Seems to be perfect!
I just got mine but it looks as good as the day it came out of the factory. It’s working perfectly so far. The charger is SLOW but that doesn’t bother me. All in all I would say a great purchase and a great way to save a bunch of money!

Avoid “Renewed” Listings From This Company
I debated writing this review for a few weeks, as I’m not usually the type to do so; however, I felt the need to bolster the negative reviews of this company.When I received my Pixel 3 XL, I was initially worried over burn in of the screen at the top near the notification bar. Regardless, everything worked… Until it didn’t.This started with the Bluetooth, GPS, and WiFi not working sporadically. A full system reset fixed this for a couple of months. Then, my phone start randomly bootlooping (I could have my phone sitting next to me and it would suddenly bootloop). Another factory reset fixed this as well.Eventually, the bootlooping issue came back. This time, it would often lead to an error reading “Can’t read Android system”. This wasn’t exactly a huge deal, as selecting “continue” simply lead to a factory reset. I had initiated a refund during this time, but gave into my hubris and ultimately decided not to return the phone. This was a terrible idea.2 days after my return window had ended, I went to bed and woke up with a bricked Pixel 3 XL. Some troubleshooting later, I learned that, according to Google, this was the result of the natural lifeline of the internal hardware. There is no fix for this issue except buying a new phone. The initial symptoms of this issue? The Bluetooth, WiFi, and GPS not working.These issues took less than a month to happen to my phone. I refuse to believe that this phone left the company’s warehouse unaware of these issues.Considering other reviews for this listing, I’m beginning to believe that this company is NOT selling refurbished products. They are selling USED products, some of which may even have a less than 3 month life cycle. This also brings into question the quality assurance of Amazon Renewed, as the screen burn in was at least noticeable at 12 inches away, an obvious cosmetic defect that would warrant disapproval.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS – STARS I WOULD!! I ORDERED THIS PHONE JULY 16TH AND RECEIVED IT ON THE 29TH SO I HAVE HAD THIS PHONE FOR 35 DAYS!!!! UPON RECEIPT, I NOTICED THAT THE PHONE HAD SO MANY DEEP SCRATCHES AND SCUFF MARKS THAT EVEN WITH A PRIVACY OR SCREEN PROTECTOR WAS VISIBLE. I CONTACTED THE SELLER TO INFORM HIM OF MY DISATISFACTION AND AFTER A BACK AND FORTH HE AGREED TO REFUNDS ME A SMALL % BACK. ALTHOUGH I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED ALL OF MY MONEY BACK I ACCEPTED THE SMALL REFUND AND THOUGH THAT I COULD GO ON. A FEW DAYS LATER I NOTICED THAT WHEN ON A CALL THE SOUND WAS SOO LOW AND I WAS UNABLE TO HEAR THE OTHER PERSON SO THE CALL WOULD HAVE TO BE PLACED ON SPEAKER AND THATS THE ONLY WAY THE PHONE WAS FUNCTIONAL. BUT WHEN ON SPEAKER I WOULD HEAR A CRACKLING SOUND IN THE SPEAKER AND THE OTHER PERSON WOULD NOT HEAR ME REGARDLESS OF HOW LOUD I SHOUTED AND I AS WLL COUL DNOT HEAR THEM. KEEP IN MIND THAT IN THIS SHORT SPACE OF TIME THAT I HAVE HAD THIS PHONE IT HAS YET TO FALL AND ALSO MY PIXEL 2XL HAS FALLEN MAYBE MORE THAN 200 TIMES IN THE 2 YEARS THAT I HAVE HAD IT AND THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS A CRACKED SCREEN IT ACTUALLY WORKS BETTER THAN THIS NEWLY ORDERED PHONE.SO BASICALLY I AM STUCK WITH A USELESS PHONE THAT ALL I CAN DO IS PRETTY MUCH SURF THE INTERNET, TEXT AND TAKE PICTURES. There were absolutely no blemishes on the phone or scratches at all. However, I am concerned about the battery and what this phone was used for in the past. It came mostly charged but I powered it down and gave it a full charge but it seems to be losing charge rapidly even when only using Reddit or something like that. If I had to guess I’d say that my original pixel 3 XL that I bought when they came out has a battery and better shape than what’s in these. Go ahead and buy one if you want to just replace the battery it’s probably still not a bad deal.Update: Phone worked great until unfortunately this morning it was dead. Had it on charge while I slept and I ended up oversleeping, went to check my phone (still plugged in to a brand new anker charger) and it was dead dead. RIP. Only lasted 5 months. Going to pick up a Pixel 7, done messing around with refurbs.

Battery life not so good
I waited a few days to write a review just to get a feel for how well the Pixel 3xl held up. The phone looked brand new when I opened it. There is no scratches or scuff marks. I also had no problems activating with my carrier. I love everything about this phone except the battery life. I’m not sure if it’s normal for this phone, but my battery only last anywhere from 5 to 6 hours after fully charging. That’s the only reason I gave the phone a 3 star rating. The seller was quick to ship and phone was exactly as described in the listing.

I was shocked at its great condition
As far as I can tell I received a brand new phone. I was shocked at how good the phone looked and was expected to be able to tell it was renewed.My old Pixel 3XL camera broke and it was less expensive to get a renewed phone that fix the old.By using a USB-3 to USB-3 cable I transferred all my files and app in 3 minutes. Very happy with the purchase.

Good for the price
Phone came in great shape.only minor small scuff in glass.. can’t see it unless you look hard with the phone turned off. Battery life is average. Definitely have to change every day. It wants to update to Android 12 but I am afraid because it works great now 👍

Arrived in mint condition. The greatest phone I have ever used.
I was concerned about purchasing a refurbished phone, but decided to give this seller a chance. The phone arrived a lot faster than I expected, and came in mint condition. I searched the phone and could not find a single scratch or defect. After using the phone for a month, I have yet to find a single issue. I will absolutely trust this seller in the future if I ever need to buy any more phones.The phone itself is fantastic. It’s quick and easy to get into apps and features. People who hyped up the camera were right. It’s INCREDIBLE. The body of the phone is really slick and can be a bit slippery, so a case might be worth investing in.

I bought the refurbished one and only spent 2/3 of the money so it worth the money.Issues:1. It turns slow after using for a few days. Some soft keys, e.g. back, input method switch doesn’t work well. I need to hit multiple times.2. Sometimes Google Assistant was automatically launched. Was it spy on me?3. At the beginning, when the battery reaches 1%, I still can use it for 2 hours. But after 2 months, the phone auto turn off when battery is 2%.4. Why the camera keep “motion on” by default? Does it use extra memory? Personally I dislike that feature. It took me a long time to figure out how to turn that feature off.Good points:1. I love the theme change at 10pm and 11:30. It reminds me “time to sleep”.2. Software always up to date.

Worked fine for almost a month…
Was working perfectly fine, except it came with a small circular scratch on the front screen. Also on the back, it had some tiny scratches but none of these issues were enough to make me complain since I bought it for $500 anyway. Everything was working fine until the fingerprint sensor started acting up. It seems like every time I try to turn my phone on via fingerprint, it takes at least three tries before it actually unlocks. Sometimes it doesn’t work at all and I get the “Too many unsuccessful attempts, please try again later.” Then I have to retype my password for all the apps that allow fingerprint login which is super annoying.The phone was great, I was super happy with it. The camera was great, the software was crisp, and there was no lag. Will be returning for a replacement.

Super good value
I was worried after reading a few bad reviews but the phone is great. I would recommend buying from this vendor. The phone has no scratches was like a new phone. I am very happy with purchase and highly recommend. The battery life is great also no issues. The only thing which I expected was that the phone did not come with factory charger that is high speed charger. I already had a high speed charger and cable so was no big deal. The price on the phone compared to a new one you can not go wrong. I have only had phone a few days and super happy with the money I saved.

Great phone
After having only had non major brand phones, I was nervous to purchase a higher quality used phone. This definitely met my expectations. I am glad I have this phone, it was a much needed upgrade.It arrived early, and packaging didn’t indicate what was inside. Was in an generic box that said Smartphone Device and came with a generic charger. No headphones included, but that was in the description. There were no scratches, dents or marks anywhere. Phone had no charge and took a while to gain charge after being dead. Setup was easy. I previously had a Asus phone through Verizon and I just moved the SIM card from the old phone to the new phone.

Ive only had it for a few hours but its beautiful and it feels really good. The fingerprint reader takes like 5 shots of your finger print so no matter how fast or off you are its got it. And bought refurbished and frankly i will do it again.This is a win win

Great Phone, but not 100% unlocked
The eSIM is locked on the phone cannot be used. But the phone is fully SIM unlocked and works with most carriers.I had the phone for nearly a year now and it is amazing. Great photos, nice screen, it does get a bit warm at times but besides that I love it.I tried to use with Google Fi and Google tells me the eSIM feature is locked and cannot be unlocked without the original owner’s credentials.

almost untouched.
The unboxing experience was alright, giving you a sim ejector tool, a pre-applied screen protector, and charger. The phone itself looks almost completely brand new, with really minor scratches on the screen that are barely noticeable.It has a great google pixel experience, with it coming updated with Android version 10. Now regarding issues: The battery life is mediocre at best, with it lasting only a few hours and the charger it came with doesn’t support rapid charging. However, with the right charging cable, using rapid charging makes it charge insanely fast.Overall opinion, it’s worth your money. A great phone to get if you’re switching from Apple or just want a stock Android experience.

Don’t put it in your back pocket!
Great phone, takes really nice photos. Easy to use.Down side– this thing is longer than your pocket, and even with a case, you can snag it on the backs of chairs or worse, crack the body when you sit on it against a hard surface… like I did mine. It still works, tough little workhorse that it is, but the shell of the phone is fragile. You’ll want a rugged case for it.

This is my second Pixel phone purchased through Amazon’s “renewed” programs and both have been in perfect consition. I am sure that thsoe who have had worse experiences are 100% telling the truth, but I’d buy another “Amazon Renewed” phone in a heartbeat.As for the Pixel 3 XL itself…. well. Hmmm – I liked my Pixel 2 XL better. Unlike others, I dont’ have a problem with the elephant size notch. You get used to it immediately. My problem is with small glitches. Here’s an example – on my pixel 2 XL, when I got in my car and the phone connected to the car’s bluethooth, it was setup to automatically launch Android Auto. This same functioanlity NEVER works ont he Pixel 3 XL. The creen just flashes like it’s trying to do it, but it doesn’t actually happen. There are quite a few small irritating issues that all Pixel 3 owners seem to have with this hardware and that’s too bad because otherwise, it’s a super solid phone.I’ll probably skip the 4 and 4A and wait a few years for my next Pixel. I do love my Google phones though. 🙂

AN ABSOLUTE BEAST OF A PHONE!
Truly the BEST phone I have ever used! This is coming from a person who was burned…(TWICE)… by Google and the Pixel 1’s faulty microphone. However I’m a forgiving kind of guy and man am I glad I got over my first experience with Pixel devices and ordered this one! Ok, so what’s so good about this phone, huh? EVERYTHING! The phone is super fast and snappy with any APP I use. I’m a heavy gamer and this phone has been able to easily play any games IV thrown at it. Plus they look amazing with the screen in this phone. The OLED screen is such a treat for my eyes. Deep, rich, and vibrant…I love watching movies with it! And I know you’ve all heard about the “hideously huge notch” and how it just ruins everything….. Well, I barely notice it. In fact there are some neat apps that can do some really cool things with the notch like putting a color changing strip around it that will work as notification alert or battery bar. And that leads perfectly to the next great thing, the battery. I am a very heavy user and the battery will last me almost the entire day. The speed charger is blazingly fast so if I should have to plug it in before the days up, it only takes about 10-15 mins to get 25-30%. Then there’s the fact that Pixel users get all the updates first. I love rubbing that in Samsung users faces! Let’s see….what am I forgetting….. Ahhh yes, saved the best for last. The camera. There aren’t words to describe how damn good the camera really is. I still can’t believe a cellphone can take pictures like this. Blows my mind. It has actually inspired me to take up photography as a hobby. Not to mention Google will backup and store an UNLIMITED amount of photos and videos for FREE! Yeah, yeah, I know I sound like Googles little fanboy. Hell I admit I am. No shame here! Just go ahead and get this phone and I promise you’ll be a fanboy/fangirl too! Theres alot of other great features to this phone that I haven’t mentioned so I guess you’ll just have to get one and see for yourselves. Trust me you won’t regret it! Oh yea, I did buy mine refurbished and it looked like new. Not a scratch on it. the only difference was it came without the original charger. But it refurbed and save yourself few bucks. Now go get PIXELING!

Good for the price
Update.. replacement came in . Everything worked good until the fingerprint scanner decided to work when it wants. Sending back for refund. Will try a different person or placeOverall the condition of the phone cosmetically is great.the battery holds a full charge, it does seem to deplete a tad bit but nothing major. I did receive one unlocked and wasn’t unlocked from a carrier so that’s a plus. Slight image burn in bottom right looks to be the camera icon but it’s very slight. The back glass is not adhered in the top left correctly may have been replaced by previous owner idk. One major thing is that the fingerprint scanner does not work. Having a replacement sent , hopefully the next one will be 100% working. Note: the replacement however is said to arrive on the 19th , 10 days is a little ridiculous for a replacement but hopefully it arrives sooner. I will post a review or update this post when the other arrives and tested out. NO FACE RECOGNITION just in case that’s your thing.

‘Renewed’ looks and functions as if brand new.
I recently purchased this renewed Pixel 3 XL to replace my (very) aging Samsung Note 3. I’m not going to rave about the performance increase for obvious reasons. I will say that I find the usability (UI) of the Pixel 3 vs the Note 3 to be so delightful. It’s simple, fluid, and intuitive. It’s really nice to no longer have TouchWiz encapsulating the basic Android UI experience. I didn’t realize just how intrusive TouchWiz was until it wasn’t there.My Pixel 3 XL came in a white box with an Amazon Basics charger and charge cable. The cable works fine. I have not tested the charger since I use a charge station. The phone itself looks absolutely perfect. No scuffs, scratches, not even a fleck of dust on it. I was able to transfer my contacts via online back up without issue. The camera is amazing, which I realize goes without saying. A quick comment on battery life, I only lost 2% overnight with both wifi and 4G turned ON. My Note 3 will lose almost 20%-30% under similar conditions (even with the new battery that I have for it).Overall, my first impressions are very, very positive. Hopefully time will be as kind to my Pixel 3 XL as it was to my Note 3.

Quality.
I was not expecting to get a phone in this good of condition. It came even earlier than Amazon said it would, it took 4 days without prime shipping that’s pretty impressive to me. the phone came in a non discript white box with a generic white power brick and random white usb-c cable with the factory usb-c to usb-a adapter. The phone itself was in a small plastic ziplock bag with a protective screen on the phone. The back has zero scratches and the phone booted with no problems at all, I transferred all the data smoothly from my original Pixel XL (I had stuck with the phone from 2016 untill now (June/2020) and while attempting to first plug in the phones to each other I used the cable provided in the box, it didn’t work, so I used the one I got 4 years ago with my original Pixel XL. Other than that the phone is exactly what’s advertised and I honestly couldn’t be happier, can’t beat what phone you get here for the price. The camera is incredible and snappy, with amazing detail. Android 10 (and 11) run fantastic on this phone. I highly recommend.

Decent phone, but you will need another charger.
Arrived and I plugged it in for about 2 hours using the Samsung 1A charger it shipped with. I noticed it was not charging at all. This phone was designed to use a 3.6A charger and I can only guess that 1A was not enough to charge it at all. Used a 2A charger I had and it started charging and was at 50% in less than an hour. I am not sure why this phone ships with a charger that does not actually charge this phone. Battery life if the main reason I got this model and it seems to be doing ok for a phone that is a few years old. Shipped with Android 10 and had to update to 12, not a big deal. It is an Android device and keep that in mind if you are used to iOS devices. They are nothing alike at all.

So far so good!
As a reviewer mentioned earlier, I was a little nervous about buying a refurbished/renewed phone. First of all, the item arrived before the expected delivery date, which was great, but there was some confusion. I expected the Google 3 XL Pixel to be a very large phone. I measured it, and yes, they sent me the right phone. It’s still a nice size phone. I put in the SIM card and it was up and running quick. The clarity and vividness of the photos are a HUGE leap from the old Samsung Galaxy I have. Not sure about battery life yet, but knock on wood it’s good. If this phone continues to work as beautifully as it’s doing on this very first day and the battery doesn’t drain fast, I will be extremely pleased with this item and transaction and say, wow, what a great value.

As if it was freshly bought from Google
I was in the midst of looking for a new phone to replace my old one for a while. However, personally, with the incredibly high prices of smartphones from companies like Samsung, Google, and don’t get me started with Apple. There are other companies out there that produce amazing hardware and software spec phones for low prices. But I stumbled upon Amazon and saw the low price for the refurbish pixels. And I got to say.This phone is amazing! I have read through a couple of other reviews on these phones on how some, unfortunately, didn’t get the chance to have a good experience. Due to problems with the phone itself. I don’t have a problem with the phone itself and so far I didn’t have any problems with the phone, but if you ever do buy a pixel and you start having problems. Be sure to return the product and ask for another one.Everything about the phone from the camera, hardware, up to the user experience its great! I am actually very happy to have this phone. Especially the screen call feature. I LOVE that feature, now I don’t have to pick up a random phone number to figure out who it is.

A protective phone case, but there are better options out there
It’s a nice case that makes the phone feel very protected. I like that it helps keep the pixel’s original styling too.My main complaints are that it seems too expensive for what you get, and that the edges on the side of the screen are too high. This makes it hard to touch the sides of your screen. The finger print reader also isn’t comfortable to use due to the sharp edges. It’s a little too thick on the back for my tastes, but it’s still nice.

Great phone to upgrade to, used but great condition
Bought mine used for about $275 and condition was great, a bit dirty in the creases but very limited scratches.Battery life is great, normal all day use and some gaming (2D basic games and 3D like Mario Kart), makes it a full day with out needing to charge.Had a screen protector already attached.Not crazy about the notch but over all is fine and the screen is still nice and big. Apps run fast and snappy.

Good phone for a fair price from a company that made good on their product. Can’t ask for more .
We received a device that had an issue with the camera. Once I contacted network superstore I had a shipping level within 30 minutes and the new device arrived within 6 days. The new device performed much better and I’d recommend Network Superstore to others. Only thing I wish was better is shipping.

Like New, Amazing Price, Great Phone (for an Android)
Near perfect condition, excellent battery life, absolutely ZERO issues.I know people have reservations about purchasing “renewed” items, but it really all depends on who you buy them from. I have never had an issue with an Amazon Renewed item and the value on the Pixel 3XL is phenomenal.Also, the phone itself, the Pixel 3XL is IMHO the best Android on the market (yes I’m counting the Pixel 4 which offers not much more at 3x the cost)

it is crap. not unlocked. lots of hardware issues and lots of issues.
I bought two…. both refurbished…which usually just means someone returned it and they are fine.the first one will not turn on UNLESS it is plugged in…which is fine unless you are not near a power outlet with a power cord when your phone reboots or is off.the second one…also refurbished… the speaker just stopped working.. didn’t drop, didn’t do anything… just sopped. tried everything… I’ll give it a few more days to “heal” but…. Refurbished with google means “broken”now after 2 months beyond all the the touch screen has stopped working. their answer “push power button, then top and hold the ‘power off” on the screen to boot in to safe mode”…. really!this is the second worst phone I’ve ever had. worst was Nexus 6!!.. but at least they paid me $350 for that messIF YOU BUY ONE.. IMMEDIATELY DO THISa) dont put in sim card. set it up as normal without sim card in!b) once running enable develooper mode. then enable deugging mode **AND** enable OEM UNLOCKINGif you do not you are screwed if something happens becasue as soon as you put in a sim card it locks the phone to that carrier.

Great quality
It’s a great phone especially if you take pictures. The battery life lasts longer than most phones I’ve used. The only downfall is the phone didn’t come with the usual assories including an adapter for headphones but works with Bluetooth headphones.

Bought refurbished. There might be some scratches or whatever, but I haven’t noticed any.Phone itself works great and fast. 4gb ram is lower than most other phones, but I haven’t noticed any downside. If it does have to reload an app due to low ram, it does it quickly enough that it is not really an issue.

Dose not come with everything it says fauls advertising
It had the phone witch I guess is the most important part but I did not open it before I gave it to my 15 year old for his birthday it had the box for the headphones but it was empty had the hook up for the head phone and the booklet on how to use them come to fine out they don’t come with them but why even put that stuff in there

Refurbished yet in great condition overall.
Seems to be functioning quite well. The screen protector is applied a bit “bubbly” but nothing to be concerned over. Screen seems otherwise in excellent condition. A couple small surface defects but that is to be expected and was clearly listed as a possibility. For a used phone it is in great condition. Need to get a sim card delivered so I cant speak on the cellular functionality but wifi and all other functions seem fine.

el teléfono llego y parece nuevo, ni un rasguño, los únicos problemas que puedo encontrar son la batería que da mas o menos de 4 a 6 horas de pantalla y que viene con un cargador de Amazon Basics que no es carga rápida, no se si este influya en la batería. Premium Flagship Phone with out the pricetag
Fast and functional with an amazing camera. There were no scratches or defects with my phone. Took it to get activated at a Metro PCS with no issues. The battery doesn’t last as long as my LG Stylo 4. It does say that the battery may be reduced to 85%. of full capacity so I’ll chalk it up to that. Google Assistant is convenient but not overwhelming. The camera is as advertised. Night Sight mode is ridiculously beautiful. Took a photo in a dark cave and it came out so amazing. All in all it feels good to have premium flagship phone without having to pay full price. Well worth the purchase

The phone works great. Excellent battery life.
Decided to leave Verizon. Great service but too $$$. Have a friend that switched to Mint. Decided to change. My paid for, supposedly unlocked phone was loaded with Verizon apps I could not delete. Bought the Google phone outright. It works just fine. Love the call screening feature. Recently went to Florida on vacation. Don’t think Mint has the coverage of Verizon but at 1/4 the price, worth it.

mostly what was advertised
received a like-new Pixel 3…however it is a Version Pixel 3 (which means the eSIM is disabled 🙁 ) and the bootloader was unlocked…this actively disables features such as Google Pay. Anyway, was able to image the phone with images from Google and re-lock the bootloader. Be careful re-locking the bootloader without knowing if the original images are in place….otherwise, the phone may stop booting.

Phone was in like-new condition
I was a little bit skeptical at buying a used phone from somebody across the country, but let me tell you, this was worth the purchase! The phone actually exceeded my expectations as the glass was super clean there were no big dings anywhere and everything was functional. The battery life was fine, it’s just that a Pixel 3 XL battery just sucks by design. I highly recommend!

Clean and decent shape but for 1 scratch
The negative : There was 1 scratch on the screen. Despite being “renewed”, the seller didn’t repair it, it seems.The positive : It was $400 less than the retail price on this phone, and the scratch is not visible with a screen protector applied. I also noticed the phone had not been charged in 52 days (it was at 40% battery when I powered it up), which means at most someone used this phone for 4 months. I checked the sides and back and found no other damage.A $400 discount for a minor mostly cosmetic flaw was enough that I decided not to take my chances with returning it for another try. It’s an awesome phone otherwise.

Solid unit, good as new
This was an Amazon renewed unit but it arrived looking like brand new. At the price I paid for it, it was a excellent value. Under $400 is the price that Google should have been selling this phone for originally.The Pixel 3 XL is a much better unit than the previous Pixel 2 XL I had owned last. It feels more solid and is faster. It would be even better if Google hadn’t copied Apple’s silly notch at the top. How about some originality Google?My only complaint is that Amazon only gives a 90 day warranty with their renewed products. Why so short? If the unit WAS actually renewed back up to original specs, then it should be offered with the full manufacturer warranty. Does Amazon not have any confidence in their work?

The Google Pixel 3 XL is the best big-screened camera phone you can buy today, one that’s able to capture stunning photos that your friends won’t believe came from a smartphone. Best camera phone, super 6.3-inch OLED display and Solid battery life.The notch is big and Not one hand friendly. Like all pixel models, No microSD or headphone jack.But this amazon renewed product is not that great.. didn’t come with original box or original accessories…looks like used well and not renewed.. phone has visible scratches in the back.

Love this phone after two weeks in.
Really a great phone. First if all, the phone was in excellent shape. Looked new, truly. Great battery life. Very user-friendly. I was worried about purchasing a certified refurbished phone, but so far it works great! I have a full day’s charge. The phone was not in original packaging when it arrived, and did not have all original accessories, such as the two charging cables: USB-C to USB-A (for traditional chargers), as well as a USB-C-to-USB-C or headphones. It had a standard usb charger that was not original, but it was new. Overall a GREAT phone. Very happy with my purchase so far.

This is a Verizon phone!
This is the Verizon version that the bootloader cannot be oem unlocked. IMEI starts with 35 meaning it came from Verizon. The sim card may be unlocked, not the bootloader needed to customize the phone for custom roms for Android enthusiests. IMEI’s that start with 99 are bootloader unlockable and only are sold directly from Google.I’ve already returned two Pixel 3 XL back to Amazon sellers falsely claiming direct Google phones. Most likely all Pixel 3 XL refurbished phones sold on Amazon are from Verizon.

Good Phone
Bought reconditioned phone and I’ve had it for one month and it is working great. Phone came is good condition few minor marks on the case, glass very clean. Love the camera and all the features. It is fast and has lots of storage space even after I loaded all my aps. The wireless charging make it easy to charge, although the quick charge does not seem to be engaged. Maybe that is not an option for this phone. Battery life is excellent, I get over 12 hours on the charge. So far a great option.

Awesome phone for a good price
Got this phone a couple of hours ago and it’s like a brand new phone, only one scuff on the bottom right that I don’t notice at all. The packaging was good and it came on time. The phone works perfectly! The only issue I have is it doesn’t fast charge.

If I didn’t read that it was refurbished I would have never known .
I was very skeptical about buying a refurbished device but the prices of new are just ridiculous so I decided to give a chance , and I’m so happy I did . The device looks visualy flawless , no screen burn at all , it’s only been a few days but the battery is acting like a new battery, speakers are great and Android 10 has been working flawless . My only complaint is the charger it came with , it’s as described but the quality of it isn’t there so it won’t be used . I’ll use the OEM charger I already own .I would definitely and plan on doing business again with this seller . Thank you

Great Phone
This is a great phone for the money. Its practically brand new. I bought it as a backup phone and its looking like its going to be my everyday phone. Overall solid phone
Solid phone, a little less reliable than the pixel 2 xl in my opinion but great none the less. The phone I received has two scratches in the top left and bottom left of the screen which was a bummer. Outside of that everything else works great.For those who are purchasing for Google Fi, don’t rely on being able to use esim when you get the phone. Not sure if it was just the model I received, but I needed to go to Best buy to buy a Fi Sim card to be able to use the phone.
