Very happy
This is my second phone from this seller. My first phone had multiple chips around the camera lenses and dents on the top and bottom of the phone (which I returned). It was obvious that it was dropped. BUT the second phone was pretty immaculate with a few wear and tear scratches around the phone. No biggie. The battery is at 89% which is normal-ish for a year old phone, not a huge deal and it has a year of AppleCare left on it. Received the phone in 2 days. I am very happy with this phone.

Really Satisfied!
I received it with no flaws, just like it came out of the box! Since 2019, I have been using my iPhone 11 Pro with 64GB, but there isn’t much storage left. Not original box or cord but excellent quality
Phone is P E R F E C T. I bought an iPhone 14 Pro. It doesn’t come in original box or with original cord but they work perfectly. The phone doesn’t have any scratches or damages. It looks just like new. I say “like” because it doesn’t come with the original stickers 😂. First thing I did was check battery health and it was at 100%. No, I’m for real, great purchase.

Worth the money
The phone came in on the correct date took about two days to arrive. There were minor dings but keep in mind this is a preowned phone and my phone case covers over it. The screen works correctly and came with a screen protector so a plus! Phone battery came at 100% health. The boxing of the phone was ok 7/10 quality. The phone set up was smooth and everything was legit on my end. I hope this review helps someone out!

very pleased
very happy with my purchase, jumping to a 14 from an old iphone 7 plus. placed the order and got the phone the next day, which i’m glad for. the phone is refurbished but came with minimal scratches on the screen that can easily be fixed. battery came at 89% health but that’s to be expected. later down the line i’ll get a fresh battery. but from my experience it’s been great.

Bought 2 of these, I will say I was nervous reading thru the reviews on the conditions. But once I received them the phones looked brand new, a few marks vary minimal marks but not viable unless you really look for them.the screen came intact.

Great Value, Great Product
This was a great product that was easy to purchase, had a quick delivery, and was easy to set up.Aside from the Amazon refurbished packaging, there weren’t any differences between setting up a new iPhone and this refurbished one.There were a few small scratches on the screen, but barely noticeable. The software works well and the battery life is excellent. This was a great purchase!

It’s really in “Excellent Condition” as promised
Although description says Excellent Condition but I do have worries buying a refurbished iPhone. Have this 14 Pro 128GB for 2 weeks and all is great so far. Arrived in a refurb box with a 5V/2.4A charger and a thick lightning cable. No visible blemishes. Battery capacity is at 100%. The seller delivered a well-cared refurbished product to me.

Tengo casi dos meses de uso con mi iPhone 14 Pro, estaba muy asustada por pedir un producto reacondionado, pensé que me iban a estafar, cuando abrí la caja y vi lo simple que venía empacado, me dije “hice una compra muy estúpida” (especialmente porque no me salió nada barato, con todo e impuestos el precio se elevó), pero observé el teléfono y todo estaba en excelente condición, habían solo dos rayones en la pantalla, casi ni se notaban solo si lo pones a contraluz, todo lo demás estaba perfecto, revisé el estado de la batería y estaba al 100% de su capacidad.Después de todo el tiempo de uso, me di cuenta que la cámara tiene un pequeño error de desenfoque y se lo adjudiqué a ser un producto “reacondionado”, pero luego de hacer una investigación exhaustiva, puedo concluir que no es por el hecho de ser un producto reacondionado sino un defecto del iPhone 14 Pro, ya que más personas han reportado el mismo error en la cámara en productos nuevos de la tienda de Apple.Entonces, puedo concluir que el teléfono vino en excelentes condiciones, es totalmente funcional, el producto es lo que promete la publicación, pero pero recomiendo investigar el producto antes de comprarlo ya que puede que el producto venga con fallas de fábrica, es decir, no por ser reacondionado. Y pues, también recomiendo cotizar más el precio, ya que puede que los productos “nuevos” estén a su alcance en cuanto a precio, ya que si ahorras un poco más puedes conseguir un producto nuevo, pero si tu presupuesto no te da, esta es una buena opción de compra.

Good phone, but some inconveniences with used phones
Looks brand new with no scratches or dents. I bought it in excellent condition so I expected minor inconveniences. but overall very good except for the battery life. It came in today and the battery life was 87%, which is still pretty good. If you want AppleCare on the phone, just buy a new one because there’s a chance that the phone has expired AppleCare

Great! Not too many aesthetic issues
Arrived extremely quickly. Not packaged very securely May I add but I did t expect much with a refurbished phone. Only a few minor blemishes , mainly to the top of the phone and camera area (but not the camera itself). Came with a screen protector on as well which I thought was nice. Started up without issues and was about 80% charged. Battery health was 90% and the serial number checked out (bought sept 2022, so that explains the battery). All in all no issues so far. Came with generic adapter and cord and wasn’t in original packaging (not an issue just stating for those who may have that question)

All good after figuing how to synch transfer from old iphone
I ordered this when my old phone screen became almost unreadable, and was relieved to get this a few days after ordering. It’s a “renewed” iphone 14pro and it works just fine. I ordered a purple one and it’s not purple, but not worth sending back by any means. One thing I might leave a warning about is I did have quite a time transferring the contents of my iphone 11 to this phone. What finally worked was to FIRST update to iOS 17.0.3 (late Oct 2023), then synch the new iphone to my old one. That info wasn’t apparent anywhere. Once we updated the iOS, the data transfer proceeded well and all is good. Do miss the purple though.

iPhone 14 Pro
Everything seems to be working as of right now. I got the 14 pro in black 256GB and it was in “new” condition but when it came in it did have a small crack in the corner and minor scratches/scuffs/signs of where. To me, it seems like it has a very slight lag. When switching through screens/apps but hopefully it’ll work itself out.

Great deal
I was using a XR and wanted to upgrade for a while. I didn’t want to have to deal with type C on the iPhone 15, so I figured a 14 pro would be the best deal, plus a significant upgrade from my current phone. The phone came in amazing condition with basically no scratches and 100% battery health. It also came with a screen protector on it. The 120hz screen is so amazing compared to the XR. I highly recommend.

Perfect, as long as you temper your expectations.
The arrived a day earlier than Amazon predicted in a plain white box with a generic wall charger & USB-A to Lightning cable. I do wish they had done more to protect the phone, as it was just in a bubble-wrap sleeve, and the box was quite large, leaving the phone to just rattle around and bump into the particularly pointy prongs on the wall charger. There are a few scuffs on the screen that don’t buff out with a microfiber cloth, but I don’t know if that’s because of the poor packaging or because it’s a refurbished phone. I plan to put a screen protector on it anyway, so I’m not too concerned.This device IS refurbished. I wasn’t expecting perfect, but the phone’s condition did meet expectation. There are a few visible dings on the outside edge of the phone, and there are a few scuffs on the screen.The device powered on immediately, although the battery was nearly depleted, so a trip to a power receptacle was necessary. The phone only prompted me for my language, promptly dropping me on the home screen. This is my first foray with IOS devices, so being unsure about its lack of setup questions I went into Settings and did a factory reset. After going through a more thorough and proper setup, I checked both the battery health and warranty. The battery is at 97%, so it’s definitely been used, but still within expectations. There’s also still 4 months of warranty left from Apple!Overall, as long as you purchase this device with the understanding that it is refurbished, not new, then I believe this is a good choice for people who want the new iPhone experience without paying the full Apple Tax for a brand new device. I am a little concerned about the lack of initial setup questions (I work in an industry with a heavy focus on cyber security, so I’m a little paranoid about that stuff!) but it’s easy enough to be absolutely sure that you’re getting a freshly wiped device. I would recommend this product.

Disclaimer: I ordered this phone twice. All complaints go to the first phone, which was sent back. The second phone was kept and is great. The video is of the first phone (which was sent back) and all the other photos are of the second phone. I rate these phones: 5 stars for the second phone, 3 stars for the first oneOkay, so I received this phone and it was not packaged well at all. It came in an android box that was open and the phone had no secure place to sit (because it didn’t fit in that box) so it was sliding out/ halfway out the box when I opened the FedEx bag. It came with a screen protector on it. When the screen protector cracked, I took it off and there were so many scratches on the screen. There were also A LOT of scratches by the charging port, above the speakers, and on the edges of the phone. It came at 97% battery life and the function of the phone was totally fine. I wouldn’t say it was excellent condition at all, more like “good” or “okay” condition. I ended up sending this one back and reordering & received a brand new phone with no cosmetic defects and the phone at 100% battery life. Phone was not eligible for Apple care but is still under apples warranty.Also, I’m very unsure why people are leaving bad reviews because this phone has an eSIM and not an actual SIM card slot. Apple moved over to eSIM starting with the iPhone 14, so whenever you upgrade to the 14 or newer it is going to be an eSIM. It is literally the same thing as having a physical SIM card. When setting up the phone it is literally the same except you don’t put in a SIM card, it just makes you an eSIM when you transfer your number. It’s hassle free actually.

I had some concerns after reading the reviews of the seller who sold me this phone. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The phone arrived in near-perfect condition, unlocked as promised, and with no scratches except for a small hairline mark on the screen. I am very grateful. Great phone just not as advertised
My iPhone 14 Pro came in the mail with a screen protector. Once I removed the screen protector it revealed that there were many scratches on the phone including deep scratches on the bottoms. I suppose this risk is inherent with buying a renewed phone however, the condition was listed as excellent and I paid more for it to be in excellent condition. I’d describe the physical appearance of the phone as fair at best. The battery was 100% and it came with AppleCare+ for the next 11 months so I would put this as a 3.5/5 stars if possible.

Very Pleased
I received my phone a day early and even though there were no accessories other than an old style charger, the phone looked like it was new. Once it was charged, the battery seemed to be pretty good, lasting almost two days, before charging again. The price was a little more than I thought it would be, being a refurbished phone but I have been pleased so far with the phone.

Great phone
I waited 2 weeks to review. I was heartbroken when my 12 pro suffered a fatal run in with an oversized coffee mug and didn’t want to upgrade to a 15 (who wants to completely change out all of their charging chords?!) so I went this route. Hands down, best decision I made! Zero flaws, battery capacity at 100 still, works with the stockpile of chargers I gathered over the past few years and arrived quickly!

It looks brand spankin’ new. Works flawlessly. Came with a screen protector already on it. It was an AT&T phone originally, I had a bit of trouble with Spectrum trying to convert it over. But that was their fault, not the phone. I would expect a delay from your phone company, but the phone itself is perfect. Super satisfied with this purchase.

Renewed but like new
Received the iPhone 14 Pro 2 days earlier than expected. That was nice, but since I had to sign for it, it was a bit of hassle having to track UPS and make sure I was home to receive it. That added some stress to my life especially since I paid that much for the phone, I wanted to make sure they did not ship it back because I wasn’t there to pick up and sign for the shipment.The phone was “like new” in condition. No identifiable scratches or wear. The battery was almost empty out of the box so it was probably “used” before shipping, but I had no issue using it, configuring it, and setting it up. Battery life is pretty good (better than my old iPhone 12). In fact the new set up on iPhone iOS is super easy. It came with a new power cord (or what seemed new, wrapped and all). Phone works fine after a week, and the purchase was completely what I expected. Other than packaging, it was as if I had bought it new.I still think it was pricey for a lightly used phone in good condition, but didn’t have much choice because of the shortages of used or new iPhone 14 Pros. Overall though, I am happy with my purchase.

One thing I did not like was how there was scratches on the phone when I opened it, I suggest putting future phones in better packaging so they don’t get damaged, but after that, the phone is really good and I love it, I would recommend buying from this seller.

Not good at all……
So many scratches on the frame!!! nothing to worry but it not looks perfect. The principal issue is the battery life …..just 89%. If you say that the phone is “Renew” minimum I expected is a better battery life and the phone frame will be in better conditions. The best thing that you offered was the time to send the phone. Very good time for delivery and the phone came with cable and charger.

Loving it so far. Upgraded from a SE 2 and it’s very nice to have all the new features. Battery health is 100% and there’s no signs of it being refurbished without disassembling the phone. Will need to use eSim if you are in the US though.

BATTERY HEALTH IS BAD!!
I purchased this product and paid for “excellent condition” and was expecting to receive that compared to all these good reviews! The battery health was already at 89% which is worse compared to my iPhone 12 that I want to upgrade from. The phone also has several minor scratches all around. Definitely going to be returning this phone! I would purchase this phone at your own risk.

Battery health 91%
Everything is as expected except the battery health is 91% and not 100% like i was hoping for which is part of the reason I got a new phone it’s still better battery than my old phone but it’s still disappointing that I will probably need to replace the battery on this phone in the near-ish future. There is a single small scratch/ crack on the screen aswell. Mine does work on the uscellular net work, the ime was compatible.
