Its not the perfect one but it is a Nice one
Has a nice sound and a nice resolution, the keystone auto adjustment its pretty good as well, the only problem its when connected with the phone using miracast, it does not show anything, its pitch black only sound, this issue its resolved if you use a Roku stick or a google crhomecast, that is the only negative thing, also i have discover that sound from certain shows like GOT on HBO and some Disney + programs, so you have use sound with description

Wifi Issues
I have recently contacted yaber support for help with connecting to my home wifi but until i can get it working, 1 star.I have confirmed my home wifi password from my wifi app and cellphone but it does not work for connecting to the wifiEdit: Changing my review to 3 stars, the customer service has been very helpful in helping find a solution but still not working just yetEdit2: Customer Service helped resolve my issues, good customer service – thank you

Updated: figured it out!
Works perfectly and I’ve already used it to play rocket League with my friends. The only thing that isn’t perfect is I can’t get the wireless android screen cast to work. But other than that, works swimmingly. If I could give it 4.5 I would but it doesn’t appear I’m able to give half ratings.Updated to 5 because I figured out the screen casting

It’s pretty good for a mini projector^^
The picture quality is pretty good for a mini projector, and the sound quality is really good and loud as well.The reason I returned this is cause it’s so annoying, for some reason every single night whenever I use this, it always has new dark spots that I have to keep on cleaning out every night before using it, and it’s a big pain for me to unmount it every night to clean it again and again till there’s no more dark spots. My bedroom isn’t even dusty.The new projector I got is mounted on the same spot this one was mounted at and my new one rarely ever gets any dark spots at all. I do like that this mini projector has electric focus.Would I recommend this? I’d say give it a try. If you’re more picky like me with picture quality then I’d recommend getting another projector with at least 500 ANSI, which seems to make a good difference in picture quality, at least from what I’ve notice. Like I said earlier, this is really good for a mini projector, and for the price as well. As seen in two of the photos, the picture quality is pretty good.

Not bad for the price

I caught it for $40.00 off so it was around 109.00. You can’t manually adjust the screen size so if your projector screen is 80” or smaller you have to move the projector closer. If it’s larger you can move it further away. The focus is minimal. I had a hard time mirroring my iPhone. The firestick works well and is easy it connect. The speaker is loud. The machine is quiet! I guess I need to download an app to mirror my phone. I’ll play around with it some more. The picture is clear so that’s what really matters!

pretty bright even outside
works fantastic inside, but was bought primarily for outdoor use. You can see it faintly about 30min before sunset outside and the quality is excellent at dark. great picture quality, very sharp clear image. I’ve been using it for a little more than a month for about 4 hours on average a night and it is still working very well.

Excellent Product
The Yaber is easy to set up and the picture is of an excellent quality. I use it with a screen and Firestick and the picture is as clear as it would ever be. The sound is better than any TV and it does not require a sound bar. The quality of the picture superb. However I had some problems with the focus. Each time I contacted the customer service of the Yaber, they were very responsive. Eventually they replaced the projector. My family and friends are very happy with our projector. It is the center of our evening activity.Thank you Yaber – excellent product – very responsive to the needs of your customers.

Easy to understand and set up, perfect size for my application
Using this as part of a Zoom connection for an online club meeting. Very easy to set up and connect. Have not used the more sophisticated features–probably will rarely use those features in my application. Very visible projector image for those in the club room. Others in the club should be able to connect this device in my absence.

First Review but totally worth it!!!
I got this projector a few months ago, and I noticed the screen showed a yellow light when playing. I was very disappointed because I love this projector. I reached out to the company, and they explained to me what could have happened and why this projector was showing that yellow light. It was because it wasn’t getting enough ventilation. Luckily, they sent me a new one, and now I have the best Movie theater at home! I recommend you guys this projector!

Stop your search, this thing is worth it
HIGHLY RECOMMEND, 4.95 Stars. If you’re reading this, you’re probably looking for an inexpensive projector and are overwhelmed with the the options between the $100-$200 range. This is a good one. Definitely worth the value and I’ve been enjoying movies and TV on a 110” projector screen. Here’s what you can realistically expect from this projector:Description says image is good for up to 200” but is ideal around 70”. I find the quality still enjoyable at 110”, but wouldn’t expect it to be great at 200”.The projector is very easy to set up, two dials adjust focus and keystone. Because this is a pretty inexpensive model, it lacks a few options in this regard. The keystone dial can only adjust so far, and can only adjust vertically, so this unit must be centered horizontally with your screen, and pretty close to centered vertically. I don’t mind this at all because the projector is lightweight and I like to set it up wherever, whenever, but if you’re looking to set this up as your home theater and mount it to the ceiling and cast the image far down, you’re shopping in the wrong price range. This projector also does not feature a Zoom function, so your distance between screen and projector is the only thing determining your image size. Be prepared for to be flexible with your projector/screen placement.Other notes:- sound quality: very good, I do like to plug in speakers for outdoor movie nights though-fan noise: quite acceptable-picture quality: very good, clear image in dark basement, and still good enough to watch movies outside at night in the city. (Has to be AT NIGHT)-video quality: very good, not a perfect frame rate and you can still see a little “skipping” sometimes but you’re not looking to replace your 90” LED TV, you’re shopping for a $100 big screen.-build quality: sleek, elegant, intuitive, lightweight-Audio/Video Ports: everything you need, would have liked to see an optical audio output, but realistically, it’s not often I’d be plugging into a surround sound system, so the auxiliary audio output works fine for my needs. The HDMI ports offer a very firm connection which at first gave me issue because I didn’t realize they weren’t connected all the way.Packaging: very good. No headaches opening this thing and the box and padding are good enough that I continue to use it as my travel case.I love this projector!

Auto Image Tuning is a Gamechanger
My second projector and I love the ease of use!Easily my favorite aspect of the Yaber ACE K1 is its ability to automatically focus and position the image depending on what you are projecting onto. From the bedroom wall to the ceiling or even the garage door the ACE K1 quickly and precisely digitally focuses the image removing the need for manual knob turning, etc. to get a crisp picture. It adds to an already extremely user-friendly product that takes less than a few minutes to set up.The picture quality is very good for a product in this price range ($40-$500). Outputting native 1080p the projector has a classic look that looks great in any room. The built-in HIFI 15w speaker also sounds fantastic (although, I typically still utilize third-party speakers). Data transmission is not a problem as both WIFI 5G and 6 are supported as well as Bluetooth 5.0.I primarily use this projector in my bedroom and have been pleasantly surprised by how quiet it is while running. This is in line with its IP5X dustproof fully enclosed optical core that preserves picture quality throughout the life of the product by eliminating internal dust accumulation.Two things I think could be improved upon are the inclusion of some type of carrying/transport system (e.g., case), which could be helpful especially if you frequently project outdoors. And true Bluetooth compatibility with the included remote. Both issues are minor and do not at all take away from the excellent quality of the ACE K1.

Proyector de buena calidad para cine en casa.
Es bueno para cinema durante la noche con poca luz y obviamente sin luz es fantastico. Falta decodificador para audio ac3 en formato de video 4k. Falto soporte dolby atmos de audio. Bluetoth y miracast para reflejar pantalla de phone y tablet funcionó bien. Es buen sistema de wifi6 para coneccion a internet. Es poco ligero y un tanto pesado no recomiendo para usarlo portatil. Yo le he fijado en el techo de mi sala de estar y juegos. Sus 650 lumenes ansi se aprecian bien y es todavia decente en condiciones de poca luz. Sin embargo en condición de luz con salas muy iluminadas no es para este tipo de condición y debe tenerlo en cuenta antes de comprar. Para condiciones de luz con gran iluminación natural de dia os recomiendo un proyector de 2500 lumens ansi para arriba. Logré proyectar 120″ a una distancia de unos 3.5 metros. Mi sala mide 7 metros y le he colocado en el techo al centro pq puedo girarlo y proyectar en ambas paredes laterales. Creo que es un precio muy justo con el descuento por 375 usd. Con respecto a su sistema y mando es muy comodo y responde bien desde cualquier angulo. No incluyeron pilas para el mando y se deben conseguir por aparte. El keystone y la corrección de enfoque se hacen automatica y también se puede hacer manual a gusto de cada quien. Es agradecido con el enfoque y corrección automatica y de calidad muy buena en materiales con certificación para polvo. Es sellado la lente para evitar puntos negros o gran mantenimiebto de limpueza evitado. Para disfrutarlo como un smart proyector solo conecta un dongle o fire tv o un buen tv box por puerto hdmi y obtendras todas tus aplicaciones de streaming para ver peliculas videos y juegos etc. El audio debe configurarse en el fire tv para que sea compatible y escuche en las bocinas del proyector. Que de hecho tiene un audio decente y justo para una sala o cuarto grande. Aunque se tiene la posibilidad de conectarlo a un parlante externo o barra de sonido a traves de bluetoth para mejorar y tener sonido envolvente mejorado. Pero desde sus propias bocinas no está mal se escucha bien incluso llevandolo a su maxima potencia. El panel de control de botones en el proyector es iluminado y se agradece para usarlo de noche en la oscuridad. Aunque yo usaré mejor mandos de fire tv y del proyector pues no subiré al techo a hacer configuraciones y ocuparlo y es tambien bueno que con el mando se pueda hacer todo. En general es buen proyector y de alto brillo con buena calidad en su construcción y sonido.

High Quality, Great Price, Excellent Customer Service
The original projector I received had debris on the back of the focus lens which left spots on the projected image. I contacted Yaber customer support, and immediately got a response from Gene. Gene was extremely apologetic and provided a video to assist with cleaning lens, but unfortunately where the debris was located it couldn’t be reached. After trying to remedy the issue and was unsuccessful, I asked for an exchange. Gene responded to my exchange request with tracking information for a new projector. New projector arrived and as you can see the quality and image is excellent! Im so thankful for the quick response and constant communication from Gene at Yaber’s customer support.

The image is great quality and so is the size. The only thing I would’ve wanted extra in this projector was 4D keystone adjustment but it does have keystone just not all 4 corners. Also the fan is not loud at all and the volume is great

This is the BEST projector out for the value !
Lemme just say this projector is the best projector I have ever purchased. This projector is very bright, the picture is full 1080p and 4k SUPPORTED this projector is not 4K but the picture is very good. My install is ceiling mounted, BUT They say you can’t ceiling mount these but the truth of the matter is underneath the rubber feet there are m5 screws that can be screwed in to a bracket. The speakers built in are exceptional!. For the size of the speaker it sounds pretty good, can get pretty loud and pretty crisp, no distortion and it has a headphone port and offers Bluetooth connectivity. This projector also is able to Airplay via apple and android devices. The airplay is pretty good, I found that it does have one tiny weakness. At airplay it shows up but it doesn’t show up as clear as hdmi or external input, not terrible thoThe setting on the projector are very easy to manage and can set the keystone by corner and tells you the degree as you adjust. Depending on your screen you can adjust the size, keystone by corner and focus by remote. The auto keystone is a good feature BUT if you have an odd angle it may not calibrate and adjust affectively you will need to do this manually. Now the autofocus is very good, there is a camera in front of the projector to give you the best focus possible. You can also focus this manually on the remoteOverall I have to say very good for the money and the best 1080p projector for the moneyIf you are looking for a home theatre starter projector with exceptional features this is a good buy

Loud vent/fan!

Overall, I like the quality of the image from this projecor, and everything looks perfect except for the sound of the vent fan!! It’s louder than expected. I don’t mean it’s loud enough to be heard from the other rooms, but loud enough to cause a headache when you have the projector on for a significant amount of time. I expect projectors to be either noiseless or with a much lower level of noise than this one. Did anyone else have this issue? And is there anyway to mitigate this?

Overall an excellent product at this price point.
The Yaner 5500LUX is excellent at this price point and you should not hesitate to get one. That being said level set your expectations based on your requirements, this is a sub <$200 projector and must be used in a very dark environment to get the best experience, decent office projectors start at $399 and very good home movie projectors are north of $500 and can be in the thousands if you’re a videophile. I find it interesting when I read reviews of people calling products junk or giving the item 1 star when they are spending what amounts to a fraction of what a bulb costs in the high-end projectors but expect it to perform like a $1000+ projector. It’s like buying a station wagon to race F1 not going to happen.We do a lot of outdoor(nighttime) backyard movies on the weekends but not enough to warrant spending money on the higher end projectors. Over the years I’ve owned similar class projectors (<$200) that my kids use to display games or cartoons on. The last backyard projector (ERISAN PDW001W($100) projects onto a portable 100” screen, we used that projector for 5 years and it has paid for itself many times over considering what it costs to take a family to the movies these days.The issue I had with the older generation Erisan was the middle of the image was sharp and in focus but the image surrounding the middle to the outer edges of the screen always seemed to be slightly out of focus and texts from certain movie scenes (someone reading a letter or document in the movie) were sometimes unreadable, the other issue I ran into was that certain streaming Apps from the Roku would not play audio and so I suspect there were issues with HDMI encoding on the older projector. Due to these shortcomings and the occasional grumblings from my home movie audience I decided to search for another projector that would overcome these issues without going to the next class of projectors and break my budget.I came across the Yaner 5500LUX and decided to take a chance given all the spec where years ahead of my older projector. 4000:1 vs 800:1 and 800x480 vs 1280x720p native resolution, supporting 1920x1080p.We watched Ford vs Ferrari and was relieved that the picture was clear, bright and in focus from middle to edge with no image blur during fast action scenes. The attached images don't do it justice since the images were taken 25 ft away with my phone. I won’t go over what the other positive reviews mentioned but overall, we were impressed with the image considering they were giving a discount making the subtotal $110.One small improvement they can make is increase the resistance in the manual Keystone slider. On my unit it was a bit too loose so when adjusting I had to gingerly turn the dial to get it the required setting but very minor issue.The unit has a 3-year warranty which is extremely generous at this price given that I have a Samsung tv that cost 20x this and had issues after the 1-year warranty expired. The company will gift you 1 of 4 bonus items just for registering by email with them (I chose the Anycast adapter). Overall, an excellent product at this price point. 30 people found this helpful

Amazing Resolution!!!

The projector is so much better than a previous one that I had bought from a different brand. I had to purchase a Roku stick for it but it’s ok because it works better than those projectors that already come with a smart tv installed. The colors of the display can be changed but not the brightness. However it does make a huge difference. I keep mine on the cool setting. It also connects so easily to my Marshall Woborn II speaker, every time I turn the projector on it automatically connects to it. I’m definitely keeping this one and not going for the Nebula capsule 3 by Anker. I’m only using it for watching movies and YouTube so I’ll be fine. Also I don’t think I need a projector screen with this because the picture overall looks pretty good.

Amazing Alternative to a TV
I just bought a house (!!!!!) and was trying to figure out how in the world I was going to get a TV big enough for my bedroom. My bedroom is very long so the distance from where I’d watch the tv to the wall is huge. Saw some ideas on tik tok about using a projector and this one had great reviews about the picture so I jumped in when there was a sale. It looks SOOOOOO good! I only use smart sticks so I didn’t care that it didn’t have smart functionality. I also use speakers so didn’t think I’d care about the audio quality but it’s good anyway! It has great volume control! And the sound of the projector itself is about as loud as a standup fan. Overall an AMAZING buy. Especially for the value I got ($300).Oh and don’t forget to take off the film from the lens. I watched a lot of tv with it on there and it still looked good but felt stupid when I realized I left it on there. Ha!

Get it, you won’t regret it
Really digging this projector. I’ve had an Epson 2150 for around 5 years and love the image and colors from that projector. But my girlfriend dumped me and kept all my stuff so I have to start over from scratch in my new place. First I tried to go super cheap with a sub $70 projector that had some positive reviews. It was… “Okay”. The colors were nice but the resolution just wasn’t there. It was listed as a native 1080p projector but didn’t look that crisp to me. Only the center of the image was even in proper focus and was still a little smudgy.I really wasn’t all that happy with it so I returned it and went with a more expensive one with the Yaber Ace K1. So happy I did that. Well worth the extra dough and it’s still pretty inexpensive compared to the big boys like Epson and BenQ. But the image this machine produces is fantastic. Very crisp and detailed 1080p that actually looks like HD and the colors are superb. Brightness is good at a listed 650L but I have a light controlled room so that’s never been an issue for me even when the cheaper projector.Aside from a great image, the user interface is very nice and the 4-point keystone feature is awesome. I have no problem whatsoever getting the projection to fit perfectly on my screen. And I’m a bit OCD when it comes to that. It’s got to fit perfectly or I can’t watch the movie. Probably one of the reasons my girl left me. Focusing is easy as well as you can use the remote to focus and stand right up next to the screen to make sure it’s sharp.So unless you’re looking at a 4k projector, then there’s no reason not to pick this one up. For the price, it’s one of the best values out there as you’re getting an image on par with far more expensive units. And I’d recommend avoiding all those sub $100 projectors. I know it’s tempting but you won’t be happy and will probably end up buying a more expensive one soon so just skip ahead and get it now.

Replacement works fine.
Update: Replacement unit works good. Picture is pretty good.Has dark spots in picture. One about 1.5″ and other about .25″. It’s not on the projector screen and it’s not something on the outside of the lense.Contacted yaber support received 1 response asking for more details. Replied but no response back yet after almost 2 days. Looking like I just need to return and try a different brand.When I opened the box I noticed that there was no protective bag over projector like unboxing videos. Cables were a mess and power cord had bent prong. Think someone returned it because of dark spots and they sold it again. At this point I wouldn’t recommend this projector or seller.

Yaber is a top of the line brand that competes with Epson and Sony
I decided to upgrade to a 4k projector after using the Yaber Y30 for 3 years and decided to take a look at what products they might have in this area. The Ace K1 ticked all the boxes I was looking for, and then some. I’ve had it for about 20 days and it’s been a huge hit.The many features of this projector really set it above the rest in the same price range. 4k support, auto focus, auto keystone correction, dustproof sealed enclosure, improved cooling & Wifi connectivity. Trying to get an Epson with these features would break the bank, while other generic competitors would result in a sacrifice in brightness, quality, or color accuracy. This really makes the Ace K1 a perfect midrange pick for a home theater experience that anyone can afford.Speaking of color, it is one of the two things that completely amazed me with this projector. The color gamut is very superior to any projectors older than two to three years, even expensive ones. The color spectrum is more vivid and the blacks are darker, even with the high-brightness of the projector that can easily be used with all the lights on. I actually had to turn down the brightness half way because we were simply not used to it. The second thing that amazed me was the sound quality from the built-in speakers. When I showed my wife she asked if we got a new soundbar, but it was just the projector! The sound quality is very good, even if most of us will be using surround sound.The enclosure itself is very sophisticated, check out my pictures, it has an aluminum front and a carpeted top. Overall it feels high quality and is visually impressive. You can also see the two sensors that allow it to auto focus / keystone correct, which is a really cool feature to have.I really can’t recommend this projector enough. I don’t usually review things, but I want people to make informed decisions. So if you’re looking for 4k support, keystone correction, and ultra-bright picture with darker blacks, this is the projector for you.A quick warning for anyone upgrading, if you have an automatic projector screen that connects into the power supply of the projector to know when it powers on, you may need an adaptor, but they’re easy to find so don’t worry about it being incompatible.

Absolutely fantastic projector!!!
I did a fair amount of research (reading reviews, videos, looking at specs) before deciding on this particular one. I threw it in my wish list and kept checking back on it. I pulled the trigger when I found it 40% off and set it up immediately after receiving it. I was confused at first because no matter what I did, after ceiling mounting it, I could not get the bottom half of the screen in focus. Lots of trouble shooting and a conversation with customer support lead us both to the conclusion it was a defective projector. They sent me a new one and I immediately set that up with absolutely zero issues! The replacement one works like a dream.Picture Quality: Native 1080p as advertised. I would highly recommend pairing it with a proper projection screen, and not on a white, painted wall. The menu’s inside Roku aren’t as clear, but don’t let that deter you. The actual content is crisp and clear.Auto Keystone: Not the best. I immediately turned mine off and did a manual keystone. Much more accurate that way.Auto Focus: Works great, but triggers itself too often. Once you have your focus set, and you’re happy with it, just turn it off. The projector won’t be moving, so there’s no point in having it constantly reset itself.650 ANSI Lumens: As far as I can tell, without testing equipment, this is accurate. I have two overhead lights with unfortunate placement almost above my screen, so I do need to keep my lights off when viewing content, but I also prefer it that way.The original $500 price is absolutely fair, and had I not caught it on sale, would have been happy to pay that price. This is advertised as a mobile projector, and it is, but I recommend doing a permanent install. It’s that good.

First time buying a projector for my room. :)Pros:- compact and pretty design- loud and clear quality- easy to connect to WiFi / Bluetooth- image is crisp! Pretty high definitionCons:- fan is pretty loud- CAN’T airplay/screen mirror Netflix, Max, Hulu, Disney+, Crunchyroll due to HDCP Standard Definition. When I try to play anything it will show the error. Only YouTube works :/ I bought this to just watch through my iPad. I will sadly be returning.

Great picture and features!

I was pleasantly surprised by this projector. The image can get very large without losing sharpness. It runs smoothly and quietly, you can cast straight from your phone, and it has pretty good keystone adjustment. Moreover, it has a really nice and flexible focus you can control from the remote. The 70%-100% zoom is a great feature for adjusting the screen size without having to get the physical distance exactly perfect. It’s pretty bright for the price point, but you won’t be watching outside during board daylight or anything. It does have a tripod screw port on the bottom, though you can’t tell from the pictures on the ad.

Amazing company, Fantastic projector!!!
If you are in the market for a digital projector and like me spent weeks trying to decide which one I am here to tell you that this is THE one!!! We bought this for our sons birthday and for occasional business use (with our sons permission of course). It was not the cheapest and not the most expensive either but let me tell you worth every penny!!!First thing we tried was Netflix from my phone. You do need a separate adapter (type C to HDMI) but I already had one. Worked like a charm. Latter that evening we hooked up the DVD player and watched Spiderman Into the Spiderverse projected on the wall. Oh my gosh it looks fantastic in a dark room. Our wall isn’t even white and it looked great. Everything we where hoping for!The next day on his own with no help from us my son hooked up his Nintendo switch and was having a blast.One little point if you have kids explain to them to use the focus wheel gently. At first my son tried to project it on a surface way too close and in trying to focus the unit he jammed the wheel but pushing it too hard trying to focus. I unjammed it and it was fine. Not the machines fault at all. He had just never used a projector before and didn’t realize you can’t be too close and the wheel doesn’t turn 360.It is very very easy to use. Looks spectacular in a dark room. Is it super high end? Of course not but do believe what others are saying about it because it is very nice and worth the price.Now here is an important concideration this company has your back. When you get your projector there is a note explaining who to contact for suport if you have a problem. Well our unit had a tiny piece of dirt or a flaw I am not sure which inside the machine that was being projected on the screen. It didn’t bother my son at all and he didn’t want to part with the projector to return it but my husband found it distracting. So I contacted the company as per their instructions and they offered multiple options for resolution for us to choose from. In the end we opted to return the unit for a new one because it is awesome.So this long review is not paid for in any way infact I very rarely write reviews. By the way I am the wife of the person whose account this is. My husband has way better grammar LOL. But really this is a really nice easy to use projector backed up with fantastic customer service! I hope that helps some one to make thier decision and ease their mind a little.The little YABER projector is a winner 🙂

Surprisingly good quality, especially for this price point.
I was very pleasantly surprised. We’ve only used it once but the picture was very clear, it was easy to adjust the focus. It works as a rear projector just as well as a front projector. We were able to connect it to our Bluetooth speakers and got clear sound with no lag. Highly recommend especially for the price pointSide note: I wish I would have bought a tripod of some sort since we were using it in the back yard.

Better than others
I’ve bought several budget projectors. I got this one for $299 on black Friday. Each one I’ve bought was a little better than the previous one. None of them seem to be able to get a perfect focus. This one is closer but not as good as an name brand. The auto focus works ok. Sometimes I have it refocus a few times until I get a good one. The manual focus is not easy to do. It’s a button on the remote. The amount it moves is not easy to control. It also can only be done on the settings screen meaning the picture you have to focus with not ideal. You can’t get a nice test pattern to set the focus.I do have some light bleeding in from the edges on a black picture. It’s not real bad but noticeable for sure.The way the fan works is it sucks air in around the projection lense. This seems stupid to me. All the dust goes right to the lense. It’s like the fan is running backwards. Why wouldn’t it blow out around the lense to keep dust away from the lense?? You can actually watch dust get sucked in right around the lense.This is my 4th budget projector. It’s the best one yet. I do use it everyday as my primary tv. If you are crazy about picture quality you likely won’t be satisfied. If you just want a big screen like me then it’s worth $300

Awesome Projector!!!!!
Out of the few projectors I have had, this one is the best one yet. Was looking for a solution to the problem I was having of filling empty space in my living room.I have a really long and tall living room wall. Purchased a 82inch 4k TV and even it looked small compared to how long the living room wall is.Started looking into projectors and found the solution to my problem. Purchased a projector and found that brightness would be an issue as even with very low light, the projector was barely visible.Started looking for projectors that offered better brightness but the ones I came across were very expensive.Ended up coming across this projector and it turned out great.No more brightness issues and it actually displays 4k content and recognizes the signal. The last projector I own was 1080p natively but mentioned it could upscale to 4k with 4k content. However it never recognized the 4k signal of my 4k fire stick.This projector however, recognized it right away. Colors look really good and content is nice and crispy.The only downside for me is the sound isn’t as loud as the last projector I owned. It had 2 10w speakers vs this one only having 1 15w speaker. Although this can be remedied with home theater speakers.The only other thing that I noticed was the auto focus is very sensitive. Because the projector is sitting on a stand and not mounted it easily shakes which causes the auto focus to trigger constantly when any movement is made in my living room. This can be disabled in the settings but it is definitely noticeable.Overall I would definitely recommend this projector to anyone looking to purchase one for everyday use!!!!

Amazing Picture and Incredibly Simple to Use
I’ve been looking for a projector for a while. Knowing there’s so many brands and options out there I finally settled on this one. Absolutely no regrets. Literally as simple as plugging in to power and connecting to your media device of choice (streaming stick/box, smart phone, etc). The projector automatically focuses and adjusts the picture to be as crisp as possible and looks amazing. Just to test this feature, I put the projector on a slightly less stable surface and it would automatically adjust the picture every time it detected that it had been even slightly bumped (note that this feature also can be turned off so it’s not constantly changing to the separate focus screen and distrupting your viewing experience). Focus can also be handled “manually” through the remote (there is no focus ring on the lens, everything must be done through the software interface. Speaking of the software, the interface is very simple, but not so much you can’t find the setting or input you’re looking for. This projector worked equally great with a streaming box, iPhone, Android phone, and gaming console. The internal speaker is at least as good as what I’d imagine any other projector to have, and plenty for a simple set up in the backyard or large room for kids or in a pinch. Built-in bluetooth does have a very slight lag in sound syncing with the video displayed, but I did see a setting to adjust this if needed (I never found it delayed enough to warrant needing to look into the setting). Yaber says this is the best projector under $800 and while I don’t have any prior projector experience or know what other companies are offering at this price point, I’m also not returning mine. This does everything I need very simply, with a large clear picture, and easy to use interface. My sole complaint is that there are no batteries included for the remote, but most included batteries don’t last very long anyways so I don’t mind.

Impressive for the price
I’ve been researching budget projectors for the past several months and this one kept coming up as being one of the top projectors on the market. I went ahead and ordered and and am very pleased with it. I have used it to stream several football games over the last few weeks. The seat size of the screen makes it amazing to watch on. I’m very impressed with everything from customer service to the image quality. Yaber seems to own the market for budget projectors in my opinion. I’d love to try the new K2s and compare it to this one.

A great projector for a great price

This is a great projector for the money. I got it on sale for $350, but even at the original $500 it would be a good product. The only other projector I’ve used was much lower quality than this and the brightness and resolution of this product blows the other one out of the water.Here are some of the reasons for this 5 star rating:The auto focus and keystone is great. I have the projector at an angle due to the layout of my apartment, and the auto keystone picked it up right away and gets it just right. Also if you bump it and it goes out of focus or keystone then it fixes it right away.The resolution is good. I’m not really that picky about resolution but my last projector was much lower than this and so I needed the upgrade for use with my ps5.The brightness is also great: I could have the blinds open on a sunny day and still see the screen pretty well. Yeah it’s obviously better with the curtains closed and in a dark room, but it does surprisingly well in a bright room. The pictures don’t make it look super bright because I have bright lights on and the walls I’m projecting onto are not white or smooth, but I promise it’s bright enough to get the job done and then some. Also the projected images shown arent that bright anyway, since they’re backgrounds on the ps5 menu (don’t mind the mess, I just moved haha). I’ve had this projector since mid December of 2022 so I can’t speak to the bulb longevity but so far it’s been great.This has built in wifi and Bluetooth, so I can cast my phone to it with wifi and I can connect to my soundbar via bt so I don’t have to run a long aux cord. I haven’t used the casting function yet, but if it works as well as everything else then I’m sure it’s good.Tech support: I had a dark spot appear on the lcd within the projector this week, so I contacted support and they informed me that it was because there wasn’t enough clearance on the side for ventilation, and as a result the screen was overheating. I was originally wanting a replacement product within warranty, and they were willing to, but when they gave me a potential fix I decided to try it and then when it worked I kept it. Also, they told me how to set it so when I turn on the projector, it goes directly to my hdmi input and not the menu where I have to manually select the input. That was helpful because it was annoying to select it every time.The built in speaker is also pretty good for a built in speaker. I haven’t gotten around to setting up my soundbar yet after moving and the built in speaker has been working just fine for the meantime for general streaming and such.My one complaint with this product is that the remote doesn’t work super well, but it works well enough and it’s not nearly a big enough of an issue to take away a star. I just have to point it directly at the projector and be a little more intentional with it and it gets the job done.

Out of all the projectors under $400 on Amazon, this one is the best.
I was in the market for a new tv and after doing some math, I saw that trying a projector was roughly the equivalent price of getting a 55″ when everything was said and done. I did a lot of internet research before deciding on this one, and even tried another $200 Amazon projector before upgrading to this one. When purchasing, you need to also consider getting an Amazon Firestick, Power extension cables, a projector mount, as well as a screen and room darkening curtains. For my screen I just used regular matte white paint and it works wonderfully. In a regular bedroom, you can expect your projection screen to be about 100″ screen with the projector seated around 10 feet from the wall. The image quality is bright and will serve in a dimmed room with the curtains drawn, but of course the projector really looks best in the evenings. That said, it is very much still watchable in the day time. The Yaber has 650 ansi lumen brightness that is far superior to sub $200 projectors and the brightness is palpable. The image might be a little tiny bit washed out in color, but that is all projectors, so don’t expect it to compete with your 4k Samsung display in color richness. However, its 1080p resolution is absolutely crisp and the image is like being in a cinema. You need to know that with a projector, it will never be as crisp as your flat screen tv, but what you lose in brightness and contrast, you receive back in sheer size! This is where projectors really shine. Youtube travel videos have a large sense of scale as if you were walking the streets yourself. Sporting events have life size players. It is such a joy and a treat. I like to play Playstation on my projector and racing games are so fun. The lag is very minimal compared to other projectors so casual gaming is more than easily handled by this device. If you’re looking for pro gaming high refresh rates, look into a gaming monitor instead. I play Fortnite on it all the time and it plays just fine. The Yaber supports bluetooth so I’ve got it hooked to my Yamaha soundbar and Sony noise cancelling headphones at times, but even the onboard speakers are fantastic, like those on a regular tv. Plenty loud and not lacking at all. But if you do want the cinema experience, get some nice bluetooth speakers to attach. Cheaper projectors have very bad sound, not this unit. Another thing that makes this projector amazing though is it operates so quietly! Other projectors I’ve tried and seen run so loudly, like an old ps4 with a jet engine fan loud, this has a fan too, but it isn’t bothersome at all. That alone, make this projector stand out above the pack. I like that the projector has a nice remote, has auto focus, a sleep timer, and also lets me cast from my phone, so I can tiktok on my giant home movie theater! The remote is good and comparable to that of the amazon Firestick. It’s responsive and intuitive. The projector is also very stylish as well and looks so expensive! I really like it’s aesthetics. It can be wall or ceiling mounted with the required hardware holes beneath the rubber feet. As for the cons, I feel this projector is just as dust proof as all the rest so expect specks of dust just like others. You may need to clean it down the road and do well to keep the lens cover on when not in use. I highly recommend this projector over the cheaper options you might find here. It has more inputs, supports screen casting, better brightness and picture quality, quieter operation, bluetooth support, and superior onboard sound. I’ve seen other’s and the $100 projectors leave you with a washed out screen only good until 55″ and a lack of input ports. The sub $200 projectors are loud, laggy when it comes to games, and are blurry on the edges. This projector improves on all those qualities and I feel the extra money was money well spent. Now is this projector as good as those $1000 plus projectors? No, its not, but it is the best projector you will find under $400. Just as long as you curb your expectations. I have talked to Yaber customer service as to many questions on their products and I can say their customer service is first rate! They are prompt, courteous and professional, and have some of the best customer experience I have experienced, up there with Costco and Amazon itself. Give this projector a try! It’s often on sale for $300 and theirs and Amazon’s warranty makes it zero risk to you. I’m absolutely happy with mine and recommend it greatly! Pro-tip though, just make sure you get that 4k Amazon fire stick in the cart with it. It’s nice having that Amazon remote you just talk into so you can search YouTube easily. The fire stick also gives you access to all your streaming services and the wireless internet on it is amazingly capable and fast. I don’t know what you’d watch without it honestly, unless you hook up a video game system instead. It’s pretty much a necessary addition to any projector in my opinion. Great projector! Autofocus, bright image, and great customer support
This is not my first projector, but it is one of my favorites! The box comes with essentially everything you need to get started: an HDMI cable, component to S-video cable, and remote. Here’s a list of pros and consPros:- Auto-focus and auto-keystone ensures that you have a perfect image every time! It’s pretty amazing watching it fix the screen shape and size.- Very bright projector for the price. Picture attached is with our lights on in the room and the colors still look great! (not washed out)- Speakers are surprisingly loud. We have a dedicated speaker for the projector and actually don’t use it because the in built speakers are great. Sometimes too loud, so we have to turn it down.- Unlike other projectors, the UI is not terrible! Along with iOS, Android, and PC wifi casting options, there’s a good amount of customization for picture settings (brightness, saturation, exposure, hue, etc) and sound balance options. Used these to calibrate the colors on the projector with my projector screen and a calibration tool on my computer.- I have this projector always connected to a computer so one of my favorite features is that I can set the projector to automatically auto-focus, auto-keystone, and move to HDMI1 right after booting up- Support is responsive and helpful (as stated in my last con)Cons:- Remote is not the most sensitive, but works when pointing in the general direction of the projector- On-screen keyboard is missing a few special symbol characters, which I use in my WiFi password. However, after a quick email to the Yaber Support team, they are working on a firmware update to include the extra special characters on the keyboard! Super happy to have such a quick turnaround from support.Overall, I am super happy with the projector. Compared to all of the other projectors in this price range, I think it is a great bang for the buck; even more if it is on sale!

quiet fan! great image! love it
i had another projector before this and the fan was insnely loud + even when all the lights were off and it was night it was still so dark. so those were the two main things i was looking for in a new one & this one is great. i got the mini version, and the fan is so quiet. the sound quality of the video you watch is okay, it can get really loud & it sounds okay considering the price. not bad at all. but u can truly barely hear the fan when the sound is at a good volume. plus the screen has display settings so u can brighten it up a bit & it looks really nice. considering how affordable this mini projector was i think it’s a really good deal

Worth the price.
The picture quality is amazing if as long as you keep the projector within the 8 feet from the screen/wall. Further than that, the brightness and the sharpness start to fade. I love the electric focus which works great. The sound quality is acceptable but I would connect to a bluetooth speaker/headphone. The fan noise is noticeable, especially within 2 feet range from you but it is acceptable though. Overall, I’m happy with it. I even bought more expensive models from other brand in similar price range and I am more happy with this one.

Hi! I’m Justin. If you’re like me, at this point you’ve probably looked a like 100 or more projectors here on Amazon. The selection of units in the $100 range is dizzying. At some point they all start to look the same. How can you possibly know if you’re making the correct decision? Well, you can put your trust in me, a hard working underpaid stonemason husband and dad who recently bought this Yaber projector.Let me Tarantino this and start with the ending. Dad is a hero. My 19 month old daughter is staring with her eyes wide as saucers at a 15foot projection of Moana saying WOW over and over and no lie..my wife puts her arm around me as says “what an awesome idea, you’re crazy, I love it”. That my friend is what you call BANG FOR THE BUCK! I could drop the Mic right here and rest on that alone but I have a few more seeds of folksy wisdom I wanna plant in your search for your home theater bliss.Here’s my description of the 1st four minutes I spent with my Yaber. Keep in mind I’m a caveman mason and never even saw a projector before. I opened the box. Very well packaged. Attractive and protected. I look the box. Personalized letter and warranty card. I see a plug. I remove the unit from its protective wrap. Sleek and modern. I walk tward my tv with the unit and the plug. Wife is watching me with that “you’re a dummy look, daughter is at my heels. She can sense the magic. Babies are good like that. Anyway, I attach the plug to the unit and insert the plug in a wall socket, I reach behind the tv and pull out the firestick HDMI and plug it into the Yaber. I placed the projector on the mantle under the tv facing the opposite wall. I pressed the power button on the unit and walked over to the light switch. The room falls to darkness and then it happened.. A 15 foot wide Disney movie started playing in my livingroom. In under 5 minutes from the time my gnarled fingers pryed open the box it was happening. You can’t help but just sit there and smile. How is it possible that this experience cost roughly $100? It’s unbelievable. I know I already used the word but trust me it’s the only one I keep coming back to. MAGIC. The thing is magic. The sound is rich and fully customizable. The unit is substantial and we’ll built. And the picture dancing across my light grey painted wall is crisp and vivid. DAD IS A HERO.Why are you still here? Scroll up and buy this already!! You’re wasting valuable time..Well, if you’re gonna stick around let me tell you about Tony. I got to know Tony when I emailed Yaber to thank them for their product. Tony owns Yaber. Worth the money
I’m so happy I got this projector. I was kinda hesitant to buy it because I have a projector right now but the quality was so bad. So when I saw this one on sale I got it and it did not disappoint. The quality is sooo much better. As someone who watches a lot of Asian dramas where I need to read subtitles, the subtitles are so clear and are actually visible. I recommend everyone to get this projector it works really well for a reasonable price.

Edited 12/9/23After publishing the below review, customer service reached out to apologize for the bad experience. They offered me a refund and a new projector at no charge. For the projector, they offered either a third copy of the original model, or an upgrade to the U6 model. Given that I went through two of the E1 with the same issue, I opted to give the U6 a try. I will say that I got the new projector quickly especially considering it’s the holidays, and customer service was very nice. The U6 model is working well for me so far. Still had a bad experience with the original projector, but customer service did everything they could to make it right, which is why I’m upgrading the review to 3 stars from the initial one.—Initially I thought this projector was really cute! Out of the box things seemed fine, however after the initial setup, the projector would not connect to my wifi, telling me there was a password error. However, it was the same saved password that it initially connected with.I reached out to support via the provided email and they were completely unresponsive, I never even heard back. Sometimes if I repeatedly hit the connect button it would connect to the wifi and be usable, but it could take anywhere from five minutes to a half hour of pressing the button to retry connecting before it would finally connect. When it did get onto the wifi it worked as expected.I know it wasn’t a wifi issue because it did the same thing on multiple different wireless networks, and no other devices ran into a connection issue on any of the 3 wifi networks I attempted to connect it to.Hoping it was a one-off issue, I asked for a replacement (through Amazon because the seller never responded to my email). The replacement was worse! The same issue connecting to the wifi, except the replacement would intermittently freeze when trying to connect to the wireless network. I couldn’t even repeatedly try to connect like I could on the original, it would display the error and then remain stuck on the screen. It could not be powered down in that condition, the only way it would turn off was by removing the power cable. Letting it connect was not an option; after leaving it on that screen to see if it would connect, it remained frozen for 8 hours before I just unplugged it again.I ended up returning both of them. Awful experience, I would not recommend this projector at all.
