Worth the risk
I was a little cautious about replacing my phone with a used phone from Amazon. My iPhone 13 Pro was crushed by my car, and while it still functioned, it was ready to fall into pieces. I loved my phone so I wanted the same thing again, and Apple & Verizon had refurbished 13 Pro Max but no 13 Pro. It arrived, it worked beautifully. It was like my phone reborn. My old battery was better than the refurbished one, but it wasn’t a significant difference, so I am happy.

Really good condition
The first phone I received had a problem with the software, which is unfortunate because it was in pristine physical condition. The seller took care of it the next day and sent me a new phone. The new phone is in great condition, can barely tell it’s used. I would highly recommend this seller, they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

Not bad
Amazon notify they had delivered it to me, but I looked around my house and couldn’t find the phone. I waited a day then I found it in another house far away from mine and the box was wet. That is a disastrous mistake with a valuable product. I have never encountered similar confusion. After 2 weeks of use, all functions are OK, battery life is 88% (after 2 weeks it has decreased to 87%, I am a bit disappointed with this). There is a chipped camera lens and can be seen at a distance of more than 12 inches (does not affect photo quality but is an aesthetic issue). The screen and frame have no scratches, but the camera and speaker are very dirty, it was not cleaned before delivery. Maybe I’m not the lucky one

Excellent Condition
I am impressed with the condition of the phone. I ordered an excellent condition 13 pro but looks completely new to me with no scratches except for some dust. It arrived within 3 days of ordering. the packaging is obviously not original but provided great protection. I am surprised it also came with an original apple cable. The best part was that it came with 100% battery life and 1 battery cycle as tested by 3uTools. For the price this is one of the best deals.This was my first purchase of a refurbished IPhone this expensive so I spent a reasonable amount of time researching beforehand. I chose to order from the seller “Trademore” largely for the amount of seller reviews they’ve had in the last year and their return policy.

For $600 this is such a steal. Mine I got in the blue because it looked the cleanest to me and it came in with only 2 minor scratches I couldn’t even tell unless I looked really close into the phone. Secondly the battery life was at 89% which is still really good. I’m using it rn and it feels fantastic

The media could not be loaded.
I think it’s my best purchase on Amazon! The order has arrived on the first day within the period of six. The phone is aesthetically 98% with just a few small scratches on the upper corners that can only be seen in detail. Regarding the condition of the battery, I arrived with 100% and that was one of the things I feared the most! Since I read several comments that used to be 86%, so very happy with this purchase! Thank you very much!

Still expensive and had issues connecting to email and text services
Have only had it a month or so now. I spent 6 hours and 4 trips to my carrier and Apple Store to get the unit to work properly. The carrier first said there was a software issue only Apple Store could fix-they tried on the phone to no avail. So then to the Apple Store who wiped the phone twice and reloaded it via the cloud. Then again back to my carrier-who got it working. However-I just noticed all my old music was not on the phone so now gotta figure that one out. Oh-battery seems to run down much faster that my old iphone10-at least so far.For $100 more-I could have had a new 13Pro and likely-less hassle.

Everything works but one small issue
I bought this phone in good condition, and everything works well, and it came with 89% battery health witch I think is pretty good, but the 1x camera sometimes has trouble focusing sometimes and it causes the screen to shake especially if the object/person is up close. I can get it to focus but I spent almost 600$ on this phone and that’s very annoying especially since I’m paying for a phone in good condition. I won’t return it since I need a phone right now and I can live with it because I don’t take a crazy number of pictures and it can still take nice picture when I need it to, and the recording mostly works fine.

Great but could be better
The phone has exceeded my expectations in physical condition, there’s one small nick on the front screen but it does not impede use at all. My battery life is lower than the other reviews I saw on here, but it about the same as my old phone so I’m not losing any battery life.My only real complaint is that the third camera (3x zoom) has four spots that are always in the picture when you’re taking a picture at more than 3x zoom, which is annoying if I want to take a picture against a light colored background.I recognize that this is a used iPhone and it’s expected to have some faults, I just wanted to point out some of the things that *could* be better.Overall I would recommend this seller!

Ship and sold from Amazon. They lied on “excellent condition” above 90% battery health. Mine came in with only 87%, should have been graded for good condition only. No scratch on the screen, just a little tint spots on the back which is nothing. Appearance 9/10.I’m happy overall, I’ll update after 80 days of use. Since it is directly from amazon, I feel so confident about the return policy and no locked icloud.Little tip:Phone may or may not come with IOS17.1, make sure to update the IOS first before you transfer data to not get stuck on “Install Now”.

Overall good value for the price
Only four stars, because my screen is noticeably tilted. Sometimes I cannot see the first letter of the row at the bottom, but it wasn’t enough reason for me to return it. The phone works well otherwise, the battery life is excellent, even after several months of intensive usage as a primary phone. Overall good value for the price.

Above expectations
I bought the 512gb 13 pro for $585 in good condition. It would cost me $900 new from Apple. Battery is at 95% otherwise it looks and feels brand new. This was my first time purchasing a renewed phone but after this experience I’m all in. I bought the unlocked version to save a few bucks and just took it to Verizon and they got it set up on my existing account for no extra charge.

No issues
The phone came in the box, no scratch, no cracks and it was spotless. It came with a USB connector.The phone is really great actually. I haven’t had any issues and it’s been almost 2 months now. The speakers work great and the camera is amazing. I got a 256gb and I am nowhere near filling it up.My battery came at 98% however it’s now at 95% battery health, it didn’t stay at 98% very long. However, a full charge does last me a full day which is amazing since I upgraded from an XR with 50% battery health.

Great store to work with
I got my 13 Pro by the projected receive date. (Waiting for new phones is the hardest) The phone is in perfect condition, no visible damage to screen or body. I was able to transfer my12 mini without any problems. I was pleased to check the health of the battery once it was fully loaded and saw it had battery health of 93%. Very happy working with this supplier.

Not bad
Im pretty impressed with the quality of the phone. Its running smoothly, its perfect. However, I have a couple issues with it. I didn’t like the charger they gave me. I wasn’t expecting an on-brand Apple charger, but the charger it came with, charges very slow. I also wasn’t impressed with the packaging. The phone was wrapped in bubble wrap, and placed in a cardboard box with the chargers and the cube rattling around in the box. Then that box was packaged in the classic Amazon plastic bag. I wish there was more cushioning for the phone. And lastly, I noticed the phone’s screen is more pink than my previous phone. The picture on the left is my iPhone 13 screen, taken on the iPhone 13 Pro I bought, and the picture on the right is the 13 Pro screen, taken on my iPhone 13 camera. It’s not that bad like the camera makes it out to be, but it’s noticeable if my screen brightness is down. Would I recommend buying it? Yes. This was the best deal I’ve seen on the market and I’m glad I got this phone.

I would be lenient to give this phone a three out of five. This product is retailed by Amazon and shipped by Amazon, yet the packaging is overly simplistic, lacking any distinct Amazon branding or certifications indicating the device has undergone functional testing. Included in the package are the phone, a cable, and a substandard charger.Upon inspection, a noticeable scratch on the back of the phone is evident, visible even from a meter away. In addition, there’s a minor scratch on the camera lens. As for the battery, its health is at a mere 90%.In the future, categorizing such a product as in ‘good condition’ might enhance your credibility, Amazon.

Make sure to read the reviews thoroughly
I was excited when I placed my order but after receiving it I was a little disappointed. The screen has significant scratches that you can see and also the frame had a dent on it. The battery health is 87% which is not bad. I guess I was just one of the unlucky ones.

LOVE this phone. Has an amazing camera, and was initially nervous about buying it renewed, but it’s exactly the same as a new phone. Its battery life is also really good, just be conscious of how you use it, or if the phone comes with a bad battery, go to Apple to replace it. Mine was 93%, and it works all day long. Love the iPhone 13! I’d recommend it over the 14 and 15 too.

Battery was NOT refurbished/replaced
This product promised refurbishment and I saw other reviews of the product saying how it their battery maximum capacity was back at 100%. However, upon arrival, mine was only 87%… I am a little disappointed as I expected the battery to be fully replaced or refurbished to 100% capacity. Other than that, the front screen was free from obvious blemishes but when I looked closely, there were some microscratches. I was expecting that the screen would be fully replaced. Everything else seems to be working and looking fine though.
