber ring needs to be removed to clean under it and hot water and soap needs to be used if you don’t want to give yourself a serious gastric infection.

Blending power isnt that strong
It gets the job done, however you need to make sure you blend little by little, not like a normal blender. I expected it to be super strong like a normal blender and i filled my cup only to have to remove half the contents since it was stuck and wouldnt blend. As long as you add little by little it does get the job done and i love that its chargeable.

Broke in a couple of weeks
I had this product about a month before I actually used it. It worked good and for about two weeks then it started powering on involuntarily for about a day. Then it wouldn’t work at all the next day.I tried to return but my 30 day return period had expired.I was totally disappointed in the lifespan of this product.

1st item didnt work at all. 2nd item was a disappointment
I bought this item to blend my senior dog’s food on the road to make it easier for her to eat. The 1st item I purchased didn’t even work. It turned on once for a split second and stopped working after that. Even after several hours of charging. Amazon gave me a refund so I tried again with this item. I was hugely disappointment that it can’t even blend boiled carrots and peas into anything resembling a puree. it basically just tosses it around the canister.
