Perfect solution
I ordered this for my parents as their refrigerator has never had a water source for an ice maker. In the past they have bought ice and stores it in their freezer but as they have gotten older it is to hard to travel to the store to drag home large ice bags!This product is the answer!! Worked surprisingly well and they had ice very quickly. The size of the large cubes are perfect! My only complaint is that it didn’t come with any kind of instruction booklet or information sheet at all. This wasn’t a huge issue for me but my parents wouldn’t have been able to look it up online.

Great value, great convenience!
Very efficient, but realize this feature. This is NOT a refrigerated unit. It does not keep ice cold. So, the ice that you don’t immediately consume melts back down into the fill reserve and makes more ice…the unit never stops running! You need to use what you make right away or store what you’ve made in your freezer.

Pretty good machine
I bought this unit in June of 2021 when we bought a new refrigerator that only came with one ice maker because the refrigerator couldn’t keep up with our demand. This ice maker that we bought, is beginning to not work. I have to turn it off and back on again, pull the plug to reset it and get it going again. But in all fairness we run this machine for at least 5 hours every day since we had it. Unfortunately the hinge inside the maker has broken and now it can’t scoop the ice out so I have to manually help it. The motor does tend to get a bit warm and you have to make sure the area with the fans aren’t blocked. I don’t feel like it makes quite as much ice was advertised, but it does make a good amount for our family of 5. I am seriously considering buying the same one again because it lasted 2 years and 4 months. I wish it would have made it to 3. But overall it does what it needs to. Just be sure to clean it by running some vinegar in it once in a while and clean off the dust on the fan blades & it should last a while. It is not a bad price for what it is. It is definitely better than buying ice from the store. 🙂

Great ice maker, quick too
We love this ice maker. The well holds a lot of water so we’re not constantly having to add water to it. The turn around time is really quick. The ice is made in less than 5 minutes, the size and shape are perfect. They’re not too thick and not too thin. It keeps the ice frozen for a long time too. When the ice does melt, it just drains through the bottom of the basket back into the well and cycles all over again. We use bottled water in ours and so far we haven’t had to clean it, I’m sure if you use regular tap water you’d have to clean it by now, but the directions seem easy enough to follow to clean it.If you’re in the market for an ice maker or a new one, I highly recommend this one.

Awesome counter top ice maker.
We have it in our RV. It’s fast and fully automatic, just pour the water in. Makes small or large cubes. It does make a little noise when new cubes are created and transferred into the access hopper, so we turn it off at night. This is an awesome product if you don’t have a regular ice maker in your frig.

Fast, fairly quiet, easy to use
This makes ice really fast. Of course, it is pretty soft ice because it doesn’t keep it cold once it is in the basket, so to make ice we keep in the ice bin, we have to go through this process of making a basket of ice, putting that ice in a plastic bag in the freezer, and then by the time the next basket of ice is done, we can break the ice in the bag apart before dumping it into the ice bin in the freezer. If we don’t do this, there is too much water and it results in big chunks of hard to use ice. This is not super convenient, but it does help us keep up with our high ice needs in the summer (my husband works outside and it’s HOT here, so he needs lots of ice water to stay hydrated and not overheated.) While not as convenient as an under the counter icemaker, this was affordable and has no chance of flooding our kitchen as our under the counter icemaker did when it sprung a leak in the middle of the night!

Works well
Love the ice! I thought the ice would be tough even in the small setting, but it’s actually soft enough to chew like nugget ice. I use a pretty large Yeti and a whole basket of small ice fits in it with a few pieces sticking out of the top. Definitely one of my favorite big money buys.

Great purchase!
I purchased this AGLUCKY countertop ice maker almost 4 months ago. I live in a small lakeside cottage and the kitchen doesn’t allow for a refrigerator large enough to contain an ice maker. Keeping up with ice cube trays, especially when entertaining, was a challenge I was just done with. I also don’t have a lot of counter space but since this unit has a fairly small footprint, I was willing to at least test sacrificing counter space in exchange for giving up ice cube trays.When I bought this, it was on sale. Even so, I hesitated to purchase it because several 1-star reviews stated it stopped working after 30 days and customer service was non-existent. Seeing several of the same 1-star complaints is always a red flag to me. But – Because of the price and because of my total annoyance with ice cube trays I took the plunge. I am happy to say that almost 4 months in and we are still going strong. I use this regularly 1 -2 times a week. I fill it and make a full “batch” of ice cubes and when done, I leave the lid open to dry out and unplug the unit until I need it again.The ice cubes are very wet so if used directly out of the machine they are not long-lasting cubes and if placed directly into an ice bin in the freezer they become a big clump. To avoid this, I keep a gallon zip lock bag in my freezer and each time the basket is full of ice, I empty it into the bag and lay it flat in the freezer. When the next batch is ready I shake the bag to break up the cubes, dump them into the ice bin and repeat the process. One complete fill of water in the ice maker makes enough ice to fill the ice bin in my freezer. When I have the amount of ice I need, I open the lid and unplug the unit until next time. While the whole zip lock bag process may sound involved to some, to me it still beats dealing with ice cube trays. I unplug the unit only because that is the manufacturer recommendation for my Vitamix and it just makes sense to me to not run electronics when not in use for long periods of time.The “cubes” are only about 1/3 the size of a regular ice cube. The size is nice for filling water bottles and for cocktails. And yes, it really does make ice cubes within the promised 9 minutes. Of course, it isn’t a great number of cubes but is ice in 9 minutes as advertised.I am very very happy with my purchase and have recommended it to several of my friends. I would definitely buy again.

Good Bargain and Essential for Big Parties
The ice-maker in our freezer never worked right and we’ve given up on it entirely. I finally bought this countertop one for the holidays. I used it for a couple of parties since then and it has worked great! I let it sit upright for a day before using it.The cubes (bullets) are not as hard frozen as ice cubes made in a freezer. I preferred to make the ice ahead of time and store them in ziploc bags laid flat in the freezer to harden them some more. Later I shook the bags to break up any that froze together. A gallon ziploc bag holds almost 3lbs of the small cubes. It filled up 3 1-gallon bags from 1 tank of water in under 2 hours, but I just let it run and removed cubes when it was full and haven’t timed it exactly.The loudest sound it makes is when it tips the new cubes into the tray. I didn’t run it during parties but I don’t think it would be very noticeable running in the background.

Worked fairly well.
Overall, the ice maker did what it was supposed to do. It would make ice in about 9 minutes. There were a few shortcomings however. The bullet style ice does not last as long as a cube in a drink. The ice maker tended to dump all the ice in one spot where it piled up against the sensor, and prevented any more ice from being made, even though there was plenty of room for more ice. The ice maker was a little noisy, but not obnoxious. The machine lasted about a year and then failed due to a plastic gear that broke, and prevented the ice from being dumped into the tray. I decided to try another ice maker rather than replace the broken one with the same model.

So far so good
I’ve had this for almost 2 months. I use it every day! So far no complaints or issues. I turn it on as soon as I wake up and by the time I’m ready to head out the door an hour later, I have enough ice to fill a 40oz tumbler. The ice shape is nice because it doesn’t melt super fast. I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth over buying bagged ice or the headache of ice trays. The one negative is that the basket is not cold, so the ice will melt in it. I just periodically walk by and dump it on my tomorrow and have had no issues. It’s a little loud when it’s filling up but really not bad

Most important to note…
I cannot move around much because all freezers. Kind of nervous to move it much because it’s not hard and solid ice. Melts fast. Comparatively it “makes ice” faster than expected. Price was $179 i think it’s worth 99

I love my new ice maker
The ice maker in my refrigerator freezer not working. I have been using ice trays for number of years now. My sister has the same make & model of ice maker. I have been using her ice maker every other day and bringing the ice home in gallon plastic bags putting it in my deep freezer. I decided it was time for me to stop using her ice maker and buy my own. This ice maker was a great value. It cost less than I expected it to cost. I went ahead and ordered it on Amazon and received it in about 2 days. I read and followed all the directions included in the box. I started making ice the following day. It makes enough ice for me and my family. I’m very happy that I ordered this ice maker.

The Best Of The Portable Ice Makers
This is the best of the portable Ice-makers. Now listed as AGLUCKY, I had one for years under the name Ikich, worked forever until I moved and I think it got damaged in the move so I got this one. I’ve tried others, but the reservoir isn’t nearly as deep, so you need to refill with water multiple times per day. With this one we use tons of ice and only need to top off with extra water once later in the day. Relatively quiet. Fill it in the morning and just turn it on.

I don’t usually write reviews but I intentionally came back on Amazon to write this. I like to read reviews before I purchase items and this ice maker is great! My fridge makes ice but it has not been reliable so I bought this as a back up. At night when I cook I just let it run and by the end of the night I will have a whole gallon ziploc of ice for the next day (unless my kids use it before I can get it in the bag) then I put it in the freezer for back up. The cubes are good size and it really works fairly quickly. I use brita filter water so the cubes taste good. It is a great buy for the money- I’ve had it for more than a month and I run it almost daily!

Hands down favorite kitchen appliance
Once a week I run it for a few hours and fill up a giant ice bucket in my freezer. It makes ice super quick and it’s not super loud, other than when the ice gets dumped into the holding bucket. But that’s not an issue. I love this thing. Highly recommend

Not what I thought it was but still pretty great
There are a few things that I didn’t understand about this ice maker when I got it, but I still very much enjoy it. It doesnt keep the ice frozen. It makes the ice, the ice slowly melts back into the reservoir where it remakes it into ice in a constant loop. This is going to show on my electric bill for sure it never stops running. That also means that the ice is always half melted and wet, and often in a clump unless you use it as fast as its making it.It holds a little more than a large tumblers worth of ice, so for the 2 of us its a good fit. The reservoir holds quite a bit of water we only have to fill it every other day or so. Had I known that it didn’t keep the ice frozen if I’m being honest I wouldn’t have bought it at this price but I do still like it a lot- the ice is good, it makes it fast, and I enjoy not having to refill ice trays.

It makes ice just fine
It works. Plug it in, turn it on, it makes ice cubes. Oh, you have to put water in, too.They ask about flavor, well, the flavor is going to be the same as the water you put in it sooooo…It works pretty fast and provides me with ice cubes for an ice pack so that is good. That is my primary use for it, though I may have used it a few times to cool down a beverage or two. The reservoir is not very big and the ice basket is even smaller so you can’t let it go untended for very long or it just can’t fit any more ice into the ice basket. Then the ice melts into the reservoir, until there is more room in the basket and the icemaker starts again. But it does its job of making ice well. My only suggestion is that they could make it easier to see the max fill line for the reservoir. And clarify the controls. The power button just powers it up, I guess, then it only starts when you select a size for the cubes.

Was fabulous for 6 months, now it’s not so great
We bought this in May and LOVED it. We made sure that we always used distilled water that we got from the store so it wouldn’t have any issues. It worked really fast and was exactly what we wanted for months. In the last week (end of November), it’s suddenly having awful issues. It will make about 1-2 loads of ice then say that the basket is full when it’s nowhere near full. Sometimes it will make more ice if I turn it off and then back on again but now that “trick” stopped working too. We made sure the internal sensors are clean so that isn’t an issue. I turned it off today and left it off all day to give it a break and see if maybe something internally needed defrosted. I turned it back on, it made like 10 ice cubes and now says it’s full again. If it still worked like it did for months, I would have given this a 5 star review without question.

Great preformer
Great little ice maker, Even though the cubes are not large it does do a good job of keeping you supplied with ice cubes you get about a small palm full with every serving and it takes about nine minutes give or take to make a batch what I like about it is you fill the reservoir and you can walk away and not have to worry about it it automatically senses with the basket is full and will shut down when it senses the basket getting lower it automatically begins producing more ice. The only thing you need to keep is the water level which does last very long time, the ice that melts does drain into the reservoir. for the money it is a great little unit.

It makes ice fast!
For years I wanted a counter top ice maker and finally decided on this model after pouring over numerous reviews. This small compact machine makes 9 bullet cubes under 10 minutes. Two settings for small and large cubes which I think is pointless as the Large cubes are small to begin with. When the basket gets full the machine alerts you in the display. I then just bag the cubes and place in my freezer. The cubes are wet and due tend to stick. The main reason I bought this machine is to bag my own ice prior to storms or outing’s. As mentioned the cubes are small and melt faster than regular ice trays. All in all in happy with this purchase.

Efficient producer, imperfect storage
This product is good but not perfect. It produces ice quickly and efficiently. But we empty the ice to a ziptop bag and store it in the freezer. Because the ice is wet on the surface, it clumps and has to be broken up to be useful. Would I buy it again? Yes. Is it a good deal? Yes. Is it a tad bit frustrating? Yes.

Make ice quickly!
This is a good little ice machine. The size of the ice is perfect. We like the larger size it creates. It’s easy to clean and easy to use. You place the water in the water reservoir and it starts making ice in 7 minutes. My only complaint is that the ice doesn’t stay very cold and it melts quickly. The noise is loud but it works for what we need. My son eats ice all day long and this machine meets the demand.

Definitely need alot more water with how I use this thing but I love it. The quality of ice is good once it starts going it seems to make it at a decent rate. A full basket can fill my thermos with ice and it’s so simple to get it going.And as long as it’s on ice stays solid. it is a little loud for me being used in my room so I do have to turn it off at night.
It makes ice so fast fast it fills up so fast I recommend this product. I give this a 10 star rating. Very impressive. Good quality I will buy again. –

Love my ice maker!
My fridge doesn’t have an ice maker. I was buying ice, but finding white residue in the bottom of my drinks.I like this ice maker; easy to use, there is no taste to my ice ( I have a filtered water system), and the time it takes to make a Ziploc bag of ice isn’t long. Happy with my purchase. Bought another one for a family member.

The Star of Happy Hour!
We love making craft cocktails at home. We have all the bells and whistles except fresh, clean-tasting ice! Our fridge ice was kind of onion-smelling so I wanted to invest in an ice maker to use with our reverse osmosis water from the sink.Yes, the ice is small but if you are hosting and have this thing going – you will have great tasting ice for your cocktails all night! Some people are complaining that the ice melted quickly but I disagree. As long as you aren’t relying on this ice for a cooler or a huge punch bowl, it will last in your cocktail just fine, promise!

You have to fill it with water constantly. The ice melts inside tray
I love this for ease of use and I like that the ice is “soft” easy to chew. It is a tad bit loud at times but tolerable. The ice melts back into the water container and it is a constant process of making ice and it melts and it makes more. I place the ice in a ziplock bag in the freezer and break it on the counter before pouring it into an ice tray. If not, the ice cubes freeze into a block.

Lasted for a long time
We got this ice maker temporarily because our fridge broke we did not expect it to be that great because it is not that expensive but it ended up being able to make ice for 5 people 24/7 we never ended up getting a different ice maker. This one ended up lasting about two and a half years.

Good product.
I didn’t read a ton about these before purchasing. I think this product is good- and I am glad I bought it. However I think from what I have gathered since, countertop ice makers aren’t as perfect as we would like. You have to get the ice out after it is made, or it just melts and then you keep waiting for more. Also, when you get the ice out and put it in the freezer, it is wet (which I know sounds silly) but it refreezes at a lower temp in your freezer and becomes a clump. I keep an ice pick and scoop in the container I dump into the freezer. It would be more annoying if that wasn’t there. It is what it is. If you need ice- it works.

Has no cleaning cycle
This ice maker is a good size for the countertop. Smaller than my previous one. It is also very fast at making ice cubes. The noise level is low-moderate, quieter than my last one but you definitely know its on. I can’t speak for longevity as I have only had it one month. Despite what the description says, it absolutely does NOT have a cleaning cycle and nothing in the owners manual indicates that there is a cleaning cycle.

It melts
It does make ice. It doesn’t keep it chilled so the ice melts down back into the water reservoir to do the ice making process again.The circle of ice..But if you like to chew on ice, these ice dots are nice. Not too hard to break your teeth 🙂

Nice for the money
Needs emptied about every 2 hrs. Ice is softer than regular freezer and not enough for a party but great for two people on a regular day. We bag it and put it into our freezer because our refrigerator ice making went out for the 4th time in less than 4 yrs. This will work for us since we will not fix it again. Great for the money. Looks nice on my kitchen counter

Love My Red Mini Ice maker
Got this for parties and to be honest my new refrig was not keeping up with the 6 people in this house using ice. Like the small cubes. I keep a red cup with the ice scoop next to it. Looks like it comes with. No issues so far.
