Excellent monitor
Bought two of these to replace a 24″ dual monitor setup I have had for many years. These monitors are performing top-notch. I did a lot of research before deciding on these ASUS monitors. They have not disappointed in any way, with the exception of getting Windows 10 to load the specific driver for this monitor. ASUS should have included the driver disk with the monitor (yeah, it’s a cost saving issue with ASUS). I have been working on PC’s and laptops for 35+years and these monitors provide outstanding performance and having two of these set up in a dual monitor configuration gives excellent viewing real estate. At this price point, the bang for your buck can’t be beat. I would highly recommend this monitor to anyone looking for a new or upgraded option.

You get what you pay for. Good 2nd or 3rd Utility Work Space. Monitor has major Light Leak Issues
I would never use this as a primary display source, or for gaming. My Utility monitor burned out after 7 years, it was a top of the line model, but I figured I would go cheap since all I really do on it is Use tools bars or Utility Applications / Programs.I tested this Monitor as primary, just to see how well it would perform. I tried both HDMI and Display Port. after a few minutes it was clear this was far inferior to my much older but high end monitor.It has major illumination issues on the edges, or “light leaks” this is very noticeable on darker colors not so much on brighter ones. It sits fairly high and is not adjustable so depending on your desk / chair it might be to high for you. For me it actually worked out to be the right height so I got lucky there.I will use the product until it burns out, but if I had to do it again, I would just spend 300 bucks on something mid range, even as a side monitor that doesn’t get much use, the light leaks are just annoying.Note the picture I have attached, this is not a reflection or a bad camera angle, this is what the monitor looks like all the time, in any light and any position.as far as gaming goes, it just did not keep up with my older monitor that by all means should underperform this one just based on the 100Hz, 1ms specs. My old monitor is 60Hz , 2ms, but the games ran much smoother on the old one.This is a product ASUS would have never put their name on 10 years ago.

Why isn’t anyone talking about this monitor!?
This monitor does 100hz on 14 watts! Why isn’t this the main thing ppl are talking about? You could hook this puppy up to an external battery pack and play TOTK for hours on a 27in screen and it’d draw less power than the RV lights.Now if you don’t care about power consumption, then the only flaws are that the picture quality isn’t the best, but it’s also not bad either. There is some light bloom or bleed on on the sides. But for a sub $200 monitor I don’t think you can get any better. This is a huge step in the right direction.Now if those 240hz, 4k monitors can get down in power consumption, wooo baby.
