This phone previously owned didn’t have manual as mention in items in package.
Not like new as advertised. Stylus was broken cautious about buying renewed products again. Tried to get manual threw customer support was hung on 1st time spoke with nice young lady 2nd time. Had to find manual online to use with same 2nd phone which didn’t have manual either

Not an Unlocked Phone
Locked to Verizon and I am pretty upset. Waited for 4 days for the phone and it was late. Turned on the phone and it had the Verizon logo. Will not buy from them again.

Scam??
I bought this item and it turned out it wasnt unlocked. It was locked to verizon. So i requested a refund. I done everything the seller asked me to do with all the warning lables on the postage on the return. I dropped the package off at the post office in early june and paid for the postage. Its been more than a month and a half and still no refund. I feel scammed out by this seller

I’ve had good luck with refurbished electronics in the past, but this one was an exception. It never worked right, and was the most difficult phone I ever tried to operate. Sent it back and got the exact same brand new one from Verizon…and it works like a charm. No problems…..no headaches….no endless hours trying to make it work.

Good audio & stable product; however, Moto G should incorporate dual SIMs + an SD Card Slot expandable to 512 gb or 1 TB in their phones! If Xiaomi Redmi can for a lesser price, why cannot Moto G?

I have a Moto g stylus but it fell into the toilets this one does not have all the same features and it’s taking me forever to learn how to use it it also flashes but it’s refurbished it’s not brand new which saved me about $100

I love this phone. I have had several phones over the years and this is by far the best. 128GB of storage… 48MP camera… and stylus. I dropped my original phone and bought a replacement through Amazon. I was even able to get one that was unlocked 🔓 so if I change my service I can keep the phone 📱 I 💕 Love!!!

Best budget phone out there
I love this phone for the price it’s just as good as the note and for half the price..the battery life is great!! Camera is the best and funnest thing with the AI I can’t say enough good things about this phone.. and it has memory for days I’ve not had to delete a single app since I’ve gotten it.. the only thing I don’t like about it is that there’s no gallery but that is the least of my worries

Best Investment-Cost less $$$
Oh my goodness…I’m IN LOVE with my new Moto G Stylus! I switched phones from an Samsung Galaxy S10+ over to this one, and I wasn’t for sure if I’d like the transition? But as my opinion turns out; I would actually rather use my Moto G Stylus over the Samsung Galaxy S10+I guess I finally got what I think I was hoping for in a phone🤩Thank you Motorola!

Great deal
Takes great pictures, especially night or dark pictures. Phone is set up to be on a Verizon network apps are Taylored toward Verizon. If you’re on somebody’s network with an Android simm, don’t select the Verizon apps. You will get a message telling you you’re not using a Verizon sim and memory card. All seems to work I’m on net10.

I got a cheaper version. The phone is quite small. Amazon is letting sellers sell things that are low quality. I got me a NEW phone moto g stylus in a boost mobile store and it is 6.8 inches. Excellent phone.Don’t buy this thing.

Didnt get what i ordered. Not unlocked.
Phone was dirty, had a repair tag still attacked, was not unlocked or “renewed”. had a bad battery, now its going to take 2 weeks to get a replacement from something they have in stock and can send in 2 days.. Not a happy customer.

Beware. Stolen Phone
Bad purchase. Got a phone that is blocked for non payment by Verizon. Had to call and reactivate my SIM card and go back to my old phone. So, the phone is basically a very expensive brick at this point. Beware

It’s not a flagship phone, but for the money, it’s a great phone.
I gave this phone 5 stars. Not because it’s the best phone you can buy, but because for under 300 after tax, you’ll be hard pressed to find something better. I bought this after my S7 died, and I will lay out what I like and don’t like.First, the screen. It isn’t AMOLED, so there is a noticeable difference in picture quality and brightness. That said, for an IPS screen, it performs very well. I have no complaints. Just wish it was an AMOLED. lolSecond, the cameras. This is a huge improvement from the S7. Selfie camera makes great quality images and video. The main camera array also does a very good job. In this department, it’s actually a huge upgrade.Third, the fingerprint sensor. Waaayyy more responsive than the S7. You touch and it immediately unlocks your phone, without any hesitation. Also a nice upgrade.Fourth, the processor. It actually performs about the same as the S7 in this area. Which is fine. I had no issues with lag, and this phone doesn’t either. No real change here for me.Fifth, the battery. This is probably the biggest upgrade for me. My S7 needed a Mophie battery case to barely get through the day. It often did not. This phone made it through my work day, with heavy use, and it only lost 10%! From my point of view, that is amazing! Side note: If you want an even bigger battery, but are willing to lose the stylus, give up some of the internal storage (it only has 64GB, while the Stylus has 128), and a lesser MP camera, go with the Moto G Power. I like this one though.Sixth, the stylus. So far, I haven’t found a need for it. I’m sure I will use it here and there, but for me the internal storage and bigger camera are what I wanted.Overall, this is a great looking and very nice phone. If you don’t want to drop a grand or more on a phone, this is probably a good choice for you. I didn’t want to get an older model phone, since I wanted OS updates. If that doesn’t matter to you, there are certainly other options that I wasn’t willing to consider.

WTF IS THIS
If you want to do something beyond watching videos and making calls and text, forget about it on this phone. It’s so slow and freezes all the time. If I got a defective device, in that case I should get double my money back for the loss of money I’ve had to endure over the past few days since I use a phone to make money. But defective just might be the way the phone is in general. I never know when it’s going to freeze or not. The IPS LCD display isn’t horrible but the phone as a whole feels like a clunky piece of plastic like a toy. And I was out and gps stopped working completely. It is a useless garbage phone.

⭐1. It was a great price!🌟2. It came early, 2 days early!🌠3. It’s perfect, brand new with everything in the box and still wrapped in plastic.⭐4. It only took 15 minutes to swap my sim card from old to be phone and it was ready to go.🌠5. So far it’s been pretty easy to transfer old data to new phone and got a phone call and av text within seconds. I’d say that concerns it. B so let’s count the stars….

Malfunctioning Proximity sensor is disruptive.
The feature of the phone turning to a black screen so that you don’t accidentally open apps with your cheek is off. When I’m trying to use the screen the phone goes black. Looked it up and apparently this is a common problem. Since it seems having a refurbished phone means having some sort of problem as everyone I’ve ever had had something I put up with it, but it’s very frustrating. No matter what settings I try the phone will go blank while I’m using it and do not disturb constantly comes on. Aside from those bugs I like the phone very much. I do have to get used to tiny and precise gestures. I like the stylus. I like the camera which is what I bought it for. I love looking at the screen. Everything looks very good on it. The camera AI does need some work. Sometimes it automatically blurs portraits so that the arms are blurred. I notice it works very well with white faces and has this wonderful feature where when taking pictures indoors it automatically adjusts the lighting to fix on the people so that you don’t have silhouettes unless you want them…BUT doesn’t recognize Black faces indoors so I have to go lighten them by hand… Even in group pictures. That made me angry when I reviewed my pictures and saw that. It looks like it needs more training so that it sees the darker values, no conspiracy claims here. That needs to be updated. Seriously go fix that. But snapseed helps me fix that for now, and my guess is that is a problem across the board.

Moto G Stylus 2020
I have had the phone for my wife the last few weeks and she plays on FB and other social sites all the time. I can say so far, this phone is beautiful. It works flawlessly. And it is fast. Real fast. It picks up the internet very well. The only thing i have caution regarding is the call sound. All other sounds work perfect except the call sound. What i mean is the volume is turned all the way up and it is just acceptable. If i needed more sound out of it i would be out of luck. I need to contact Motorola and see if there is a way to set the min point higher or high point higher. This is the only reason i am giving it 4 stars. If i can set the volume higher then i will re-submit a new review. I read every review on the internet and in Amazon with no luck. I almost sent the phone back because of this, but it is so nice other then that. I personally have for my phone a Moto g6. Nice phone, and it has ton’s of extra sound volume. But it cannot match the stylus phone with Android 11 and the speed and just plain smoothness. If the sound can be set higher the phone should get 6 stars.

Great model
Love this phone even though the model is a few years outdated.Downside is the battery is not a 3 day battery any longer but functions more like a 1 day and has to be on battery saver. Haven’t checked if the battery is replaceable yet

An Outstanding Value
Rather than review the features of the phone, its aesthetics, or its status symbol rank, all of which can be found in abundance elsewhere, I am going to review the condition it arrived in. It is, after all, listed as renewed. Someone else bought the phone, used it, maybe broke it, then returned it. Another person, possibly a trained repairman, possibly not, then used the phone, poked at it, maybe took it apart to replace something. It is all very intimidating, a jump of faith buying refurbished. And I am so very happy I took that jump! It came in the original box, unsealed but otherwise pristine. The phone and all the accessories were present and appearing as if they had just left the factory. Not so much as a hint of a fingerprint! Setting up the phone was seamless, without any indication it had ever been done previously, and within thirty minutes I had successfully updated or installed all my apps and transferred my Metro sim card, phone number, and account. Honestly, I have never had an easier or more pleasant experience setting up a new phone! My faith in humanity has nearly been restored, well no, that’s going to far. It has, however, been a most pleasant surprise and I hope yours is as well.

Great phone with some caveats…
Like the phone, it’s absolutely great value for money. There are few issues which I thought people should be aware of before buying this phone:1. My renewed version came with some pre-installed Verizon bloatwares, which cannot be uninstalled, only disabled, which is fine. There was a Verizon logo printed on the back cover and when booting the phone it said to put a Verizon SIM. But the phone was unlocked and it recognized AT&T SIM on it with no problem. I guess you pay lower price if you can live with these Verizon eyesores.2. My previous moto g6 is fast charging and I was surprised to see that moto g stylus is not. I don’t understand why any of the 200+ phones should not be fast charging when many cheaper phones have this option.3. Again, my previous moto g6 had face recognition but moto g sytulus does not.

Great internal storage but that’s it.
I currently have a Samsung galaxy s7 edge and it is only updated to Android 7 OS with 3GB of ram and 32 GB internal storage. I heard great reviews about the Moto G stylus but I just can’t get used to it. The screen doesn’t get bright and it seems to dim on its own. Plus, the plug is getting hot and it’s not as fast as I was hoping it would be. On my S7 I can go through my apps like I am reading a book but unfortunately you can’t do that with this phone. It seems to have an excellent camera but the battery isn’t as good as advertised. Going to try to find one more like my S7 that’s updated because now they are talking about Android 11 OS. Plus, I thought since I hvae been an Amazon Prime member for so long that I was getting a great deal during Prime Days and that was a big fat lie because BEST BUY HAD THE PHONE UNLOCKED CHEAPER!!! NOT COOL AT ALL!!

Dead weight
Unfortunately this phone can’t be used. Took this phone to my carrier Metro to do the switch. The phone itself is unlocked but metro wasn’t able to reactivate it as it had been reported stolen or missing.The phone itself is a 5 out of 5 in my opinion because I used this same type phone in the past. This is my second moto g stylus 2020 but is now a just a useless device.

Well worth the money
Best phone I’ve ever owned. I slammed my trunk down on it 3 times in a row on accident and it didn’t even crack the screen. Left a tiny dent but nothing noticable and that’s after 8 months of wear and tear, and many drops

Motorola did a good job on this phone. It’s battery life is good it’s nice and responsive, and it looks good. I rarely use the stylus that’s just like a nice added feature, but everything else on it makes a phone worthwhile.
