Q: Does work with a Comcast/Cable/Verizon/Xfinity/Spectrum/Fios remote?
A: You have to use two remotes; Use the Feihe remote for volume countries and to turn it off. Use your Comcast/Cable/Verizon/Xfinity/Spectrum/Fios remote control for everything else,the network providers do not recognize the manufacturer.Model number of TV was not able to be found.
Q: How to use the antenna with Feihe 19 inch tv?
A: It all depends on your local reception and where the TV is located in the house（Closer to the window works better）in order to pick up a signal. Use an indoor antenna, but only receive several channels if you live close to mountains and have poor reception without a dish or cable. Other areas, with an antenna are more successful. When the signal is strong the picture is good!
Q: TV not compatible with our cable TV provider?
A: First: The cable box needs to support the CEC function
Second: Then the cable box should be set to open the CEC function
Third: TV under HDMI channel, select MENU->OPTION->HDMI CEC->Select the last DeviceList, search for CEC support
Search for the channel, then use Feihe’s remote control to remote control the TV box.
Q: What if the TV speaker does not work, the screen is broken (or Black / Blue Vertical Line), or the remote control does not work?
A: Please contact the seller in time.

When we turned on it was very light not good color but after we played with it it got better ….we were going to get another one but now it is fine. it took a while to get it right.

Poor pix quality
I bought this TV because it had a pedestal base but I see now they changed it to 2 edge stands.First off the color quality is poor and if you try to adjust it, you can’t get a true flesh tone. Always has a green cast to it. Plus some TV channels will have no audio at all so if you screw around long enough with the remote, you might restore it until you change the channel again.The audio is not bad but don’t try to adjust the bass or treble because they do nothing at all to change the sound.I’ve owned a local TV shop for over 45 years and know how to set up any TV but this set is just cheap junk.By the way I returned the first identical TV and the replacement has all the same problems.

Works great in our RV. Just be weary – it needs 12-12.5V exactly and no higher. If you feed it higher, you may blow out the audio amp inside.

Great TV
We were really leery about ordering this tv with all the negative reviews but decided to take a chance. So glad we did. The picture is very clear and the colors are vibrant. The sound is great. Lots of reviewers said it sounded like a tin can but this sound is perfect – no need to hook up to speakers. We purchased this for the kitchen, to replace a 19″ Phillips that conked out after many years. The size is perfect for our countertop. It’s nice and compact. without a lot of bulk. The fact that you can take this along while traveling is definitely a plus. It comes with the cord that plugs into your car, boat or RV. And, the screen does tilt for different viewing angles. My husband just loosened the two screws on the stand a little and voila! We don’t have cable and just use the antenna and firestick. Both play without a problem. Scanning with the antenna picked up over 60 channels alone. Only one minor concern – No where on this tv or the instructions does it list the Feihe brand name, just ATSC. Otherwise, very happy with this purchase!

Fits 18 inch horizontal space, very good picture
Very good picture. Also works on 12 volts (car), adapter provided. I purchased this because it fit the space I had available. Remote = fair, rudimentary. Sound is good. Reception from off air is very good. I would purchase this brand again.

Bad design, TV turns on every time it’s connected to 12V
Every time TV is powered, it’ll turn on, doesn’t matter if it was turned off prior to disconnecting power. Very annoying if TV is wired to a breaker panel that also powers other appliances, because you have to manually turn it off. Tech support was useless.

Lousy Electronic Guide/Channel List
Great Picture, nice remote. But when using with antenna it fails to utilize the guide information in a usable sensible way that easily lets you know what shows are available to watch.Remote button labeled “CH LIST” only shows available channels and Network affiliation. No information on the show currently on.Remote button labeled EPG gives you the show you are currently watching, and shows coming on later to that channel, and only that channel.There is no way to see what is showing on every available channel at the present time like on my Samsung.

Works with Dish Network remote
With a Dish Network remote (54.0) and the “learn commands” feature of the remote, was able to program Dish Remote from the included remote. Now I just have one remote for channels, volume (up and down) and power. Perfect for my application. Now, let’s see how long it lasts …..

Very very low sound
I have the volume turned up to 85 and still not much sound. I have tried all the options still not good. I think there is something wrong with the TV. I wish I could return it, but got rid of the box

TV is mediocre at best.
I got this TV to put in a small camper, so it’s not a primary use TV for sure. The real only redeeming value here is that it runs off of 12v and includes a 12v plug (cig plug). Other than that, there are way better TV’s out there for less money than this if you don’t need any of the 12v stuff.The sound quality on this tv is horrendous. It is muffled and flat. Luckily, our little camper has a sound system that I plan to use for sound instead. So, it gets a pass.The picture is not great. In fact, out of the box the picture is really bad. However, with some adjustments in the menu it can be made better. For some reason it has a “noise reduction” mode which, from what I can tell, all it does is make the picture softer by blurring the edges. So, turn that off. Then it’s so oversaturated that you might need to turn down the contrast a touch and the color a bit. That should help it improve.Lastly, I needed to mount this thing to the camper wall. The two top M4 screws on the mount would go in just fine. However, the two bottom ones would not. They turned in about 1/8 inch and would stop. Looking inside the screw hole shows something in the way.The pros here are that it is small enough to fit in our small camper, it does have a full HD screen (many TV’s this size are only 720p), and it is 12v which is kinda hard to find.Overall, not a good experience with this TV. I have another week to decide to return it or keep it so, we’ll see.

It’s Okay
Works well, but it’s what you paid for… an inexpensive TV. Sound and picture for a few nights camping is better than i expected. Pairing it with my phone was the difficult part, I finally used a firestick. Probably buying a more expensive smart TV would have been less hassle hooking it up, but I’m happy for the cost.

Piece of crap. Not a smart tv.
Don’t waste money on this set. Remote issues and antenna issues even though I gave to someone who doesn’t have cable. Defeats the purpose of the antenna to start. Bought a separate antenna cause the one included did nothing. Display fades out after 30 seconds and then you have to start over. 5 channels picked up at best after scanning several times. Remote should have a easy scan feature. Just spent hours on the phone trying to set this TV up. Not worth the hassle. Kick in another couple hundred and get a better TV.

Awesome TV
This is an excellent tv with an amazing picture quality accompanied by great sound. It has a better picture than my Samsung! They give you plenty of options with the tv. I got for the grandkids because I don’t have DVD players in my minivan. Personally, I am glad because they are too small. Because they provide a cigarette adapter, I am able to use the TV in the van and paired it with a portable DVD player with a USB. Now instead of bickering, crying or complaining kids I have a happy bunch. Thank God they all like the same movies…………Thanks Harry PotterNow when the TV is in the house, I use it on my nightstand. the clarity and picture are both excellent quality. I have a variety of choices to watch the things I like. I obvious use the electric cord accompanied by a modern picture framed antenna. I am happy and the kids are happy, so I call that a huge win.I would recommend this for indoor and outdoor use as long as it is under cover from the weather.

Great little TV for the RV
This is a simple yet great addition to the RV. Having the option of 110V or 12V is defiantly a good feature. It does tilt on the stand but we are going attach it to a wall mount so we won’t be using the stand anyways.

Bad quality
Overall I was verry disappointed in this display, the colors and resolution were both terrible and very disappointing for the list price of this.Also I had another issue that it randomly shuts off, I have since contacted the seller and I will update this if I can get this resolved
