Poor Connectivity
I returned this phone after two months of use and switched back to my old Galaxy S7. I had repeated dropped calls and poor reception. The old phone is OK in the same location. It is possible that it is more sensitive to overloaded cell towers, but it didn’t work for me. Sorry Google, I’ll shop for another new make.

The phone is awesome..
The phone is awesome and as described but there’s a but. The supplier of the item sent an old crappy charging plug. It’s not a fast charging plug as expected with a pixel purchase. That’s the reason for the 3 stars. I would’ve left a 5 stars review if the supplier would have sent the original equipment or something close.

Great phone, sad battery
Great phone looks brand new. However battery life is abominable. I think that’s just the way the pixel comes though, not due to being a re-ferb.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH ALL CARRIERS!
I purchased this device and tried to activate it with Sprint. When I entered the IMEI number, I was informed: “Sorry, but this phone can’t be activated with Sprint service”. I contacted Sprint Customer Service, and they confirmed with me that this phone is not compatible with Sprint.

Stopped Working Completely After 5 Months
After just 5 months, with no warning, it refuses to turn on or charge or do anything. I did not damage it, no water, no dropping, glass screen protector, fancy Spigen case, and then.. nothing. I’m upset and convinced there was something wrong with it from the ‘renewal.’

Initial update
Only been a few days since I started using this phone. So far loving the phone. Battery life was bad the first day. Ran it completely dead an charged it up over night with an OEM google charger. Been fine ever since. The charger (generic) I got with the phone was a dud. It happens. My work gave us pixels phones when they first came out and I had my gen 1 for 3 or so years and never had an issue with it.I recently got upgraded to the pixel 4 from my gen 1. I like the finger print reader. Camera is of great quality. Battery life is great so far.I wanted the storage so got 128GB. Filled 30 GB on first day.Phone is very fast and easy to use. I like the navigation. Call quality is great too I work in a noisy environment and can hear on the phone clear as day. Will update after 6 months. Going well so far though
Cliente de Amazon –
Excelente compra.

Works great!
Was going to return it because I thought it was scratched up and figured if that’s the case who knows what else is wrong with it. Luckily for me, my gizmo savvy son was here to show me that it was just the protective film and he removed it and no scratches were on the phone. My son loves it and no issues. Hope this helps and I’d like to thank this company for putting out a great product.

More storage, but battery not as long lasting as the 3a
I had a Pixel 3a for two years, which I loved, but needed more storage. So I got this one with 128 mb of storage, which is great! The camera takes wonderful photos, just clean the lens with an alcohol wipe once in a while. My only caution is that the battery life is poor. It can last all day if I am not streaming or using the map app, but otherwise it’s dead by 2:00pm.No facial recognition, unless you mean of faces in photos.

Love Google’s Product but Refurbished Device is Only Decent…
I’ve always been wary of refurbished devices and buying this one (a last ditch effort to keep with the Pixel 3 after my last one fell in a lake) has only continued that cynicism. I love Google’s devices and the Pixel 3 is, in my option, the best of the Pixel lineup. I was desperate to replace my last one despite Google discontinuing the phone thus leading me to purchase this refurbished one from Amazon.I was guaranteed the phone would be in nearly perfect working condition yet I see now that is not the case. I’ll use my phone steadily throughout the day (internet browsing, emails, messages, etc.) but after about 3 hours use, the battery will drop suddenly and steeply to 1%. I will hover there for another hour then die after. RIP.Physically the phone is in great condition — no visible scratches or dents. But the software is wonky. I’m using just under 30% of the device’s storage space so there’s no reason for the battery to give out so poorly but I’ll just chalk that up to my continued bias that refurbished devices are never fully restored.

Arrived with very slight swirl marks on a corner of the screen
Mine had very very slight swirl marks on the screen. My included pic makes it look worse than it really is, but still the product description says that these phones are renewed to like new condition, which this defect prevents that claim from being accurate. Everything else was spotless on my device. I applied a tempered glass screen protector to the screen and now the swirls are unnoticeable, so I’m not going to bother trying to exchange it. I would’ve put the screen protector on even if the glass was perfect anyways. The included USB wall charger is a worthless 5V 2A USB-B charger, so you won’t see any Qualcomm certified QuickCharge action with it. Thankfully, I already had one from my previous device, but having another QC capable charging plug around would’ve been handy, especially since I still plan to use my old phone and it’s QC charger.

Power Button Issue
It was a fantastic phone while it lasted. Unfortunately, that ended up being less than a year. Apparently Pixel 3s have a well-known problem with the power button where it won’t stop pressing even if you don’t touch it. The phone glitched out and restarted repeatedly a few times before I took it in. The shop said it looked great, but two weeks later the constant (and I mean constant) restarting came back. It was basically unusable and I replaced it. I would definitely consider another Pixel model at some point, loved the feel and performance of the phone!

Almost perfect
Received my phone in great cosmetic condition. Only issue I have is the camera. When moving the phone around even slowly. The autofocus and stabilizer make the image jerk and make the picture look torn. I’ve reset the camera settings and it still keeps happening. Based on information I’ve found online it appears the camera module itself is bad on my phone. Not a massive issue, but it does make it hard to take the perfect photo at times. All in all its a great deal but I feel like I got cheated out of a good camera due to the issues I’m having.

The seller is amazing….He allows his customers to have 90 days before being obligated to return the item as a result I fell in love with the phone & it became my old faithful phone so I said this is my phone!!The only problem with the phone… The battery isn’t that great

Scratches on screen
I am enjoying this phone after using an iPhone 6s for a year. It has many great features and I’ve always loved Android’s. The clarity and photos are so much better especially with the now blur background. My only issue was that after removing the clear paper from the front I noticed all the tiny scratches.

Used doesn’t mean bad. Great value for the money!
Had a scratch on the screen, but every else was fine. At half the price of a new phone, it is a great value. So far no major issues to report, and I am very happy with the purchase.
