Recipe for Blue Moon

1. Fill an iSi Soda Siphon or iSi Sodamaker Classic with cold water. Attach 1 iSi Soda Charger and shake vigorously.
2. If the water is particularly sparkling, cool it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours
3. Put ice cubes in a longdrink glass and pour vodka and Curaçao over them. Top up with soda water and garnish with mint and lime twist
4. Add frozen blueberries for added garnish

Ingredients

• .67 Ounces Vodka
• .67 Blue Curaçao
• 1 Mint Sprig
• Twist of lime
• 2 Frozen Blueberries
