Crystal Clear.
I really love my new TV. I owned a TCL similar model and it was awful. I had many issues with it. I would get dumped of Netflix, Prime Video and many of streaming apps. Also many of those apps would hang and hang and hang to the point of having to turn it off. This Westinghouse Edgeless QLED Roku TV how is smooth as a babies bottom. My new TV is crystal clears and runs great.

The Best of Everything
I just received this TV today. It is replacing a standard LED TV of the same size. I bought I hoping for better brightness, better color saturation, and better sound. I got all that I hoped for with this 43″ Westinghouse QLED TV. I’m thrilled!

Great TV. Sound volume is Impessive!
Wow! The sound is impressive. Yes everything else about this tv is typically. Decent picture quality, Roku works nicely, no issues with anything. But the sound blew me away! Not much bass which is typical, but at 50% this tv will blow you out of the house. I’m not kidding. I am scared to turn it up to 100. Never have I experienced or expected that from stock tv speakers. Very impressive!

HDMI ports are in a very bad spot, be careful! 43” 4K HDR version
WARNING: If you’re buying the 43” 4K HDR version of this TV, you’re gonna have to buy some sort of HDMI angle adapter for any devices plugging into those ports. The distance between the port itself and the TV lip on the bottom is too short for any normal HDMI connector. If you do manage to get the connector in there, then you risk damage to the cable itself is under a lot of stress, same with the connector. The images of this TV show the HDMI ports on the left of the TV and it would be perfect if they were, but on the 4K HDR 43” version apparently they are not. BE WARNED! I had to order some HDMI angle adapters to feel comfortable plugging anything into it.

Dead after 6 weeks and I have to pay (non-refundable)to return To Westinghouse
I bought this tv 6 weeks ago. It worked fine, nothing g special…was not terribly impressed with picture quality or the functionality. After 6 weeks, it just quit. It won’t turn in..completely dead. After hours in the phone with Westinghouse, Amazon, then Westinghouse, I’m told it is covered under warranty and that I have to return it at my own expense in order to get reimbursed. Um…no. That is not a company I ever want to deal with again if they can’t stand behind their product for more than 6 weeks and now I will be out $50-$75 to return a product that is worthless. Incredibly frustrating experience and I would not recommend this TV.

QLED 4K WESTINGHOUSE 43″
It appears that if the TV uses the ROKU system it also means that the sleep function among other features are the same…sleep is: 30 minutes, 60 minutes…Can not it be software updated to 10, 20, 30 minutes, etc. ?Another note: all ROKU remotes operate any ROKU TV. Not good if in the same room!Did not find the QLED picture worth the high price! If it were a GOGGLE system maybe! Also when boxing for return heard something loose inside. A screw?Note: returning has taken a good 3 weeks so far for WESTINGHOUSE to process a refund!I have a 15 year old 32″ WESTINGHOUSE TV.Still works! But could be the last TV I buy from this company! Room for improvement?

Powerhouse for the money
The built-in Roku is equivalent to my Roku Premier+ I have for another TV with nice TV integration features that my stand-alone Premier+ doesn’t have. The remote is not the high end model but I can just use my smartphone to get the additional feature the few times that I require it. Casting to the TV is a bit spotty with occasional brief freezes and artifacts, despite having full bars of wifi signal, but sufficient for the few occasions I have needed it. If I took a star away for the few minor glitches, the price point of less than a generic 27 inch 4k monitor puts that star back.

Disappointed in quality and features
This is no where near the 4k quality you see when you walk into a Costco or Sam’s Club. My 1080p Samsung Plasma TV is crisper. Perhaps the most annoying feature (or lack thereof) is the inability to choose your own favorite TV stations. It selects them for you based on viewing time. One would think that it would be easy to be able to find a channel and designate it has a favorite, but no. Live TV also has an audio/video sync issue. Sometimes it’s so bad it seems like I am watching a foreign language film dubbed into English. I will be forced to rent a HD cable box – an expense that I did not want to incur. I bought the extended warranty. As soon as this coronavirus situation is over, I will submit it for repair.

TV with Roku Rocks
So far very pleased with purchase. Shipping package was very sturdy and TV arrived in great shape. Had purchased 2 TCL TVs before and they where very cheaply made and packaged. TV with Roku rocks.

You get what you pay for
I see people who are complaining but for the cost it is what you pay for if you want a true 4k hdr uhd experience save the money and get something worth the price tag otherwise you have to deal with this which is not a bad product for the price point. 4k visuals are great for the price point. Audio is mediocre I would say get a sound bar or a surround sound system. The cons are eventually you will want to upgrade to a true 4k tv experience but on a budget it does it’s job. I’m not happy but I’m not mad either. A very content and somewhat enjoyable experience. Now it’s time to resell and upgrade 👍.

Looks 1080p compared to other 4ktvs
Thought we got a great deal until Im in a waiting room getting service done on my car. I turn on Inception on the Samsung there and I am blown away, the 4k picture looks so real and crisp. I had the money to get something better and now I am reminded of my mistake everytime I turn this tv on.I will say roku menus and loading times are pretty snappy, that I was impressed with. This will be my first and last Westinghouse product for sure.

Got it from BestBuy a little cheaper. The only issue I found is when hooking a HDMI from a Bluray player is a big problem. You need an adapter that can bend connecting to HDMI port. Luckily I got one from Firestick connection.Other than that issue, its a great price TV.

What you need to know of the new 4k tech
I bought the 43 inch from different store and want to share what EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW OF THE NEW TECH OF 4K. You get the 4k resolution in the latest tv shows, commercials and movies to see it in 4k due to the tech being new and YOU NEED TO CALL YOUR CABLE PROVIDER TO GET THE RECIEVER TO CONVERT EVERY OR MOST CHANNELS OR WHATEVER YOU ARE WATCHING FILTRED FOR THE 4K VIEWING.. Too many folks dont see this point and will assume its not real 4k for its the makers of your shows, movies and TV has to use the 4k cameras to transfer resolution for the 4k TVs. Other then that, Im happy with TV and waiting to get my 4k reciever to get the full Def of most of what we watch thru our cable providers.
