Absolute waste of time and money – DO NOT BUY!
Phone was advertised as unlocked. When it showed up it showed that it was locked to Verizon.Followed the instructions on the piece of paper that came with it. Basically telling me to set up the phone in wifi mode and then run all updates and miraculously the phone would work with TMO.Well, wrong.I called Verizon customer service and was told that the phone isn’t locked. I went to the Verizon store and was told that the one wasn’t locked and eventually ended up at the TMO store, who said the phone will only ever work with Verizon.False advertisement, been trying to fix this since 24hrs after waiting for 2 days for the phone to get here.Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY anything from this seller.Filing a claim against them as well through Amazon, so at least I will get my money back!UPDATE: They will also try and charge you for return shipping and then deduct a restocking fee from your refund.

I took a chance and bought the refurbished unit because it was so much cheaper. The phone works well. Does have a few cosmetic scratches but overall very good deal.

I know they said this is a renewed phone, but I am amazed by how clean this phone is. I can’t see a single scratch and phone runs butter smooth. Anyone who see it will think I bought it new.

El mejor Pixel
Sin duda el teléfono llegó en perfectas condiciones, el tiempo de entrega fue antes de lo estimado y sin duda tiene una de las mejores cámaras. El teléfono va mejor después de las actualizaciones pendientes.

Quite simply the best Android phone
I ditched Samsung after a bad experience with my last phone, and I sure am glad I gave the Pixel 7 Pro a try. Easily the best user interface and the the best camera on any phone I’ve ever had, the screen is beautiful, the battery life is incredible, and so much better than the Samsung Galaxy experience.

Been having weird issues
Keeps dropping signal. Constantly get notifications from my bank and friends and such that my number is disconnected. YouTube app craps out, and has to be rebooted constantly. The “back” swipes regularly screw up. The open app swipes do too. I hate the damn camera that can’t just take a picture. Too big and uncomfortable in my hand. The finger print sensor is hit or miss on whether it wants to work. Apparently the E-SIM doesn’t actually work with my carrier. The text notifications while connected to my car only work sometimes. The sound settings while connected to my car will erratically change, depending on if I get a call, or look at Google maps or Waze. These are all issues I did NOT have with my last phone that I had for 4 years… Yes, I’ve updated and rebooted and tried diagnosing the myriad of issues. Most expensive phone I’ve ever bought, and it’s already given me the most trouble.

Just got this phone and was excited to use it since my phone now doesn’t work well. Bit phone is locked even the it’s suppose to be unlocked. Very disappointing. How do I unlock it?Update: tried unlocking it and it says it can’t be unlocked due to it being associated with fraud. I am very disappointed with this item.i can’t even use it.

“unlocked”
The device is described as an unlocked Google Pixel. It is infact a Verizon bootloader locked device. Only saving grace is the fact that it appears to be damn near new with zero defects that I can see outwardly anyways.

Bought this phone back in march this year and haven’t had any issues with it until just this week when im trying to switch carriers. bought this bc it claimed it was “unlocked”, learning now that isn’t the case. being told they cant unlock it since i purchased it on amazon which doesn’t make a ton of sense either.TL;DRPhone is good, Not unlocked as they claimed. Not very happy.

Caveat Emptor
Nothing against the VENDOR,.. BUT the phone I bought has been plagued with some STUPID “PAST ISSUES” I switched to Visible Phone Service. [a clone of Verizon] with ONLT CHAT Support. First off there was a deeply embedded PW in the V/M Visible had to go in and release it. Then Call forwarding would not work.. Don’t know, I may have to return this phone.. BUT it IS a NICE Phone. It just seems maybe some get “jacked around!”

Delivered product as described.
I have been using this phone for a week. “Excellent” condition phone was delivered promptly. Looks brand new. Clear instructions were provided. Unlike some others who ordered this phone, I did not get a “phone locked” issue.I did search guidelines/instructions on the web on how to transfer data (contacts, photos, sms messages, Whatsapp, calendar, etc) from my old Android phone to this Pixel 7 Pro. Preferred to follow the written guidelines (as opposed to YouTube videos) and in 30 minutes, all data was transferred. The phone back is very smooth and slippery. Do get a phone case so it’s not so slippery. So far, nothing negative to say.

Price was good at the time I purchased. The only issue was the battery life, I ran a battery health app and the battery life was under 70%. I can’t complain too much though, its a used phone.

Great deal on refurbished phone; connected fine to Total by Verizon
Everything went smoothly when I bought this refurbished phone and transferred my phone number and account with Total by Verizon (formerly Total Wireless) from my old phone to this one. I separately ordered a SIM card from the Total by Verizon website, inserted that SIM card into this phone, and got my number transferred and the phone activated on Total by Verizon through a live chat with a Total by Verizon rep to whom I sent the phone’s IMEI number and the SIM card number. I upgraded from a Pixel 4A5G, and I really like the slightly larger screen on this phone. The 128GB memory is plenty, as with my many apps installed, and having transferred all my text messages and photos from my old phone, I’m still using only 74GB, or 58%. I tried putting on a glass screen protector, but found it decreased the overall touch sensitivity of the whole screen, so I removed the screen protector and will hope this phone’s Gorilla glass stays intact.

Excellent cell phone for the price
The cell phone itself arrived in excellent condition practically brand new except for the box, it came in a generic box. The only detail was that the phone came with the bootloader unlocked, and I had to lock it, but the process was not very complicated. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Good phone, highly customizable
I got this to have a higher end phone that can be rooted, and I’m not disappointed on that. It’s almost exactly what I want in a phone, and the only issues I have are built-in: the camera doesn’t interface with 3rd party galleries (Google’s fault) and the battery drains fast when I’m using it, which probably has more to do with what I’m doing than the battery itself. All in all, I’m happy with it and won’t be upgrading until I KNOW my next phone will be even better.

Great value for the price 4.44 stars
Overall, I’m very satisfied with this product. I have a Pixel 7 Pro which last week the screen went out and after thoroughly doing some research it looked like it would have been $350ish to fix that screen, which last time I replaced a screen it didn’t fully fix the problem and that led to countless other issues. While this costs slightly more, it seemed like a better option even at slightly higher cost. The only gripe that I have is that this device was setup with the Beta program, I use my device for work, which the Beta program can be buggy, fortunately Android 13 was the last OS on this phone, so it was easier to opt out of Beta and update to 14. Overall, I’m pleased 4.44 Stars

As described, fast shipping.
Pixel 7 Pro renewed, excellent condition:Phone looks great. Many people who bought this new complained about Google no longer including a charger, I had one! However, the USB OTG adaptor that allows you to transfer your data / apps from your existing ph was missing. I already have one, so not a big deal. Shipping was quick, if somewhat off the beaten path. Departed from Oklahoma City to Virginia to Georgia to Texas to Oklahoma City finally to Wichita Kansas.😅. This is my 1st Pixel ph replacing a Motorola Stylus.

Locked By Verizon
Everything went well until I tried connecting to my mint mobile sim. Apparently, this phone is not carrier unlocked like it says in the description. Of course, this could be an honest mistake and if my issue is resolved this wouldn’t be a 1-star but it would be a 5-star review. But until then, unfortunately, I can’t text or call anyone.UPDATE: The seller was very helpful. It seems to have been an honest mistake and I have to send the phone back and get a new one

Excellent
Phone looked like brand new except for some tiny scratches near the charging port. This is a flagship phone with a lot of bills and whistles. It’s taking me a couple of days to get it set up just the way I like it. Great battery life and it does everything shockingly fast compared to my old 5A. I would still be using my old 5A except it went to the bottom of a deep pool. Had I known the 7 pro was so much better I would have bought this years ago. Camera is unbelievable.

Pixel 7 pro
I want to say, that my item, the Pixel 7 Pro was delivered with fast service, but the phone itself sucked. The battery life was just not good. With half day normal usage, it dropped to about 45 percent… When going to a website page, it would suddenly change to another… Speaker sound wasn’t that great compared to the Motorola edge plus 2023 that I tried at the store… Overall, it has great features, solid build…My opinion, I wouldn’t recommend this phone..

Like new, carrier unlocked, NOT unlocked for custom OS
This phone is like new. Came with a nice male to male USB-C cord (and adapter), stupid fast file transfers to PC. Photos are unreal. Going from S10e it’s like going from a toy to a real camera. The phone came from Verizon, and it will never be possible to unlock the device to load a custom OS. I checked all the phone cracking forums, not even if you do all the typical phone cracking tricks, it will never unlock. Verizon does that now. Don’t use verizon! Xfinity uses their network and is 1/3 the price. The Verizon rep lied to me and said it was not unlocking because it was stolen or sold illegally. After giving the seller a bunch of lip, I did my own research and found that Verizon rep was full of s***. Seller was highly professional, less so me. I was going to return the phone and buy it brand new from Google Story. The price had gone down to $649 for the brand new 128Gb. Waited too long and the next day it was back up to $899. Nope. I really want GrapheneOS, but not for double the price. I paid $495, it looks like more now. Keep your eyes open and be patient, get a good deal. Bundle your moblie and internet through Xfinity and you’ll pay a fraction for both.this case is Da bomb:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BC8TC5QX?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsfront and back screen protector. Front is soft and plastic’y. Some complained, I love it. went on perfectly:https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BG63SQ8R?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

Cell phone is great! Customer Service not so much
The phone is awesome, I just don’t like how it pairs with my Samsung Galaxy Watch, but everything else is great! Out the other hand, the customer service is not so great. The package comes with instructions saying that “SIM isn’t supported” message is expected, but after inserting a SIM and connecting to WiFi you will get a “Carrier lock removed” message, anyhow this didn’t happen in my phone immediately nor at least as smooth as the instructions would described it. I contacted the seller, and all they said at first was “that’s strange, all phones are unlocked” (which to me doesn’t look strange as I have seen others saying their phone is locked too). Anyway, I had to fill a form within AT&T (from the “SIM isn’t supported” notification in my phone) then I got an email from them, asking me to call, I did, gave the IMEI of my phone and in less than 24 hours my phone finally showed the “Carrier lock removed”. After two days, or so, of my latest message to the seller, they told me they would send me a prepaid label for me to return the phone, to which I responded that this was no longer needed. However, from the very beginning I also told them that my phone didn’t come with all the things that the description said, it had a USB-A to USB-C cable instead of a USB-C to USB-C one, no Quick Switch Adapter, no SIM tool to remove it from the phone, and the charger doesn’t even work! They never offered me a solution for the missing items, although, I see they did resolve this kind of situation for another customer.Long story short: 5 starts to the phone, but 1 star for the customer service.

Functioning
Battery life was struggling but I think the updates are finally starting to work. Screen has scratches which doesn’t necessarily ruin function, but I was in high hopes it wouldn’t be for the price and supposed excellent condition. Cliff hanging on keeping it or biting the bullet and paying the extra for a new 8
