Game changer
I have thick hair and and always find it hard to keep my hair under a wig without falling out or having a bump. I found this and gave it a try and it’s game changer. It holds all my hair in and doesn’t budge much, and has a nice grip on the wig. The only thing is that I wish it came in sizes, as I have a lot of hair but a small head.

It works
Ok so it came on time shipping was easy..no complaints there now let’s get into the product itself the cap didn’t come as pictured mine didn’t have the lace on it @ all…which is not really a deal breaker for me because it still work as supposed to I have 35 in braided wig that I’m wearing the gripper under..& when I tell u baby she has stayed In place all day even with braids up in bun….if you’ve considering we’ll stop the choice has been made get it baby trust me u need it

Keeps sliding back
I wanted this cap to work so bad. It works well and blends with my wig but the issue is it keeps sliding back off of my head. I tried tightening the Velcro but no luck. I’m a avid wig wearer and was looking for an alternative to the stocking cap version. I’m going to keep wearing it but try to figure out a way to keep it from sliding back off of my head because overall it’s a great concept and my wigs. Even with a side part still gives me “scalp” vibes. Take a chance a try it, it just may work for you.

A $30 Wig Cap is an Investment. Wig Wearers-Price Doesn’t Always Mean Quality.
A $30 wig cap is an investment. One that should serve you and live up to the product claims. I write this so you continue to do research and spare you my experience.To be fair, when I contacted the company, the reply was lightning fast and the tone was pleasant. However my first and likely last experience with Milano was like talking to a brick wall.Before purchase, I watched every review known to man on this cap and educated myself on what it actually does so I could manage my expectations. You do this when purchasing anything online. And especially when purchasing pricey items like this wig cap. After the abrupt economic shakeup caused by the pandemic, I thoughtfully gathered those small but meaningful items that boost your confidence as you interview. A wig and, yes, this wig cap was one of those things. I felt hopeful the cap would live up to the description.It did not. To be sure, my head is tiny. But the item I recieved does not look or behave like the product in videos on youtube. The fabric is a stiff, non stretchy construction that will not conform to your head. There’s a piece of velcro but, without a stretchy cap, it didn’t serve its purpose. It was so difficult to wear, I actually thought I may have received an item designed for a child. No give. It simply slides from the front to the nape of your neck with the slightest tug/adjustment of your wig.’Yeah… but why are you writing ALL this lady and why should I read on?’ I know you’re asking.Fair question.This item was a small but important investment for me. You want to look presentable as you reach out to employers during these chaotic times. It’s truly rare that I have an issue with items and rarer I leave a review. On those occassions I had during the pandemic, sellers have been so compassionate, worked with me and often offered an immediate refund for an item truly not as described.Well I’m sad to say I was disappointed by the customer service received by Milano. In short, the rep relentlessly drove home that the item had no flaws, directed me to how-to videos-essentially gaslighting me in the process. And the most important takeaway: that I should return the item for my $30 refund. To be fair, pre pandemic, that is exactly a response that a business can give and makes sense. While I believe the company thinks its response was apt and appropriate, it truly fails to realize the pandemic has paralized everyday actions, mainly the one required for returns-leaving the home/coming in contact with essential workers- postal/ups workers. I don’t believe Milano makes a habit of making poor customer relation decisions. Though actually reading the critical Amazon reviews left for this cap would reveal a documented defect a responsible company would do well not to gaslight the customer into doubting.And that’s what happened to me. What disappoints me about Milano’s response (perhaps more than losing $30 a mere week after an economic shakeup) is the callous disregard for my safety. The circumstances surrounding my request for an immediate refund are both rooted in my concern for health risk and the documented reviews the company chose to ignore for this cap. I paid $30 for an item that doesn’t perform on my small head, is shrunken/defective, as mentioned by other reviewers. And if I have to risk my life by leaving my home/engaging an overworked, vulnerable essential worker, it certainly wouldn’t be to return a wig cap.A message to Milano/company rep: To be sure, $30 really matters when you lose hours/ your job and to consider a refund will not cripple your company. Humility in a company during these dark times matters and means you have a customer for life. Milano, read the room. Granted, there is a time and place to be rigid in policy. But not during a global pandemic when your item does not meet realistic product expectations. Mainly a wig cap that actually stretches. Milano I’m so disappointed in your response. Listen to your customers. Do better.

Always on the move!
At first I thought I’d found the product that solved all my problems, little did I know it’d be the bane of my existence. I first noticed there was a problem when I went the clasp the back for the first time and the front pulled back into my hairline. I have a medium sized head and always get medium sized wigs. I’m not sure if the cap is too tight but it is ALWAYS sliding back. I’d say it lasts a good hour or two before it starts pulling my wig back with it. It has become extremely annoying to deal with. I even tried gluing it down but I lifts so easily and slides back into my hair getting lace glue in my hair and on my hairline. Cool idea. Poorly executed.

I am so glad that I read the reviews for this product this wig cap is absolutely amazing. You have to try it. you know how when you put on a wig. It feels kind of like it puffy on your head, it’s not laying on your head properly like it’s got a lot of room in it, this cap changes that immediately, especially around the ears and neck line, tapered wig wearers will love this, your points will stay in place. I’m going to have to buy another one. I was complaining about the price but it’s worth every dime. Buy it you will feel so much better in your unit guaranteed.

Just what I was looking for
I am a new wig wearer, I have thin, straight hair. The sheer wig caps would just slip right off under the wig, causing the wig to then slip around. I do not have a perfectly shaped head so I wasn’t getting the wig to adjust perfectly either so I was constantly readjusting. I first tried just the no slip headband style but that also slipped off the back of my head and I didn’t feel like even with clips or pins it was going to stay in place all day. So I ordered this cap and combined with double grip hair clips at the four “corners” of my head everything stays just where it belongs all day, I don’t ever feel a slip, I don’t worry about adjusting and it’s VERY comfortable under my wig. I definitely recommend this product!

It fits
This is a great product. No need to have separate stocking cap & wig grip. Snug fit so for the LG head sized, may need to check is different sizes are available. I didn’t check or recall if different sizes available . Has lace trim. Part that can rotate according to style you want to achieve. Fits or lays around ears good. Only downside, your hair in back needs to be combed or brushed up. The velcro will snag. Good quality, now when it comes to cleaning, I have not had the product long enough for that. So cleaning washing will be the true test. The cost is little high bit you get what you pay for.

Comfortable and Works
It’s light and works well. The only issue is the ‘white’ label near the front. I ordered brown so the white label shows when my hair is pulled back. I am not sure why it’s place in the front it would make more sense to have the label in the back neck area where it isn’t seen.

Efficient but could be better
The pros:-the cap doesn’t slip, it holds my wig in place for hours (longest 12 hr wear)-the velvet is medium thickness and comfortable-the cap part is my favorite because it’s soft durable, protects my hair and comfortableThe cons:-the label is uncomfortable and odd. I don’t see the need for such a large label. When tucking behind ears it causes scrunching-the Velcro gets stuck in hair often, so be careful-the lace is hard and itchy and rubs against my hairline which makes it uncomfortable-the lace is slightly falling apart after a couple monthsOverall opinion: I’d recommend this product if your looking for a quick install because it saves a lot of time. But if your looking for something to wear often maybe find something more comfortable for your edges. Although it’s convenient, I don’t see myself purchasing another one because the lace is uncomfortable and makes my forehead itchy along my hair line. I may just try out and purchase the one with cap and velvet band without lace

YOU NEED THIS WIG CAP
Im a wig wearing newbie…..The 1st time I wore my wig it was without any cap…Big mistake, It was slipping and sliding all over the place. I then tried a cap that was like a pair of pantyhose. That was so tight that it gave me an extreme headache and left indents in my forehead. I next tried a fishnet type of cap. This one would sometimes stay in place and other times I could feel it loosening and pulling off under the wig which in turn would cause the front of the wig to slide back. I was constantly looking in every mirror I was near to see if “my hair” was in place. I would keep touching the forehead and back of the wig to be sure it was where it was supposed to be. I thought there must be something better and then I found this cap. WHAT A GAME CHANGER. It is lightweight, sheer in the front and most importantly stays exactly in place. I never have to keep touching the wig to make sure its where its supposed to be. You need this cap especially if you’re a newbie wig wearer. It makes wearing your wig so much easier. I highly recommed this product

All day hold, no pins!
This will keep your hair close to your head, and your wig will stay on all day, no extra pins or glue needed. Shocked by how well this cap works! Only complaint is that the ear flaps are a little big over my temples. Other than that, this is a must-have if you’re a wig wearer.

Great fit
I am new to wigs and I have tried different wig caps and headbands and this one has been the best. There is a velcro closure at the base that allows to make the cap as tight as you want. The velvet top helps to prevent the wig from sliding backwards. The ear tbs re not sow low, so I can wear my glasses comfortably. The mesh center is great if you have a part. I have shoulder length bio hair and I just clip my hair up and the cap covers my head nicely.

Great idea, just doesn’t work for me
I was really hoping this product was an answer for me. I have alopecia universalis. I worry constantly that my wig is not truly secure. I hate wearing adhesive because I think it makes the hair look flat. The sheer nylon wig caps and bands don’t do a lot either.First off this wig cap is too big for me. The ear tabs curl around my ears. I had to trim them with sharp scissors. I was not happy to do this considering what I paid for it. The lace front is useless as well because in order to get the sides to lay flat I have to wear it further back on my head.I’m sure this is a great product for most people. I really hoped it was for me. I probably should have just returned it.

8 hours in costume and my wig never moved!
I had never worn a wig before, but I bought one for a Halloween costume wedding and decided to get this wig cap to help hold it on. HOLY BROWN COW DID IT WORK!!! We were dancing, running around, and sweating like crazy and that wig DID NOT MOVE! For a complete beginner with zero wig experience, it was flawless. Very comfortable and easy to use.

The wige stayed on me – I have an odd-shaped head to begin with
I like that it had that underside that almost acts like a traction on the skin to hold the cap in place. I have an odd-shaped head (flat on the back)/plagiocephaly and I have given up wearing beanies because they just pop out of my head. This product held in place, held the wig in place for a long time and I had the wig on for about 8 hours or so.

Must have!
I’ve purchased five of these lace grips caps and I absolutely cannot live without them. A few years ago my stylist suggested that I try one, and I am glad she did. She told me that if I tried this lace grip cap I would never want to try different one and she was absolutely right. My wigs stay in place no matter what I am doing. They do not slip out of place or fall off as what happened to one of my friends during a football game celebration! I recommended she change her lace grip cap and she did. This lace grip cap holds very firmly, and I highly recommend it.

No Flap?
This is better than a strap and a wig cap to avoid a headache, but for the price, I am disappointed that there is not a protective flap extending from the left side to go over the hair before you attach the velcro…ouch!

Amazing hold
I have never worn a wig before for any significant period of time, but my daughter and I planned for wigs to wear to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, and I was really nervous about pretty much everything related to wearing a wig, the itch, the added heat (i sweat a TON on my head,) the weight, and the possibility of it sliding off and having to adjust it all night. I first purchased two different wig caps (stocking and nylon fishnet) and neither one worked, they just slid off my hair, even with lots of product in my hair, and took the wig with it, and did nothing to combat the itchy wig. Then I bought a wig grip strap, and that helped keeping the wig on, but not the caps, and did nothing for the itchiness. Finally I bought this and it really saved the whole experience. I wish I’d been able to get the non-lace version, but couldn’t get it in time…and I found that the lace part of this one was itchy, but it saved the rest of my head, the solid fabric part of the cap was fantastic, and did a great job keeping my head cool and comfortable. Plus, we hugged characters all night and our wigs never moved an inch. That is saying a lot, because both our wigs had TONS of hair and my daughter’s Rapunzel wig was particularly heavy and she has a smallish head. Before using this cap, it would literally slide right off her head. I would definitely use this again, but will be trying the non-lace version next time.

Terrific
These are outstanding, if expensive. When I use inexpensive, regular ones, they creep a lot. These stay in place & are super comfortable. Highly recommend. Worth the difference in price!Later – Whoa. I paid about $10, just went to reorder & the price is CRAZY!! They want over $50 for 2. I can’t say they’re worth That insane price. But they are very good.

A Must if New to Wigs
I like this product and strange how it works. Someone has to really be wanting to pull your wig off for it to come off. Just be careful of the size of your wig because with the extra padding around your head it might be tight and cause headaches. Adjust for sizing if you can. I’m going to get one for my Mom! So much better than the regular stocking cap style wig cap which loses the elasticity.

You won’t regret it!
This thing has been a life saver. Hats are part of my PPE for work, my head is small so getting my wig to stay put while wearing hats is a struggle. My lace no longer irritates my skin, and my wig doesn’t move until I take it off. Before this cap, I was adjusting 2-3 times a day at work. Now I can roll through 13 hours and not have to worry.

Perfect Product
I don’t wear a wig that frequently because it always seems to slip on my head and I fiddle with pulling it forward, back and sideways all day. I have used the inexpensive wig caps that remind me of the fabric used in pantyhose, and have found them to be quite useless. I hesitated paying this much for a wig cap, but saw the many positive reviews and I’m so glad that I gave it a try. I wore it for 8 hours yesterday with no slippage and was surprised to also find that my wig felt much more comfortable with this cap underneath it. I also appreciated the fact that it is somewhat adjustable to fit different size heads. Such a great product and I would highly recommend it.

Nice and tight
I really like this it is light weight, it is a little big and the Velcro doesn’t go around far enough for my average size head. I’m afraid the Velcro will pull out my own hair if I pull it as tight as I need. Also concerned because it is so thick that it makes the wig slip. If this was adjusted to fix smaller size heads I would give it 5+

I have a small head and wigs don’t always fit for me. I always have to do some adjustments to it. This wig cap saved me. I wish it had more satin on the edged part to keep my edged protected. But overall this kept my wig in place all day. I will be buying more. 😌
