The picture isn’t very good. Also, one time the sound went out completely and I had to unplug it and plug it back in again. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again, but it seems like their could be glitches in their system.

Good price but has a electronic toxic smell
Good value and Roku app features. Our HD antenna works well with the live tv, finds 100 more stations our older tv would not find.but tv has a strong plastic / electronic smell, VOC’s?

The Roku tv was nice instead of having to use a fire stick hooked up to a tv, until the sound completely stopped working 13 months and 3 days after purchase. Very disappointed, will not buy again.

Don’t recommend
Honestly shocked this TV is so bad 🥵 picture quality is awful, sometimes the apps won’t even launch, sometimes the audio just won’t work, and the remote literally won’t work unless pointed directly at the receiver within a few feet. Go with a normal TV and then get the $50 Roku stick.

NO EITHERNET CONNECTION ONLY WIFI. TERRIBLE REMOTE
THE TV IS VERY CLEAR WHEN IT’S NOT BUFFERING. NO VOICE COMMAND ON THE CONTROLLER, SO IT TAKES A LONG TIME TRYING TO CONNECT TO ANY CHANNELS, NETWORKS FIND A CERTAIN PROGRAM FOR THE 1ST TIME. MY INTERNET IS VERIZON AT ABOUT 30MB. I CAN ONLY CONNECT THROUGH WIFI BECAUSE THERE IS NO ETHERNET CONNECTOR ON THIS TV. MY OTHER BIG-SCREEN TV WITH THE SAME SCREEN DEFINITION RATE WORKS GREAT WITH HARD-WIRED CONNECTION. THIS TV WAS PURCHASED 12.1.21 IT WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT, BUT I BECAME ILL WITH COVED FOR QUITE A FEW WEEKS SO I WAS ONLY ABLE TO HOOK IT UP A FEW WEEKS AGO. THE LAST RETURN DATE WAS JANUARY 31. I DECIDED YESTERDAY TO RUN A LONG ETHERNET CABLE ONLY TO FIND OUT IT DID NOT HAVE AN ETHERNET PORT. MY LOSS.UPDATE 3.15.22THE REMOTE IS TERRIBLE. NO VOICE COMMAND. A good TV but lacks decent audio
This TV has great picture quality through streaming, cable, antenna, anything. Will not disappoint.The bad news is around sound. The TV comes with the weakest set of speakers that I’ve seen on anything since the 90s. Because of the cheap speakers, the sound control quality is equally as poor.No volume balancing, high level of audio range while watching the same show or channel. Sound bar is the only option left for this TV.If you can live with the unbalanced Audio, you will like the rest of ths TV.

A lot of T.V. for under $200
This is my second one in 4 years. The first one started to burn out because it was on nearly constantly because I am disabled and retired.I am not complaining, though, that’s why I bought it again. It is a good value.

does not support bluetooth
contrary to questions asked and answered on amazon page for this TV it does not support bluetooth devices. I checked all available info on amazon and could not find anything about it not supporting bluetooth, but I did find where it said it did support this. When I received I found it did not, went online to get the manual and it says it does not, this info should be available under specifications, very upset to be misled

Nice tv for the price. Easy to setup, login, decent picture. Unfortunately the sound was annoyingly tinny, and there was no volume under 15. Changed sound settings, reset the whole tv, still intolerable audio. Had to return

Defective product sound comes in and out. Had to reset it six times
Defective item had to call Roko as well as the television manufacturer only to be told they’ll be calling me back the product is defective. The sound goes in and out and stops. Had to reset the television back to manufacturing setting only to it to repeat itself over six times which suggest never purchasing a television of this brand, especially from Amazon. Person on line from the company did little to no help at all. Television should be covered under lemon law, but will probably have to fight. Cannot recommend this Brenton anyone.

Tired of unplugging it EVERY time, no sound
I have had this about 2 months. Everything else about it is just fine, but EVERY SINGLE TIME i turn it on there is no sound until I unplug and replug it, and turn it on again. First it only happened once in a while, but now it is every time. It’s not on mute, and the volume is in the 20s. There’s just no sound until I power cycle it. SUPER ANNOYING.

I love it
It’s a littleGlitchy sometimes which gets annoying and I got one a little too small I can’t really see far away, also the remote can be frustrating but I love it. There’s a lot to watch for free I have my apps I use and it turns off if it’s on for too long on pause and it has several features. It would be perfect if it weren’t for the glitches, maybe there’s a way to create the images or letters bigger still not sure.

Died after a year
Great tv until it died after a year of use. Contacted Hisense for support and I guess I need to find a repair person? It will likely cost more than the tv is worth so I’ll be doing more research before purchasing a new tv.

bought this tv two months ago and went to sleep last night and got up the next morning and the remote doesnt seem to work anymore and the tv only has a power button so its basically a 300$ black mirror on the wall its ridiculous how much things are and they only last 60 days is really sad

I received it with a broken screen !
I wanted to get this tv for my guest room , I’m familiar with this brand because I have a 50 inch of this same exact tv. Plugged it in and turned it on and and it was cracks everywhere. It looked like it was just tossed around. Not sure who would be at fault. But I’m sure the tv would’ve been great if it wasn’t cracked

Very laggy and freezes a LOT
I love all the features that this TV has however, I’m consistently having to turn it off and turn it back on again because one of the apps or the live TV freezes. I’ve only had it for a week and it’s done it at least 50 times. Not worth the money.

Came broken

Don’t buy this
This is the glitchiest tv I’ve ever used. It is incredibly slow and the remote just doesn’t seem to connect to the tv. Half the time it doesn’t even work.

Sound glitches
Sound glitches. Gets louder, then softer. Have the sound on level 15. When I turn the TV off, then turn it back on again, sometimes the sound is way too loud (even though it is still on level 15).

I did not buy this, but used it…
Staying at an AirBbB and this was the sole TV in the place. I wanted to write a review because this TV was exceptionally bad.Picture quality was pretty good, no real complaints there.Sound quality was poor, but part of that could have been the settings, which I didn’t mess with. It was plenty loud, though even at a 3 or 4 level was a bit louder than I’d expect. Sound was very monotone, so, again, maybe just the setting.Biggest gripes were:Firstly, the remote does not work at all unless you point it directly at the center of the TV. This is very poor quality considering I’ve used 7 other Roku devices (streaming sticks, stick-ons, and ultras) and none of which require direct line of sight. Terrible user friendliness from this TV.Secondly, the app constantly crashes to return to the Roku menu. Again, something I’ve never experienced with any of my other 7 Roku standalone devices.Glad I didn’t mistakenly buy this product to deal with these issues more than short term. I’d definitely recommend buying a different TV and a separate Roku device (I’m partial to the streaming sticks).
