Great phone to buy
This is my first time to buy refurbished iphone, because my home country not support esim and apple store wont sell old 13 pro any more. I did lots of research, amazon is only one store that will cover 1 yr warranty than 3 months in others stores. used phone few days already, got 93% battery health, no any scratch on the phone. all the function looks good. im really happy with the purchase. if you looking for good phone with sim card slot and same time with 1 yr warranty, this is the one.

The phone’s condition is accurate as what is advertised from this seller.
My battery health is at 94% out of the box which is not bad at least it’s close to 100%. Mine did not came with scratches or scuffs which is good. It was like buying a new phone from Apple. Once I ordered it, it arrived 4 days later which was quick and the box it came with had no damage so it was treated with care. It is also 1TB which is just what I ordered. My only complaint is that the power brick it came with was on off brand brick and it look cheap and lite weight and that is something I wouldn’t use to charge on my iphone. Honestly, I would never use it, I would just put it on the side. And lightning to usb-a will not cut it for the necessary data speed for using cameras that big and the charging will be very slow for a big battery it uses. Should’ve include lightning to usb-c. But other than that, it is a great product overall.

Very impressed with my Xmas gift READ 2/3/23 EDIT
Showed up in 1 day, 99% battery health, it Looks and works like brand new ,, I honestly couldn’t tell the difference.. I would not of bought it with out their great warranty because I have no clue what it will do next week.. EDIT on 2/3/23 Battery health is down to 95% 2/16 94% everything running in the back has been turned OFF , I am an elderly woman and barely even use this phone. I took it to talk to somebody at Best Buy and they told me that the battery should NOT be going down this fast it’s a bad sign of prior abuse ,, at this rate my battery will hit 80% pretty fast ,.so I guess I’m going to return it… no more renewed refurbishment the geek guy at Best Buy said.. it is having some weird glitches hope that doesn’t continue.. I was hoping the percentage would of stopped how fast is going down.. but it’s not

Incredible! Pristine condition with 100% Battery
I am simply blown away by the quality of amazon renewed premium. The iphone 13 pro that i got is like brand new. Not even a small scuff.Anyone thinking of buying renewed stuff, dont look at anything else but renewed premium. Sure you pay a few bucks extra, but you wouldnt be able to tell if it was ever used.

Hardly “premium” renewed phone has defective camera and no solution.
When my phone arrived, I opened it up, and the inside of the box was really dusty and I thought nothing of it, but eventually got to testing features. In the telephoto camera, there is a spot of dust inside the lens, which is supposed to be a closed system, as was confirmed by a look at the forum and consulting with an Apple authorized repair shop(they did not open it up, just confirmed that was the likely culprit). Said repair shop confirmed to me that Amazon had not run a full diagnostic on the phone when they refurbished it, which would have caught the dust, assuming the dust hadn’t come from their factory. Note how when the camera is moved, the circled splotch moves, even without anything on the outside of the lens.A defective camera would’ve been fine, but despite what the page says, Amazon does not actually do replacements on these phones when they send a defective one out, and expects you to return for a refund while making it as hard as possible to actually do so. The problem here comes in the fact that because the price went up, if I return the phone, I’ll have to pay an additional $80 and wait a lot more time even as they use a pickup system that doesn’t even let me track the package to make sure it actually gets there, with the refund hinging on it getting there rather than being picked up, and waiting potentially a week for UPS to come pick it up means I can’t work during that period invoking an additional opportunity cost of several hundred dollars. This leaves the actual most likely solution to a functionally warrantyless phone to be to get a new camera unit installed for about $200.And all this hasn’t even gotten into the fact that Amazon had previously charged the wrong card and asked me to purchase this(the second) phone on my main card while I wait for a refund because they can’t change the payment method, so Amazon has essentially bilked me for about $2500 between the first(unopened) phone billed to the wrong card, the second phone that’s defective, and opportunity cost in addition to still being left in need of a phone.This stinks.

Great value
I was scared I would get a bad refurbished iPhone , the last iPhone 12 Pro Max I bought from Amazon was really glitchy so I returned it and I chose to get the 13 pro and everything works perfectly , definitely worth the value. Looks brand new , no scratches , you get a year warranty if anything malfunctions, battery life was at 95% and last me the whole day , I’m on it the whole day to. Looks and feels brand new , no scuffs , nothing even as slight of a scratch.

The phone came quickly! Nicely packaged. Impressive information and instructions included in the box. It came with a SIM key, a charging cable, and USB port block plug.The battery health test was at 97% charge capacity, and I’m good with that!The phone works like new so far. I’ve been using it for two days now and so far I’m impressed! It came with the 1 year warranty — that is also very good, and you have the option of purchasing a two year warranty if you want. A Broken “Premium Renewed” iPhone
Buyer beware. Amazon sent us 2 bad phones. Left a review on one of them already. The phone was cosmetically great. Problem was it wouldn’t dial out. It later said there was no carrier to use. I had to restart the phone. There was crackling noise where no one could hear me. Loud. We tried calls on different phones and it happened with all calls. Getting a refund and going to my carrier. This isn’t worth it, and I get to start all over setting up and activating phones… Again.

Great IPhone 13 Pro!
Very happy with this purchase. This phone almost looks brand new. Had it came in an Apple box, I wouldn’t be able to tell that this phone was refurbished. It has a SIM card tray on the side and since I use a carrier for cheaper data and no contract it was extremely easy to pop out the SIM card tray and place my SIM card in and I was good to go. Also very easy to transfer my old iPhone to this one (you just hold the phone next to the new one, it’s that simple!)

I feel bad for the people that has given poor review to this item and seller because they are definitely in the minority, I got my iPhone 13 pro the next day that I ordered and it was exactly as advertised, check the battery health and it’s a whooping 99% for me and with a one year warranty and free return, you just can’t go wrong, so unless something happens I’m keeping mine , if you’re on the fence, don’t be, like Nike… Just do it.

item came in a hard sides box, wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the phone. item was received with no scratches or damage of any kind, except a few “smudges” on the inside of the back cameras. not sure how that even happens. This does not effect the photo quality of the back cameras ability.I will buy off Amazon Renewed when looking to purchase another electronic item- best bang for my buck!

Not as advertised and extremely difficult to get resolution
We bought the Renewed Premium version of this phone. Renewed Premium boasts that the phone is to have little if any cosmetic damage. The phone is mostly is great shape except for a scratch on the screen that is visible from from arms length; even with a screen protector. We contacted the support chat option and it eventually became clear that they didn’t know how to handle the situation. The said that it is a different department that handles such things and that I’d receive an email from this other department. I never received an email and I feel that it was just something that they made up because they didn’t know what to do.

“A Like-New experience”… uh… no
For a phone advertised as “like-new experience” and “premium refurbished” there were visible scratches on the sides and edges, and the phone was clearly dropped.. signifigant scuff on the upper left corner. The phone arrived with drained battery… no biggie but 15 minutes into charging and it was HOT. It did have decent battery life (92%) but definitely not worth the $973 imo.

iPhone 13 Pro, 256GB, Sierra Blue – Unlocked (Renewed Premium).Worth the money!!!This phone was purchased for my wife after I had purchase an iPhone 13 Pro, 256GB, from the Apple Store. My wife was not sure about purchasing a refurb phone but this was from Amazon so she gave it a try. She has been very happy with the purchase. Her friends were surprised with the phone being in such nice shape and were amazed my wife got double the memory for less money than their IPhone Purchase price from different carriers.The battery is fine. There are no scratches. Everything works as it did on my Apple Store phone. This is unlocked and all we had to do is insert the SIM from my wife’s old android phone to go live and use the IPhone. We did go down to our carrier’s store and get an updated, current SIM when it was convenient.When I upgrade I think I will go with an Amazon refurbished IPhone next time which can cost less money. My wife is happy!! What more can I say?

Honestly blown away.
This is first every review on anything from Amazon after being a prime customer for 5 years. I had my doubts especially after reading some of the comments about after they turn the phone on and go to battery life they saw a pretty low number for the price they paid. Which is why I decided to go with the “premium” renewal IPhone and it’s awesome! Turn it on and saw the battery life was at 99% after a year I can’t complain at all about that. The phone is in perfect condition, everything thus far! If you’re going to buy one I definitely say spend a little extra money on the premium one so you don’t run into any issues. Plus it comes with a year replacement/refund.

Amazon has an incredible deal on this phone. I was able to buy it far below the price of the new one and the warranty is much better than anything that the manufacturer offers!!!There was absolutely no blemishes on the unit and it has worked perfectly since I received it. I have checked all functions and I am very pleased with the phone!! I will no longer be buying direct from Apple like I have for the last 4 iPhones I have used. Acceptable for Price and Warranty.
Iphone 13 Pro 512 in Space Gray. Phone was in good condition. Screen had 3-4 noticeable scratches on it when looking at an angle with the screen off. When the screen is on, none of the scratches are noticeable. The sides and back and camera were in flawless condition. The battery was at 95% (normal for around 5 months of use as decrease in capacity is non-linear). The price was acceptable, roughly $100 cheaper than Apple refurbished (which is never available). I would not buy this if you are picky or if Apple Refurbished is available.

Promising but Returned
This was my first purchase of a “premium renewed” smartphone. The Amazon description says “Tested for battery health and guaranteed to come with a battery that exceeds 90% of original capacity.” On the iPhone Pro 13 I received, the battery was 90 percent — it didn’t “exceed” that number. Ultimately I returned this phone for two reasons: First the pictures look over-sharpened in some instances and almost like a painting in others. Having come from a much older phone that did not over-process the images, I was shocked to see that the HDR was so aggressive. I thought I had nowhere to go but up after such a long time between upgrades, only to learn this has apparently been a trend in iPhone cameras in recent years. The only way I was going to obtain the menu option to turn off HDR was to drop back to an 11 or 12, so I bought the 12 Pro instead, which unlike this phone — which took a week to arrive — shipped in one day. I am happier with the fact that the Pro 12 is lighter weight and slimmer, with a better sense of balance thanks to the fact that the camera bumps are smaller.The iPhone Pro 13 features the older emergency SOS function but it is only as good as one’s cell tower connectivity, whereas the 14 and newer also have SOS and roadside assistance functionality via satellite. Based on where I live (mountains, bad cell coverage) I was torn between this purchase and the iPhone 14 Pro series, especially after I realized that a third party seller here on Amazon was offering a “excellent condition” renewed model for what I paid for this older model. Having said this, the iPhone Pro 14 has had reports of overheating and/or lackluster battery performance compared to the iPhone 13 Pro. I also like the fact that the iPhone 13 Pro does NOT have the “always on” screen common to newer Pro models. Another notable difference is that the iPhone 13 Pro (and earlier) have a physical SIM tray whereas the newer 15 Pros are eSIMs. Finally, the iPhone Pro 13 and earlier uses a lightening cord vs. USB-C on current-generation iPhones. (I’m not interested in using a different charging cord/setup than my spouse, especially while traveling.)The VerdictI very much appreciate the excellent cosmetic appearance — there were no scratches or gouges to be found anywhere on the phone I received — but keeping the Pro 13 was not an option. In a video I took of a flock of birds flying just after the sun set behind a hillside, I could make out a round dust spot visible against the cloudless, pale gold sky — dead center in the bottom of the frame (landscape mode). Honestly, I probably never would have seen it in broad daylight because the HDR takes the blue sky and darkens it down so much the dust spot would have been masked — but the light I was shooting against at dusk was just a tad bit paler than the dust spot, allowing me to appreciate that the lenses were not in the perfect shape they initially appeared. Upon further inspection, using a flashlight, I noted some kind of residue *behind* two out of the three lenses. (Supposedly these lenses are sealed but per the reviews here mine is not the first report of dust spots in photos.)Overall, I don’t feel like I received the “premium renewed” experience, in part because the shipping was slow (nearly four days before Amazon assigned tracking) and battery health was less than expected (others here reported at or near 100%!). Ultimately, I returned the Pro 13 and bought an iPhone Pro 12 from another seller. Not only did I pay less and end up with a slimmer, lightweight phone that feels better in the hand, but I actually like the camera quality better because it is among a very small number of iPhones where it is actually possible to turn off the HDR.

About the seller:I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro 256 GB Sierra Blue on Black Friday with a nice discount. A few days later I received the package, and to my surprise it was a green iPhone with 128 GB. I got in contact with the seller and was offered two options: either return the phone for a full refund or keep it and get a $25 partial refund. Apparently, there was an error with the Amazon listing and they didn’t have the one I ordered in stock, even though I was able to complete the purchase. Personally, I wouldn’t benefit from a full refund (I used reais – the brazilian currency – instead of dollar, which includes some bank taxes AND I woudn’t get the same discount if I tried to buy it again), meaning I’d lose a considerable amount of money either way. I decided to keep it and receive the partial refund, which I still haven’t received. I would prefer that they let me know there was none in stock and cancel my purchase instantly instead of proceeding to send me a totally different item. I didn’t like that at all.About the iPhone:Although I was very sad with the color and with having less storage than what I paid for, the conditions are great. It barely has any scratches (none on the front or the back, just one or two on the sides), everything works perfectly and the battery health is at 100%. I have tiny hands, so it’s a perfect balance between not being uncomfortably heavy and a having a nice, big screen. It’s my first time using a camera with three lenses and I’ve been having fun taking photos. It came with a USB cable that isn’t original, but it’s new and works perfectly. The battery is awesome, it’s a huge improvement from the iPhone SE 2nd gen, my previous phone. I do recommend it.

Renewed premium not quite premium
While the phone did arrive in very good condition, almost flawless, but as you can see from the photograph, there are scratches on the top and side as well as a small scratch on the screen itself. I would’ve expected flawless with zero scratches on and Amazon renewed premium product directly from Amazon itself. Also the phone is quite warm when it’s been charged this we will have to check with Apple to see if it’s normal for the 13 Pro to do this. The iPhone XS, which it is replacing does not have any heat when charging. I was impressed with the hundred percent battery health, and the packaging was well done. I don’t believe we got a super deal on this. I think the price was good, but not outstanding. Most especially now that I see the scratches. One other issue I would point out is that when you’re searching for a phone on Amazon be careful because I put in iPhone 13 Pro Max and I ended up accidentally buying this iPhone 13 Pro because it was on the list below and I presumed it was the max, but it was not and in the end I’ve decided to keep it for two reasons, one there were no more iPhone 13 Pro maxes in renewed premium and I had already had to send back an iPhone I got on Amazon standard renewed due to poor condition and didn’t want to go through the whole process again. Note to Amazon website, when I search for an iPhone 13 Pro Max I expect it to show me only iPhone 13 Pro Max phones. So be careful you could end up getting a phone you didn’t intend to buy.

I was a little worried about ordering an Amazon Renewed product, but I’m sure glad I (finally) purchased this phone! The phone arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It was in a Amazon Received box and not the original packaging, but I’m not too worried about that. It included a generic 5w charger and charging cable. They both seem to work fine though. There are no visible signs of wear on the phone, no dents, no scratches, etc. Seriously, it looks brand new! The battery health is 92% which is above the 90% that was guaranteed, and I think pretty good considering the phone came out ~2 years ago.Other than that an iPhone is an iPhone, iOS is iOS so you know what you are getting.I will definitely not think twice about shopping Amazon Renewed again to save some serious money.

I am very happy with the iphone I got. There is no visible wear and tear, and battery maximum capacity is at 100%!Side note: The free charger and cable that came in the box is a 5w charger with usb cable. If you want to charge faster, consider purchasing the 20w charger. The 5w charger charged ~40% in 80 minutes.

Like new!!
My phone took a swim over the weekend, and I needed a replacement within 2 days before leaving on a month long trip. All new iPhone 13 and 14 pros are sold out due to it being near Christmas, so I was left with no choice but to buy a refurb on Amazon. I’m glad I did! Saved a few hundred bucks, and it’s good as new. 0 scratches, 0 imperfections, battery health is at 98%. Highly recommend.

Reviewing after 3 months
This is my second renewed premium iPhone from Amazon. Experience has been good so far. Battery health 100% No cosmetic defect other than a tiny scratch on screen which is acceptable since its not obvious. I will definitely recommend.
