Where did the powder puff go ?
This powder is a a classic. The smell is lovely and the coverage is on point.. BUT they did away with the lovely poofy powder puff that was their signature piece. No other powder companies proved a puff like that.. now they’ve stopped for some reason. 🙁

Wish They Made a Fragrance-Free Version
I really liked this product. Like all the reviews say, it goes on smooth with an airbushed-finish look. The only downside for me is the scent. If you’re sensitive to scents, then this is not for you. As much as I love this product, the baby powder scent triggers my allergies and makes me sneeze non-stop. Wish they made a scent-free version for allergy sufferers like myself.

Love it! LIGHT, EFFECTIVE, INEXPENSIVE AND PLENTIFUL!
Sheer, light, nicely translucent and really does the trick! I discovered this many years ago and loved it then but never got it again for some reason. It lasts so long – in terms of the effect of the powder and in terms of the amount of the powder that fills the compact. And for a GREAT LOW PRICE! It is fragranced with a light pleasing feminine scent, but I actually prefer using unscented makeup on my face. Oh well…can’t have it all, I guess! Fortunately, I have never experienced any side effects or skin issues while using this powder. Its WONDERFUL, CLEAN, SUBTLE, HIGH PERFORMING, Very EFFECTIVE and What A GREAT BUY at this low price! Love the CUTE SOFT powder PUFF inside the huge, amply-filled compact!

My new holy grail for makeup
I use this to help set my makeup. It helps to give a smoother finish to my makeup and it controls any unwanted shineyness. I personally don’t like the dewey look on myself so that’s why I like this. I actually like the smell too. No sensitivity issues either.

Great loose face powder!
I’ve been using this face powder for years. It is very lighweight, doesn’t cake up easily, no smell, gives a beautiful matte yet light shine look. I always get compliments on my skin, because this is just enough to powder over my bronzer and I am constantly told I don’t look like I wear any makeup at 58 years old! Told recently I look 40, no sun, I use SPF70 even in the winter and I use this face powder! Thanks! I use the Translucent Extra coverage only!

Amazing, smells good
I really like this, it’s a great setting powder for what it’s priced at. There is a lot in there so I won’t be running out soon, the packaging is good but the lid doesn’t screw on it just pops on an off but not to the point that it will get everywhere. It stops my face from looking oily but isn’t to mattifying that you can see all the cracks so it doesn’t make your face look dry like others sometimes do. Overall I really like it, the smell of it might not be for everyone but it’s subtle and I love it!

10/10 for texture, longevity, & oil control
This powder is the softest thing I’ve ever felt in my life! I was using elf transparent loose powder before and while they’re roughly the same price as each other, this powder is 10x better! There’s no grainy feeling at all, it lasts all day long, keeps my very oily skin at bay even after hours of working under harsh fluorescent lights but doesn’t dry me out, comes with an applicator poof, and has like twice as much powder as the elf powder. People have commented on the smell, but it’s not overwhelming at all. To me, it smells like how I remember my mom and grandmothers powders smelled as a kid. 10/10 would recommend

Every Drag Queens old faithful
This powder is amazing for the price as always. You can take off the top lid for easier access to the powder As well. Has a bit of a grandma smell, but honestly it kind of feels old hollywood, like you’re getting ready for stage at a cabaret.

A wonderful item. Only 1 issue perhaps for others
How am I so late to this party? Hello? This is blurring and lightweight. Feels cool to apply and don’t even feel it once applied. My only personal issue is the lid itself doesn’t screw on and I worry about the top just falling off as it’s loose. The only issue I can see others having is its scent. It’s a lovely one, a fresh linen or something of that nature. I personally have no issue with it but the scent itself is strong and may bother others. It goes away after a while but otherwise at first it is quite noticeable.

Good consistent face powder
I have used this on and off for decades and always find myself going back… It seems to be the most consistent affordable/drugstore powder, whereas others have changedor discontinued colors, textures, and packaging too much and not to my liking. Good for quick baking and setting. I primarily use it over tinted moisturizer and concealer, but have used it to set full foundation in the past and haven’t had anything negative to say.The only drawback maybe be the scent for some people who don’t like strong or scented powders in general… It does not bother me.

Good product
My teen daughter loves this stuff. She says that it is her favorite face powder…the only complaint is if your sensitive to smells this might bother you a bit. Says it smells like grandma’s closet….not a bad thing just something to take note. She says it’s good at setting the concealer to matify without drying out your skin. She will co tinge to use long term and has even convinced her mama to try it as well.

I was subscribed to a bunch of beauty samplers for awhile. I have not seen or noticed and difference in this setting powder vs expensive brands like MAC, Ciate, ect. For reference my skin is fairly balanced but does go dry / flakey in the winter.

Looks great
My daughter has bought this before and I needed to find a good powder so I tried the Hirsh and it goes on light. It smells good it does not feels like cake on your face. It’s very thin and goes on well with a brush I use a big brush Instead of the sponge that comes in it. When you use the brush, just tap the access powder on it and then apply it to your face with a dabbing motion. I do not spread I just dab around my face. He goes on very easy with the brush, and it looks great .

This seems…different
I’ve been using this product for years, so I know what to expect in terms of performance, and I love how this powder softly blurs the face. This particular product seems to work as anticipated, but the smell is off. I don’t know if the formula went through a change or the product I have is old, or what. I haven’t broken out or had any bad reactions, but not sure if I can tolerate the smell much longer.

Never going back
I’m never going back. This is perfect. Before this I was using revolution brand loose powder and I can tell now this one is SO much better. It is way more functional. It seals my foundation. The only critique I have is that I wish it came with an angled puff instead of a circular one because I use it for my under eyes and to precisely cut my cheek contour.

Not a bad product but…
I like htis face powder for the most part, but depending on what foundation I use, it reacts differently. With some foundations, it looks great. With other foundations, as the day wears on, it becomes patchy. I’m sure it has more to do with the foundation than with the powder itself, but hard to know what a particular foundation will do to it.If you have oily skin and just use it by itself, it’s fine. If you plan on using it on top if foundation, just be aware that you may start seeing patchiness.

Been using for over 20 years
I’ve had dalliances with other powders, and even a few love affairs. But I always come back to Coty Airspun. I assume it must be made from pure fairy dust to have lasted as a brand for as long as it has. It worked just as well for my flawless and creamy teenaged skin as it does for my dry and (ever so lightly) wrinkled middle aged skin. It won’t dry you out, settle into creases, or leave you looking cakey. It does have a scent to it, but it isn’t off-putting. The included pouf is well made, and I’ve never had issues with it, unlike other brands. If you’re looking for a good loose powder, you’re in good hands with Coty…literally multiple generations of women agree, including my great grandmother.

A decent powder, but a little too scented
For a bargain face powder, this is a good choice. However, loose powder is messier than a compact and a little more difficult to control. I found the texture to be a little chalky and not as sheer as I’d like. I probably won’t keep using it in the long term.

Nice coverage
I like this powder a lot and it has very good coverage. The only thing that I find a bit difficult is trying to load the powder puff with the powder. The hard plastic does not allow for you to easily load the puff.

There is a REASON this company has been making this so long
I will never, ever, EVER buy another loose powder as long as I live. It has a nice floral (subtle) scent, and it applies perfectly. I wear a lot of dark and metallic makeups and this barely makes a dent on them. Definitely buying over and over again.

Don’t ge the “translucent” shade
The powder in and of itself is amazing. It prevents lines in your makeup and helps keep your foundation in place all day. The only issue is that I ordered a different shade than I usually do. The “translucent” shade is shiny and almost makes your skin have a silver tint to it. The other shades are perfect though, just match your skin tone.
