This is an amazing little camera!
I have 10 grandkids and thought I would get them one of these print cameras. I have ordered several other different brand cameras and had to send back 3 of them because of how bad they printed. Of all of the different cameras I bought this one is the BEST! It prints the best quality and is actually cheaper than a couple of the other ones I purchased. It even has a flash, can zoom in and out, has a selfie mirror on the front with flash. I haven’t tried the video yet or the other fun things with the camera but I bought this for the photo and print and it works beautifully! I would recommend! 5 Stars!

This camera is a great value; it comes with markers so kids can color the photos, plus a cute lanyard/strap, and two refills of thermal paper. The camera arrived fully-charged, so it was ready to use immediately! Kids will love taking photos and watching them print instantly. The photos aren’t crystal-clear, since it’s a thermal printer, but they’re still enjoyable. And they work great for photographing pets, too. Some instant-print cameras are pricey, but this one is super affordable and it comes with all the accessories your kids will need for endless entertainment! The camera has other features, too. It has adorable cartoonish filters that are sure to make children laugh and smile, plus there’s a game feature for added fun. total blast for adult babies
i am solidly outside of the intended age bracket here, and i love this thing. the purple/orange color scheme is so very cute. the shape and size is super cute and comfortable to hold.the camera itself of course isn’t the best quality ever. it goes up to 8mpx, which can honestly produce good photos in my experience, but the lens is what you’d expect from this pricepoint, and i don’t mind one bit. it adds character! very simple to transfer the images to my computer.it’s a bit annoying that it sets to auto print photos every time you turn the camera on, but i just got used to turning it off. the paper’s so cheap, i don’t really care how much i waste. just be aware that, same as receipts, the printed photos will eventually fade, and there’s absolutely no way to stop that. but again, it’s very easy to transfer the images from the SD card (32gb mind you!) that i don’t really care.it also annoys me that i can’t adjust the date and time. or rather, i can, but every single time the camera turns off, it snaps right back to february of 2023, so i just gave up. i don’t really care, but if the date stamp matters to you, i’d maybe check out a different thermal printing camera.anyways, this thing is cute, durable, and does what it says it will. i take it with me to places sometimes and people think it’s so fun. i got it on sale for 30 bucks and don’t regret it one bit.

Petite Throwback Camera Design Both Fun And Interactive
The Amzelas Kids Instant Print Camera is a mini digital camera that comes with an internal thermal printer. This enables the camera to be able to print photos straight from the device itself onto thermal paper. The print quality is similar to other variations of these kinds of cameras but fared quite considerably when I got a pic that would be hard to print with partial reflections of the clear plastic. The box comes with the camera, 3 rolls of thermal paper (roughly 57mm, and has a slight gloss sheen on the top surface for nicer prints), a neck lanyard, short USB-C to USB-A charging cable, and a set of mini markers. For this particular camera, it only has a front facing camera lens, but there’s a small reflective circle mirror right under the lens to help with selfies. There’s also 2 flash lights on the front as well for better dark shots. There’s a Micro SD card (32GB) already installed that’s used to save any content, plus can be used to add music for the music player that’s pre-installed. A total of 5 simple flash games on board are entertaining and can be played for a while. The settings for the camera can adjust the print mode (grayscale or dot matrix) as well as other camera functions, though it does lack the option to turn off the timestamp for the photos taken, so when printing it will appear as well.Note: The one I got had a bit of an issue with the dedicated flash light button, but after contacting the seller directly my issue was completely resolved. A great experience with support from the seller.Overall, this is a fun and interactive instant print camera that is great for kiddos as well as adults.

This camera is quite intriguing; it comes with photo paper, allowing you to print pictures instantly, eliminating the need to visit places like CVS for printing and waiting. It’s straightforward to use; after taking a photo, the camera can immediately produce the picture. Initially, the pictures may not be very clear, so we tried placing the printed photo in my pocket for about twenty seconds, then took it out and shook it a bit. This process made the image much clearer. Additionally, I discovered that it performs better for indoor night shots compared to daytime shots.

I’m not sure what the zero ink printing principle of this camera is, but it really is the best Christmas gift for a child. In talking to my nephew I learned that he had no idea how photos were printed. What my nephew often sees are photos on his phone or already printed. Because he loves taking pictures, he was really curious about how the photos came about. This instant camera is one of the gifts he wants most right now. He only needs to press the shutter button and the photo will appear in the water in a few minutes. Even in my opinion it was a very interesting experience. The first photo my nephew printed was a photo of me and him. From the photo, you can see that this Polaroid camera has its own filter, and the texture of the photo looks really nice.

Great for Kids
My daughter loves to take pictures with this. She takes pictures with us and her little brother all the time. She enjoys adding funny filters to make custom looks. Memory is too short. This instant camera is remarkable for us to remember what just happens. Normally phone and camera will have memory card to store those pics. Cute little camera, takes photos – not HD photos, but what can you expect?
This is definitely designed for children. It sings when you power it up, and when you power it down, and the menu screen is quite cartoon-y. That being said, it’s a cute little camera and takes decent photos for what you can realistically expect from such a contraption. It came preloaded with a roll of printer paper, and there are 2 more rolls in the box (it’s basic thermal paper, of course). The photos will print upon taking them, in black-and-white, and you can install a memory card if you want to save them for later. I did not take the thing apart to investigate what sort of batteries it uses, it was preloaded with those as well. It has a nice wrist strap to attach, and comes with a USB cable for loading your photos and videos onto a computer (it does have a video mode).

The camera comes with three rolls of print paper, which is a nice bonus.The print quality is good, but it’s not as good as a traditional film camera. The prints are black and white, but they’re clear and sharp. My kids don’t seem to mind the black and white prints, in fact, they think it’s kind of cool.

My daughter love it
My daughter really love this camera, it has a nice color, takes clear pictures, and offers various options. It can even be used for playing games and listening to music. But my daughter is more focused on taking photos, capturing people, landscapes, and animals. Fortunately, this camera has a long -lasting battery, So she can play with it all day. The design is really sturdy and the camera is light weight, making it easy to her to hold it. The cord hanging around the neck is also very comfortable and this is the best gift choice for kids.

Great for kids
I got this as gift for my niece that just turned seven. She was constantly using my brother’s phone to take pictures of everything, so I thought this would be nice for her. I set it up ahead of time, so it was using good a high megapixel for stills and a decent value for video, I also updated the print resolution to be higher. It stores everything on a SD card so you can easily transfer to a computer etc. to save too. After she opened it at the party, she went crazy taking pictures of everything and everyone, she loved it. Overall its a great gift for kids that like taking pictures and can print out for friends etc.

Solid Experience
My youngest daughter likes to take pictures. She has a ball when we use my smart phone to take pictures of our family. I got her this instant print camera for her to take pictures on her own and print them out. She likes the camera a lot. It is just her size, and she was able to figure out how to use it quickly and easily. The camera appears to be well made and feels quite durable. The picture quality is decent, and it comes with a mini screen to help take the picture. It also comes with a revolving camera lense, that can be used for selfies. A good choice for a beginning camera that our little one enjoys.

Decent little printing camera for kids, but LOUD
First thing that I guarantee you will want to deal with this camera is get into the settings and turn the volume all the way OFF. When you first turn it on, it is at max volume and even my 11 yr old thought it was obnoxiously loud. It took us just a couple minutes to figure out how to get into the settings and then turn the volume all the way off.The camera comes with a larger roll of thermal paper already in the camera, and is also almost fully charged, so it can be used right away. It then comes with two smaller rolls of thermal paper and a set of markers that the child can doodle on the pictures with.There was a learning curve to determine how to take the best pictures and on what setting to put the printer and print type on to get the best results. As shown in my attached pictures, the picture of my cat sitting on a stool was done in the ‘dot print’ mode and on print density 3. But the picture of her in the blankets was done in ‘gray print’ mod, and print density 4, which shows the best results.You can also play around with the pictures and make them distorted or goofy, which my daughter enjoyed doing.There are some cheap little games in music included with the camera, but my daughter hasn’t done much with those and there are no instructions on what you are supposed to do in the games. (Tetris is obvious though). But listening to my daughter try out and play the games drove my husband and I nuts because the button pushing is quite ‘clicky’ loud. Other than that it actually isn’t a bad little find camera for a kid.

Cute toy, fun for kids, instructions are ok but not great
This is a fun camera for kids – it takes pictures, videos, has several games, and even an mp3 player. The primary feature, of course, is the thermal printer, and for what is essentially a black and white photo it’s not bad.In the box you’ll find the camera, a neck strap, usb cable, two additional rolls of paper, and under the tray there are some color markers and the instruction manual. The battery is charged enough to use right away, it already has the paper loaded, and the memory card is installed. Hold the power button until it turns on, press the picture button, and it goes into camera mode. Every press of the camera button takes a picture and prints it immediately.The diagram in the manual is too tiny to see the numbers for the features, but the next page lists the numbers and their function. Throughput the manual it refers to the buttons by number, not name. The manual is ok for instructions, but not perfect. For instance in the review mode it tells you to hold the power button to enter the delete menu, however you actually just press it once without holding it. It’s mostly ok.The settings are limited, but the first one to change is labeled print density, setting it higher than default increases the contrast and in my opinion works better. You can set whether it always prints every picture or not.The games include snake, maze, box moving puzzle, and Tetris.The charge port is usb C, and the paper is inexpensive and common.The only thing that’s a little annoying is you need to hold the camera with your finger out of the way of the printer, where it would naturally rest.The kids used up all three rolls before the day was through, so it’s a big win.

Great Gift for Teens as Well as Tots!
Even though these printer cameras are advertised for little kids too young to own a phone with camera or a fancier instant photo device, it turns out that teens LOVE the novelty and ease of being able to print out their own pictures, too! We picked out this camera as a birthday gift for one of my daughter’s friends, since my daughter’s camera had been such a hit.I haven’t received a report back yet of how well this particular camera works, but if it’s anything like the one I gave my daughter, it prints simple, receipt-quality black and white photos with recognizable images. You can color these in with markers or colored pencils if you’re artistically inclined.Sure, the photos this camera produces are not as fancy as those instant print photos, but they cost only a few cents apiece instead of more than a dollar! That means teens can afford to take more pictures and share prints with more friends, resulting in more fun for everyone. A surprisingly successful teen or tween gift!

Not Just Polaroid

I like to call it the Polaroid, or instant print camera. 😳✔The charging port is type-c, and I can use the Android cable to recharge. I took a lot of photos of babies sleeping and learning to walk.✔There is a roll of thermal paper built-in, and there are two more rolls in the box, don’t forget it.✔My wife thought the two rolls of thermal paper were useless and almost lost them.Although it has a small color screen,but photos are printed in black and white. Love This Camera – Not Just for Kids!
I really like this little camera! I used it to take pictures for a photo booth. I had wanted a kids’ camera so anyone could use it and it wouldn’t matter so much if it got knocked around a bit. The photo quality certainly isn’t professional level or anything, but it’s good enough for your average photos. I love the instant print feature the most. The print quality isn’t wonderful and it’s black and white, but it’s perfectly fine for a kids’ camera. It was a great feature to have for a photo booth. I do wonder if there’s any way to get the right size rolls of replacement paper. I have seen other thermal printing cameras out there though, and the width of the paper is pretty standard, so it may not be that hard. The camera is small, almost too small for an adult’s hands (which makes sense), and it’s extremely light weight. The manual is thorough enough, and definitely needed if you want to understand how to navigate the menu and various features on the camera. I know there are games and other features on the camera, but I haven’t really tried them yet. Overall, I think this camera is fun not only for kids, but adults too!

I got this camera for my daughter to use when she goes to sleepaway camp and can’t take her phone with her. It’s inexpensive, so even if it gets lost it’s not the end of the world, and she can instantly print pictures to share with friends. While this is recommended for kids 3-9, it looks like a polaroid camera and isn’t too babyish for older kids. My daughter is 12, and she likes it because she can instantly take and print her own photos. The menus are a little bit kiddie looking, but it’s not a huge problem. There are some games included, but my daughter wasn’t interested in them because she prefers to play games on her phone or Switch.The camera is rechargeable via USB, so no need to worry about it eating batteries. It comes with a total of 3 rolls of paper (one pre-installed, two in the package), and a lanyard to wear the camera around your neck. The picture quality is decent for the price. When my daughter isn’t using this, I will be taking it to my classroom to let kids take pictures for projects and stuff.This camera is a great value and would make an excellent gift for a child.

My grandson loves it!!
My 9 year old grandson comes over and loves it. I love the fact that when he comes over and we go for a hike he can take pictures and get an instant print right then and it’s ink free so it will never run out of ink. Yesterday he actually started using a couple of the many different photo settings. I ended up getting a second one because he usually brings a friend over and he loves it too. Games on it remind me of my first Nokia cell phone and he loves playing them too. Screen is kind of small so you can only fit so many things on it, but I wish it had a number for the photo settings to be able to take a quick picture with the setting you want. Camera reminds of the booths at parties or Chuck E Cheese with the funny photos you can make. Overall a great starter camera for kids.
