Ok phone
Games kept crashing and I had to restart the phone. There is no way to shut down apps when they crash. Also the phone didnt stay connected to my hearing aids when i was in my car. Ocer all I liked the phone but it’s not wuite up to the task

Battery Bad
This battery will Not make it through the night. During Hurricane Ida, I was forced to babysit this phone (which other than the battery is pretty nice). Maybe, the particular battery in this particular phone is bad. That might be true.

Wrong Advertisement, NOT A USAGE REVIEW
This is not a usage review, I will update my review about usage.The phone is scratched all over. Too many cosmetic damages. I wouldn’t mind if you have been cleared about the problem. It looks like a really old phone. Any cosmetic damages on any used product should be listed or pictures posted otherwise you are saying the product has no damage cosmetic. If the phone was renewed how come almost half of the storage space is used? I am really dissatisfied with this product now especially with the seller.The phone is also very bad on battery. I fully changed the phone and turned it off for a day and a half, when I turned it back on the battery had gone down to 77%.

The phone looked brand new and operates as such. It was a phone for my daughter and did not want to spend 300-400 dollars just in case she abused privilege’s I would not be out a lot of money if had to take away. She loves and hasn’t stopped smiling.

A great phone
First, appear to be much bigger online, Than in-person, it is a different type of build it is unique!Very smooth elegant not your average phone anyone purchase this phone will not be disappointed !However this phone requires a case it is very sleppery ?It is fast and works well battery life is like one day as it is renewed !Finger print is also a very cool addition it is built in on the screen and not on the of the phone but the front a cool addition !Ease buy a case it is a very nice phone !

No scratches
So far a decent phone. Doesn’t have a 15 day standby battery life like a new one, but 10 or 11 days is possible. No problems so far. Looks almost new. I’m hoping to get a couple years out of it before buying another.

A good phone for the price
There does seem to be a bit of bloat in terms of the space the OS takes up. On previous Motorolas, about 30-40% of the 32 gig space would be taken up by OS installs. On this phone, it is around 50-55%.Also, getting used to the gesture navigation (new to me) has been a bit of a learning curve. But you just have to build up that muscle memory.

Not Worth The Money

Satisfied overall
Satisfied overall, the screen is huge! No damage what so ever lol. A little leary about the screen in regards to problems others have had so we will see, seems to be updated. Speaker quality is meh. Pretty zippy, calls are crisp and clear. Glad I didn’t pay full price for it, time will tell, any regrets I will update. Beautiful phone. Go for it!

T BUY THIS PRODUCT it doesn’t work Period
Not worth the money I had to spend on it. Cell doesn’t work will not hook up with you service carrier won’t make calls send texts won’t even hook up to my wifi to use wifi options. Took it in to see if I did something wrong in set up, NOPE, they can’t get it to work either and they are the professionals. There’s no book on this phone in the package no instructions no details no nothing just a cell phone in a box that it obviously didn’t come in from the factory. I’m guessing it’s a refurbished product that being sold that could get refurbished in the first place, total scam. And out the money I spent on it and stuck with this pod. SO BEYOND ANGRY sent the phone back even and wasn’t refunded my money. The first one was lost in the mail so the sent another but seriously when it didn’t work you send it back and the person gets back something they had to send twice cause of there carriers and when it doesn’t work period and not at all as advertised they just keep your money take there crappy phone back and you still are out the money and the product you finally got and returned cause of false advertisements TOTAL SCAM. CALLING HEAD OF AMAZON ON THIS. I WAS NEVER REFUNDED AFTER RETURNING IT TO THE PPL

Condition of the phone itself looks fine — but the Moto E takes a micro USB cable, not a USB-C, which is what it was shipped with. Can’t recommend buying refurbished from this vendor (thegadgetdeals) again, given the lack of attention to detail.

Decent phone but still plenty of disappointments
The first part of this review is of Amazon’s renewed program. I got this phone renewed , it came dirty, there was hair in the box there was dirt or grease on the phone itself. the charging cable that came with it is heavily used. also Amazon claims to give product support, idk if it’s just the renewed program or if its for the new version as well but I attempted to contact them and it only sent me to the regular customer service not any sort of tech support. the guy had no clue what he was talking about he didn’t know what I meant by Wi-Fi calling. Lastly he took so long to answer on the chat forum that I gave up and two hours later he messaged me asking me if I was still there. normally Amazon’s customer service is amazing but that was ridiculous. So don’t buy this thinking that Amazon’s going to walk you through any issues , they won’t.The 2nd part of the review the phone, for the price it’s good. It’s fast. it’s a bit confusing to use and you can’t personalize options like you can on a Samsung such as the order of the navigation bar buttons at the bottom you can turn on or off the navigation bar and just use gestures instead. I’m left-handed and I would like the back button to be on the right and it won’t let me do that. Also it says the phone has Wi-Fi calling it does not. And it was unable to find the Bluetooth in my car for a couple hours despite multiple attempts and I’ve never had that problem with any other device before. it’s done a great job of integrating all my different accounts and having all the apps talk to each other like Microsoft talks to Google drive and they talk to the Motorola phone storage. That’s been very easy to set up. There is little to no selection of themes and fonts like there is with Samsung. So the phone itself is good and bad I would say it’s worth the money I wouldn’t have paid any more for it that’s for sure.

So far, very happy!
Recently my ancient Samsung Galaxy S5 gave out, and I went hunting for a nice, mid-priced upgrade. This “renewed” Moto G Fast seemed to fit the bill. It doesn’t seem to have Wi-Fi calling, but I don’t really ever use that feature and wasn’t concerned.It arrived neatly repackaged back in the original box (taped shut securely), and it was very clean when I took it out of the box. The USB cable and charger plug were still in their original factory wrapping. The “SIM Tool” was on its original cardboard holder, but the holder showed signs that someone had used the tool once before (as would be expected).Inserting the SIM and my SD card was easy standard procedure if you’ve ever done that on an iPhone. Once turned on, the Moto G Fast recognized my AT&T SIM and got right to business of running the setup wizards.Since then, I’ve been pretty impressed. It IS FAST compared to any phone I’ve used or seen lately, and the screen quality is awesome. I’ve only taken a few pics, but the quality looks good. It has a nice solid feel, and everything works as expected.The only issue I had was that my LTE mobile data seemed to be non-existent. I was creeping along at .19mbps. However, I read about a trick that all you have to do is turn on Airplane Mode for a few seconds and then turn it off. I did that, and now the speed tests show freakishly fast mobile data.From my experience so far, I would say that you can’t go wrong with this phone.

Very good phone thus far
I had an old phone that was giving me fits and didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a replacement. I decided to try this reconditioned phone and so far it is performing to my liking. The touch screen is responsive and bright. It is light and easy to carry, battery life is very good and more importantly, I have found it easy to use. The camera works well as long as you have good lighting. If you want to work in low light situations then look elsewhere as the camera on this phone is weak in this regard. Bluetooth and wireless function very well, no issues with Internet connections. Sound is very good as well. It is pretty much stock Android, so transitioning from my old phone to this one was easy. My requirements are pretty basic and this phone gives me all I need at an affordable price. I would recommend if all you need is a good basic Android phone.

Beautiful solar black color+ rainbow tint to it…. Got it for my bf it was in amazing condition refurbished is the way to go to save money! Not a scratch on it….unlocked but we had boost mobile and couldn’t use our old sim cards so boost will make u get a new one bc old ones weren’t compatible which is dumb….so instead it came with a At&t one sim card surprisingly so we decided to switch , been wanting to anyway great features , edge lighting lights up on the sides depending on the charge so if it’s full charge lights blue all the way up but if low then lights lites up on sides quarter of way (I THOUGHT LIGHT WAS BROKEN BUT LEARNED WASNT) THANK GOODNESS SO BOUGHT TWO REFURBISHED PHONES TWO DIFF SITES THRU AMAZON 1. Incorrect listing, phone is locked to another carrier
Ordered the refurbished phone, listed as Unlocked for major carriers. Put in my SIM and could not connect to network. Entered the IMEI in my providers website and was told that IMEI is not available for that carrier. Taking it to the brick and mortar for one last try with tech support. If the phone is still locked I will drop this review to one star and initiate the return. Very disappointed in the false listing.**UPDATE*** Confirmed with carrier tech support in person and on phone, this phone is locked to a different carrier. Also, when performing a hard reset, the system data indicated “oem_locked”. Dropping the review to 1 Star for false advertising.

Camera and Flashlight didn’t work

D.O.A. from amazaon renewed. Never experienced this before. Surprised and disappointed.
Wouldn’t turn on. Charged it. Still wouldn’t turn on. JUst a blip of light, and off. Charged more. Still same. Tried 20 times probably as I was in disbelief. And even though it’s renewed, I wouldn’t expect dirt and smudges under the clear case it was in. Shockingly sloppy, to ship a dirty, broken phone, and expect someone to say ‘thank’s. And to boot, I’m on the 4th day return, and still no refund (I picked the fast amazon credit option, not the slower back to card option). Probably my worst Amazon experience. Will probably never try ‘amazon renewed’ again.

Wrong Charger
The charger that was sent with this phone was completely the wrong one, way too big to fit at all. When I contacted cust. support I was told parts could Not be replaced or new one sent. Didn’t want to return the entire phone, already had it all set up. Had to go buy my own charger.

Good unlocked cell phone with decent features consistent with others on the market . It lacks the sophistication of the high-end phones by omitting wireless charging and mediocre facial recognition. The other functions that I typically use seem to work pretty well. Good battery life and it has a pretty quick processor.

Great purchase at a great price.
I am glad that I chose the Moto G Fast to purchase. It has really all the qualifications that I was searching for, and at a great price. The screen is very clear as well as big enough to make videos easy to view and with good quality. It’s not too thick to comfortably hold it in your hand and navigate, even with a case added on. The response is quiet fast. It has been pretty instant with each selection I make. Also, the 3 cameras on back are definitely a plus for me. I would recommend this purchase to a friend without hesitation.

Motorola fast slows up your whole life!!
Liked the reliable brand, fast charging ( 15 min to achieve 50-60%) camera’s good, but two problems. Storage is too small for today’s apps and amt of space Motog takes: almost 50% of 32 g ). In two months I’ve run out of space! ( Photos only taking up 10-12%!! Then,the 2nd problem; the screen is so overly sensitive it ends up taking you off the website you are reading or using. I constantly have to go back to square one and find the website, again, and try to finish reading. It is so annoying. The phone has got to go. Lastly, motorola used to have the best antenna in the business( motorola and htc), and consequentially, you could talk anywhere: behind a brick wall, in an elevator, at the beach or in small towns, but not anymore: I have dead spots all over my home. Plus I can’t even call 911 when I’m camping. Which I could for years with my husband’s phone,(Motorola). So, sorry Motorola, the love affair is over!!

Volume on this sucks
I bought this hoping the volume would be loud enough, but even with the speaker turned on, it’s hard to hear the person on the other end. Totally useless without the speaker turned on.I won’t be buying Motorola again.I also have issues with the microphone – suddenly, the person on the other end can’t hear me, so I have to hang up & call again. This doesn’t happen all the time, but it does at least once or twice every few weeks.

Memory is insufficient – a few pics and limited number of apps and it full! The battery lasts and charges fast but unless you want it purely for phone/texting who cares. Being used to Samsung I find this phone EXTREMELY frustrating to use. The processes on Samsung — for example transferring pics to a computer, transferring apps to an SD card to save memory are EASY! – Motorola evidently has employed people with the most bass ackwards ways of doing things and they have used their skills to the highest degree. Deciphering the Quipas of the Inca is easier than accomplishing what should be the simplest of tasks on this phone

Couldn’t recieve any incoming messages for days.
This device worked properly, excluding the ability to receive any incoming text messages when I received it. After trying everything possible on the device, I contacted customer support on Amazon. They directed me to Motorola’s customer support, which was of no use and had me try the same things over again I had prior. I finally figured the issue out myself by calling and having my provider enable CDMA-less provisioning.The phone itself arrived disgusting and covered in a sticky residue, complete with dust and hair. That said, it does what it’s supposed to and that’s about it. Often the fingerprint reader has a delay waking the device up. The camera is alright, but nothing that fancy. Anytime I use the headphone jack there’s either muffled distortion or it’s so quiet you can’t hear it, so it’s nearly a useless feature I was looking forward to. The battery life seems to be great for me anyway, I can go about 2 days of general use without charging, maybe longer depending.It’s a budget phone with some good features, but if you can afford it, go ahead and get something better. I wouldn’t buy refurbished/renewed again.
