Our countertop microwave’s Weight Defrost Function works by inputting your food’s weight, which will defrost accordingly; Time Defrost will defrost meat, soups, stews, and other foods solely by inputting your preferred time.

Product as expected
Sometimes it’s hard to find white appliances so was glad about that. This microwave is very similar to the one it replaces so the learning process was easy. The only thing I dislike about it is the way it opens. I found that I MUCH prefer a handle to the push button.

Not much of a microwave
Timer buttons 7,8,9 never worked. Glass door seems permanently opaque and uncleanable. There is no light to make any of the inputs clearly visible, even though the kitchen is well lit. It heats my coffee and tea and dethaws frozen things just fine.

This is a very nice unit that operates quite effectively. 1 down side is that the panel is not lighted and it’s extremely difficult to see the numbers. I had to buy and attach an LED reader light to be able to actually operate the machine.

Who can read these numbers?! LOL
I ordered the stainless steel, which actually looks like a mirror. It’s a very nice looking microwave and it serves it purpose of heating coffee and the occasional plate of leftovers. It’s much smaller than I’m used to, so to fit a standard size dinner plate in it I have to tilt the plate at an angle while placing it inside and then when removing it. It fits once I maneuver it through the door. The problem with this microwave is these illegible numbers. I don’t know why they’re painted on so faintly. I’ve been using it for a couple months now so I’ve memorized the button locations but anyone visiting ALWAYS asks for help reading the buttons. Another note, the packing was so severely damages in transit, I just knew this thing would be damaged but it was perfect, so the interior packing keeps it very secure. Last thing, it smelled so funky, I had to wash it out with cleaner repeatedly and I ran it empty numerous times fighting the strange smell. It finally wore off. I would not recommend buying this unless you’re desperate for this look or you’re getting a fantastic price on it.

Almost perfect…
This is a great microwave with 1 glaring flaw… for me anyway. It’s powerful… fairly big inside and heats really well. The glaring flaw is it doesn’t have 1 touch heating for the numbers 1 thru 6 and it doesn’t have the quick 30 button for just a quick 30 second job. Wish I knew before buying or I would not have purchased it. It does the job it is supposed to do and does it well… I just took away a star for the reasons above.

Compact and easy to use.
This compact microwave is a great size for smaller spaces. It comes with a number of pre-set times, and does an efficient job in heating up leftovers. The only drawback is that the wattage is not as strong as some microwaves, so time for cooking frozen foods will have to be adjusted up from the recommended time on the item.

Get help on delivery
The microwave is far more user friendly than the old one it replaced. It’s also about twice as heavy with the total packaged weight of about 75lbs arriving in a large box that snugly fit through my front door.I managed to drag it in, unpack and place it on its rightful place on the counter but it was a formidable task, more suited for being a two person job, so be advised.The unit itself has many easy and variable features which attracted me to it along with its size, as I went from a .7 cubic ft to this 1.1 cubic ft unit. I’m strong for my age but wrestling it around is something I wouldn’t care to repeat.

Can micro a turkey
It was on sale, I didn’t need anything this big. It’s HUGE and it sounds like a jet engine in my small kitchen. It just LOOKS at water and it boils. I could probably melt lead in it if it wouldn’t blow up first. It works! just like every other micro, it’s just HUGE, loud and doesn’t do “just a little reheat”.

Saved a lot of money by buying from the warehouse and buying this as used. Used usually just means that something didn’t fit or it was not the right item, etc. and usually the items are as advertised. If Amazon says “Like New” than the item is probably perfect. If an item has defects or an issue Amazon will list that as well. Once an item has been returned regardless of the reason it can’t be sold as new. I have purchased several pairs of “Timberland Boots” and other items sold as used and so far everything has been perfect. If it’s not in the original packaging it is sold as used, but the item itself is not used. I got a great deal on a very highly rated microwave oven. I love it.

Works as it is advertised to do! Haven’t had it long but, everything I have “cooked”, and subsequently warmed up for my leftovers the next day, were superb. I consider this a major appliance purchase and am so far thrilled with it’s functionality! It holds the correct temp and makes my food smell delicious! Love it! 5 major pros, 3 minor cons…
The media could not be loaded.
I bought this to replace a button-based model, and here’s what I know after having used this for several months:*Pros1) Quick and easy to set temp and time. My last microwave took anywhere between 5-10 separate button presses to set power level and cook time; if I pressed the wrong thing, I had to clear and do it all over again. This model is just two turns of a dial, at the most, regardless of what temp or time I want.2) Power level can be adjusted without stopping the microwave. In addition to reheating tea and leftovers, I do a lot of legit cooking in this – things like rice, quinoa, polenta, potatoes for mashing. That can call for longer, lower cooking times and I love being able to adjust power level at any time without resetting.3) It’s just one quick pleasant “ding” when done. My old digital microwave had 5 piercing beeps that persisted even if I opened the door on the first beep; if not opened, it beeps again. Personally, I don’t need such a persistent reminder, especially if I happen to be on a call (I work from home, so this happens more often for me now). I often found myself racing to my previous microwave to turn it off right before it was done so I wouldn’t have to hear the super loud beeps.4) It doesn’t slide on the counter since it’s not push-operated. My microwave is not backed by a wall. My previous unit would slide on the counter when I push the buttons to set time or open the door, and I was always a little nervous it would get pushed off the counter. Because this one is turn dials, it doesn’t get pushed and doesn’t slide on the counter. The door opens and closes easily so pushing and pulling on that part is not enough to move the unit. *I’ll add that I have another appliance stacked on top of the microwave which adds a little more weight. But even if I didn’t, I don’t think opening/closing the door would make it slide.5) The door can be left open to air out. This microwave only lights up while it’s running, NOT when the door is open. If I heat something that steams up the inside, I can just leave the door open to air it out so things don’t get humid and stinky in there over time. (see photo)5) My Breville countertop/toaster oven fits perfectly on top. To save space, I wanted a microwave that was just big enough to fit my Breville on top, and this one works perfectly. Most other units I saw on Amazon were much larger than this (more counter space than I wanted to give up), or too small to handle what I need. (see photo)*Cons (very minor)1) I wish I could more reliably set time under 1 minute. Sometimes I just want to warm a biscuit which takes like 7-10 seconds, but the time dial isn’t sensitive enough to accurately set for under 1 minute. In my video, you can see how there’s little resistance on the dial, and the microwave doesn’t turn on until it’s closer to a full minute. Not a deal breaker, I just stand by for those quick heating times. If I turn the dial way up to 2+ minutes then wind down, I can get it to heat at some time under 30 seconds. That’s still useful for things that are less sensitive than bread….like reheating a still-warm drink.2) I wish there were a way to feel when the dial is at one of the whole-minute marks, at least for the first 5 or 10 minutes on the dial, and maybe even for 30 second increments. This would be a great feature especially for folks with any kind of visual impairment since the numbers are small. I’d love this improvement on the power level dial as well – to feel the dial click into place for each of the main power level settings.3) This microwave does not have a digital display, so it won’t be a clock or timer. NBD for me, but wanted to mention in case it matters to some of you.*OverallI like this 2-dial microwave leaps and bounds over any of the button-push models I’ve ever owned, and am not going back to a push-button style any time soon.

Wanted what the ad showed, the keypad should be white, too hard to press keypad, and noisy, barely can see what is inside even with the door open. the light is in a bad location and is not bright. There are some foreign objects inside the door glass. Have to push hard to Open the Door. And the venting is all on the left side. That does not work well where I located the unit. Overall the unit does not instill confidence. Seems cheaply made. And the keypad is not visible without a bright light on in the room.

A Decent Small Microwave with Some Annoyances
I recently purchased this compact microwave that seemed to tick most of the boxes for my needs. While it fits perfectly in the available space and handles basic heating tasks adequately, there are a few noteworthy aspects that have both impressed me and left me somewhat frustrated.One of the strong points of this microwave is its size. It fits snugly into the designated space, which is a relief considering the limited countertop real estate in my kitchen. When it comes to basic heating functions, the microwave proves to have sufficient power. It efficiently heats up simple dishes and has handled a couple of packages of frozen food with ease. So, in terms of functionality, it certainly meets my expectations for quick heating tasks.However, one significant drawback that I’ve encountered relates to the door release mechanism. Opening the microwave door requires an unexpectedly strong push. Because of the light weight of the unit it can slide on the counter if not against a wall. Not only does this inconvenience disrupt the overall user experience, but the design of the release is annoying. It doesn’t push straight in, but rather at and angle toward the door opening. Watch your knuckles when in a hurry. Upon completing a heating cycle, the appliance emits a series of five loud beeps. While I appreciate the alert that my food is ready, I find this particular beeping sequence a bit excessive and somewhat obnoxious. What’s more, once the heating cycle is done, the microwave doesn’t continue to remind you at intervals that your food is ready, which could be helpful if you’re not in the immediate vicinity.Aside from the door release and the beeps, this microwave is a reasonably good deal considering its price point. If you’re willing to overlook these minor inconveniences for the sake of affordability and basic functionality, this microwave might just be a suitable choice.

Probably not like the other microwaves when you press number 1 to sets for a minute it would right away sets to 1 minutes without pressing the two zeroes and it would start, not this one where you gotta press the 100 to sets to one minute then it would starts, it’s OK for the price.

Almost exactly the same as the Sharp I’m replacing
My all-white Sharp microwave finally malfunctioned after five years of daily use, and I wanted to replace it with something similar.This Commercial Chef is almost EXACTLY the same as the Sharp. The size is just right, and the buttons are all in the same place. The awesome “add 30-seconds” function on the start button is there, too. The only obvious difference is that the window area is darker-toned than on my Sharp.Packaging was excellent, and the unit arrived in pristine condition.I was especially happy to find an all-white microwave available on short notice. They were back-ordered and required a wait of several weeks at the stores in my area.So far, everything cooks the same way it did with my Sharp.The only negative is that you can’t use regular microwave popcorn bags in a 0.7 cubic foot model. I have to get the snack size instead.

I bought this microwave in December 2021. It is large, easy to use, powerful, and affordable. It lacks the speed functions that allow one-touch operation for one minute, two minutes, etc. However, it has held up very well with multiple daily uses. Very happy with the product for the price.

Dont work long
Delivered Feb. 8 its May 12It wont heat anything and try for more than 5 min. Starts to get hot on sides and smoke inside. But window to return was up 30 days after delivered.So in same spot as before no mircowave till i get enough spare money again to get one but wont get it on here.

Small and light
When the microwave arrives, it is light and small. The stainless steel color of the microwave makes it incredibly mirror like so reading. The words on the microwave are a bit tricky to the eye. The text on the microwave is also written in French which is not provided for you in detail before purchasing the product, so just beware of that. It does fit a full size plate and warms up your food in standard time. Don’t expect this unit to have your food piping. Hot in under two minutes. If that’s what you’re looking for this is not the right microwave for you.

Works well when not receiving a damaged one
We know the basic story: in need of a microwave after a previous broke down, moved, etc.. I just needed one that I felt would be safe and not cause fires, arcing, etc. while heating my food up in a reasonable amount of time. Sadly the first one I received had a large dent on the top. While it might have not damaged any vital components, I didn’t want to take that risk so opted to have it returned/replaced. The replacement was thankfully not damaged and works very well. Only minor issues is that the power cord is very short so it limits where I can put it, and it tends to move back a bit if you try to push the open door button unless you hold the microwave with your other hand. But everything else is fine.

Meets my needs
I recently had to move from 1100 sq. ft to 532 sq ft and the new place had no microwave. This works in my small space although a slight bit awkward to use. After setting it up I noticed the glass tray had a broken sliver on the edge of the glass tray. Since it was too much work to pack it up again I will live with it. The glass tray frequently falls off the round tray holder. Again, I will live with it. I do wish I had thought to find one where the door opens the opposite way; it is a little awkward to use opening to the left.

Decently well priced for its easy to use and accessibility.
Personally I have no problems other than the need to clean the insides and remove any built up steam it produces when heating up the food. The heat up is pretty intense at times, so the food inside will not be able to handle it and sometimes pops.Be wary of using this one though, there is a lot of nooks and crannies you’ll need to be vigilant of because if your dwelling has pest problems. They will use those openings to hide themselves inside. I personally live in an apartment complex, so I am always battling with pests and vermin.Overall, I give this household appliance a solid 4/5.

Learn from my stupidity: Do NOT buy this microwave!

Microwave ovens are not something most rational adults spend a lot time thinking about. I like to think that I’m a rational adult: I have no opinions, feelings or needs that pertain to any microwave oven (or any household appliance, honestly.)If you put a gun to my head and forced me to talk microwaves (this rarely happens, BTW), I might admit this: I’ve bought two microwaves in as many decades. If I ever bought a third, it would have to offer what #1 & #2 brought to my kitchen:1) When I want to eat something warm-ish and I want it pronto, a microwave appliance needs to deliver. Every time. All the time.2) The array of features a microwave offers — buttons for multiple heat settings, buttons that ‘cook by weight’, various defrost settings, kitchen timers — is okay by me, seriously. And I promise to use my microwave keypad as God intended: by pressing the ‘Popcorn’ button when appropriate, and setting the cook time according to the side-panel instructions considered optimal by the scientists behind HotPockets.3) As long as it cooks whatever I want, when I want using the three buttons I want? I’m sold… I’ll pay up to $100. I don’t need or care about a warranty, instruction booklets or exclusive recipes that are microwave-ready.Just give me a box to reheat pizza for 8-10 years and requires zero maintenance, upkeep or service. Simple.Westinghouse, at least when it comes to this microwave, doesn’t agree with the “simple” part… or the “reliable” part. Or the “multi-year lifespan” approach. In short: DO NOT BUY THIS MICROWAVE… unless my experience embodies what you look for in appliances:1) Less than 72 hours after plugging my new microwave in, I only used it four or five times (this is way below normal for me). Compared to the punishment of constant use my previous microwaves suffered, this Westinghouse should have had a ‘profuse thank you’ preset to acknowledge my gentleness during its first couple of days.2) Around Hour 72:02, I placed the popcorn in the microwave, mostly to test how Westinghouse performed this critical basic function.3) For some reason, Pop Secret and their ilk (the powerful “Big Popcorn” cabal) began adding instructions on each bag a few years ago. While this was great news for the 11 people holding out until the five-step “Secrets To Popping Perfect Popcorn” went public, the instructions began with a sternly worded, illustration-accompanied and partially CAPITALIZED “Step #1”: “For best results and to avoid BURNING, SCORCHING or POSSIBLE INJURY, follow these instructions closely and follow the cooking times indicated: DO NOT USE OVEN PRESET BUTTON FOR ‘POPCORN’.”4) What??? Now, I would love to discuss this whole ‘popcorn preset’ conspiracy, but I can’t. Because WESTINGHOUSEdesigned, manufactured and shipped me a microwave where the oven light burned out… BURNED OUT. What, theintense stress it endured? I got to use this thing five times (around 15 minutes of microwaving)! The light inside quit???Westinghouse, did you not build this appliance with the understanding that some of us may subject your products toa period of use exceeding 15 minutes???I called Amazon, whose customer service was professional and perfect as always. They woman I spoke to from Amazon treated my darkened microwave “crisis” with a gentle urgency, soothing validation and sense of mission… all the Amazon things I love that they do.The Amazon rep told me she would send out a new Microwave now, and I could return the Darkened One later, no cost or effort on my part. Apologies ensued from this kind person, for a situation she neither caused nor allowed. But I had to ask.“Can’t you just ship me a lightbulb, and I’ll screw it in? Wouldn’t that be easiest?” I asked. I am naive about microwave engineering.The Amazon lady explained: “The manufacturer of the microwave you purchased from us, actually any microwave you buy these days online or not, the appliance isn’t built in a way where it makes sense to repair something.”I may have said “Huhhhh?” If not, I know I said this: “It seems like shipping 50 pounds of microwave oven back and forth is… less efficient than sending me a lightbulb. Less work for everyone, too.”Then the nice Amazon lady told me all I need to know, and why I was an idiot to buy a Westinghouse microwave (on top of Westinghouse going bankrupt because their NUCLEAR POWER PLANT division was not very good at building NUCLEAR POWERED REACTORS).Amazon lady explained: “Most microwaves and appliances, or a lot of them, are put together using proprietary and patented techniques… There probably isn’t a lightbulb, really.”She told me that returning the microwave was a smart thing for me to do: if there was a fabrication issue that made the lights go out after 15 minutes of use, the rest of the microwave might start failing later… which would be bad if the return period had passed.I AM AN IDIOT. I decided not to return the microwave. I can heat up soup without interior lighting, I decided. This is a ridiculous reason to pack up a heavy, big appliance. It won’t fail. It’s a lightbulb!Guess what. Yes. I AM AN IDIOT.

Very satisfied; like the price and size.
We’ve been using this microwave for a month and quite pleased so far. We mainly use the quick settings and for warm ups so can’t speak for long time cooking. I read a lot of reviews especially since it is an off brand. I agree with those who commented about it having so many beeps. That’s a bit noisy if I’m using it when others are still sleeping. Our house is small so sounds carry easily.I still give it 5 stars at this point. It was hard to find a countertop unit to fit our space. This is perfect. The price was reasonable.I’ll try to remember to give a review after we’ve used this a year or so.

Perfect size, BUT…not eye-friendly!
The push button panel buttons are dark gray on black and nearly impossible to read! It works fine, is not too noisy, and is the perfect size. BUT!!!!! I will have to do something to make the control choices visib!e. I am thinking a fine point white paint pen, a steady hand, and a careful marking of the numbers, start and stop, and other options might be my only hope to make this easier to see and use. I don’t want to return it; I just wish some thought had been given to the visibility aspect! Really disappointed.

Old school
This replaced the original microwave my 92 year old mother got when she was in her 50’s. The only kind she knows how to use so it has been great for her. With all the newer push button microwaves, she wouldn’t have wanted it. Literally nothing to do but turn the dial

Good for a commecial kitchen
This reminds of a microwave from the 1970s or 1980s. It works fine, the design is a little dated but durable. The door is loud and clunky. When in use it is loud. This microwave will be great for a commercial kitchen.

Nice Micro
Cool lil micro for my kid at school. a bit bigger than some of the real tiny ones but is not too big, in my opinion. All the buttons you should need, and it looks great at a decent price. Longevity will be seen.

Looks nice, not a lot of power.
The microwave looks very nice. However, the power is lower than what I’m used to, so it takes a full minute longer than what the containers say. With the sleek look comes hard-to-read numbers. I wish the microwave sensed when you used it and had a light-up keypad, but it doesn’t.

Takes Forever to Heat
I’m hoping it’s just my unit. I’m returning and replacing it with the same one because its compact size is what we need for our kitchen. Any frozen meal microwave instructions we have to double or triple to make sure it even heats up at all. Our old microwave was too big but would boil water in 2 minutes, this won’t even heat a bowl of Chinese food leftovers in 4 minutes.

Just what I was looking for
This microwave oven fits my needs exactly! I have recently changed the decor of my kitchen and my old white bulky microwave didn’t fit anymore. I was looking for one that was all stainless steel and smaller so that I could have access to more countertop space. I looked around a lot and most microwaves came in black, white or some other color. This is the only one that was listed as completely stainless steel. The advertised image doesn’t do it justice. It looks much better in real life. The size is perfect and it looks very sleek. It’s not cheap but I am hoping it will last for a while. On the plus size It doesn’t make too much noise and it looks great. My only concern is the door latch/button, it feels a bit flimsy but only time will tell. Also, the touch buttons on the display aren’t as clearly visible as I would prefer but overall this is a keeper.
