Child Safety Lock

5-Burner Cooktop
My wife loves her new cooktop with 5 burners! It is a shame that the first one we got was defective and couldn’t use it for Thanksgiving dinner! It would have saved us a lot of time and work preparing for our family get together that day…however, now we will be prepared for our Christmas party!🎄

Beautiful stove top, MUST use flat pots / pans
Extremely simple installation instructions. Efficient and easy operation, once you get use to the controls ! Especially nice is the safety feature when you have turned off the burner yet it is still hot, the system reminds you with flashing “H” !! Excellent product for the cost, seems to be very reliable and clean up is a snap !! Once the soil has been removed, just a small squirt of window cleaner and it is back to spic-n-span clean !!

It’s nice but has some issues
Quick installation. I did order the protection plan and I have not received and information about it. This cooktop takes forever to boil water and the big front burner does not turn red when hot. No one seems to want to help me with any of these issues.Overall…it look nice.

I wish it came with the owner’s manual instead of having to download it from the internet.
I had it installed today. I’ve not had an actual chance to use it yet I’ve just cut it on and off to make sure it worked. The reason I can’t use it is because it didn’t come with an owner’s manual. I don’t have access to a printer so I can’t print it off from the internet. So I’m going to have to go somewhere tomorrow and see if I can’t get them to print it for me and I will have to pay for this. A little frustrating seeing as how much I paid for the cooktop!

Quality and Affordability
Bought it to replace my broken kitchen aid brand. Didn’t expect a lot but I was surprised with the performance of Karinear brand. Never had any problems using it. I’m impressed with the quality. Installed by my husband within 20 minutes with no problem. Easy to operate too. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Good, but first you need to know…
1. The correct minimum width cutout size is 29.15” (not 28.38”). I had to buy a grinder & granite blade to widen my existing cutout (and you would not believe the dust/mess that covered every surface of my entire home! Clean-up was HUGE, so be sure to close off the area if you have to trim granite).2. The ad says that any kind of pans can be used but the owners manual says to avoid curved bottom pans.3. On on cooktop I saw a review that said the burners could be turned on too easily, but this one you have to press & hold the unlock button for a few seconds before it will unlock & allow a burner to be turned on.4. The burners heat up quickly, but pasta doesn’t seem to cook as quickly as my previous electric coil cooktop.5. The “hot” warning stays on way beyond the actual time it takes to cool, which is a little annoying.6. I thought cleaning would be easy, but when a bit of food was dropped on a hot burner, cleaning spray wasn’t enough, I had to use a razor blade scraper to get it off completely!7. It does look nicer than my old cooktop & with the exception of widening the cutout, installation was easy without experience or help. Just be sure to turn off the breaker first!!

Smooth operation and reasonable price.
The item is the second item that I purchased. The first one had a crack in the glass after over one year usage, it is due to my maintenance error (cleaning with cold damp tower while the store surface was hot). Pros:* Nice contemporary looking.* Provide good power for cooking.* Easy to clean. Tips: Using lock funtion before cleaning surface to avoid activating other touch button. Never clean when surface is hot, this can crack the glass surface.Cons: * The provided power is not very strong for extreme hot cooking; howver, it should be enough for the normal cooking.Anyway, my cracked glass stove will be used as a spare part unitIn summary, I am happy with this stove purchase

This electric cooker comes fast, the cooker comes with 2 high power burners, I tried it, it heats and cooks fast, it’s quick according to the wiring diagram provided in the manual, it’s easy to install, it’s good quality, it’s safe, it takes up very little space, the black smooth glass looks very modern and stylish. With just a touch of the direct button, I can change shape, allowing me to choose different forces to make different foods. This cooker also has multiple protection features such as child safety lock, automatic shutdown protection, residual heat alarm and so on, which greatly improves my safety when cooking food, which is fantastic

Does not work
This cooktop is a waste of money. The power turns on but the cooking zones do not allow the temperature to be adjusted and the stop go function does nothing. After a minute the power turns off. I tried different pans to check if it was the type of cookware and still nothing.

Be careful with the cut out dimensions, the side wall screw head height may have not factored in so you may want to add 1/4 in in your cut out dimensions in both width and depth.Another thing, because my existing granite cut out is tight fit to this cooktop, I did not use the giving mounting brackets at all. If you use those brackets, then more clearance on the cut out may be needed. The suggested cut out dimensions, particularly the width 28.38” dimension, is too tight in my observation.

Better than GE
We have had this for 4 months. So far, so good. I’m tired of replacing our expensive GE cooktop every three or four years because the glass cracks spontaneously.I got the Amazon 4 year warranty for under $100. The GE warranty was ridiculously priced.

Cheaper than Replacing Whirlpool infinite switches
Good – but not Kerinear – came as “Cooksir” Brand, but same burner layout, appeared as if used, (old shipping label inside the box on a piece of cardboard covering the burners) but for the price good and I don’t care! Tried to replace old whirlpool cooktop switches – at about $100 each – and the first one didn’t work, so replaced this one. Seems to work great so far.

Good cooktop, minor complaints
Hello ladies and gentsAfter lots of research, so I wouldn’t have to spend top dollar on well known name brand, I decided on this cooktop and I’m very satisfied with the purchase …my wife says after leaving a pot on the cooktop overnight it made a tough stain that we really had to scrub to get it off and if you like to clean while you’re cooking you HAVE to remember to use the “lock” feature…but other than that we are very happy…I had an electrician come to replace my old cooktop with this one and he was done in about 30 minutes…this cooktop is awesome at heating up fast!! Very satisfied…just wish I could of caught the lightning sale for 279.00 smh

Broken ….waiting to reorder
Although it’s a nice cooktop our first one was used also no instructions an front burner didn’t work we kept it bc we don’t use that kitchen.but this one came in w a broken corner we def couldn’t keep it…this one is for OUR kitchen gonna look at another one soon

Received full refund!
Purchased cooktop in October 2022. The control went out in May 2023 and there are no replacement parts to be found. 8 month life is unacceptable. Waste of money.UPDATE: was contacted by the company after they received my low review. They immediately responded and issued a full refund. Nice to know they stand behind their products and are willing to make it right with their customers!

Overall good but the lock is hard to use
Overall great range, but the lock is hard to use. When you got water on it, button will be accidentally triggered. When you swiping it, it will be triggered. Should have a better way to handle lock.

NOT UL listed!!
It does everything it says on the package. Heats up real fast and is very compact.Just be aware that:1. It takes 220V power, so you will need a dedicated line for it, not just any outlet will do.2. It is NOT UL listed. My contractor made a fuss about how this product isn’t up to code. I had to install this myself after closing so that the house could pass inspection. Just something to be aware of.

I like it.
10 minute install. Works great.Gets hot fast, cooks fast.For some odd reason it takes a long time to boil water, it may be the steel pot I use. It gets food hot with cast iron.The lock function works and I like it but its way too sensitive. Any accidental touch or swipe and it locks itself out.I have paid a lot more for major brands that are made in China anyway so I figured I’d just keep changing these cheap ones out when they break or stop working. I can get 3 for the price 1 of the major brands.I would buy again for sure.

Great purchase
Great product, especially if you’re upgrading from an outdated stove. Easy to use and once the stove is hot, it cooks everything in a timely manner. It just takes a little longer for the stove to get hot than I thought it would.

Perfect for Small Spaces. Heavy, Well Made and looks Appealing.
We built a tiny home and installed this small electric stove for the kitchen. The stove is heavy and well made. The space between the burners allows plenty of room for two pots to be used simultaneously. The burners heat up in a reasonable amount of time and provide consistent heat. Cleaning this small stove is easy. This is a very functional stove that looks appealing and professionally produced. I highly recommend.

Beautiful but Scratches Quickly
Looks beautiful & easy to use. Heats up quickly and sufficiently. But what greatly disappoints me is that just after a week of very light use it developed scratches and spots of discoloration. I’ve added a picture as proof.

Isn’t working
I love the way this cooktop looks however I had it professionally installed and the power comes on but nothing happens when you try to turn on each pilot. I’m so disappointed as we followed the instructions to a “T” and I can’t find a number to contact their customer service for help. So I someone reading this can help (share the cs info I would truly appreciate it as our counter tops are going to be installed on Wednesday and we don’t have a working cooktop.

The manual is less than perfect but once you figure it out it’s really good
The manual has an illustration showing some spring clips on the rear and front of the chassis, but in fact the only place to mount them is on each side.There is enough information to figure out how to use it.It works great and is a nice upgrade from the cook top that was in this house since 1986.I recommend it.

Good product, and our problem was solved quickly.
I am editing my previous review to become a positive one. I had indicated we had problems with this, but the Karinear team contacted me with a solution (turns out a child lock somehow became enabled so if suddenly you can’t get anything to work, that’s probably the culprit). The manual was missing from our package, so that was the core problem as we couldn’t figure out why things weren’t working without it. Since things are labeled only with icons and not text it’s a guessing game without the manual. Anyway, our problem has now been solved quickly and a PDF copy of the manual has now been provided, so we are changing our review to a positive one. The stovetop heats up quickly and cooks effectively, and has a nice clean look. We appreciate the quick resolution of our problem. One star off for the missing manual, but otherwise, we are very happy with the purchase and would recommend it—just make sure your package includes a manual!

Great cooktop for a great value
I really like the 5 burners and no knobs. The reason we got a new cooktop was because the exact replacement knobs for our old cooktop were almost as much as this entire new cooktop with 5 burners instead of 4 on our old one. And, this one heats up much faster.The two items that took a little bit to figure out were (a) how to unlock it once locked (answer: you hold the lock button for about 5 seconds); and (b) how to engage the outside or extended burner because it defaults to the smallest option (answer: push the plus button to start the burner, then hit the button on the far left until you see two lines by the burner control.). Once you master those two tricks … your good.

Might be good, but no user guide/instructions
It arrived on time, it was intact and no apparent damage. Pretty easy to install and wire up… however I’m not sure how to operate it and maintain it as there was zero documentation inside the box with it. So… its kind of like lipstick on a pig right now.

Easy to install. I got the 30” one but it seems so much bigger than my previous Frigidaire 4 burner one. The controls are easy to get used to. I love it! Also love the metal border on top and bottom.

Nice cooktop
This was easy to install and has been great so far. The surface is a bit hard to clean if there is a boil over. It is fast and boils water quickly. The adjustments for cooking are varied enough to go from simmer to boil without problem.

Nice little cooktop
Came in good condition, well protected from breaking (in foam). I did hire an electrician to connect the hard wire (240). Is been just couple months but works perfect. The only thing I’m not crazy about is the lock comes up before using, but I think if you have little ones this feature is a must have.

Not consistent
Stove top looks great but does not cook well. I have been trying to give this stove too a chance as it is beautiful but I can barely get it hot enough to cook dinner. Meals that use to take half an hour is now taking well over an hour because it is not hot enough and the burner does not stay consistent. I have no manual nor can I find one and overall I will probably have to go get a new stove because after paying for this, it will not do. Which is upsetting because I really had hope for this. 🙁

Not a good buy
No instructions for use were included; difficult to use the burners with two size rings because once you change the size to fit small pot, it won’t change to fit larger pot. Burners do not get hot enough for me. Don’t buy this item.
