There was a few scratches on the phone but they were very little, buttons all work, Face ID is good, pretty much this phone is worth it. My battery capacity was at 91% but better than nothing.

This is a great value
The phone arrived within a couple of days. The condition matched the description, looked brand new. Setup was a breeze, especially for a non tech savvy old dude! Great purchase!
I purchased (3) unlocked iPhone 12s so that I could upgrade from the much older models we had. This one has an eSIM and after a call to my service provider, Verizon, all (3) phones were up & working as they’re supposed to. Great condition of the phones considering they’re an older model. Would buy again from this seller.

iPhone in working and almost flawless condition
Bought a renewed iPhone for my daughter. Received the iPhone in an almost new condition. Not a scratch on the screen. Only a few minor scratches on aluminum parts, that don’t affect the usability or look (since I use a case anyway). Works and updates well, and everything seems to be in order. Got a working cable and a charger (not original, but who cares)

Missing Sim Card Tray !!!!!!
Just received my iPhone 12 today on time. As I open the package and took it out of the box, I inspected the phone and noticed the Sim Card Tray is missing. I tested all other functions and it seems pretty good so far. Just missing a Sim Card Tray…… What a bummer !!!!

It’s not perfect
Scratches on the screen and a tiny pinhole crack at the bottom. Has weird glitches at times and a terrible battery life and charge. Worth the price I guess?

Almost perfect Product
Almost perfect iPhone, everything works perfect, the Face ID, cameras, audio, etc. The product just have little, small wear marks, but they are not relevant. The ONLY problem or uneasiness is the Battery Life %, mine only comes at 85%, I dont know if that can be relevant in the normal performance of the phone.

The description said the phone was in excellent condition. However, there were some definite dings on the sides and around the camera lenses. I would have classified it as in “very good” condition, not excellent. A bit disappointing. Otherwise, it functions very well. Love the screen size.

Awesome deal
I bought the “Good” option and was expecting the phone to come with a few minor scratches, and a battery life around 85%. The phone that I received was flawless. No scratches at all, and the battery life is at 100%! Maybe they replaced the battery before sending it I’m not sure. Phone works perfectly as I waited 2 days using it before writing this review. I’m actually shocked because this is way better than my expectations

Scratches
Ordered 2 phone, one came with scratches on whole body (I’m going to return it) another one doesn’t have any scratches except one, but battery life is only 84% when it described as excellent condition. Not fully happy with purchase.

iPhone 12 just purchased
Bought this red iphone13 despite some recent not do good reviews. It was delivered on time, excellent condition(no scratches). The memory was as expected. The big plus is that it appears to be fully functional. The only negative I could say about the phone was that the battery life is at 83%. I will probably end up getting a battery within a year. So there you go. I was hesitant about buying it but I would still recommend. The phone will be a Christmas gift for my son.

Phone is good. Seller, questionable.
Phone is good and arrived with a 95%+ battery life and 1 minor scratch on the screen.Purchased through “MOBILESUPPLY” out of the Bronx, NY. The iPhone 12 arrived covered in the last owner’s dirt and grime near the top speaker (the speaker you’d hold up to your ear in a phone call). Kind of felt like if I was buying an “excellent condition” refurbished product that the sellers would at least put some level of care in cleaning the device before shipping it out.

I was impressed overall with the phone presentation. I would given it a 5 star rating if it wasn’t for the two huge scratches on the sides of the housing. The battery life came at 100% and for what the actual price was, it’s definitely a good deal. I would definitely recommend it

So Far So Good
I received my replacement phone very fast, my first one, the power button wasn’t working too well. This one is great. A few tiny scratches, but it is refurbished. Love the color, but with case I won’t see it anyway. I have to have a case with non slip, I am paranoid of dropping it. Can’t afford to replace it and can’t really afford the insurance for it either. But I had my carrier transfer all my information today and so far so good. Although the agent on my carrier told me the phone would finish the last 500mb of download at home, and so far it has not finished after 3 hours. So I may have to call the carrier again and see what I need to do. But so far the phone works great, trying to learn how to use it. At 71, I am not real technical. I would definitely recommend this company and this phone, great service and fast delivery.

Better than expected
It’s like new. I was sick to my stomach ordering a refurbished online. But this was an unexpected surprise. Phone charged fully. Synced up immediately without any problems. Only problem so far was a freeze in the settings. Just turned it off and back on. Fixed. Hopefully not an ongoing problem.

The only thing I didn’t like is the injector came with a Motorola injector pin 📍. The name Motorola written on it..that’s not nice at all. Away from that the phone is good like new..the battery goes quickly. It doesn’t last too long . But good phone almost brand new. Buy it .

test your luck !
Buy this phone and honestly test your luck. I ordered this phone a bit skeptical because of the reviews and how the battery could be bad or it could have noticeable scratches. But I needed a new phone and one that was within my price range. So, I got it and honestly prayed for the best. And my phone came looking brand spanking new and battery health at 100% ! Pleasantly Surprised!
This was my first time purchasing a “renewed” Apple product. I couldn’t justify spending so much on a brand new iPhone so I thought I’d take a chance on a refurbished one. I admit I was skeptical, but the phone looks and works great! No noticeable scratches or scuffs to the body or screen. Battery health is at 81% which is ok and within the percentage range promised. Everything seems to be functioning normally and I was able to do the data transfer and swap the SIM card easily. I was up and running in minutes! Very happy with my purchase and a great deal for people that don’t need the absolute newest model – a huge improvement over my iPhone 8!

I was pleasantly surprised (although it’s not perfect!)
I purchased a iPhone 12 256gb refurbished (base level). Screen is perfect, and it has minor wear / scratch marks on the body around the camera. Someone took care of this one. Looks brand new with a case on. Battery health 88%. Passed all 3utools, etc. tests. No parts were changed. Only con is that US mobile doesn’t support esim on refurbished phones (not the refurbisher’s fault). Paid $387 + tax. Give it a try!

Good for the price, people complain too much
The phone came in very good and only has scratches on the back but who cares, not like you use it backwards. I see a lot of people complaining about scratches and minor stuff, it’s a used refurbished phone, if you want it pristine and new then buy a new one, I bought the acceptable ones, and it’s so good, I understand if people bought the Excellent condition and didn’t get it so good but it’s still used at the end of the day and you always have to expect these things when buying used things, which is why I went with the cheapest.

Battery no good and no response from seller.
I bought this for my son to replace his old iPhone7!!! He is on the road a lot using his GPS. He found that he had to keep it on charger as it would die within 5 minutes. I contacted the company via Amazon but no response. We should have returned it but he went to apple and bought a new battery for $90. Don’t buy from this company as they do not stand behind their product.

This phone came on time, it looks new, works great, so far no problems!It came with a lightning, USB-C cord, no wall plug, which is odd but if that’s the only negative then I can’t complain! I will definitely buy renewed again given this experience. do not use the face recognition, so not sure how to rate that.

[My review contains 6 photos][My review rating actually is 4.5 stars.]My interest in purchasing an Amazon Renewed iPhone 12 (2020) arose from favorable past experiences with renewed (used) purchases, and a more affordable opportunity to upgrade a first gen iPhone SE (2016).My order was placed on March 31, 2023, and it arrived on May 4, 2023.The unboxing experience was excellent. An unadorned white cardboard box labeled “Amazon Renewed” on the top and some device info on the back. Inside, side-by-side, two recessed trays, one for the iPhone (covered by a clear plastic film) and the second for a USB 5V power adapter and 3′ Lightning cable. A “OPEN ME FIRST” sleeve with several cards inside: HI THERE, WE’VE GOT YOU COVERED, QUICK START GUIDE, SIM REMOVAL TOOL, and INSPECTION TEST CERTIFICATE.Cosmetically the phone looked brand new. No noticeable blemishes (just a tiny scratch near the Lightning connection).So, after powering on and setting up the iPhone 12, I checked a few things. WiFi and Bluetooth were okay. Face ID okay. The battery was at 81% charge, with a Max Capacity (Battery Health) of 89%. iOS was at version 16.3.1, which I upgraded to 16.4.1, then 16.4.1(a).The back of the box noted “BH 91%” and the Inspection Certificate noted that “Your Device” – A2172 BH91 – was “Tested in New Jersey” on 03/24/2023″ and “Battery Health 90%+ confirmed.” So, in the time (~6 weeks) between inspection and arrival, this iPhone lost 2% of max battery capacity. Is this typical (as in other reviews)? Is this a big deal?Well, in my case 89% BH probably is good enough. The renewed iPhone 12 is not my primary smartphone. And the fully charged battery lasts longer than my old iPhone SE’s. And the 12 has the latest iOS and other more recent hardware and software features (like MagSafe, Precision Finding).The Amazon Renewed Guarantee includes replacement or refund within 1 year of replacement. Battery Health May Be Faked
this phone works perfectly, everything works just fine, i don’t mind the little scratches on the sides, the thing that makes me a little frustrated is the battery health, i checked using 3uTools which is very popular for looking more in depth into a phone, i was not pleased to see this phone had a battery health of 77%, i could be a error, but this is the only thing that made me upset.

The phone works as advertised. I wanted to upgrade my iphone but I can’t be bothered to spend a ton on the latest because, let’s face it, unless you work in something or have a hobby where you need the latest technology, it’s just not worth it. Battery health came at 87%. Not bad for a used phone. The color they sent was incorrect but I contacted the seller & they’re kindly attempting to remediate the situation. It hasn’t been remediated yet because I truly have not had time to sit & discuss the matter but they have made it very clear they are willing to right the matter. I include this in the review, not to put them on blast, but to show that they act in good faith when they make mistakes, as this is important to me when it comes to a purchase, no matter how big or small. All in all, I would definitely buy from this seller again. If you’re like me & don’t see the point in basically wasting thousands on a phone who’s full potential you will never unlock, I recommend you do the same.

Surprised!
Seeing the reviews and this being my first time buying a refurbished phone i was a bit skeptical but i said F*** it and did it anyways. it got here in nearly perfect condition the only thing was a teeeeeeny tiny chip oh the up right corner but nothing to worry about its covered with a phone case barely noticeable but the phone has lasted me a while now and no complications and i was promised 80% battery health and i got 98%!!! i think i may have gotten lucky refurbished things are usually a hit or miss. i say go for it and if it doesnt work or meet your standards return it but remember refurbished doesnt mean perfect new condition.

Good product for value
I’ve had a pretty old iPhone X with a terrible battery life that kept heating up. I did not want to purchase the newer versions of the iPhone and wanted to find a more affordable option. This phone has been pretty great so far! It feels like a significant upgrade from the X. However, the kit did not come with the proper tools to set it up. I did not have the tool to switch the sim card, and had to find a random paperclip at home. It also comes with a charger which is great. I also notice it can be kind of slow when opening the camera to take a photo.

Like new
The phone came very clean with not a single scratch on it. The only way I could really tell if its used or not was the battery health which came at 88 percent and the battery has been amazing so far.This phone exceeded my expectations because I was expecting a scratch or two or some kind of scuff but I didn’t see anything of that nature.The phone came with some generic charger and charging brick that has the “made for Iphone” tag on it so that means using them wont destroy your battery.Highly recommend buying refurbished if you want to save some money.

Overall phone function and detail
Order an acceptable condition device because i needed something functional right away but also not spending too much. Also made sure i look into the seller and not the first one it chooses. You get what you pay for device has scratch screen on the bottom part, dents on the side of the phone and a few scratch on the back but not noticable at all. Battery life is pretty good as well as the function of the device (had it for about 5 days) phone is still with their original parts so hasn’t been replaced or fixed. Overall it’s pretty good and with a case on it looks almost new!Will updated if anything changes.

Good customer service
Ordered an excellent condition phone and it arrived with noticeable scratches. Nothing other than cosmetic damage, but this was surprising as the description said there would be no visible damage when viewed from 12” away. It also came without a SIM card tray, but I reached out to the seller through Amazon and they overnighted a tray to me. The phone works, it says it doesn’t recognize the camera as an authentic Apple part, but it works and I am able to use the camera normally. Overall good for the price, and good customer service.

Perfect, Just Perfect.
Just what they advertised. Let me tell you what a nice phone. It was in perfect condition. Looked like it was never used. The only issue with the phone, Which is why I give it a four star is it was never fully cleaned. I mean they wiped it very well, they just never cleaned the speaker ports, ear opening even the lighting port was filthy. I mean you should of seen the lint that came out of that little port. WOW. But over all I would try and purchase a used iPhone again.

Good value, prompt delivery, battery life below 80%
This phone was delivered promptly and arrived in mostly like new condition. This phone is a huge upgrade to my I-phone 6 and I was able to swap over all my information without to much trouble. The only disappointment was the battery life monitor shows the battery being degraded to 78% and Amazon guarantees 80% on refurbished phones. But I will keep the new phone, it is a huge improvement over the old one and I don’t feel like doing the data swap again.
