Renewed iPhone 11 purchase
I am an iPhone user from way back. I had an older iPhone and wanted to trade up, but the prices on new iPhones was too steep for me. I worked for AT&T and know the policies for selling a renewed phone, so II wasn’t concerned about purchasing a renewed phone. It works like a new phone and I am happy with my purchase.

Battery below stated 80% min capacity spec
Phone specs state the battery has been tested to exceed a minimum 80% of the original battery capacity. I was a little surprised that it only had 77% capacity when received. Either it was tested to meet that spec or it wasn’t.

Great condition.
Purchased this phone for my daughter to replace her phone that was damaged. The phone itself was in great condition (looked brand new), everything worked properly except that it wouldn’t recognize a SIM card. After taking it to my carrier and speaking with Apple they determined it was a manufacturer problem. The phone came with a warranty so Apple is sending me a replacement. Other than this issue, which can be expected when you are buying a refurbished phone, I was very pleased with the condition of the phone.

Good phone.
Got this iPhone as a gift for my mom, she loved it!, works very well, was getting a little hot when charging it, I think it might be bc of the battery, but I honestly expected it. Also, the screen was a little scratched, but with a screen protector was looking really nice afterwards. All apps worked very well, the phone was easy to set up as well. So definitely not regretting this purchase!

Battery Health
Everything is fine except the battery health was degraded (77%) when I first received it. Should have fix the problem first and charge a higher price rather than letting the customer spend unnecessary time and have the battery change.

The phone is horrible, it took forever to even get set up kept saying it couldn’t update, it gets extremely hot, battery does not last more than a couple hours, back of the phone has a small crack at the bottom and I can see where the screen was damaged and fixed.

I’ve had the 6 for years

Great Product
I’ve been using this phone for a little over a week now and it’s working great! It charges to 100% and is fast. No noticeable wear AT ALL. Worth the price
I honestly think people expect too much from a refurbished phone. The one I got looks perfect, except for a few scratches on the side that are barely noticeable with no case. Battery is 86% as expected from a refurbished phone. The only “complaint” i would have is that the iPhone’s software can tell when the display is not Apple authorized, however it hasn’t affected its performance at all.

After like 2 weeks with the phone, it just stopped charging. I thought the charger was the poblem but even at the Apple store their chargers couldn’t charge my phone. So the problem WAS the phone. Buying a Phone through Amazon is not it for real.

A Good Deal
This purchase made me nervous. However after a bit of a struggle getting service connected to this phone I cam say all is well. It arrived in a simple box and a powercord but physically… No marks or exterior damage.I would rate a bit higher but email turnaround and the Q and A on products like this is poor. I got no straight answer about it being able to be connected to Virgin Mobile. I had to get it…load all my info and try a Sim card before I saw it would work. So it does and this was a good deal so far.

Refurbished Apple 11 phone
While the phone worked properly it is my belief that a much better work should have been done with the cosmetics of the restoration. The phone came with some scratches which are not really visible once you put on the cover, but, still I know about the scratched.

This is literally amazing omg!! There were no scratches on the front or back, and the sim card worked! The battery health was at 92% so satisfied!! Face id was kinda mid tbh but what else can you expect for like half the price? Totally worth it!!!

Buying this phone was the best decision so far, I actually love my new phone from upgrading from my last phone. When I got my new phone yesterday it didn’t give me any issues at all with the updating, Transferring my photos, Contacts including app. In fact, The phone is fully unlocked with any carrier just in case anyone needed to know. Also the phone is very nice didn’t have any scratches & it came with a charger and a screen protector. I love my new phone would definitely recommend anyone buying from this seller. Everything that’s listed in the title is definitely true and not a scam.
