Reason to go to an iphone?
If you have ever wanted an android phone that makes you want to switch to iPhone this is for you. This phone not only loses calls, overheats, and doesn’t work with Microsoft authenticator it’s an incredibly lame lackluster performer..

Unlocked?
What part of T-Mobile goes with unlocked? There is indeed a T-Mobile screen in the startup routine. No telling if it actually works with other carriers.

Pretty good mid tier phone
I haven’t had any issues with it so far and it’s faster than my friends Samsung a31 or whatever their similar spec 5g phone is on the same network by about 150mbps over the 5g network, it hasn’t crashed since I’ve bought it, I’ve had no issues for the first time since I had an s8+. I wish it didn’t use an lcd screen since I’m a contractor and break screens a lot but other than that I’ve been enjoying the phone quite a bit. Really like the moto gestures for the camera and flashlight, the fingerprint scanner works like 80% of the time even with dirty fingers, the facial recognition actually works on this thing unlike my last Samsung. I wish Motorola would make a new flagship with specs similar to the newest Samsung and Apple specs because next time I get a phone in totally getting the top tier Motorola, this thing is really userdeveloper friendly and didn’t have anywhere near the amount of adware and bloatware of other brands

Generally good refurbished phone… very good seller responsiveness
Phone was shipped well w/ adequate packaging. Just under week from order to door (regular shipping). Contents was phone, turbo charger and usb-c cable. Out of box, looks like very good phone condition. No scratches/dings on phone. Charger still had “factory” shrink wrap.Initial 38% battery. First charge (phone off) took 1 hr > ~80% + another 1/2 hour > ~99%The charge rate doesn’t seem to match the able to charge “10 hours of power in 15 minutes” product description. However, this may be due to a defective charger. Possible problem: noticed after charging a while, the phone cycled between Turbo and non-Turbo charge mode. adapter itself got uncomfortably warm.Note: checked with seller to see if they can replace just the charger. Until then, have a regular charger (which is just slower). Seller was very quick to respond (<1/2 hour) and indicated will ship a replacement charger. Kudo's for post-sales follow-up.Note: ~16hrs on day 1 (setup & use) for battery to drop to ~50% from 100%This included overnight sleep hours. Based on that, don't think this battery's performance will be "more than 2 days". More likely somewhat under 1.5 days?Did hard power-on factory reset to begin setup. Phone definately started life as a T-Mobile phone. T-Mobile splash screen on power up and default T-Mobile apps & registration during initial setup. Android 10. Immediate update to Sept'21 security release (still Android 10).So far no other issues. No obvious dead pixels or screen defects. Buttons all work. Downloaded & ran couple of hardware test apps from AppStore. Phone warmed up for some tests, but no test fails flagged.Only _possible_ item from first look is the actual battery performance. Otherwise, phone condition looks almost undistinguishable from new.If phone holds up and no other issues crops up after first month or so of use, then this seller/phone definately will deserve the full 5 stars. FYI: appears listed seller changes. this was for LuLu Wireless

Why Didn’t I Buy This Before!?
I recently purchased this phone, the Motorola One 5G Ace (2021), and I have to say, I am EXTREMELY satisfied with my purchase! The phone is packed with neat features I’ve never used before and has everything I want in a smartphone. The 128GB+6GB RAM is more than enough storage for me to store all of my apps, pictures, and videos, and it has space for a Micro SD card for even more expandable space. The 5G network capability is amazing, and I can easily browse the internet and stream videos without any lag or buffering. (Reminding myself to renew my YouTube Premium account at the moment.) The 6.7in display is crystal clear and makes watching videos and playing games a pleasure. I played Pokemon Go, Raid Legends and various other games for literal hours and my phone didn’t get anywhere near as hot as my Galaxy S21 used to.And, of course, one of the main reasons I chose this phone: the 48MP main camera takes clear and detailed photos, and the 16MP front-facing camera is perfect for selfies and video calls. I also REALLY love the Night Vision mode which allows me to take great pictures in low light conditions. (Like, that beautiful full moon we just had!)The battery life is impressive and lasts all day without needing to be charged. The included charger provides “Turbo Charging” which got this phone from 22% to 100% in less than 45 minutes.Overall, I highly HIGHLY recommend the Motorola One 5G Ace (2021) to anyone in need of a reliable and high-performing smartphone. (I’m talking to you, mobile gamers!) It’s a great value for the price. This is my first Motorola EVER and, full disclosure, I may now be a Motorola user for life.

100 bucks of 5G goodness
Not the best phone by any stretch of the imagination but for 100 bucks and having the capability of expanding the storage with an SD card it’s hard to beat this phone.

Unable to make calls
I couldn’t dial out or phone will disconnect while in a middle of a conversation. I had to reboot the phone on several different occasions. Also, the charger that came with the phone stopped working on the first day.

Nice looking phone. Seemed slick but did not work with my pre-paid wireless carrier.
Phone arrived in great condition and I was excited to use it. The phone seemed pretty slick, but it turns out that while the phone is unlocked as described, it would not work on my pre-paid wireless carrier operating off the Verizon network (even though both Motorola’s website & Product Support specialists said it would work with MNVO’s on Verizon’s network). It was a shame, but I had to return my purchase.

Do not buy this phone if you have T-Mobile. It says it is blocked but it is not. I got this phone for my daughter. As soon as it turned on it says Verizon and won’t let you do any sim card but a Verizon one. My daughter was very disappointed.

Sweet phone
It’s a nice Motorola built phone, I really like it (Samsung previously burned me on 3 different phones, will never purchase any Samsung product again). Very fast, full reception bars everywhere I go, webpages load in less than a second, no lag when switching between apps, has a nice bright screen, camera is clear, and has lots of storage. It’s unlocked and I’m hoping I will be able to use it while in Africa. The only negative is the battery runs out in under 12hrs (supposed to be 2days) but I’m also a heavy user. I may have a shop install a new battery for me before I leave. Just bought a 2nd one for my beautiful lady. Will update if any issues going forward.

My phone did NOT work with t-mobile.
Edit: switching my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Despite the fact the phone refused to work with a proper T-mobile sim, the customer service was very good. They responded quickly and provided me with a free return label and issued the refund right after receiving. Great support.I bought this phone because it was specifically stated to work with both Verizon and T-mobile sim cards. Well, I was left extremely disappointed. Out of the box, you receive the phone (which itself is in very good physical condition), the sim card removal tool, and a usb charging cable (with no actual 12v wall outlet plug, you need to buy that separately). The phone, when powered up, you’ll discover is a Verizon branded phone. I followed the instructions by completing initial setup and updates via my home wi-fi network, then inserting my t-mobile sim card. Well, the phone, no matter what, refused to accept the card and allow me to make calls or use data. In fact, it would give me a message ‘sim card locked – not a verizon sim card.’ After wasting hours trying everything imaginable, I came to the conclusion that this really isn’t an unlocked tmobile phone. How did I find this out? Well, I tapped on a message on the screen which gave me a ‘Sorry, your device can’t be activated on another carrier’s network right now’ message from the My Verizon app installed on the phone. So I tried the same sim card on my own FULLY unlocked Motorola One phone (purchased from a different amazon vendor months ago) and it fired right up and let me use calls data straight away.I’m guessing this vendor is doing nothing for testing except for running a stock verizon sim before shipping these out.Extremely disappointed. Time and money wasted. Moral of the story is: stick to fully unlocked phones, and avoid carrier branded phones. Because they will be very hit or miss.

This dealer was honest to deal with.
I wanted a replacement for an identical phone that went for a swim in the ocean. I liked the phone, especially the battery life, so I ordered this as a replacement. It was advertised as unlocked, but it was not completely unlocked. It worked with my carrier, BUT because it had been a T-Mobile phone, it had T-Mobile software on it that prevented me from being able to use wifi calling with my carrier. That was a deal-breaker for me because I don’t have a good network signal where I live.I emailed them about the problem, and they allowed me to return the phone (prepaid) for a full refund, with no hassle. They said it would take two days after they received the phone. When my credit card was not credited with the refund after four days, I gave them a call, and they took care of it right away. The main story here is that the phone worked fine, but didn’t satisfy my needs. However, the dealer was accommodating and gave me a prompt refund with no difficulties.

Spectacular
Bought two Christmass 2022. Verizon said they wouldn’t work with our prepaid plan. Moved the sim card from our old phones and they did.My screen was badly cracked in an incident. Ordered a replacement. Again, we were told it wouldn’t work on our prepaid plan. Had it working within minutes of delivery simply by transferring the sim card.Performance meets our expectations, Price is good. This is our sixth MOTO phone. And these have NFC,.

Great screen.
I only use my phone for calls and internet news. I’m hard of hearing, and I love how much louder in calls, ring tones, and text tones. My moto G7 wasn’t loud enough. Long battery life. You’ll need to buy 25 watt quick charger as phone only comes with 10 watt charger. I’ve heard that camera is only so so but don’t care as I don’t take pics. Very satisfied with phone and screen performance. I bought refurbished, new price a little high.

Good overall phone; no issues noted…..
Switched from another Motorola Phone to this phone; it has more memory and more recent Processor. No problems at all; its been a good trouble-free Phone.I do not do ‘Face Recognition’ or ‘Fingerprint Reader’ tasks at all; but I am betting this Phone would do them quite well….

Renewed but works like new
So far works like new, enjoying the features like spit screen that I enjoyed with my other phone. Fingerprint scanner is snappy and quick.Camera is nice it does show some noise on night shots, could be me not knowing the settings but night vision is decent.

Ok battery but terrible antenna
The phone is ok. I had some issues with the seller sending me a locked phone the first time around. The antenna is garbage though. It barely gets service in buildings, it can’t switch between towers without losing all connectivity, and sometimes it won’t regain connectivity without rebooting. This is a huge pain if you like listening to music in the car with it.
