It works well
I replaced a whirlpool with this because it looked like it was very close to the same controls and overall look. It lives up to that expectation but it feels like a cheap car when operating the controls and operating the door. For the price, I can’t complain.

Items were missing
Important items were missing. We called GE and they said they’d deliver the missing item in three days. 11 days later it did not arrive. We called and they were very nasty as saying we needed to PAY to receive the missing item. They later claimed they had sent it 7 days after they said they had not probably to get us to pay to ship it. I’ll believe it when I see it. I will never again trust GE.

Poor quality
I am very disappointed with this microwave. Our old microwave was 6 years old and stopped working due to a surge caused by lightning. We ordered the exact same microwave with same model #, because we were very happy with the old one. This new one is of poor quality.

Very disappointed
I needed to replace my over the range microwave and was limited in selection due to measurements. It did not come with an operating manual. The buttons are hard to press. Sometimes I have to press more than once for a number to appear. The cheap tinfoil grate underneath keeps falling out when I open and close the door When I put food in and set the time but wait to push start until I am ready for it to cook, it not only cancels the time that I input but I have to remove the food and put it back in. Ridiculous. It did not come with a charcoal filter but I don’t know if that is something you always have to purchase separately. If that’s the case, it is very inconvenient since you need it. I will probably replace it soon. Total waste of money.

Not working
I loved the microwave it. Looked like the one we took out . It was put in everything lit up for a few hours, however we never got to use it. Got up in the AM and the lights was out and we haven’t been able to get it to work. I was going to try to get someone to look at it( such a hassle to send back ) but couldn’t find anyone . So I will be call Amazon to see what to do.
