Perfect for my kiddo in the office
So many good things about this TV. This reliable and great picture TV was the perfect size we were looking for in our office for our kiddo. Our little one is OBSESSED with Songs for Littles and we wanted her to be able to watch when her dad and I had to spend time in the office. Our kiddo has a section to herself that is enclosed for her safety, and I was in the market for a 20-24 inch TV that would sit against a small wall and placed on a mount, especially for her. I bought this SMART TV for the perfect size AND the perfect price. I got this thing during Black Friday and it was about $60 and is so light! Must have! Also, don’t pay attention to the uneven mounting… I am having issues finding a sturdy one for this size and little dry wall to go with. I am aware =)

OK for a craft room.
I was not expecting a lot for the price. The sound is off, and I have been unable to fix by settings. Also, I am used to a much better picture. Unfortunately, my previous tv is going out. Since this is the craft room, I did not want to spend a lot. It does sound like I am always listening to cartoons. But it is just the craft room so a cheap tv will do. I would not but again though. The Tv does work just like a Roku, so you do get access to all those extras. Also, since it is a smart tv you get a menu to see what is on TV if you choose to watch TV. I did already have an antenna to attach and that works well. It was easy to set up I just wish there were more sound and picture choices in the settings.I discovered I get 6 months of MGM free so that was a surprise. Gave another star!

Great TV if home for delivery
Product details are over front and back of box. No confidentiality of what you have ordered so if you are not going to be home for delivery with a door open to see for sure when it is delivered do not order this item. Put on my front porch for all the world to see and thieves to take this item is delivered by UPS as we all know UPS does not care about delivery privacy. The TV itself is actually kind of bulky for being a 42-in . Built more like the original first flat flat screens . Chunky in its size and weight .Leg stand screws are actually two big for holes that they screw into. And there is still quite a wobble after you manage to get them in.Does not come with a one-time screwdriver for screws. So if you were brand new in your home like I am with tools currently packed or none at all keep in mind you will need a tiny screwdriver not too much bigger than a glasses screwdriver. TV has a very clear screen. However sound quality is horrible unless it’s on movie. I have to turn the volume all the way up to 60 plus to hear it on any other frame and on movie it’s got to be up around 50. I do not have hearing issues

Even Vudu…
My previous TV, a flat-screen gifted to me in 2011, already ready to go, died last week. All of my adult life I have made do with hand-me-down or used TVs/monitors.My dead TV was set up in my office so I could watch TV while working on the computer. I fed the TV with a laptop, via HDMI. I had previously poured a giant glass of ice-water on the laptop so the screen doesn’t work very well, which made it perfect for feeding the TV.I have large VOD libraries on both Prime Video and Vudu, so when looking at the Smart TV options, access to Vudu is important to me. So I originally decided against this TV because it’s an Amazon Fire TV, and my Fire Tablet, (that I use to watch TV/movies in bed), doesn’t allow me to put Vudu on it.But when looking at all of the options, this one was the right size, and it does have HDMI inputs, so I could still feed it with my broken laptop, so it was the obvious choice, with the great sale price.I searched the apps and found that Vudu was an option. I also downloaded Peacock, Paramount+, Movies Anywhere, Tubi, Plex, Crackle, MSNBC, The CW, ABC, NBC, CBS, and YouTube. Signing into to each of them on my computer and using codes worked really well. So the only thing I had to actually type my password into using the remote was my Wifi. It all works great, and switching to the HDMI input is easy, if I ever want or need to do that. Like if I ever want to watch something I only have on DVD or Blu Ray.I will add Disney+, Hulu and Netflix when the WGA writer’s strike is over and I resubscribe to them.I don’t know if my previous TV was HD, but when I’ve visited my parents when they’ve played Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and other things in HD on their HD TV and it has all looked gross. The Battle of Helms Deep was a bunch of amorphous clay blobs, and the Death Star was a bunch of dudes in bad costumes hanging out. I don’t know if that was the motion smoothing thing that Tom Cruise was mad about a few years back, Either way, I’ve seen none of that gross stuff.I’ve watch a little of the new Children of the Corn, several episodes of Stargate Atlantis, a little of Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull and Jurassic Park, and it all looks good. If I look closely I can see what I’m guessing is filmgrain, but the picture is clear.I recently watched an episode of Snoops (1999) that was uploaded to YouTube from probably VHS. There’s a brief scene that features Dick Miller. I posted a screenshot to Twitter, but anyone who looked at that pic has to more or less take my word for it that it is indeed Dick Miller. But on this TV I could make guesses about the shade of lipstick worn by Teyla Emmagan, if I knew anything about lipstick. This is all to let you know my level of knowledge so you can judge how my level of happiness would measure up to your level of happiness. My only other observation in the few hours I’ve had this, is that the TV stands are at the outer edges of the TV. My previous TV had a big center stand, when meant I could perch it fairly near the edge of the table next to my desk, at a 45 degree angle (ish). So with the stands at the edges, I’ve had to push the TV farther back, and put sturdy things under the stands to give the TV better purchase on the table. Which is to say, you really need enough table under the entire TV to support it.I saw a review that said their TV didn’t come with the screws for the stands. Mine did. They were in a separate small bad, the same way the remote batteries were in a separate bag.So far the TV seems absolutely great.

nice little tv!
I bought this tv on sail for just $64.00! This was one heck of a deal I just couldn’t pass up. I love this tv! I am blind so I use the voiceview accessibility option. It has great sound as well! I was surprised how well the sound quality was, better than my 32 inch samsung! It was very easy to set up and I can’t believe how lite it is! Not heavy at all so I can move it around if need be. If you or if someone you know is blind or visually impaired I recommend this tv!

Best price ever!
We bought this just to have it on hand. We have bought this brand before and we are happy with it and the price was unbelievable. It’s not super high definition but that’s not what we expected – actually it’s not even high definition. It runs tv shows and movies from apps. It’s a smart tv that we can use wherever we need to put it. We’re very happy with it and obviously will buy again if it’s ever at that price again.

Was looking for a small smart TV for by the bed in rv that could mount tight to wall. This worked perfectly. And with built in amazon fire and castability it has been the perfect addition. Now at night on the road we can relax when we are not in areas where we can sit out or the weather in not cooperating and enjoy a movie!Love the Samsung interface and built in fire service! 5 Months After Purchase>FINAL UPDATE–I SWEAR!! Still a Bargain
FINAL UPDATE>The issues I mentioned in the 1st Update haven’t recurred in the couple of months since, so I settled on a Rating of 4 Stars instead of 3. Seems fair. (Maybe unplugging the tv and plugging it back in fixed the issues I noted at 3 months.)******************ORIGINAL REVIEW>”When all else fails, read the directions.” All of the necessary parts (including batteries for remote) and instructions were included, and lots of styrofoam kept the screen secured in the pkg. They include large diagrams with easy-to-read notes, even for a not-so-handy old lady.Attaching the stand was the only real problem with setup–getting the screws to match up with the holes while hanging onto the tv was a little tricky; arthritis in my hands complicated things, and the screws all resisted going in beyond halfway. As I didn’t have an electric drill, I changed to an 80-yr-old “pump-style” manual screwdriver for some leverage, and it worked. If you plan to wall mount it or have an electric drill, that probably won’t be a problem. After the batteries were in the remote, and the tv was plugged in and turned on, all of the instructions automatically appeared onscreen–very simply worded and easy to follow (I had no problems with that part of the setup.) Prime and Netflix were each already programmed on the remote, but adding other channels was easy. And it has a button for switching to tv from streaming. Colors are very good as is the HD and contrast–to save on data, I chose the middle setting. Volume can be as high or low as needed–but connecting speakers or cable attachments would be easy.Overall, a great value at $89.*******************UPDATE AFTER 3 MONTHS>A couple problems> FIRST: After a couple of months, whenever I first turn the tv on, I get a msg onscreen saying there’s a problem that requires either clicking on “Retry” or turning the t.v. off and back on again (my only tech repair skill for anything that runs on electricity–and I’m really good at it). Then, it connects and doesn’t happen again until the next time the tv has been off for several hours or overnight. SECOND: Sometimes in the middle of streaming a program, the voice continues normally, but the picture freezes up or goes black. My fixes for that have been: fast forwarding/rewinding several frames, OR applying my personal high-tech fix–turning the tv off and back on again. THIRD: Rarely, I will click on the arrow to start an episode or movie, and nothing happens–it’ll kick me out to the menu again. (I tried unplugging the tv for a couple of minutes to see if “something” would reset itself for this. I guess it did, so now I am clearly a high-tech expert.) Since these issues do not occur when watching the same programs on a Kindle or smart phone, they must be related to the t.v.–not the router or modem, etc (I do NOT have a Fire Stick on this t.v.–and don’t use Alexa). If these little problems don’t get any worse, I’ll probably just live with them, but I downgraded the Rating from 5 stars to 3.

Lots of good features and plenty of inputs.
This is an excellent tv! It looks and sounds great. In fact the sound is about as good as I’ve ever heard on any TV set. The stereo effect is amazing. The remote control is easy to use but it has four buttons to take you to paid services. I wish they could be reprogrammed for something else. It took several minutes for it to update itself when I first turned it on but that wasn’t that big of a deal. TV reception is quite good using an antenna. The fire TV options are pretty good too. There are several input options for additional devices to be connected to the tv. Even at its regular price it is an excellent value.

Won’t take my password
So I got this tv because the reviews were ok and the price ok too on Black Friday. But, the tv refuses to hook up to the internet so, I can’t watch anything! Then I contact amazon and they say, Best Buy will contact me by December 2nd! Are you kidding me?! Best Buy?! And now that Black Friday’s gone (along with my options to get a good priced tv), ok lesson learned! UPDATE: So I kept attempting to connect this TV to my Internet. Finally after 4 hours, the TV did connect. The picture looks very good. But, I’m still not happy with the response I got and Amazon not just giving me the option (or button to click) to just talk to Amazon

My first FireTV experience ever
This is my first encounter with Fire TV. And I can say that this tv is fantastic! With the built-in Fire TV, I could access to an extensive range of channels and apps. It also has embedded Alexa, I generally use it to ask weather forecast for the following day before goin falling asleep.I first had some difficulties on installing Netflix, Youtube and Disney+ applications, but it was totally because of my Amazon accounts origin country. After setting address preference in my Amazon account to US, it is seamlessly resolved. It is so lightweight that I mounted it on the wall without any hesitation.I definitely recommend this tv

Bought a 50″ Insignia Fire TV. Loved Great Picture! Replaced the remote three times. Always gently handled by a senior. It just quit! Before issues w remote I bought a 32″ Insignia Fire TV. Watched it 3 times over the course of a year. The remote quit! Argh! Called Customer Service. They could not see I bought the TV. (yet it’s in my own Amazon purchased list!) Fantastic
I didn’t even realize what all I was getting when I ordered this.. I just wanted a small smart TV for my bedroom and the price was amazing When I got it and set it up, I was blown away. This is the best TV in the house now – gets the most channels (I never have had cable and never will) and voice activated commands are incredible. I don’t see how you could possibly go wrong with this.

bang for the buck
Wasnt expecting much from this tv that we wanted for an increased picture size in the kitchen. Pleasantly surprised at the easy setup, clear picture, very good sound (in the corner of the counter so bass is a little boomy) and thin frame around the picture. For the money you cant go wrong. In fact I bought a second one for my summer home and a third one for my daughter in her apartment. Great buy for a 24″ smart tv.

Tv stand doesn’t work
The screws for it don’t fit at all they’re too big. I’ve been going at this for half an hour and NOTHING the stand just slides right down the screw. I even tried screwing them in without the tv stand and they just don’t fit. I’m so pissed off BUT the tv does work just fine so I’m glad about that. I just can’t believe the screws that COME with it DONT FIT..

Really Good TV for Streaming but NOT for Cable/Antenna Stations
As the title states, this is a really good TV for streaming services (Amazon, Netflix, etc.). However, in my opinion it is not good if you are trying to watch cable TV stations or over‐the-air antenna TV stations. I was finally able to search and find my cable/OTA TV stations, but this TV forced each station to a smaller, square picture frame (i.e., not widescreen). I tried every setting possible in the configure settings to get the TV stations to play in the typical, wide-screen format but nothing worked! Also, the user interface is difficult to use to “change” TV stations (have to navigate one channel at a time through the onscreen app, rather than typing in a station number). All said, it’s a really good TV for streaming services (particularly if you are embedded with the Amazon ecosystem). However, if you plan to use this for regular TV station watching, I’d recommend you go a different route. Thanks for reading & hope this helps someone!

Great cheap TV !!
This is a great TV for 80 bucks! I just needed something decent to fill in for my bedroom TV, while I see if I can fix the capacitors, that are keeping the TV from turning on quickly! For the price I have absolutely no complaints, and everything seems to work well! Well, I have one little complaint, but it’s not product specific, but industry-wide. Bring back the pedestal stands, these little legs on both sides are pitiful, and typically they always overhang or nearly overhang in every entertainment center you put them on! WHY??

Needed a large monitor for music lessons
I thought about a projector, but after seeing this advertised for $80 I took a chance and I’m glad I did. Granted, it’s only 720p, but all I need it for is showing music charts from my laptop. Hooks up to my bluetooth stereo as well, which is a nice surprised. Great option if you just need something inexpensive for a kid’s room, kitchen, or garage setup.

No brainer – buy it! Excellent Value!!!
Exceeded my expectations: easy to set up – both wifi network and antenna OTA features worked well with no glitches; seamlessly integrated with amazon Prime and HomeKit.The only area for improvement: could not remove some native apps to get more space, but I strongly recommend this TV and just did not order a second set for the basement because hubby wants a bigger screen there- updating review after month of view still looks great and now with internal antenna I have several live channels

Really nice TV at a great price
So my 6 year old TV suddenly crapped out on me about 5 months ago. I’m an hourly employee at a school, we were at the end of summer and funds were excruciatingly tight but I had to have a TV. This one was priced so low that I assumed it would die in a couple of months but I figured it would make do until I was getting paid again.I have had zero issues out of this TV. It has worked perfectly since day one and is still going strong. Even if it craps out inside of a year it would still be a good purchase.

Black Friday…may have done a BIT more shopping than intended, but with 50% off (on average), how could I not! This tv was $10 less than the 57% off Fire tablet I bought during Prime Days last summer. The picture is great! I work at a boarding school in Sitka Alaska and actually live in a dorm room. I mounted the TV at the foot of my bed.Couldn’t be happier!👍😎👍

I bought this to replace my outside deck TV that was knocked off the table by the dog. I had no problems setting this up, works with my alexa, roof antenna, wifi. Purchased for the bedroom
I purchased the TV to replace a unit I clumsily broke a few weeks ago. That model was a Visio, also a HD 720p Fire TV. I’ve watched a couple of hours of programming on the new Insignia and I have to say the picture quality is just as good as my previous unit..To be honest, I was drawn to the Insignia due primarily to the sale price. This is a secondary television that gets far less play time than our primary television in the living room, and for our purposes, the 720p is more than adequate. The 60 Hz refresh rate is perfectly fine, the sound is great, and for the price, it can’t be beat. The Insignia requires installation of the legs (somewhat cumbersome for one) but this senior managed without much trouble. All in all, this is a great budget option and would work perfectly well as one’s primary television.

Great For A Second Set
Got it for my study. Perfect for viewing a few hours of news and financial stuff daily. Picture is fine. Functions beautifully. Price (on deep sale) was a small fraction of the Samsung, which is my main family room TV. Have another Insignia on the sun porch. Years old with a hundreds of hours on it and still works perfectly. I can see the difference between the Insignia and the Samsung or Sony but for the right purpose this Insignia is perfect and the price is certainly right! These days, that makes a bigger difference than ever..

Great unit for the price! Picture quality is excellent. Sound is more than adequate. However, switching between users is a slow process and profile setup was a bit tedious. So if you’re buying this for use with family members of varying ages, be aware some patience is needed. All of that being said, it is an excellent purchase and I would recommend it.

I am super thrilled.
I opened my TV up and set it up last night and immediately wished ild had ordered about 3 of 4 more. Beautiful, bright, bold vivid color. Bold sound. Super easy to setup also. Much better than other brands of the same price range I’ve seen.

Great
Ordered this for my son. Price was good. Quality is good and great for the price. Came in quickly well packaged. It was delivered to the wrong address though I should note that and when I did report it they said that I should tell the authorities.

Great product especially for the price
I was looking for a TV for my home office that was streaming compatible since we are cutting the cord. I was able to bump up in size due to the great pricing. The picture quality is quite sharp.Out of the box update took around 30 mins.Adding my streaming apps was easy with the use of QR codes. Love the Alexa voice feature for swapping between different apps.

So far so good
Had a real issue with the connection to the internet. Had to reset my modem twice on a couple different locations because it wouldn’t connect, and our internet had been running fine. Took off a star for that problem. But since then it’s been working just as it should. Picture is nice, has the sleep timer we needed on it. Happy with this purchase!

Great TV, even better price!
I’ve been wanting to upgrade my bedroom TV for years due to a dingy screen and a lost remote (universal remotes would not work on it).I snagged this TV on a cyber Monday deal and couldn’t be happier! A smart TV with beautiful picture and sound for under $80?!Shipping was also quick, another plus 😊

Great for the price!
Bought this for my son for his birthday and he was so excited! It’s a very nice tv for the price! Everything works great and it’s nice to not have to have a firestick. Overall very please with this. Would recommend and buy again, if need be.

Excellent TV for the price.
My wife’s old TV was showing its age. So we found this one for less than $100. She’s already used to her Fire tablet, and Fire TV stick, so this was a piece of cake. And though I didn’t see it advertised (might have missed it), it does have bluetooth. She sometimes uses bluetooth headphones, and it connects fine, and has plenty of volume.Highly recommended.

Better than pictures
I looked at the pictures before, but it looks a lot nicer in person. Especially the screen.BTW if you plug it in and there’s a green box on the screen you just need to plug in the power cord in the back harder

Smart TV
I ordered this for my 76 year old mother. I was even able to connect it to her WiFi and get her started. Very pleased. Light weight. Alexa remote is great for her as well so she is not trying to find the right buttons on the remote.

Prepare to be swamped with Fire.
A good value TV for occasional use. I put a TV stick into an open HDMI port to bypass built in Fire. You will have to set up an account and preform a long software update but once that is done you are set to use it as you like.

Wotrth your money.
I am very pleased with this purchase, I had this product brand before so I know it is going a long mile with me. Picture quality is fine, I bought this for my daughters room for their Nintendo switch game, they do Hulu and Netflix and they are so happy with this TV and in the end if they are happy I as a parent feel more happy. Highly recommended product.
