Q: Does work with a Comcast/Cable/Verizon/Xfinity/Spectrum/Fios remote?
A: You have to use two remotes; Use the Feihe remote for volume countries and to turn it off. Use your Comcast/Cable/Verizon/Xfinity/Spectrum/Fios remote control for everything else,the network providers do not recognize the manufacturer.Model number of TV was not able to be found.
Q: How to use the antenna with Feihe 19 inch tv?
A: It all depends on your local reception and where the TV is located in the house（Closer to the window works better）in order to pick up a signal. Use an indoor antenna, but only receive several channels if you live close to mountains and have poor reception without a dish or cable. Other areas, with an antenna are more successful. When the signal is strong the picture is good!
Q:TV not compatible with our cable TV provider?
A: First: The cable box needs to support the CEC function
Second: Then the cable box should be set to open the CEC function
Third: TV under HDMI channel, select MENU->OPTION->HDMI CEC->Select the last DeviceList, search for CEC support
Search for the channel, then use Feihe’s remote control to remote control the TV box.
Q: What if the TV speaker does not work, the screen is broken (or Black / Blue Vertical Line), or the remote control does not work?
A: Please contact the seller in time.

Fantastic
This tv was purchased to keep me company on the kitchen. I love it!! It is perfect. The picture is impeccable. Sound is fine for a kitchen. No complaints. The DVD players works great and my CDs play well also. This TV replaced my undercounter TV that I had prior to my kitchen renovation. Please be confident when purchasing this TV. As a matter a fact, a friend of mine teased me for purchasing a TV/DVD Combo player. The next day the wifi was out in the whole area for 24 hours. No internet. Well I popped my DVDs in and watched movies for hours. I called my friend who could not watch tv because he had no wifi. I told him I was watching movies on my DVD player during the outage. Who’s laughing now? : ) Go on and buy it. You will be so glad you did.

Great portability, easy to hook up and use
Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is picture quality. It is not bad, by any means, but most of us are pretty spoiled by the quality of our every day tvs. So when it comes to that, you’ll notice the difference. But unless you’re using it as a dual monitor and it’s next to a comp with amazing quality, you won’t notice it for long.

Ok for price
Good for price, needed a dvd in TV for ease of use. Looks A bit small19”, should of ordered large one but was for RV tiny space. Picture good, very light weight.. will see how it stands up!

Perfect fit

You block channels they come right back audio goes off for a few seconds at will some channels are clear picture others or not

Easy Peasy
It came today and within 10 minutes, I had it working. The hardest thing for me was attaching the legs and that’s only because I was using the wrong screw driver! Upon plugging it in, there immediately was a wizard that walked me through the setup which took less than 5 minutes. Hoping this will last for awhile. Would recommend it.

LOVE this tv. Great sound and picture from all angles. Yes, you need 2 remotes- one included for on/off and the cable for everything else. Well worth it- perfect for my kitchen so ignore the info regarding the remotes that cannot be used.

Tinny Sound!
Nice compact TV/DVD combo, but the sound is so bad as to be annoying. Very tinny. Might be ok for an RV or something similar, but not for use in a home.

Good basic functionality
This little TV is great for situations where you’re not going to be paying super close attention to what you’re watching. I’ve been using it while using the treadmill and it works well for that. I wouldn’t want to use it as a primary TV. I just wanted something for the basement to stream TV while exercising. I didn’t want something too expensive because I worry about basement flooding (never happened before, but you never know). The TV is affordable compared to a tablet with a large screen. The picture quality isn’t great, but it’s tolerable.

Picture unviewable except from a level sitting position. “Included antenna” missing.
Bought the TV for my truck camper. Glad that I also bought a tilting articulated mount because it has to be mounted high and the picture completely washes out to make it unviewable from a lower angle sitting position. Very disappointed with the picture quality as it’s by far the worst LED TV I’ve seen. Also, the manual talks about an “included antenna” which was missing. Who do I contact to replace the missing antenna? There was no indication in the users manual of who to contact with problems or missing parts.Dealer responded with excuses like the manual is generic and brochure that referred to antennas provided was not applicable to this TV. Avoid this seller by all means.

Perfect picture
We purchased this small TV for our seasonal RV. The TV had to be of a certain size. The chairs we use to view the TV are quite far away. The picture on the TV is amazing. Bright and clear. Sound quality is excellent as well. I would recommend this TV.
