Item description was but even close.
I bought this item because the description said it was an unlocked GSM phone that can be used with any carrier. The phone is locked to T mobile and I can’t use it with the service I want to use it with.

2022 PHONE WITH NO NFC??
How do you make a phone in 2022 thats 5G but absoolutely no NFC capabilities?? that should be standard by now. this phone is worthless to me now that I cant use the NFC. Go buy a Samsung, at least theyre not going to skimp out on features that should be standard as of 5 years ago.

Phone is NOT unlocked and was useless.
The phone I received was locked for Xfinity only. It would not accept the sim card for my carrier even though the product description expressly stated it would work for my carrier. If I could give this product zero stars I would have. It was a total waste of time.

NOT unlocked, locked to Xfinity
Ordered because it was 5g and unlocked. Received it today, started it, and find that it’s locked to the Xfinity network and the bootloader CAN’T be unlocked (tried). So, if you are looking to root this to remove the factory loaded 16gigs (yes, from the factory!) of memory hogging bloatware, well…, you can’t. Pass this phone up.

Not unlocked; do not recommend
The phone is listed as unlocked but it is locked to Xfinity. Same as other reviewers. Do not recommend unless you are using Xfinity mobile.Also, the back of the phone has sticky residue, as if a label was removed but was not cleaned well.

Unusable
This phone is unusable. It’s listed as unlocked, but is actually still tied to xfinity as an active account. There’s no way to get it unlocked. False advertising for sure. Don’t waste your time on something useless.

64 gigabytes, Average phone, 5G is sort of a joke.
For an average phone it’s pretty good. Makes calls and will text for the most part. I have Metro by T-MOBILE and the 5G speeds and connectivity are kind of a joke. I bought this in the west coast at a store and brought it with me to the Midwest and it has a pretty average performance. Night mode on the camera is alright, but nothing that special. The camera in it’s entirety is nothing special either. Sometimes file transferring from the phone to a memory card doesn’t work. I like the sound, it’s pretty good but again, average. I have a tablet with T-Mobile 4G LTE and the Internet is faster, so there’s that. Bluetooth works nice on this device and sounds really good with proper earphones.

Hsn has it brand new through TracFone for 99.00
Good phone. Not really sure why Motorola dosent offer this in a mid range model. 4gb-128gb moto g five g. They only have a 4gb-64gb and a 6 gb-256 gb model but no no intermediate model 4gb-128gb. Don’t really need 256 gb and would be nice to have just what I may need Incase I wanted a little bit extra in 128gb. And for me 4gb is plenty because I don’t play games or open multiple windows and do multiple things at one time so 4gb is plenty for me. As for the rest of the phone needs a brighter screen 720 mp is okay I have that in my Lenovo tablet. And the screen is nice and bright but in this it seems kinda not very bright. As for the rest of the phone I love the five g and the big battery and octo core chip set it’s decent for the price. I mostly bought it because it has Android twelve then it’s supposed to get thirteen and later will get fourteen installed sometime next year that was important to me because I do alot of banking and wanted the most recent android so I would have the strongest security patches from the updates. Anyway it’s definitely Worth it at ninety nine dollars on hsn but not much more than that. I recommend it as a mid range product.

Seemed promising
The phone was nice, very minimal hardly noticeable flaws. Until it was turned on and starting to use it. Charged fine the first time. After a couple hours of trying to transfer data and setting it up ( I am not tech illiterate) things just seemed off about the phone. The app I used to transfer data kept crashing and not working. Worked fine on my old phone. I went to charge the phone again because it went from 80% to 27% in 2 hours and it would charge properly. The charge symbol and sound of it connecting kept going on and off. I’m going to factory reset the phone and return it

Dvice Giant Seller
Seller Device Giant::: I have returned the phone in a clean condition, the same way I got it. The phone has a problem, it was freezing sometimes. Seller provided photos and reasons that won’t reflect the actual condition of the item that was returned. Seller took my money and refunded partial refund. Be aware, untrustworthy seller.

Exactly as advertised!
The review below where it was mentioned that they got an unlocked phone had me concerned, but this is exactly as was described.It looks essentially brand new. It functions essentially as if it were brand new. The battery life is as advertised, easily going 48 hours between charges once full.The Moto bloatware is annoying, but easy enough to disable. The camera is solid, it’s decently fast when using memory-hungry programs, and the fingerprint scanner on the side works perfectly even with a case.Is it equal to a $1500 phone? Unlikely. Is it worth the hundred bucks that I paid for it? Definitely. Let’s hope it lasts a few years.

Not my favourite phone
This is definitely not my favourite phone. Its does so many things I don’t want it to and not enought of what I do want it to. Not horrible but definitely not my best phone. Maybe I don’t know the features but would I buy it again? No. It keeps putting menus I don’t ask for on top and covers features I need. It didn’t come with a book so I have to keep playing or guessing what to do. Having to go out and come back in is what I do mostly. The battery doesn’t stay long, and takes long to recharge.
This magnesium is really excellent since I take it my health has improved 100% –

Battery doesn’t last long
Everything about the phone was great until 5 days after the return window then my battery dies every 2 hours and now the phone is overheating a d won’t stay charged at all…. idk what to do about this I’ve emailed the company it came from .. but no response 😕

Great phone, but has trouble connecting to Visible network
I got this for my Visible plan. It technically works, but is very spotty on its connection. It will show data at 4G LTE, but apps and browsers won’t be able to connect to the internet. I constantly have to reset the internet to get data to work. It will also say no signal when a different phone with a similar Visible plan has a solid connection.

Phone was supposed to be unlocked but it’s locked!
According to the product description, this phone should be unlocked, but after receiving it and configuring it, I found out I can’t make phone calls with any operator other than AT&T. I tried entering the IMEI at AT&T and it seems to be locked. I am contacting Amazon support but this is already a painful situation as I already migrated everything to this phone but it’s unusable as of now…
