Perfect as an art/photo projector
I purchased this solely for use as an art projector and could not be happier with the product. I can’t speak for projecting movies or wi fi things, though I suspect the quality of image would be the same. Easy to use, intuitive controls, you just need to play with them a bit to get comfortable. Hooked up to my laptop with no issue, displayed clearly in a shorter throw which was my main interest, to be able to use it for smaller canvas and papers. The USB worked fine, but like most, could not list every file on a large storage but every folder displayed opened and scrolled easily. That issue could easily be overcome by just loading your art projects on a dedicated USB with no folders, just single images. If you have ever used an overhead/transparency type or art graph type projector you will be wonderfully happy at the clarity and resolution of detail with this. NO comparison. Yes, of course you need a darkened room. It’s a projector. The darker the better. Some of the reviewers seem to think that projectors should work in sunlight. It’s not a TV. I can’t speak for the sound as I haven’t and won’t use that feature. Highly recommend for this use. It has the needed ‘keystone’ feature to correct less than perfect height projection. No need to spend more. The included cables were a bonus and the small tripod is nice. I mounted this to my full height tripod for my preferred variable ability.

Costomer Service was quick and professional
I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 5 stars because The Customer Service team responded quickly and professionally. The response to my email was within 24 hours. They apologized for the projector not working and offered to either refund or replace the original projector. And I did not have to return the defective projector. They carried through with everything they offered also very quickly.Original review below (why I contacted them…)The box came unsealed but I decided to try the projector anyway. I like that you could control the sound and brightness. BUT the image would NOT FOCUS – If the top of the screen was in focus the bottom was not or if the bottom was in focus the top was blurry ETC. I tried moving the projector closer and farther away but it made no difference. I very much want a refund OR if this was a defective projector I would like a replacement and this time with the box sealed…Also the amount of heat coming from this mini projector was like a space heater ~ is this normal..???

Quickly problematic
Update 09/24: seller contacted me and has sent a replacement unit. Will update if replacement runs into the same issue. The seller was very accommodating and eager to fix the problem. Ease of use was great plugged it in, set it up a nice clean picture popped up and I thought yay!!!Well it’s been less than a month and every time I turn it on the fan whirrrrrrs loudly. I knock it around a little and it stops but anytime I turn it on it now makes this noise. Which makes me get it out of its semi inconvenient perch to mess with it and then I have to play centering games again.Not sometimes. Everytime.It’s a good bang for your buck if it didn’tk have the fan issue. I would not buy this model again.

It was good quality but instructions and some apps did not work
I was impressed at first. I likes how it came with a projection “screen” to put outside or on the wall. It was easy to open and figure out. But the instructions for an Android phone to be able to display were not correct, so it took me a bit to figure out. After I figured out how to do it with mirror-image and to connect to the projector. I tried HBO Max and Hulu did not work to watch a movie. Disney plus and YouTube and other apps did work. I’m sending it back. I wanted to have a movie night and was disappointed:(

Fun family movie nights in the basement!
It’s not as small as shown in the picture, but it is a quality little projector! The picture is sharp and clear. Slight blue tint to the color, but not so blue that it really affects the quality of whatever you’re watching. I bought an HDMI to USB-C cable so that we could use my tablet or phone to stream (just make sure you have a full battery if you plan on using it this way). The sound is good, but since i prefer a little more depth to movie sound, we use a bluetooth speaker connected to whatever device we’re streaming from. We really enjoy using it for family movie nights in the basement, or when we have people over for football games. Overall very happy with my purchase!

Best mini projector I’ve ever owned
This movie projector is tiny yet mighty.. the imaging is very clear, and the sound system is incredible… I have owned many projectors, and so far this is one of my favs by far…. Perfect for travel (small and compact).Compatible with Roku stick, box, and Roku express..You need a separate adapter in order to connect phone which is kinda annoying, but at least you get a high quality projector.Overall a great buy! Highly recommend!!

Better than I honestly expected!
All I can say is, I purchased this mini projector as a replacement for the old and SUPER outdated one I had. I didn’t really expect it to be much better than the one I had for years. But to my surprise, I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY with what this little guy was capable of when I got to using it. I mean its obviously not the end all be all when it comes to projectors. But for the price I bought this thing for and the size, it blew past my expectations. I did get it when it was on a sale, and a very long time ago. So I am unsure at how much it is anymore, or if its still the same brand or what. But if I had the chance to buy it again when I did, I would not hesitate for a second! Also I actually recommend if you are in the market for a mini projector and not able to pay a arm and leg for one of the high end ones, this is a good substitute.

Good so far
I was skeptical at first, but after receiving this projector, I have to say I am impressed. Obviously the picture quality isn’t going to compete with the big names, but I was very surprised. I mounted upside down under the eave of the house to project onto the wall. I did notice a difference in aspect ratio depending on what video service I used, but not a huge deal. Sound quality isn’t great, but I used an aux. jack bluetooth transmitter to send to a speaker.

Would be 5 stars, but sudden loud fan noise.
UPDATE: Seller reached out and corrected the issue. Great customer service! Think the noise had something to do with the hdmi being attached. They seem committed to the quality of the product, so would even consider purchasing again. Stars from 2 to 4.I actually really love this product! I worked great for the first month or so, but then suddenly started making a loud grinding noise only 2 month after purchasing. I didn’t even use it the first few weeks after buying, and since I installed everything, it sits on a shelf and is dusted regularly, so not sure why it’s sooo loud. Currently, it’s not usable at the moment, because the loud fan is so distracting, but the picture quality and user interface is amazing, so I’m hoping to get it back operational

Good for movies and videos
If you have a small dark room this is for you. The volume is still low even when it’s on 100 and the brightness is not as bright but the projector will still get the job done at night.

Perfect
We ordered 2 projectors at the same price point. This one had better accessories and a tripod, and was easier to start (iOS) and didn’t freak out over a c-hdmi cord for iPad Pro not being an Apple brand.And it was significantly quieter!This is the better choice and a great deal at around $50

Extra cord needed for iPhone
Very happy with the purchase. The set up is intuitive and literally took less than 60 seconds. Picture quality is good and so is audio. The device overheats fast, so I try not to use it too long. A bit disappointing that I couldn’t connect my iPhone without an extra cord. It’s my fault on not thoroughly reading the specks before purchasing but would’ve been nice to be able to use it on the same day without having to buy the cord. It’s like getting a Christmas gift as a kid but didn’t get the battery.

Good for what I’m using it for
I use this for giving presentations with my laptop on the road. It’s good as long as you don’t need to use it very far back from the wall. It needs a pretty dark room to be seen properly. It really is fine – when I’m showing PowerPoints to a group of people who don’t have a projector and I don’t want to ask prospects to huddle around my laptop it’s great because it’s small enough to fit in my luggage. I wouldn’t use it for movies.

Decent for its size and cost, but gets hot!
I got this at a pretty low cost, all things considered. It works better than I expected. My expectations weren’t terribly high, but it gets the job done. However, it does get a bit hot sometimes. Not so hot that I think it will be a problem, but hot enough to be like, “Hmm, that’s a little concerning.”

Great projector for the price. Highly recommend.
Works great. Good clarity, color, adjustments and functionality I am looking for. I purchased this projector (actually two from the same company/brand just different models) to utilize for displays for Halloween. You can see the pictures above. The projector does great imaging even in full light. This is a with a 80″ throw with the brightness turned to 0 I believe to achieve the desired effect/look I want. Works great. Going to utilize it with a USB stick. I tried using a computer, airplaying to the device, and the usb stick.

Great Pic and Great Quality
I usually don’t write reviews but I had to with this one. First of all picture is incredible clear and sharp. Sound is actually pretty okay considering how small the unit is! I was impressed by both! Also set up was a breeze. I was nervous cause I am not tech savvy in the least bit but this was literally so easy. Plugged it in, put batteries in the remote, plugged in my fire stick, chose hdmi and it was ready 😱 10/10 would recommend I love this so much and so do my kiddos!!

Excellent clarity at a great price
I was surprised I could have purchased this unit at the price point it’s at and receive the quality we have. The unit is about 12 feet from the included screen and we have a dozen chairs around enjoying the movie. Great buy and highly recommend.

Got a sent a new projector
I was sent a new projector because the first one I had got had issues like another review had said there was a brrr sound, and I kept losing my volume every three days it would come back, but the brrr stayed unless we turned it off and back on again I was sent a new one, which I am very grateful for and I am hoping it does not have the same issues and in all honesty I really like the projector. I was really upset when I had issues with the first one and I’m glad that they helped me get a new one even though the return window had ended.

Worked perfectly!

For it’s purpose, a great little projector
Sound quality is average/low and distorts quickly. But for an inexpensive 1080p projector, it has a nice short throw, and is very durable. Great for Halloween props or the occasional outdoor movie.

Great for outdoor viewing
Exactly what I was looking for. Great picture for the price. Streaming content to an older chromecast that plugs directly into the unit for power (Unit does not have enough power for Chromecast w/Google TV). Audio is adequate but could be better. You probably need to be within 10 feet of the unit. There is an audio port but haven’t tried it yet with an external speaker.

Difficult to set up
I found it difficult to set up. I had the Wi-Fi set up but couldn’t get a picture. I ultimately couldn’t use it.Upon my review, the company reached out! The customer service was swift & very sweet! I’m still fine tuning the new projector but so far so good!

The projector has excellent image quality! We like everything about, except that we receive a tripod that doesn’t belong to this projector. The screw on it, is smaller than the hole on the projector, so it doesn’t hold it. Is it possible to get the correct one?

Great value and easy set up!
I love this projector so much! It’s super small, which is exactly what I wanted, and easy to cart around. I’ve had it for about two months now- Super easy set up with many available adjustments and I hooked my Apple TV directly to it. It DOES come with the small stand, but we attached it to a bigger camera stand to bring it up higher. This projector even took a 6ft fall directly onto hardwoods due to a dog and nothing was affected or broke. With the 1920’s architecture of our living room, it didn’t allow us to have a tv easily set up, so I appreciate a projector that sets up in a snap. My friends who have a bigger projector can’t believe how cheap this was for the amazing quality!Edit: even though the internal speakers are quite loud, I was able to set up Bluetooth to my Sonos to have surround sound 👍 the included remote makes menu navigating easy!

Perfect for my needs, USB playback ability makes it near perfect
USB playback with repeat is the deal maker for me, as I use it for Halloween decor; USB playback means I don’t have to buy a media player. But also used it for family movie night, kids enjoyed it. Speaker is fine for video decor, probably want a speaker for movies. Has convenient aux out for that purpose, I used my little Bose, worked great.

Brighter than expected
I’m upgrading from an old 720p short throw projector.This thing fills my 120″ screen from almost 12ft back.Pros: Good resolution and bright enough in a dark room. Quiet fan noise.No bulbs to worry about since it’s LED.Cons: Dust accumulates and needs to be cleaned periodically with their provided tool.Focus is difficult to get perfect for all edges of picture.I’m going to use a universal window air conditioner’s filter foam to create some filtration on the outside where the air intakes on this unit.That should help keep the dust from accumulating without reducing air flow.If I can fix that issue, then this is a a great buy.

Great Quality for Price
I am so satisfied with this little projector. It is perfect for my job which involves making presentations to clients in many different locations. I love the fact that I can plug a USB into it and load my presentations from it instead of having lug around my laptop. You can also use a streaming device with it to make it into a little “Smart TV.” It does make a little bit of noise but it isn’t too bad. The projection quality is very good. It comes with multiple cables and a tripod. I am pleasantly surprised by the value and quality of this projector for its’ price.

Unable to connect
Sound comes through on multiple devices but no picture…. Help!Just wanted to update my review…. I made this purchase somewhat quickly & did not honestly see the part where if streaming from certain devices/apps there are copyright issues, the company reached out promptly & suggested a fire stick which will help the problem. Looking forward to using this projector*Update it works perfectly but must purchase fire stick to watch movies on Netflix, Prime & Disney+ sound could be a little better but still fun for a movie night!

UPDATE: Great Customer Service! Happy with product!
Update: after leaving my review below, customer service reached and out and sent me a replacement projector and refund! The new projector works as advertised and am happy with the product and customer service I recieved.We loved the projector until about a month in when the fan noise became so loud that you can not hear anything on top of it. This issue was not present when we first had it and nothing happened to cause it to happen. It has sat on a table the entire time we had it without falling and one day we turned it on and poof. Insanely loud fan. If it had continued to work I would 100% recommend but now that the projector isn’t really usable I can’t honestly reccomend.

REVISED review
I set this up to watch movies in my basement and it was working great for the first 2 weeks, but today I turned it on and it sounded like the fan motor was bad. Turned it off for a few minutes, checked for dust in the air vents, turned it back on and it was still way too loudEDIT: I was able to conduct an exchange for a replacement product which is working properly. This company has excellent customer service and I was very satisfied with how quickly the exchange was handled

Could be better
This projector was going to be used for a camping trip. The ease of use is there, the picture quality is what you would expect from a lower priced projector. I sent this back due to the fact that the tripod supplied with the projector is not sturdy enough for the projector. When i would get the required angle for the video to display on my screen, the thing would tip over. It was just a constant hassle. If you get a different tripod, this would be a recommended product.

Good for the price
It’s a pretty good price for the product. It’s wonderful to use at the night time. The only issue is that it may be a bit difficult to find the perfect focus to make it clear on both the screen and the subtitles of what you watch if you watch something using subtitles.It also gives a good reason to not fill up my blank wall with any decorations. Connecting isn’t too difficult. I wish it had an automatic option to calibrate the projector to the wall like the bigger projectors, but manually will do if it’s almost always in the same place.
