This is my 2nd phone I bought here.
This is my 2nd phone I bought here after I recommended it to my Sister so she asked me to purchase it for her. No issues at all with my 1st phone after 7 months. Good camera, fast, I never noticed any cosmetic issues on either. I add a case anyway so would never notice anything but the screen which is flawless.

Shipping was CRAP!
Great phone! I like it so much for my work phone that I bought one for my personal line. It was a great deal, but was very disappointed with how it arrived. It was in a larger box by itself with no cushioning! The phone literally bounced around the inside of the box. When I went to report the issue, it only gave me the option to comment on the driver. But it’s not his fault the package was poorly packed. So frustrating! I bought the 2 year warranty but am still debating on returning the phone for another.

Stopped working after 3 months
Bought it for a friend going through a rough time. After 3 months it stopped working. The message he got was “Trouble reading battery meter” and now it does not charge.I expected better.

Product is exactly what it is, Seller is excellent.
When you buy a product like this, you should or are well aware of what you’re getting, as far as a user experience with this product.More importantly than if the product is good is the seller experience and if description of physical appearance, condition, and support is accurate.Though only one day since I’m in receipt of this purchase, the phone is EXACTLT what is described. It is actually is better condition than I expected… Big Kudos to seller for great inspection and/or restoration (if any).Battery life seems to be on par with what the device is the expected to do… Pixels have never been known to be battery giants and this is no different – it’s an avg battery lifer. Knowing it’s used/refurbished, I expect a slight hit vs brand new. HOWEVER, in recent past, people like myself have learned that Google/Pixels do better, get better with time and software updates. The packaging here is great, love the plastic setup that holds the phone firmly in place and inslcusion of a basic charger is a HUGE win nowadays vs retailers not even including bricks anymore. If you’re in the market for a phone, especially a pixel, I recommend this seller. Thanks

Take the chance… For real…
I got my fiancé a brand new Galaxy (idk the model) in April. The phone itself just seemed laggy not even 3 months in. The carrier she used (Straightalk) was so absolutely terrible that it would almost be best to have no phone at all. Their coverage was fine but the customer service is without a doubt the saddest thing I’ve ever seen.So after that nightmare I didn’t want them to get a dime of our money. I wanted to get her a new phone and a new carrier. I stopped doing 2 year contracts a few years ago. Didn’t use my phone enough to warrant it & it was like 3 times cheaper. I’ve found that h20 wireless is probably my favorite thus far. So we needed a phone. She said she would like to try a Google Pixel. So I started looking into them. H20 only had the 3a. So I checked here. I noticed the phones here were significantly cheaper than other sellers. The reviews had me worried. I figured that I would take the chance & the worst case was I could send it back to Amazon for a refund. Seemed worth it to me.Ordered the phone on a Friday. It was here by Monday. Way faster than expected. I ordered the sim from H20 right after & it got here exactly a week later. As for the phone itself. Everything was perfect with it. The only way you’d even know it isn’t brand new is the box it came in. The sim worked with no issues. All is well. So I’d say take the chance. If you get an phone that isn’t unlocked. Send it back & get another.

I only want stock android
Upgraded from my 3a which was a good budget phone but it did have weak internals. I weighed out my options do I want a new 4a do I want a 5 came to the conclusion I wanted this phone. I haven’t had this phone long but I’m happy. Specs are really nice and I don’t mind the little bit of forehead bezel this has. As for the 5g I’m not really a person that needs the fastest mobil data im more of a wifi user and if I’m using data itll b more for music or Google maps. The battery is not impressive. I’ve had ppl ask me about switching to android I told them only go with stock google, but they didnt listen and were swayed by specs of samsung’s and they regret it and are switching back to apple. So if your gonna go with android, google pixels are the best experience. Don’t be swayed by 120 refresh rates and the strongest chips, all stuff that really don’t matter for the average phone user. 300 bucks is all day for this phone but remember when your adding to cart look at the sellers and pick the best rating, I almost made the mistake of just adding to cart nd almost got a phone from a lower rated seller. It really matters when your buying refurbished phones the phone I got seems brand spanking new I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Absolutely Perfect, Everything I’ve Looked Forward To!!
First of all, i want to mention that i appreciate the seller i bought this from, the shipping was fast as could be, i actually first bought this phone from a different seller that left me hanging for about a little more than a week, not knowing if it had shipped out or not, etc etc, come to find out, they were out of stock of this phone and waiting until I reached out to them to tell me they had run out of stock. So to say that i appreciate the fast service from this seller, is an understatement. Now onto the phone itself, I absolutely love it, I’m a big fan of the pixel line, and i am upgrading from a Nexus 6p. The phone is slightly less wider than a Nexus 6p, but that is not a downside, as it allows my thumb to be able to reach across the screen more easily.Quick Charge is super neat and the battery lasts me all day, I’m a heavy user btw. I have yet to try out the wireless charging but I look forward to it.Face recognition was surprisingly fast, as fast as finger print recognition from the Nexus 6p, which was a big worry for me, since I thought that i would have to be holding my phone up to my face like a middle aged uncle attempting to take a facebook profile picture, it even works pretty well in dim lighting!

Nice phone, love the monthly security updates!
I had used Nexus products since the Nexus-5 and always try to purchase the Google phones. Its nice getting the latest version of Android when it comes out and the monthly updates. You can get a phone with better hardware for the same price, but, will you get the same software and how long will it be good for? This is the first phone since my old Treo 650 that the battery lasts at least a full day of use. I am an amateur radio operator (KC1OCA & WRJQ238) and will often do portable (Parks On The Air) operations. So, the phone may be serving as a hotspot & display for several hours while I am out in a park or remote area.Good phone but grab a ‘used’ one and avoid the stiff prices! A refurbished/wiped phone will serve you just as well if its in good condition. And the Pixels are the closest you will find these days to the ‘pure’ android of the Nexus line. But, avoid bloatware locked phones from Verizon etc..

My swollen battery had to be replaced
This is a known issue with this phone. About 6 months after I purchased it the battery swelled to the point that the back panel came off. There was talk of them being replaced, but my IMEI ID couldn’t even be found by the manufacturer. Really? No product support for a known issue with this specific phone.I ended up buying a $20 battery off of here and had it installed for $70. So I spent an extra $90 on this phone just to get it to work after having it for about 6 months.I would have given it one star, but otherwise it’s actually a really great phone. I would suggest the 4200 milliamp hour battery or the life isn’t as great as you think it is. With the 4200 it’s really good.

Refurbished but looked BRAND NEW
I’ve been using this phone for a while now (a few months). I really like it, it was a much needed upgrade. It was FANTASTIC for the price. I got it for $300. And the XL model as well. It’s refurbished, but I honestly think this was a new phone. No scratches on front or back. No dents on the sides. Nothing. And no problems or seemingly any use of the battery. Speaking of the battery, it’s okay. Not the best. I have to charge it before I go to sleep usually. It doesn’t last the whole day. The face recognition is fine. Of course while I’m out, it can’t use it. (you know, mask for COVID) But sometimes it has trouble if the top of the phone is smudged. But overall, I LOVE this phone. I would highly recommend it if you can get it at a good price.

Received phone with “Stuck Battery Glitch” then received wrong phone as replacement..
Purchased from ELECTRONIC DEALS.I received my renewed Google Pixel 4 XL 128gb yesterday (12/23/20). There was a deep scratch on the back glass of the phone, but the front of the phone looked immaculate. It came with a cheap case and other than that scratch was in good shape. I put it on the charger before starting it up and instantly noticed a little battery icon with a question mark in it. Weird I thought. From there I powered it on and started the set up process. Once it was setup I notced the battery had only said 50% the whole time it was charging so i unplugged it. I used the phone for about 10 minutes after that and it suddenly powered off.I plugged it back into the charger while it was off and this time it showed me “1%” and that it was charging. Once it got to around 25% while charging and off I turned it on. Sure enough the phone said 50% battery when at the home screen.I looked it up and this issue is super common with Pixel 4/4 XL usually requiring a battery/motherboard replacement. Having a phone with an inaccurate battery value being reported and it shutting down makes it next to useless.I have contacted ELECTRONIC DEALS and I hope they’ll send me a replacement Pixel 4 XL 128gb without the same issue. I’ll update this review with the information/solution their customer service provides.–UPDATE–The seller replied to me quickly and on Christmas, which was pretty great customer service. They’re going to send a replacement phone (I really do like the phone beside the battery issue that’s tough to notice without using it a couple days). I’ll update about the new phone they send.–UPDATE(1/11/21)–I finally received my new phone from ELECTRONIC DEALS. They sent me the significantly cheaper 64gb version of the the pixel 4 XL 128gb I purchased. The screen of this phone also has lots of scratches on it, including directly over the selfie camera(see photos). This really bums me out. I’ll be sending them a message and see what they say. What a bummer.

Best google phone to date.
I have owned almost every google phone from the original g1 to the newest pixel 5 and this was one of, if not, the best one I owned. It was fast, great screen, had a high end feel when you held it and had many cool and unique features that stayed true to Google’s lineage. Face unlock with radar was fast and (while annoying at times) the radar gestures were super fun and I was hoping theyd expand on them. The battery wasn’t the best but tbh I have a charger in my car and a little baby one on my bag. Never had the phone die at inopportune moments but you did have to be a bit mindful. A quick 5-10m fast charge could get you through rest of night.I have the pixel 5 and much like a new relationship after breaking up with someone you love, it just isn’t the same. Feels like a step backwards in almost every way. Battery lasts longer but I miss my 4 xl. RIP

Pleased with Purchase
I have wanted to try a Google Pixel phone since they came out, and I finally got one. May not be the BEST series of them yet, but I am very pleased with my purchase. The message features are alot of fun, the personalization features make using the phone almost like an extension of your hand. The battery doesn’t last as long as my previous phone, Samsung Galaxy Note 9, but with as much as I play mobile games it doesn’t do too shabby. I struggle with not having the Home button and Back Arrow Button but I’ve slowly but surely become accustomed to the swiping to go back, swiping and swirling to see all open apps or previously viewed apps. All in All, I LOVE THE PHONE! If you’re on the fence about it, buy it, you won’t be disappointed.

Better than his little brother
Overall phone is a step better than it’s sibling and gets you through a day. Power users might not squeeze through a day. Clearly white is definitely a looker indeed. Phone arrived unblemished and ontime and the feel in the hand was great. I honestly don’t wanna rock a case but I will lol. Anyway everything works as designed and I would recommend this for use in 2022. No fingerprint reader on this device.

For the price it can’t be beat
I got one renewed and the only two defects are a scratch on the volume rocker and a battery with only 86% capacity according to AccuBattery. Since the batteries aren’t cheap or easy to replace that’s kind of a bummer but it’s enough to last until the next set of Pixels come down in price on the used market. I still get about 5 hours of screen time. Not good but not horrible. There is no fingerprint reader so it’s not very convenient with a mask but it’s not a huge deal.Battery life is fine but I do have to recharge at least twice a day as a heavy user (I don’t let it drop below 25% and I unplug at 90% and I don’t charge overnight). Screen is good, the forehead is big but there’s no camera cut out. Speakers are good, nice and loud. The camera is amazing and why I keep buying Pixels. It’s fast and consistently takes great photos and video but the lens gets filthy almost immediately so I constantly have to wipe it off. Running stock Android is nice and fast too, and Pixels usually get four major OS upgrades so with two under the belt there’s two more to go so this phone will last a long time. You’ll have to replace the battery before it runs out of official software support.

Lacked the things I came to love on the Samsung Galaxy
I decided about 10 years ago to never purchase another Apple product (trying to remember why) and instead chose an android and over time fell in love with the Samsung Galaxies. I needed to upgrade and decided to try some other options. Unfortunately none of those options was compatible with me. The Google Pixel 4XL required a lot of weird swiping that I just was not used to doing and was not common on androids. In addition there were other things as well:1. No thumb identity sensor2. Display was a lot dimmer3. Weird swipes to get to all open pagesI played around with it for about 3 hours and that was enough to know that it just wasn’t a fit.

Jumped the gun on my original review.
So I’m editing my original review and complaint about the battery. I let the accubattery app run overnight and it’s clocking 92% capacity now and the charge seems to be lasting me at least 24 hours, if not more. So that’s more than satisfying. The phone was also in excellent condition. Not a single scratch on the screen or chip in the paint. If I didn’t know better and it was in an original box I would have thought it was brand new. The thing is speedy. I’ve never had a phone with this little lag and I’m coming from the Pixel 2XL. (That was still in excellent shape with 82% battery capacity after having it for 2 years so I gave it to my BF.) It was indeed unlocked and I had no problem setting it up with my Republic Wireless account. Oh, and the camera is excellent. I can’t think of a really negative thing to say about it. I do like how the face unlock works, though I still have muscle memory built-in for using a fingerprint scanner all these years lol. And I guess they couldn’t anticipate the whole mask thing happening. But I work from home so I’m here most of the time anyway. I have no problem using my pin when I’m in public. I’ve been trying not to pull out my phone much in stores anyway. So yea, from a 2-star review because I was inpatient about testing the battery, to a 5-star cause I’m really really happy with the phone. I feel like I saved $400 off a brand new phone.

*DON’T* buy refurbished from here!!!
I bought a refurbished phone from this vendor on March 11th this year. Shortly after the 90-day Renewed Amazon guarantee, a rectangular section in the top right corner of the phone screen started to flicker. At first it was just a little bit and was tolerable to live with, but soon it became constant. From the beginning of receiving this phone I had noticed that the battery life was pretty appalling. After some research online I noticed that this model does not have the best battery life in the world. Even at that though the phone’s battery just about got you through the day.Within the last couple of months my battery issues escalate rapidly. At first I started to see question marks over the phones battery icon on screen. Soon this is accompanied by system warnings that the phone cannot read the battery meter. After a while I notice the phone seems to suddenly start restarting. This continues on and off for a while. Today, my battery is completely broken. The phone will not work for more than 5 minutes without dying and only stays on if left plugged in. The phone is useless now.In addition to this, the phone has also started glitching, with menu options bouncing slightly on screen and the phone freezing. There is also an issue where the phone will not open from the lock screen and you get caught in a constant loop of pressing the unlock button, the screen flashes n and then the screen goes into standby again. The only way to get into the phone is to restart it.This has been a thoroughly dreadful experience and an absolute waste of $230! Please if you are considering buying a phone from this vendor, go to a more reputable site who offer a 1-year warranty with their phones.

Buy a google pixel, you’ll love the camera!!
I bought this used. It was in good condition.Cons: The charging port is lose. So, I think the previous owner may have dropped the phone while charging on the charging port.It randomly stops receiving texts. I called my service provider and they reset the network. It has happened twice. If it happens again, they want me to bring it in for a full diagnostic. Not sure if it the phone’s fault. When it came, the camera was dirty and smudged.Pros:The camera is incredible! I can’t say enough. This is worth the camera alone. If you are thinking of the google pixel 4 and are looking for a good camera, buy it. The low light feature is amazing. I still can’t believe how great the pics are in low light. The battery is amazing. It lasts a little over a day and then some. I’m on my phone browing a lot so I’d say I’m a heavy user. The feel and interface is great. It took a bit to get used to, but love it.I would strongly recommend to get a google pixel. If you have the funds, I would suggest to buy it new. The used one I got is pretty good. I’m just a little nervous about the loose charing port and it randomly not getting texts.

Got issues with item and not a helpful seller
Was exited to purchase this as gift to my wife and got disappointed when we found that the video calls didn’t work even though we bought the phone renew but in excellent conditions, we tested and found out that with earbuds we can make the calls so it was a problem with the microphone while on video calls. Then we decided to contact the seller and he offer some earbuds but the ones we received were dirty old and with a bad battery, then we try to get a partial refund and he never answered. update: added a few more stars since we been able to manage with the issues and we’ve been using the phone.

⚡ Lightning Fast Delivery
As far as the phone goes, it arrived in working condition. The box was well protected and also included a cable and wall wart; which I was not expecting.I really wanted the 128GB version, but I didn’t trust my current phone to last another week. I ended up buying the 64GB version on Thursday because it was ‘promised’ for Saturday delivery. Noon Friday I get a notification that there is a package … It took 26 hours 🤯 … Holy cow! If I’d known that, I would have ordered the 128GB version.Phone migration went off without a hitch. If something pops up later I’ll update my comments. If you really really need a nitpick, it would be the battery wasn’t fully charged; but in reality it didn’t matter because I had not backed up my old phone.

Great phone, wrong charger.
Nothing wrong with the Pixel 4XL I received. Works great, like new. Very happy with it. Looked just like a standard Google Refurb replacement. Unfortunately, instead of getting the usual Pixel 4xl charging block and a USB-C to USB-C cable, I received an odd Chinese made 100v wall charger with a built in cable that can not be removed. I’m pretty sure if I plug it into a US 110 outlet it will overheat, cause a fire, and burn my house down.Fortunately, I’m smart enough to know that this charger is dangerous, but I’m sure many people may not. As long as you’re okay getting the wrong charger with this phone, go ahead and get it. If you need a real Pixel charging block and usb-c cable, buy the phone from another seller.

Seems amazing so far
My friend has a Google pixel 4 XL and my son wanted one since I realized how crap my Metropcs phone was. thought the price was nice and you get the 2 year protection plan as well… It came with absolutely no scratches, looked great, works great.. it’s super fast 🙂 my son uses it on the wifi so I don’t know about adding it to a phone company but besides that it’s great… Oh the battery doesn’t seem to be awesome, It takes quite a long time to charge and then it doesn’t last very long…. Not near as long as my Google pixel 4 XL. Awesome deal!

Product came in perfect condition
We all know the risks involved in buying something renewed. But the savings are real and it is more environmentally friendly, if that’s your thing. Anyways, this was my first experience with this kind of product, hopefully these review helps you make that decision.1) I advise everyone who receives a new phone, renewed or not renewed, to do 2 things as soon as you get it. First, update the software if there are any updates. After that, factory reset it. This will ensure you won’t have any software related issues.2) Usually, there are many sellers. Browse through these and choose the one with the best reviews. I chose “ELECTRONIC DEALS”, because although there were sellers with slightly better reviews, the amount of reviews was vastly greater for ELECTRONIC DEALS.3) I’m seeing lots of reviews from people who are upset because the device didn’t work with their carrier. That’s weird to me, because at least with the seller I selected, a sheet of paper with clear instructions on how to prepare your phone to run with your carrier was provided. Personally, factory resetting the phone works better, but I understand some people aren’t naturally tech savvy, so I understand. The lesson is, read!Overall I couldn’t be more pleased.

4xl perfect condition
I was a little worried when I saw a few bad reviews but the good reviews outweighed the small percentage of bad. I Received a brand new looking phone perfect perfect condition and I have had for about a week and it’s running perfectly flawless. I set up battery tester and battery is at a slightly higher mah then what it’s supposed to be, it has over 100 percent battery health. The actual number 104percent battery health left everything was refurbished correctly and with brand new equipment with perfect screen and Wirless charging works great so happy with my purchase. Its that good 👍very impressed I’m coming from a pixel 3 and face unlock is flawless works in pitch black and is quicker more efficient then the pixel 3 finger print unlock witch was one of my favorites, excellent as well. Couldn’t be happier thought it be a downgrade but it absolutely is not pixel 4 XL you won’t be disappointed.

If you know what you’re getting into…
I am a huge Pixel fan and I bought the Pixel 3 at launch and decided I would wait for the Pixel 4. When I saw it went on sale here for 289/315 with tax was skeptical, to say the least. I read the reviews that said it wasn’t unlocked, or that the battery was toast, or that it was scratched. Knowing all of that, I decided to go ahead and buy it anyway because all of those are fixable. Here’s what I got.I got a Pixel4XL. I arrived in a white box that looked a little bit like the one Google uses for their phones but it wasn’t branded. The phone was wrapped in bubble wrap and there was a Verizon branded USB-C to USB-C Charger which concerned me since it was supposed to be unlocked. The phone was protected and wasn’t damaged by shipping.there was a minor scratch on the upper left part of the screen (Not noticeable unless you examine it in the right lighting and angle). It booted up perfectly. It was at 50% which I thought was a weird percentage to be on. I inserted my ATT SIM and it accepted it. No problems there. After about 30 minutes of setting up and installing apps and whatnot, I noticed it was still at 50%. Bingo. It had a defective battery. I called a UfixIbreak and they told me at most it would cost $100 to fix it.So all things considered a refurbished Pixel4XL for $415 – still not bad.I dropped my phone off and it was ready within 4 hours. I asked them to just lean out all the ports and speakers which were clean but you could tell someone had used the phone. They replaced the battery and ran some tests on it. It was working 100% capacity and health.THE BEST PART: It was FREE! Google extended the warranty for the Pixel 4 battery so they were able to do it at no charge. It’s basically a brand new phone at this point! The Verizon charger is a fast charger and is really high quality. If you make sure to read and know what you’re getting into and plan ahead to get batteries replaced and clean the ports/speakers, then this can be an excellent purchase!

Great phone for the price.
The face recognition works most of the time. There is no fingerprint reader. The battery life is sufficient, it isn’t spectacular, but it definitely will get me through the day…so it works great for me. The phone has fast charging included with the wall adapter that comes in the box so it tends to charge quickly if you need to top off the battery through our the day if need be.For the price, this is an amazing phone. It is WAY better than any current entry level or even most mid level devices that are currently for sale. The original price of this phone when released was $899 but I got mine from Amazon for $209.99 and at that price, you CANNOT BEAT THE DEAL .Phone was “renewed” and came in a brown unlabeled box but the device literally looked brand new. Not a single scratch or scuff of any kind. It looked literally like a brand new unused phone. I would definitely buy again. Highly recommend. Shipping was fast too. It said it would take 5-7 days and I got it in 3 days and I just selected the free shipping that said would take longer. Very happy with my purchase.

I ordered this phone refurbished and excellent condition and when I opened it up I couldn’t tell any difference if it was if it was refurbished or BRAND NEW this Phone looked brand spanking new not one flaw I could see on it, This is my first phone to be on a safe side I went ahead and got me a screen protector and a protecting case from good ol Amazon, and like I said This is my first phone and I and I tell you what this has a lot of stuff that you can do with it that I’m very impressed with It’s like having a brand new toy I give this two thumbs up and highly and I mean highly recommend this phone and I do believe the XL version May have a little bit larger screen and the reason I chose that is because I have a hard time seeing but I still do have to use my classes it’s got everything I hope it would be And I appreciate it And thank you very much And they also have great support, im a amazon fan i buy 98% of all my stuff from them. thank you

Almost had to return it.
I wanted to give 5 ⭐ but it was not having sound during the voice calls with the ear speaker. Luckily my son is a techie and messed with it for a couple hours and was almost ready to return it but then he did updates on the phone and that worked to fix the issue. It also took UPS an extra day past the last day to receive it but that’s not the sellers fault.

Great phone – but look at seller information before purchasing!
After reading several reviews saying their phones arrived locked or in poor condition, I was a bit hesitant to go ahead with my purchase. I’m glad I did! SoonerSoft Electronics was the seller who provided my phone, and it shipped early, unlocked, and in flawless condition. I cannot speak highly enough of this company.Looking at several of the other sellers who are shipping through the Amazon renewed program has shown a mixed bag, however. Several sellers have plenty of negative remarks saying that phones shipped locked or in poor condition. Make sure to look up the reputation of the third-party seller before completing your purchase! As far as the phone goes, the Pixel 4XL has been everything I wanted and more. Camera is PHENOMENAL. Every photograph appears professional. Battery life is definitely good, lasting me a full day with 30-40% left over even after heavy use. The pure Android experience is buttery smooth. Feature drops mean that there is always something new coming to your device. The phone gets a 10/10, and so does SoonerSoft!

Only lasted 7 months
Bought it in January, by August it won’t turn on anymore. The phone has absolutely no external damage. It is used exclusively indoors as a camera to post social media content once a day, 5 days/wk. After a google search it might work again with a battery replacement. Going to buy a new batter and see if it comes back to life.***UPDATE***- Purchased new battery. That did not fix it. It turns out that the very small pins on the mainboard that connect to the battery have come apart from the mainboard. After more searching this appears to be a common problem with some Pixel models. This phone is now a paperweight unless you had specialized micro soldering equipment and a new connector. The phone came with a 90 day warranty but died at month 7. I’m out $200. $171 for the phone and $23 for the replacement battery that I cannot use nor send back since its been opened up.

(Updated) Definitely not LIKE NEW – Plenty of scratches
Update – The seller was very responsive and they offered to change the phone or getting a cosmetic refund of 20$.Bought from ELECTRONIC DEALS, Initially I was satisfied, it works properly, however the battery was not in great shape, and the worst thing, is that the phone came with a screen protector already installed. Then I decided to change it for a better one, the moment that I remove the screen protector I realized that the screen was totally cover by scratches. This should NOT be sold LIKE NEW… Very disappointed

Just like new!
I could not tell a difference between the Pixel 4 XL I received and a brand new Pixel 4 XL. As the description says, it was fully unlocked for all mobile service providers and had no issues with my Verizon SIM card. The battery life was indistinguishable from a new phone. I get about 16-18 hours of battery life from a full charge with normal use and about 22-24 hours with minimal use on normal settings. The phone was completely free of any cosmetic damages and looked as if it had come directly from Google. The shipping was fast and hastle free (I actually received the phone 3 days early!). The phone was also very safely packaged in a protected cardboard box. Inside the box was the phone, a new fast charger and cable, a singular USB-C to auxiliary input adapter, a SIM card key, and an USB-C to USB adapter. This company did a very nice job packing, shipping, and renewing this phone! I would gladly purchase another phone from this company again.

Defective phone, poor return service.
The phone came with a charger that didn’t even work in the first place so I had to use my old charger which was fine because I already had one, but still annoying. Then the phone started randomly turning off for no reason, even at full battery. I don’t know if it’s a loose connection inside or what, but it has become quite problematic because it is unreliable. When rebooted it would show up with a yellow triangle and a warning message saying the contents weren’t secure (to be expected from an unlocked phone, I suppose, though I’d never seen it before in an unlocked phone). The problem was, it was completely unpredictable. I could go two weeks without it ever randomly turning off, so I would start to think it was fine. I wanted to return the phone, but they said the return and replacement time could take up to 2 weeks, and they would not provide anything for me to use during the interim. Ultimately I exceeded the 90 day warranty and am now stuck with the phone because necessity required that I hold onto the semi-functional phone instead of having nothing for two weeks. That choice ultimately on me, but I would not buy from this seller again. They gave me a unreliable product and equally unreliable support for their error.

A+ I’m happy with the quality of refurbishment, and also the device itself. Very speedy and very fun to navigate device, highly recommend at this price point, coming from the pixel 4a(350$) I saw that this phone was much cheaper and also better spec. Let’s just say I’ll be returning my pixel 4a. I was a little concerned when people said that their device came locked, mine didn’t however I also made sure to look at the seller info before buying!

Experience Android 12 pure Google at discount
This is one of the cheapest phones with 6GB RAM, which is useful if you want to run some applications in parallel in personal and work mode (download island). Especially if you get the devices deeply discounted.Works great, battery could last longer (smaller than other phablets), Google’s crap can be too nagging – use me, install me, etc.I ordered 2 unlocked. It said Verizon, but they had no bloatware and upgraded nicely to latest security patch and version and work just fine with T-Mobile. Would recommend buying from this seller!

4xl has known batter connection issues… refurbished phones from here are not the best quality
The phone was not of the best quality—problems since day one. After four months, the refurbished is completely bricked and will not hold a charge. Maybe think twice about buying from this place. Three stars because I did receive a phone that made calls… for four months. ….and no, the phone was not dropped or left near water. After research, I found the pixel, 4xl has known batter connection issues, so I suspect the phone was originally returned for these same issues. The phone has weak glue on its back, so I assume the organization just replaced that part. Worked well enough for… 4 months, but now money ( refund 14 days out) spent is lost as phone is utterly useless

The last Google Pixel with a separate Graphics Chip
I don’t need the “Latest & Greatest” but in some ways this one is almost as good as Google’s latest. It was Google Pixel’s last phone with a separate Graphics Chip, which takes the pressure off the main processor. I got one for my wife and she loves it.

Phone came as described.
My phone came unlocked as it was described. While I was waiting on it to arrive, I read through several of the reviews. Many stated that their phone did not come unlocked. That had me a little worried. But I was able to turn my phone on & switch the service over in less than 5 mins. Not even a single hiccup. As for the phone itself, if you’re coming to the Pixel 4xl from any of the previous versions, you are gonna love this phone. I’m making the switch from the Pixel 2xl (which was a great phone itself) & I couldn’t be more happy. Battery life not good if you are very active when it comes to usage. But if you have a fast charger you should be back up and running in no time. Photos are still excellent, which you should expect from the Pixel line. & The Face unlock is unmatched by any other phone. My only gripe is since this is a second hand purchase, the charging block and charging cable are pretty cheap. It will literally take about an hour to get a full charge. Maybe longer. You Should purchase a quality charger immediately.

Will buy this way again
I will not hesitate to use Amazon Renewed again! My prior 4xl died and I did not want to switch to a different model since it worked just fine for my needs, and other new models would have cost many hundreds more. So, I was very glad to find that I could get a replacement at a reasonable price. The phone arrived quickly, packed well, clean, looks and works like new.

Buyer Beware
I typically buy all my electronics brand new because I’ve been burned in the past, but I decided to take a chance, save a bit of money and purchase a refurbished Pixel 4 Xl. I will *never* be doing that again and I encourage the rest of you to spend the extra few hundred on a new device, for the following reasons.1: The phone arrived with a known Pixel 4 defect where the battery percentage doesn’t display any more or less than 50% charge capacity, regardless of what the actual charge level is. The phone was in perfect working order otherwise, so I decided to keep it. The phone lasted a month before crashing and becoming unresponsive to boot commands, both normally and in safe mode.2: Upon contacting the seller via email, they informed me (in broken English) that the phone was still under warranty through Google (I checked and it wasn’t) and that I should send it in for replacement. I then had spend $150 out of pocket to order a new battery and pay a third party to do the work, a fix that they admitted “might work, because we don’t actually know how to fix your problem”.3: After a week of waiting, I got the phone back and it worked just fine, no issues of any kind whatsoever. That was a month ago now and the phone is back to crashing, now at the slightest bump or pressure. Sometimes it will boot right away after the crash, other times it will need to sit on a charger for a bit and think about it’s bad behavior before it decides to boot. Either way, it will require additional repair. At this rate, I’ll need to buy a burner phone to have on hand for how unreliable this thing is.Moral of the story here? Don’t be a cheap POS. The idea of buying a flagship superphone like the Pixel 4 XL for half the original price is appealing, sure, but it simply isn’t worth the risk that comes with buying refurbished.

Not what I was expecting
The listing was for a refurbished model, that was supposed to be like new with at least 80% battery efficiency. The phone battery drains at about the same speed as my nearly 3-year-old pixel 2 xl with similar settings, and the phone arrived with a black dot of dead pixels in the top left corner of the screen. It’s about the size of a sharpy tip, so fairly noticeable. Aside from those issues though the phone itself works great. Just wish the one I got was as advertised.

Well worth the money
This phone takes amazing photos, I was able to capture the individual stars in the sky and the images are so sharp I’m general. I was able to print my work from my phone to my old wifi printer from 2010. The storage is great and the battery life is not too bad. One of the best features of this phone is that it has 3 speakers, two on the bottom and one up top. When you turn the phone horizontal the sounds seem to surround you like a surround sound system. I was blown away by the quality.

Worth the price
I bought it after my phone was broken. I don’t wanna use a lot of money on a phone. As for me a phone is to talk, use social media and sometimes take some pictures. I bought this phone for a very reasonable price and the phone is almost like a new one. Packing is simple with an adapter inside. No problem so far after using it for 2 months. I recommend you to buy this refurbished phone if you’re like me who don’t wanna use too much money on a phone.
