Great service Great product
When my phone arrived you would have thought it came straight from Apple. The packaging was perfect and professional. It had a clear protection across the screen. It looked better than I expected. I turned it on and it worked perfectly immediately. I’ve been using it now for a while and it’s perfect. I would highly recommend this seller and their service.

Great value near perfect condition!
Phone came from kanga supply and it was near new condition with just extremely light scratches on the screen in one corner. It almost looked like someone had issues removing a screen protector. Otherwise this phone looks new. I’m very satisfied with it, the price, and how it was packed.

Stolen phone sent!
The phone worked and looked great. Was able to transfer all data from old iPhone to this new one. But when I tried to transfer the eSIM info to the new phone it would not accept the data and told me to call ATT. ATT checked the MEID number and told me the phone had been reported stolen in April 2023. I contacted Amazon and was told they would file a complaint with Kanga, the refurbished phone supplier. Returning this phone.

Unusable
Phone would not allow IOS 17 to install and I was unable to proceed without said update. I tried for two hours.

I got on and it continuously be cut off by service provider because it is blacklisted as stolen
